Blended learning is a teaching method utilizing all the advantages in 'on and off-line' learning circumstances in order to enhance the learning effect and efficiency, more than the simple use of online factors in the classroom education. In this paper, we present the realization and simulation of algorithm for the realtime evaluation of low-grade and high-grade subjects in order to implement smart e-learning system, considering a lecture intelligibility. In order to grasp the levels of student's intelligibility, we simulated a function that automatically summarizes the study contents of class given by a lecturer. Especially, in administrator mode of smart e-learning system, we suggested and simulated a system in order to help the lecturer to easily manage the student's grades, and we have provided software to tell the student's intelligibility of lecture, analyzed the rate of incorrect answers, automatic judgment of lecture intelligibility and judge the weakest subject.

Construction Cycle Trend Survey, which survey total value of orders and realized amounts monthly, is a valuable statistics that used to quick grasp or forecast the trend of domestic construction business. In recent periodical survey quality diagnoses, few professional users named a problem that Construction Cycle Trend Survey could not get together with the current state of the construction industry. This study examined weather Construction Cycle Trend Survey reflects the economic sentiment of construction business or not. Paired t test was performed between Construction Cycle Trend Survey and Construction Business Survey Index (CBSI), and significant differences were verified.

Many students prefer to study abroad to increase their chances of having a better future. While studying abroad they may encounter difficulties such as adapting to the culture of the country they are studying in. Chinese students coming to Korea are no exception to this, and when they are studying abroad, the new environment they are in may cause them hardships which may impact on their social life and even their academic performance. In order to develop their careers, they face many difficulties and challenges. Cultural differences they experience may change their attitudes, thoughts, and values. This research focuses on international students who are not yet certain about their future plans. In order to grasp levels of daily life satisfaction, ease of communication, and future planning orientation, this study conducted a survey of Chinese students who study in Korea. The empirical analysis showed that students with high level of life satisfaction have a tendency to enter graduate school. However, communication has no relation to future planning orientation.

Although the $6^{th}$ industry of agriculture, the subject of this research, is a policy that is implemented nationwide, the result or its performance can vary depending on judgment and basic plan of the local government concerned. To overcome this, support of the central government and provincial governments is important, but each rural family, rural area or management unit also has to grasp the reality fast and overcome it through voluntary participation. In addition, local governments of the nation should operate this project efficiently by implementing required support and policies in each field. Local governments should also promote revitalization of local economy by providing help to rural families and management units that implement the $6^{th}$ industry of agriculture through expert consulting, matching of funding paths, and deregulation.

The Purpose of this study is to grasp the general effects of measurement-related investment by industrial firms. We presupposed the hypothesis that the measurement-related investment affects the decrease of product inferiority rates and analyzed the investigation results by means of PIMS(Profit Improvement of Market Strategy) model. As the results, we found out that the firms with positive measurement-related investment showed for less inferiority rates of products considerably. This study put an emphasis on the verification results showing that the considerable increase of measurement-related investment decreases the product inferiority rate by the statistical methods.

When ground disturbance takes place due to vertical drain construction through mandrel penetration, that affects excess pore water pressure dissipation time because of soft clay coefficient of permeability decreasing. Eventually, consolidation time is influenced. In this research, we measure process of excess pore water pressure dissipation before and after each other different shape's mandrel penetration through model test, and calculates range of smear zone, coefficient of permeability and horizontal coefficient of consolidation after model test. Using of test result, we grasp a degree of drainage ability drop resulting from vertical drain construction.

Conflicts and interruptions caused by resource failures and rush orders require a nonlinear dynamic production management. Generally the PP&C systems used in industry presently do not meet these requirements because of their rigid concepts. Starting with the grasp of the disadvantages of current approaches, this paper presents a control structure that enables system to react to various malfunctions using a planning tolerance concept. Also, production processes are modeled by using Fuzzy-Petri-Net modeling tool in other to handle the complexity of job allocation and the existence of many disparities. On the basis of this model the developed system support the short-term shop control by rule based decision.

Dioxins refer to a family of chemicals comprising 75 polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxin (PCDD) and 135 polychlorinated dibenzo-p-furan (PCDF) congeners, which may cause skin disorder, human immune system disruption, birth defects, severe hormonal imbalance, and cancer. The effects of exposure of dioxin-like compounds such as PCBs are mediated by binding to the aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AHR), which is a ligand-activated transcription factor. To grasp physicochemical factors affecting human toxicity of dioxins, six geometrical and topological indices, eleven thermodynamic variables, and quantum mechanical descriptors including ESP (electrostatic potential) were analyzed using QSAR and semi-empirical AM1 method. Planar dioxins with high lipophilicity and large surface tension show the probability that negative electrostatic potential in the lateral oxygen may make hydrogen bonding with DNA bases to be a carcinogen.
