Dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSCs) based on $TiO_2$ film photo anode incorporated with different amount of grapheme nanosheet(GNS) are fabricated and their photovoltaic performance are investigated. The $TiO_2$-GNS composite electrode has been prepared by a direct mixing method. The DSSC performance of this composite electrode was measured using N3 dye as a sensitizer. The performance of DSSCs using the $TiO_2$-GNS composite electrodes is dependent on the GNS loading in the electrodes. The results show that the DSSCs incorporating 0.01 wt% GNS in $TiO_2$photo anode demonstrates a maximum power conversion efficiency of 5.73%, 26% higher than that without GNS. The performance improvement is ascribed to increased N3 dye adsorption, the reduction of electron recombination and back transport reaction as well as enhancement of electron transport with the introduction of GNS. The presence of both $TiO_2$(anatase) and GNS has been confirmed by FieldEmission Scanning Electron Microscopy(FE-SEM). The decrease in recombination due to GNS in DSSCs has been investigated by the Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy.
The renoprotective effects of Korean Red Ginseng were examined in STZ-induced diabetic spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). After 3 day administration of streptozotocin (STZ), animals were divided into four groups : Group 1, hypertensive rats (H); Group 2, hypertensive rats with diabetes (HD); Group 3, hypertensive rats with diabetes administered with 100 mg/kg of ginseng total saponin(GTS); Group 4, hypertensive rats with diabetes administered with 600 mg/kg of ginseng non-saponin (GNS). After 2 weeks oral administraions of GTS and GNS, body weight, kidney weight, plasma glucose, urinary albumin excretion, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and blood pressure were examined. After 3,7 and 21 day of STZ administration, expressions of TGF-${\beta}$1 and fibronectin in kidney were analyzed by immunoblotting and/or immunohistochemistry. GTS and GNS treatments slightly decreased blood pressure when compared to H and HD groups. Also, GTS and GNS treatments ameliorated kidney hypertrophy without affecting plasma glucose levels. Meanwhile, GNS treatment increased Cu/Zn-SOD activity in kidney and generally showed more efficient renoprotective effects than GTS. We suggest that the renoprotective effects of ginseng partially result from downregulations of TGF-${\beta}$1, fibronectin expressions and anti-oxidative activity of ginseng non-saponin.
Purpose: Gastric neoplasia is a common manifestation of familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP). This study aimed to elucidate the clinical characteristics, endoscopic features including fundic gland polyposis (FGPsis), and treatment outcomes of gastric neoplasms (GNs) in patients with FAP. Materials and Methods: A total of 35 patients diagnosed with FAP, including nine patients from four pedigrees who underwent esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), were investigated regarding patient characteristics, GN morphology, and treatment outcomes. Results: Twenty-one patients (60.0%) had 38 GNs; 33 (86.8%) and 5 (13.2%) were histologically diagnosed with adenocarcinoma and adenoma, respectively. There were no specific patient characteristics related to GNs.Nodule-type GNs were more prevalent in patients with FGP than without (52.2% vs. 0.0%, P=0.002) in the upper body of the stomach. Conversely, depressed-type GNs were fewer in patients with FGPsis than in those without (13.0% vs. 73.3%, P<0.001). Slightly elevated-type GNs were observed in both groups (34.8% vs. 20.0%, P=0.538). Even within pedigrees, the background gastric mucosa and types of GNs varied. In total, 24 GNs were treated with endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) and eight with endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR). EMR was selected for GNs with FGPsis because of the technical difficulty of ESD, resulting in a lower en bloc resection rate (62.5% vs. 100%, P=0.014). Conclusions: Our study indicates the necessity of routine EGD surveillance in patients diagnosed with FAP. Notably, the morphology and location of GNs differed between patients with and without FGPsis. Endoscopic treatment and outcomes require more attention in cases of FGPsis.

This paper proposes an optimum vision system analysis and a reliable high-precision positioning system that converges a GNSS and a vision system in order to resolve position error and outdoor shaded areas two disadvantages of GNSS. For location determination of the object, it should receive signal from at least four GNSS. However, in urban areas, exact location determination is difficult due to factors like high buildings, obstacles, and reflected waves. In order to deal with the above problem, a vision system was employed. First, determine an exact position value of a target object in urban areas whose environment is poor for a GNSS. Then, identify such target object by a vision system and its position error is corrected using such target object. A vehicle can identify such target object using a vision system while moving, make location data values, and revise location calculations, thereby resulting in reliable high precision location determination.

