퍼지 PI+D 제어기를 이용한 터보제트 엔진의 연료유량 제어 (Fuel Flow Control of Turbojet Engine Using the Fuzzy PI+D Controller)

  • 본 논문에서는 연료유량이 제어 수단인 터보제트 엔진에 대해 압축기의 서지를 방지하면서 가속시간을 줄일 수 있는 제어기를 제안하였다. 퍼지이론과 PI+D 제어 알고리즘을 적용하는 터보제트 엔진 제어기를 설계하였고 Mamdani의 추론법을 적용하여 추론하고, 비퍼지화는 무게 중심법을 사용하였다. 퍼지추론 결과는 터보제트 엔진의 가감속시 서지와 flame-out 현상을 방지하기 위해 연료 유량 제어 입력으로 사용되고, 신속하고 안전하게 원하는 속도로 수렴할 수 있도록 제어기를 설계한다. MATLAB을 사용한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 제안된 제어기의 성능을 입증하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 퍼지-PI 제어 알고리즘을 이용하는 무인 항공기용 터보제트 엔진 제어기를 제안한다. 터보제트 엔진의 가감속시 서지와 flame-out 현상을 방지하기 위해 연료 유량 제어 입력을 퍼지-PI 제어기로 생성한다. 가속도 오차의 로그함수를 사용하여 퍼지 추론 규칙을 만듦으로써 추종오차를 줄이도록 하였다. 제안된 제어기의 성능확인을 위한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션은 선형 엔진 모델에 적용하였으며 엔진 출력이 기준 가감속 명령에 잘 추종함을 보였다.

만타형 UUV의 제어기 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Control System on the Manta-type UUV)

  • 본 연구에서는 만타 형상을 가진 무인잠수정(Manta-type unmanned underwater test vehicle)의 제어 성능 평가를 수행 하였다. 제어 방법으로서 PID제어, Fuzzy 제어가 적용되었으며, 6자유도 운동 수학모델과 Matlab Simulink을 이용하여 조종 운동 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 또한, 설계된 제어기로 수심제어 및 방위제어에 적용하여, 조류의 외란 하에서 제어 성능을 평가하였다.

  • Recently, the progress of industrialization has been taken concern of material handling automation. So for, the conveyor belt has been popular for material handling. However, this system has many disadvantages such as the space, cost, etc. In this paper, a new navigation algorithm using fuzzy is introduced. The mobile robot follows a line installed on the roads. These informations are inputted with three approximate sensors. These obtained informations are analyzed with fuzzy control technique fur autonomous steering. Therefore, unlike existing systems, high reliability is guaranteed under bad environment conditions. The installation and maintenance of a line is easily made at lower cost. This developed mobile robot can be applied to material handling automation in manufacturing system, hospital, inter-office document del ivory.

퍼지 신경회로망을 이용한 선박의 제어 ( On the Control of Ship's Steering System by Introducing the Fuzzy Neutral Network )

  • In the fuzzy control of shop the qualitative knowledge and information that the ship's operators have acquired through their experience can be logically described by the Linguistic control Rule (LCR). The algorithm of the control is made of the LCR and the control of the shop is performed by processing this algorithm implementing a computer. The problem in the fuzzy control is that it is very difficult to describe qualitative human knowledge in the LCR correctly. To tackle this difficulty a Fuzzy Neural Network (FNN) was introduced in this paper. The characteristics of the multi-layer FNN control system applied to the ship's steering system is investigated through the computer simulation, and the results were compared with those of the ordinary fuzzy control system of a ship. The results showed that the FNN method is a very effective to translate human knowledge into the LCR.

  • In this paper, we propose a homogeneous multisensor-based navigation algorithm for a mobile robot, which is intelligently searching the goal location in unknown dynamic environments with moving obstacles using multi-ultrasonic sensor. Instead of using "sensor fusion" method which generates the trajectory of a robot based upon the environment model and sensory data, "command fusion" method by fuzzy inference is used to govern the robot motions. The major factors for robot navigation are represented as a cost function. Using the data of the robot states and the environment, the weight value of each factor using fuzzy inference is determined for an optimal trajectory in dynamic environments. For the evaluation of the proposed algorithm, we performed simulations in PC as well as real experiments with mobile robot, AmigoBot. The results show that the proposed algorithm is apt to identify obstacles in unknown environments to guide the robot to the goal location safely.

Design and Implementation of Green Coastal Lighting System for Entrance to Coastal Pier

  • The hardware of an LED lighting control system for coastal lighting at coastal pier entrance consists of a power supply unit, an AVR control unit, a CLCD output unit, an LED control unit, a scenario selection switch unit, and an operation speed display unit. It is made of an 8-channel. The CPU used ATmega128 and the FET was used to control the current signal. To operate the CPU, DC 12V was converted to DC 5V using a regulator 7805. A heat sink was used to remove heat generated in the FET. By connecting the load LED module to the manufactured 8-channel LED lighting control system, the operation was confirmed through various production scenarios. In addition, a control system was designed to show the most suitable color for the atmosphere of the coastal pier according to the input value of temperature and illumination using a fuzzy control system. Computer simulation was then conducted. Results confirmed that fuzzy control did not need to store many data inputs due to characteristics of artificial intelligence and that it could efficiently represent many output values with simple fuzzy rules.

이동 로봇의 원격 주행 시스템 (Remote Navigation System for Mobile Robot)

  • In this paper, we implement the internet- based remote control system for intelligent robot. For remote control of the robot, it uses the socket communication of the TCP/IP. It consists of- the user interface and the robot control interface. Robot control interface transmits the navigation and environmental informations of the robot into the user interface. In order to transmit the large environmental images, a JPEG compression algorithm is used. User interface displays the navigation status of the robot and transmits the navigation order into the robot control interface. Also, we propose the design method of the fuzzy controller using navigation data acquired by expert's knowledge or experience. To do this, we use virus-evolutionary genetic algorithm(VEGA). Finally, we have shown the proposed system can be operated through the real world experimentations.

Pedestrian Navigation System Reflecting Users Subjectivity and Taste

  • This paper proposes the pedestrian navigation system which deals with subjective information. This system consists of the route setting part and the instruction generation part. The route setting part chooses the route with highest subjective satisfaction degree. The instruction generation part gives users the instructions based on the users' sensuous feeling of distance with linguistic expressions. Fuzzy measures and integrals are applied to the calculation of the satisfaction degree of the route which reflects the users' taste for routes. The instruction generation part has database of users' cognitive distance. Users' cognitive distances are expressed by fuzzy sets that correspond to linguistic terms. The system generates the instructions with linguistic terms which have the highest fitness value for the users' sensuous feeling of distance. This paper also performs subjective experiments in order to confirm the validity of the present system.
