Objectives : To review RCTs on acupuncture treatment for shoulder pain in order to establish a standard acupuncture treatment model in treating shoulder pain. Methods : RCT articles on traditional acupuncture treatment for shoulder pain were searched through online database. Quality of studies were assessed using the FEAS and the modified Jadad score. Results : Eighteen trials of acupuncture for shoulder pain were analyzed. Based on the results of these reviews the following factors might contribute to optimal results from acupuncture treatment. 1) Usage of LI, SI, TE meridians, usage of $LI_{15}$, $TE_{14}$, $GB_{21}$, $LI_{11}$, $LI_4$, $SI_{14}$, $LI_{14}$, $TE_{15}$ acupuncture points. 2) More than four acupuncture points should be used. 3) More than 15 minutes of needle retention time. 4) Needle length-40mm and diameter-0.30mm. 5) More than 9 times treatment 6) More than 5 weeks treatment duration. Conclusions : There was no relation between quality of article and effectiveness of acupuncture. To improve the remedial value, it is necessary to mention De-qi, stimulation of acupuncture and correct variation in diagnosis with the above-mentioned. It is better that clinical trials of acupuncture treatment is designed that type of RCT and double blind. Also when it is set that sham nonpenetrating acupuncture, no treatment group as a control group, and participants don't distinguish wheather acupuncture treatment or not, it will be more meaningful.

Hybrid-fiber reinforced concrete (HFRC) may provide much higher tensile and flexural strengths, tensile ductility, and flexural toughness than normal concrete (NC). HFRC slab has outstanding advantages for use as a composite bridge potential deck slab owing to higher tensile strength, ductility and crack resistance. However, there is little information on shear connector associated with HFRC slabs. To investigate the mechanical behavior of the stud shear connectors embedded in HFRC slab, 14 push-out tests (five batches) in HFRC and NC were conducted. It was found that the stud shear connector embedded in HFRC had a better ductility, higher stiffness and a slightly larger shear bearing capacity than those in NC. The experimentally obtained ultimate resistances of the stud shear connectors were also compared against the equations provided by GB50017 2003, ACI 318-112011, AISC 2011, AASHTO LRFD 2010, PCI 2004, and EN 1994-1-1 (2004), and an empirical equation to predict the ultimate shear connector resistance considering the effect of the HFRC slabs was proposed and validated by the experimental data. Curve fitting was performed to find fitting parameters for all tested specimens and idealized load-slip models were obtained for the specimens with HFRC slabs.

Oculomotor palsy presents itself with sudden onset unilateral ptosis and inability to turn the eye upward, downward, or inward, which causes visual disturbances. We observed 5 cases of patient with oculomotor palsy, the results are as follows. Methods & Results : All patients were treated by the same method and treatment was performed by means of electroacupuncture(4Hz frequency, intensity was adjusted so that localized muscle contractions could be seen). The electrodes were placed unilaterally on BL2 to Kwangmyong(head) and GB14 to Ex-HN4. As the result, symptoms are improved remarkably. Conclusion : Patients were treated for 9.6weeks, 26.4 times(average). Improvement started after 6.6 times treatment, and symptoms were nearly cleared after 12.4 times, 4.6 weeks treatment.

Greenbelts were designated by the Korean government in 1971 in 14 large cities to prevent uncontrolled urban expansion. Recently, deregulation of the greenbelt system has resulted in further development, but the ecological role of greenbelts has not been fully considered when decisions about urban management are being made. We examined the ecological roles of the greenbelt system in the Seoul metropolitan area and prepared sustainable management and improvement plans based on our analysis of landscape characteristics using satellite images covering a ${\sim}30$-year period. The loss of forest cover during this period in the greenbelt areas was lower than that in the areas outside and inside of the greenbelt. Fragmentation of forest cover was correlated with the pattern of loss of forest cover. The NDVI of the greenbelt remained steady at 90% of that in outside of the GB for three decades. This suggests that the greenbelt system has performed its primary roles well. However, the remaining green space was not adequate to provide a sink for air pollutants even when the greenbelt area was included. We discuss how the negative effects of urbanization can be reduced through sustainable management and restoration to promote ecological functioning in greenbelts and urban landscapes.

