실시간 GPS/INS 시스템을 이용한 웹기반 모바일 매핑시스템 연구 (A Study on Web-based Mobile Mapping System Using Real-Time GPS/INS System)

  • 모바일 매핑시스템은 차량에 CCD카메라와 위치측정장비(GPS/INS, Odometer 등)를 장착하고 도로에서 일정한 거리 또는 시간간격으로 지리 정보 데이터를 획득하는 이동 정보취득 시스템이다. 이러한 모바일 매핑시스템으로부터의 자료가 실시간으로 사용자에게 전달되면, 사용자는 이동국의 위치 및 지리정보 상황을 쉽게 파악할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 실시간 위치정보 제공의 방법은 PDA, 무선모뎀, 핸드폰 그리고 웹 등 여러 가지가 있을 수 있으나, 안정적이고 효율적이며, 경제적인 방법으로 웹을 통한 전송을 생각할 수 있다. 웹을 이용한 실시간 지리정보 전송을 위해서는 먼저 실시간 위치측정이 가능한 모바일 매핑시스템을 이용하여 지리정보를 취득하고 이를 웹을 통하여 전송할 수 있는 플랫폼이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 실시간 위치정보를 취득할 수 있는 GPS/INS 시스템을 이용하여 데이터를 취득한 후 사용자가 모바일 매핑시스템의 실시간 위치정보를 확인할 수 있도록 웹으로 전송하는 플랫폼을 연구하였다.

  • Nowadays it is necessary to manage the road system effectively because of the explosive increment of vehicle and goods. To resolve this problems through the fast upgrade of information about position and time of moving vehicle, the combined navigation system using GPS and complementary navigation system, i.e. INS, DR, etc. has been used. Although GPS is popular for the vehicle navigation system, this is not useful for the kinematic positioning of the vehicles in the urban canyon because of its few satellites. Therefore, this study deals with the kinematic positioning of the vehicles with GPS CORS to GPS navigation. For this, first the static single point positioning of GPS and GPS for reference station was performed to evaluate the accuracy of GPS positioning. Next, in the post-processed, the DGPS (Differential GPS) was performed for the kinematic positioning of the vehicles. So, it is expected that GPS CORS can be applicable to the control of traffic flow, the effective management of road system, and the development of ITS and it is regarded that the combined navigation system of vehicles with GPS, INS, and DR, etc. should be studied constantly.

  • 본 논문은 선박의 마그네틱컴파스와 자이로컴파스의 제한점을 극복하기 위하여 첨단 위성항법 방식인 GPS 시스템을 이용하여 고안된 GPS-Compass를 현재의 향상된 GPS 시스템 환경(2000. 5. 1 미국의 전격적인 SA 오차가 중지되어 정밀도가 7-8배 향상된 환경)을 적용하여 모델을 재검토하고 실험을 통하여 함정에서의 제2방위센서 사용 가능 여부를 확인하기 위하여 연구하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 GPS-Compass 구성을 위한 이론식을 정립하고 GPS-Compass 모델을 확인하여 이론적 검증을 하였고, 두 대의 GPS 수신기로 실험 장치를 구축하여 분석한 결과 선박의 제2방위 센서로서의 사용 가능 여부를 확인하였다.

  • 위성을 이용한 측위 장치인 GPS는 위치를 구하는 용도 뿐 아니라 항법, 시간 정보 획득 등 다양한 분야에 활용되며, 특히 미사일 등 정밀 유도무기의 정밀도를 향상시키는데 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 그러나 민간에 공개된 상용 코드(C/A 코드)를 사용하는 GPS는 대전자전 기능이 없다. 그러므로, 다양한 재밍 기법에 취약하고, 암호화된 군용 코드(P 코드)의 경우에도 인접한 곳에서 잡음 재밍 공격을 가할 경우 취약할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 GPS의 재밍 기법과 과거 북한의 GPS 재밍 사례에 대해 조사하고, 항재밍 GPS에 적용되는 기술에 대해 설명하였다.

  • Among GPS methods, first of all, we used RTK GPS to analyze the precision of monitoring and then on the basis of it, we developed a monitoring system using RTK GPS when we measured the behavior of main tower of a suspension bridge by using RTK GPS method and IMU, which was an inertia navigation system. Comparing a deviation between observation value using IMU and RTK GPS, X axis was 1mm, Y axis 1mm and Z axis 2.21mm. It turned out that it was possible to monitor and measure structures by using RTK GPS method. Besides, in order to manage the structures and prevent their disaster, the transformed monitoring, which used dynamic RTK GPS measurement method, was applied in real time. It was verified that it could be used as transformed monitoring measurement method for massive structures.

  • GPS/Meteorology technique for PWV monitoring is currently actively being researched an advanced nation. We deal with the monitoring of GPS derived PWV during the passage of Typhoon MAEMI. Typhoon MAEMI which caused a series damage was passed over in Korea peninsula from September 12 to September 13, 2003. We obtained GPS-PWV at 17th GPS permanent stations. We retrieve GPS data hourly and use Gipsy-Oasis II software. The GPS-PWV time series results demonstrate that PWV is, in general, high before and during the occurrence of the typhoon, and low after the typhoon.

  • We present a GPS-derived regional ionosphere model, which estimates Total Electron Content (TEC) in rectangular grids on the spherical shell over Korea. The GPS data from nine GPS stations were used. The pseudorange data were phase-leveled by a linear combination of pseudoranges and carrier phases. During a quiet day of solar activity, the regional ionosphere map indicated 30-45 Total Electron Content Unit (TECU) at the peak of the diurnal variation. In comparison with the Global Ionosphere Map of the Center for Orbit Determination in Europe, RMS differences were at the level of 4-5 TECU for five days.

  • In case of KOREA, many difficulties are expected for pilots to adapt to the flight operational environment changes which we will meet suddenly in anytime of the future as the operating plan for GPS is not fully prepared yet. It is because GPS operation is rather difficult compared to other navigation equipments, and it takes much time and experience to be familiar with GPS instrument approach procedure. First of all, it is keenly required to establish GPS instrument approach procedure for the local airports to be familiar with GPS instrument approach procedure. We would like to introduce GPS instrument approach procedure for the Cheju International Airport as a basic model to help you to understand it.

  • A GPS receiver provides much information such as calculated position, speed, heading, status of satellites, current time errors, etc. It is well-known that GPS signals from GPS receiver mounted on moving vehicle are often distorted, contaminated by various noises, and blocked by tunnel or tall buildings. The phenomenon often obstructs correct navigation especially when a vehicle keeps stopping or is moving in low speed. Therefore it is needed to pre-process the signals to adapt it to various applications. In this paper, an algorithm to pre-process the signals is proposed. For this, GPS data obtaining from uNAV GPS receiver are analyzed and classified based on dynamic characteristic. Then, the proposed algorithm is applied to the data and some test results are shown to verify the usefulness of the algorithm.