In this paper, we designed a seasonal geothermal storage system and studied the applicability in the alluvial aquifer. We conducted a basic survey to apply this system to greenhouses actually operated in the Geum river basin alluvial aquifer. After choosing a potential area through electrical resistivity survey, the system parameters were set using drilling survey and pumping test result. We installed a system based on the factors, and operated for about 9 months. As a result, high temperature water(injection temperature $30^{\circ}C$) was stored at 22.5 Mcal ($1,609m^3$) for 3 months in cooling operation and 125 Mcal ($16,960m^3$) of low temperature water (injection temperature $7^{\circ}C$) were stored for 6 months in the remaining heating operation.
Background: Gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GNs) are slow growing and although their incidence has increased in recent years, they are relatively rarely seen. Somatostatin analogues are used in the treatment of GNs that express somatostatin receptor (SR). We aimed to investigate the expression of SR2 and SR5 in GNs. Materials and Methods: In this study the expression of SR2 and SR5 was investigated immunohistochemically in 49 cases (26 males, 23 females) diagnosed and graded with GN according to the World Health Organization classification 2010. Results: The percentage of SR2 staining was 91.0% in grade 1, 82.8% in grade 2 and 100% in grade 3. On the other hand, the percentage of SR5 staining was 81.8% % in grade 1, 60.0% in grade 2 and 0% in grade 3. According to the tumor localization, the percentages of SR2 expression were as follows: pancreas 85.7%, stomach 100%, small bowel 70%, appendix 85.7% and rectum 100%. The percentages of SR5 expression were: pancreas 61,9%, stomach 37.5%, small bowel 70%, appendix 71.5% and rectum 66.6%. There was a significant negative correlation between ki67 percentage and SR5 expression (r=-0.341, p=0.016). Conclusions: In this study, GNs were found to highly express SR2 and SR5. Although the expression of SR2 and SR5 changed according to tumor localization, the expression of SR2 was higher than the expression of SR5 in GN. There was a significant negative correlation between ki67 and SR5. Accordingly, SR5 may be a prognostic indicator of GN.
In a product environment where various product-service systems (PSSs) are already being provided, the provision of a different type of PSS is difficult for second movers but necessary for their sustainability and differentiation. Despite the importance of providing distinguishing PSSs to market, prior PSS studies have not effectively considered the influence of existing PSSs in their methods. In response, we suggest an approach to generate new PSS concepts by employing general needs (GNs) and business system evolution patterns (BSEPs). Our approach 1) identifies customer GNs fulfilled by existing PSSs, 2) generates advanced PSS ideas from an evolutionary perspective by mapping the existing PSSs onto BSEPs, and 3) selects PSS ideas that can meet the unfulfilled or insufficiently considered GNs using a GN-PSS linking matrix, thereby generating new PSS concepts based on the selected ideas. The workings and practicability of this approach are illustrated using a PSS case study of furniture industry. This approach would provide PSS planners with an ability to generate the differentiated PSS concepts that handle the customer needs that have been untapped throughout a product's lifecycle. In addition, this approach as a module will have a synergetic effect when incorporated with other PSS methodologies.

Objective: Mouse pre-antral follicles require the addition of gonadotropins (Gns) to complete maturation and ovulation of oocyte and antrum formation in vitro. However, we tried examination of in vitro growth of mouse pre-antral follicles in medium without Gns and/or phygiological factors. And also, pre-antral follicles were isolated from ovaries by mechanical method. Our present studies were conducted to evaluate on the growth of follicles and intra-follicular oocytes and antrum formation in vitro of mouse pre-antral follicles in two different media. Methods: Pre-antral follicles ($91{\sim}120{\mu}m$) were isolated mechanically by fine 30G needles not using enzymes from ovaries of 3-6 week-old female ICR mice. Isolated pre-antral follicles were cultured in $20{\mu}l$ droplets of TCM (n=17; follicles: $107.8{\pm}1.58{\mu}m$; oocytes: $57.9{\pm}1.2{\mu}m$) or MEM (n=12; follicles: $109.3{\pm}2.53{\mu}m$; oocytes: $55.4{\pm}1.6{\mu}m$) under mineral oil on the 60 mm culture dish. All experimental media was supplemented with 10% FBS without Gns and/or physiological factors. Pre antral follicles were individually cultured for 8 days. Antram formation and growth of pre-antral follicles and intra-follicular oocytes were evaluated using precalibrated ocular micrometer at X200 magnifications during in vitro culture. Results were analyzed using combination of Student's t-test and Chi-square, and considered statistically significant when p<0.05. Results: Antrum formation had started in two culture media on day 2. On day 8, antrum formation had occurred in 58.3% of pre-antral follicles cultured in DMEM, but only in 23.5% of those cultured in TCM (p=0.0364). Growth of pre-antral follicles and intra-follicular oocytes were observed on day 4 and 8. On day 4, follicular diameter was similar (p=0.1338) in TCM ($119.4{\pm}2.58{\mu}m$) and MEM ($125.4{\pm}4.52{\mu}m$). However, on day 8, diameters of pre-antral follicles cultured in MEM ($168.9{\pm}17.29{\mu}m$) were significantly bigger (p=0.0248) than that in TCM ($126.7{\pm}4.28{\mu}m$). On day 4 and 8, diameters of intra-follicular oocytes were similar in TCM ($67.1{\pm}1.3$ and $72.4{\pm}0.9{\mu}m$) and MEM ($65.2{\pm}1.7$ and $73.3{\pm}1.5{\mu}m$), respectively. Conclusion: We can conform that medium without Gns and/or physiological factors can be used for in vitro antrum formation and growth of pre-antral follicles and intra-follicular oocytes in mouse. In conclusion, MEM supplemented with FBS can be used for growth in vitro of mouse pre-antral follicles isolated mechanically.

Nowadays, various security systems are developed and used for protecting information on the network. Although security solutions can prevent some of the security risks, they provide high performance only if used appropriately in accordance with their purposes and functionality. Security solutions commonly used in information protection systems include firewalls, IDS, and IPS. However, despite various information protection systems are introduced, there are always techniques that can threaten the security systems through bypassing them. The purpose of this paper is to develop effective training techniques for responding to the bypass attack techniques in the information security systems and to develop effective techniques that can be applied to the training. In order to implement the test bed we have used GNS3 network simulator, and deployed it on top of virtual operating system using VirtualBox. The proposed correspondence training scenario against bypassing information protection system attacks could be very effectively used to counteract the real attacks.