The result as following one was founded that investigate cause and acupuncture point for symptoms of headache; 1. Headache in distinction from doo-pung(頭風.) was defined that it' period is short and treatment is easy. 2. The cause of headache was classified according to the interior and exterior cause of the body. 3. Total number of used acupuncture point was one hundred and six, and in order of using time acupuncture point was appeared as LI4(15), LU7(12), GB20(12), BL2(11), GV20(9), TE23(9), SI3(7), GV24(7), GV23(7) 4. The meridian distribution of acupuncture point is appeared as Bladder Meridian(21points), Gallbladder Meridian(18points), Governer vesseI(14points), Triple Energizer meridian(12points), Large Intestine Meridian(9points), Small Intestine Meridian(7points), Stomach Meridian(7points) 5. According to headache position, the distribution of acupuncture point $Yangmy\check{o}ng\;Ky\check{o}ng$ and Governer vessel was used to frontal headache, Soyang $Ky\check{o}ng$ to migraine, Taeyang $Ky\check{o}ng$ and Governer vessel to occipital headache. 6. LI4(合谷) and LU7(列缺) was used to general headache as basic acupuncture point.

Objectives : The aim of this study was to observe the effect of Embedding therapy on complete facial palsy after primary treatment. Methods : 11 patients with complete facial palsy were treated with Embedding therapy. It was performed once a day, every two weeks. 15~20 Embedding threads were used in each Embedding therapy treatment. The total number of Embedding therapy treatments was 4 or 8. Frontalis muscles (including the Yangbaek ($GB_{14}$)), Orbicularis oculi muscle, Levator labii superioris muscle, Zygomatic major muscle, Zygomatic minor muscle (including the Georyo ($ST_3$) and Jichang ($ST_4$)), Masseter muscle, Buccinator muscle (including the Hyeopgeo ($ST_6$)) and Orbicularis Oris muscle were selected. Yanagihara's score and House-Brackmann scale were compared for before and after treatment to evaluate the effect of Embedding therapy. Results : Yanagihara's score increased significantly (p=0.003). House-Brackmann Scale decreased significantly (p=0.005). Three patients were extremely satisfied, six patients were satisfied, and two patients responded neutrally in regards to Embedding therapy. Conclusions : Embedding therapy can be effective in improving symptoms of complete facial palsy.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to report a case of a patient efficacy of electromagnetic acupuncture using Whata 153 in facial nerve palsy in Herpes zoster oticus. Methods : We treated the patient with magnetic acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture. Acupuncture points were at the face (BL2, GB14, TE23, ST4, ST6, ST3). All the acupuncture points were stimulated with magnetic field and 4 of them were combined with electro-acupuncture. Results & Conclusions : The improvement of facial movement and symptom was evaluated by Yanagihara grading system(Y-system), House-Brackmann scale(HB scale) and Sunnybrook facial grading system(SFGS). After treatment, all of the scales(Y-system, HB scale and SFGS) and symptom of the patient were improved. From the above results, we suggest that magnetic acupuncture and electro-acupuncture might be effective on facial nerve palsy in Herpes zoster oticus.

Recent growth of hacking threats and development in software and technology put Network security under threat, In addition, intrusion, malware and worm virus have been increased due to the existence of variety of sophisticated hacking methods. The goal of this study is to compare Snort Alpha version with Suricata 2.0.11 version whereas previous study focuses on comparison between snort 2. x version under thread environment and Suricata under multi-threading environment. This thesis' experiment environment is set as followed. Intel (R) Core (TM) i5-4690 3. 50GHz (4threads) of CPU, 16GB of RAM, 3TB of Seagate HDD, Ubuntu 14.04 are used. According to the result, Snort Alpha version is superior to Suricata in performance, but Snort Alpha had some glitches when executing pcap files which created core dump errors. Therefore this experiment seeks to analyze which performs better between Snort Alpha version that supports multi packet processing threads and Suricata that supports multi-threading. Through this experiment, one can expect the better performance of beta and formal version of Snort in the future.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to analyze case reports on and to study Korean medicine treatments of facial palsy. Methods: Studies published after 2000 were selected by searching for the terms "facial palsy" and "Guanwasa" in four databases and case reports using Korean medicine moderating variables were extracted by two individual researchers. Results: The House Brackmann (H-B) Scale (23 times, 65.7%), and Yanagihara Grading Scale (Y-system) (22 times, 62.8%) were used to assess facial palsy. All case reports used acupuncture, while 19 case reports (51.3%) used electro-acupuncture, and 8 case reports (21.6%) used pharmacopuncture. Main meridian points used were ST6, ST4, GB14, TE23, LI20, BL2. Thirty-two case reports used herbal medicine (86.4%) and both Ligigeopoong-san, Bojunglkgi-tang were used frequently. Conclusion: To treat facial palsy, acupuncture was mainly used in conjunction with electro-acupuncture and pharmacopuncture. Most case reports also used herbal medicine.
