The variances of atomization characteristics with the misalignment of injectors defined as the fraction of skewness for various angles of impingement and pressure conditions were studied using the doublet impinging injectors with a like-on-like arrangement. Water was used as simulant and the spray characteristics along with the changes in the skewness were analyzed using the methods of spray image photography. Experiment was carried for the impinging nozzles of orifice diameter of 1.2 mm within Reynolds numbers ranging from $9{\times}10^3-4.5{\times}10^4$ and the fraction of skewness considered for the experiment ranges from 0.0 to 0.9 at ambient temperature condition. Flat sheet with a distinct rim produced perpendicular to the plane of impinging jets goes ondisappear and sheet appears comparatively shorterwith the increase in fraction of skewness resulting the atomization of fluid droplet very close to impingement point with decrease in breakup length and increase in spray angle up to certain extent. The maximum allowable skewness was found as the result. The skewness up to the certain extent can be considered as the parameter to control the atomization characteristics of simulant inside the combustion chamberproviding the high economic performance of fuel and time.

The NAS 1638 cleanliness classification system was originally developed in 1966 by the US Aircraft Industries of America to both simplify reporting of particle count data and to control the introduction of dirt during the assembly of aircraft fluid systems. The numbers of particles at stated sizes are represented by broad bands where the interval was generally a doubling of contamination. A number of systems have been introduced since this to suit differing requirements. NAS 1638 and AS4059 are used in other industrial sectors such as the Off-shore & Sub-Sea and the Primary Metal Industries. The changes to ISO contamination measurement standards controlled by ISO/TC131/SC6 in 1999 meant that a revision of most of these classification systems was necessary. The body responsible for NAS 1638 decided to withdraw it for new installations and replace it with an update of an existing standard, SAE AS 4059. This paper details the philosophy behind the contamination coding systems, the reasons for the changes to the ISO contamination standards and explains the workings of AS 4059, the replacement for NAS 1638. It goes on to detail the latest changes to this standard.

This paper is for investigation and analysis of how a visual studio is widely used by domestic broadcasting companies and broadcasting companies' production environment. The history of a visual studio goes back to start of computer graphic. A visual studio is a way to produce a program using graphic sets created by a computer rather than actual setting, and it allows to express beyond limitations of actual studio settings and various imagery visual effects can be created by a computer. A visual studio can create 3-dimensional graphic and these graphics can be inter-locked with actual camera images to make visual spaces for various programs. These flows are aiming to achieve very natural image which is hard to distinguish it is artificially created rather than just to produce programs with simple image synthesis, and this paper analyzes the producing changes of domestic broadcasting visual studios as well as its usage and suggests the idealist direction for developing the production.

This paper proposes a face tracking scheme that is a combination of a face detection algorithm and a face tracking algorithm. The proposed face detection algorithm basically uses the Adaboost algorithm, but the amount of search area is dramatically reduced, by using skin color and motion information in the depth map. Also, we propose a face tracking algorithm that uses a template matching method with depth information only. It also includes an early termination scheme, by a spiral search for template matching, which reduces the operation time with small loss in accuracy. It also incorporates an additional simple refinement process to make the loss in accuracy smaller. When the face tracking scheme fails to track the face, it automatically goes back to the face detection scheme, to find a new face to track. The two schemes are experimented with some home-made test sequences, and some in public. The experimental results are compared to show that they outperform the existing methods in accuracy and speed. Also we show some trade-offs between the tracking accuracy and the execution time for broader application.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to research the relations between the Renying pulse and Qikou pulse diagnosis(人迎氣口脈診法) and the Chong vessel(衝脈) based on Yin and Yang(陰陽). Methods : We set up locations of the Renying pulse and the Qikou pulse as ST9(Renying pulse) and LU9(Qikou pulse) respectively. Several medical texts and papers were examined from the ancient to modern periods, in which the relations between the Renying and Qikou pulse diagnosis(人迎氣口脈診法) and the Chong vessel(衝脈) were analyzed based on Yin and Yang(陰陽). Results & Conclusions : The Chong vessel(衝脈) goes around the whole body and its dysfuction can be determined at pulsating sites. Also the Chong vessel(衝脈) supplies Source Qi(原氣) to the Stomach where it generates Nutrient Qi(營氣) and Defense Qi (衛氣). Due to the Lung's function that balances Nutrient Qi(營氣) and Defense Qi(衛氣), the balance between Yin and Yang is accomplished. This Yin-Yang balance can be confirmed through pulse diagnosis of the Renying pulse and Qikou pulse(人迎氣口脈診法).

The growing number of threats to society through the uncontrolled distribution of information is forcing library communities in many countries to reconsider their views on free access to collections. Based on the content of numerous documents of international importance, it can be concluded that in any democratic country access to information is one of the most important human rights, along with the right to life, liberty, and security of person. However, the state has the right to restrict citizens' access to information within the framework of existing legislation. Constantly, restrictions on access to information are established in order to protect the ethical foundations of the constitutional order, morality, health, rights, and legitimate interests of others, to ensure the country's defense and state security. It goes without saying that each country has the right to independently decide where the boundaries lie between permitted and prohibited information, including printed information, contained in library collections. This article describes three levels of access restriction: foreign, state, and regional. The authors have analyzed the legal and regulatory documents that govern libraries, as well as the reasons and methods of limitation. A comparative analysis of the restriction of access to information in the countries of Europe and Asia is presented.

