압출성형공정 퍼지제어기의 모의실험 (Simulation of Fuzzy Logic Controller for Food Extrusion Process)

  • 퍼지 이론을 적용하여 압출성형공정을 제어하는 모의실험을 수행하였다. 압출물의 두께(팽화율)가 측정변수로 피드백 입력되고 퍼지제어기를 통하여 스크류 회전속도의 set point가 출력되었다. 얻어진 set point로 가상의 압출성형기가 작동하여 또 다른 두께값이 측정값으로 입력되었다. 이와같은 일련의 과정이 반복되면서 최종적으로 원하는 두께값을 얻을 수 있었고 피지제어기의 알고리즘은 압출성형 전문가로부터 얻어진 기본 법칙을 이용하여 작성 하였다.

A Study on Transmission System Expansion Planning using Fuzzy Branch and Bound Method

  • This study proposes a new method for transmission system expansion planning using fuzzy integer programming. It presents stepwise cost characteristics analysis which is a practical condition of an actual system. A branch and bound method which includes the network flow method and the maximum flow - minimum cut set theorem has been used in order to carry out the stepwise cost characteristics analysis. Uncertainties of the permissibility of the construction cost and the lenient reserve rate and load forecasting of expansion planning have been included and also processed using the fuzzy set theory in this study. In order to carry out the latter analysis, the solving procedure is illustrated in detail by the branch and bound method which includes the network flow method and maximum flow-minimum cut set theorem. Finally, case studies on the 21- bus test system show that the algorithm proposed is efficiently applicable to the practical expansion planning of transmission systems in the future.

  • During the past several years, fuzzy control has emerged as one of the most active and fruitful areas for reaserch in the applications of fuzzy set theory. A key component of the fuzzy controller is a rule-based system which provides a linguistic description of control strategy. This strategy has the form of a collection of fuzzy conditional statements which are implemented and manipulated using fuzzy set theory. In this paper, we propose the rule-based controller for DC motor speed control. The result of performance compare with PID controller to verify the validity of proposed algorithm.

  • The maintenance of generating units is implicitly related with power system reliability and has a tremendous bearing on the operation of the power system. A technique using a fuzzy search method which is based on fuzzy multi-criteria function has been proposed for GMS (generator maintenance scheduling) in order to consider multi-objective function. In this study, a new technique using combined fuzzy set theory and genetic algorithm(GA) is proposed for generator maintenance scheduling. The genetic algorithm(GA) is expected to make up for that fuzzy search method might search the local solution. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is demonstrated by the simulation results on a practical size test systems.

  • 본 논문은 부정확한 null interval-valued fuzzy soft sets 와 absolute interval-valued fuzzy soft sets 개념의 오류를 지적하였으며 interval-valued fuzzy soft sets를 위해 새롭게 정의된 개념을 소개하며 이를 이용한 기본적인 성질을 조사한다.

  • The Rough Set theory suggested by Pawlak in 1982 has been useful in AI, machine learning, knowledge acquisition, knowledge discovery from databases, expert system, inductive reasoning. etc. The main advantages of rough set are that it does not need any preliminary or additional information about data and reduce the superfluous informations. but it is a significant disadvantage in the real application that the inference result form is not the real control value but the divided disjoint interval attribute. In order to overcome this difficulty, we will propose approach in which Rough set theory and Neuro-fuzzy fusion are combined to obtain the optimal rule base from lots of input/output datum. These results are applied to the rule construction for infering the temperatures of refrigerator's specified points.

  • Rough Set theory suggested by Pawlak has a property that it can describe the degree of relation between condition and decision attributes of data which don't have linguistic information. In this paper, by using this ability of rough set theory, we define a occupancy degree which is a measure can represent a degree of relational quantity between condition and decision attributes of data table. We also propose a method that can find an optimal fuzzy rule table and membership functions of input and output variables from data without linguistic information and examine the validity of the method by modeling data generated by fuzzy rule.

  • We discuss some interesting sublattices of interval-valued fuzzy subgroups. In our main result, we consider the set of all interval-valued fuzzy normal subgroups with finite range that attain the same value at the identity element of the group. We then prove that this set forms a modular sublattice of the lattice of interval-valued fuzzy subgroups. In fact, this is an interval-valued fuzzy version of a well-known result from classical lattice theory. Finally, we employ a lattice diagram to exhibit the interrelationship among these sublattices.