Game producers provide their products and service to users. But the need and desire of users change in many ways as time goes. But game Co. Ltd is difficult because of the capital and the technical identities for providing characteristic products and service etc. Specially, the FPS game which is popular among users is developed by game Co. Ltd as the maximum reflects desire of users, but is similarly developed in other companies FPS game by similar desire. This cannot accept from desire of a certain prospective customer furthermore, decrease of a loyalty customer and a new customer, and a company is difficult of market activity. Therefore, this research is to find of user's psychological needs by FPS game user after gaming on reusing intention and switching intention factors influencing. As the result, the intention of satisfaction and re-use for FPS game is 84.9%, the conversion intention to special force game is 9.6% and the conversion intention to the game of Sudden attack is 5.5%. It shows that desire of the user for certain games is changing.

In this study, we apply the facial Facial Action Coding System for coding the muscular system anatomical approach facial expressions to be displayed in response to a change in sensitivity. To verify by applying the virtual character the Duchenne smile to the original. I extracted the Duchenne smile by inducing experiment of emotion (man 2, woman 2) and the movie theater department students trained for the experiment. Based on the expression that has been extracted, I collect the data of the facial muscles. Calculates the frequency of expression of the face and other parts of the body muscles around the mouth and lips, to be applied to the virtual character of the data. Orbicularis muscle to contract end of lips due to shrinkage of the Zygomatic Major is a upward movement, cheek goes up, the movement of the muscles, facial expressions appear the outer eyelid under the eye goes up with a look of smile. Muscle movement of large muscle and surrounding Zygomatic Major is observed together (AU9) muscles around the nose and (AU25, AU26, AU27) muscles around the mouth associated with openness. Duchen smile occurred in the form of Orbicularis Oculi and Zygomatic Major moves at the same time. Based on this, by separating the orbicularis muscle that is displayed in the form of laughter and sympathy to emotional feelings and viable large muscle by the will of the person, by applying to the character of the virtual, and expression of human I try to examine expression of the virtual character's ability to distinguish.

This paper explores the work of mourning of 9/11 in the United States, focusing on the project of building the National September 11 Memorial managed by the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation(LMDC) and the War on Terror declared by the George W. Bush administration in the wake of 9/11. This paper first looks at the project of building the Natioanl September 11 Memorial and considers what was at stake in achieving this project. It also examines the limitations of the project. This paper argues that, in spite of the efforts to mourn the victims in significant and meaningful ways, the work of mourning in the memorial project fails at least in two respects. First, the memorial project "began so soon" right after 9/11 that the victims' families were not given enough time to mourn their loved ones. Second, the project were permeated with American nationalism and patriotism, which made the 316 non-American victims of 9/11 invisible and forgotten. Then, it goes on to examine the War on Terror because the War on Terror epitomized the failure of mourning due to these causes. In his address to the nation delivered on the very day of 9/11, President George W. Bush stated that "America was targeted for the attack because we're the brightest beacon for freedom and opportunity in the world" and that the terrorists failed to threaten America into chaos. He also stated that America is in "the war against terrorism." These statements were a futile reassertion of the illusion of American invulnerability and a prohibition of mourning in favor of violent military responses to 9/11. American nationalism also underlies Bush's official naming of September 11 as "Patriot Day." The victims were sacrificed because they were at the site when terrorists attacked, which implies that their death had nothing to do with American patriotism. Naming September 11 as Patriot Day was an act of imbuing the absurdity of the victims' death with a false meaning and an act of forgetting the non-American victims. The failure of the work of mourning of 9/11 consisted in the inability to recognize human vulnerability and interdependence and the inability to mourn not only American victims but also non-American victims killed in 9/11 and the War on Terror. A meaningful and significant mourning could be possible when we realizes that all human beings are exposed to one another and their lives are interdependent on one another. September Eleventh Families for Peaceful Tomorrows well demonstrated this kind of mourning. When most Americans supported violent retaliations, Peaceful Tomorrows made pleas for nonviolent responses to 9/11. Turning their grief into action for peace, its members work "to create a safer and more peaceful world for everyone," not only for Americans. Their effort to mourn in meaningful and nonviolent ways delivers the message that a disaster like 9/11 should not happen anywhere.

The fresh-water shrimp, Macrobrachium nipponensis (DE HAAN) is one of the largest of the shrimp species and one of the most important types fo protein food in fresh water fisheries. It can be found from Cheju island in the touth to Chung-ju in river or swamp, in the north. The breeding of these shrimps was studied by Chun and Yu (1967) and the relative growth was reported by author (1970a), but they did'nt provide other ecological features widely found in their natural environment. Shrimps were collected from the Nak Dong River, near Pusan, Korea once a month, from March to December 1963. The following is a summary of the results. 1. Larvae hatch from May to September, mainly in the month of July. 2. The average sex ratio ($male/female{\times}100$) is $62.9\%$ and goes down during the spawning season and rises from fall to spring season. 3. The minimum size of the female with eggs is aproximately 4.2cm in body length 3.5 gr in body weight, and 1.5 cm in carapace length. 4. Most shrimps of 5.75-7.75 cm in body length lay eggs. 5. The dorsal spines of the rostrum are 10-16(mode13) in number and the ventral spines of the rostrum are 1-5 (mode 3) in number.
