In this paper, we introduce the seminormed fuzzy co-integral as a complementary concept of seminormed fuzzy integral, and investigate its properties. Furthermore we propose an application of this new integral for decision making problems.

협력 필터링은 다수의 상업용 추천 시스템에서 구현되어 온라인 사용자들에게 성공적으로 서비스되고 있는 핵심적 기술이다. 이 기술은 현 사용자와 유사한 평가이력을 가진 다른 사용자들로부터 항목을 추천하기 때문에, 유사도 척도는 시스템 성능에 매우 큰 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 기존 유사도 측정 방법의 문제점을 해결하고자 퍼지 논리에 입각하여 사용자 평가등급의 주관성 및 모호성과 사용자들의 평가 행태를 반영하는 새로운 유사도 척도를 제안한다. 성능 평가를 위한 다양한 실험을 실시하였고, 그 결과 제안 방법은 예측 정확도와 추천 정확도 면에서 우수한 성능 개선 효과를 보였다.

This study aims to establish a seismic resistance performance evaluation method that makes sure to secure the seismic resistance performance of the existing mid-low story reinforced concrete structures. This study focuses on the development of the seismic resistance performance evaluation method for the overall seismic resistance performance evaluation on the buildings by applying fuzzy theory. This seismic resistance performance evaluation method considers the mutual relations among the type of force, the type of member, the type of story, and the states of deterioration of the buildings. The total seismic resistance performance index from this method was calculated by the intensity weight of each evaluation item, fuzzy measure, fuzzy integration. Moreover, the evaluation methodology was established in this study to identify the performance level of the Immediate Occupancy, Life Safe, Collapse Prevention by applying the fuzzy theory.

Many of the current successful commercial recommender systems utilize collaborative filtering techniques. This technique recommends products to the active user based on product preference history of the neighbor users. Those users with similar preferences to the active user are typically named his/her neighbors. Hence, finding neighbors is critical to performance of the system. Although much effort for developing similarity measures has been devoted in the literature, there leaves a lot to be improved, especially in the aspect of handling subjectivity or vagueness in user preference ratings. This paper addresses this problem and presents a novel similarity measure using fuzzy logic for selecting neighbors. Experimental studies are conducted to reveal that the proposed measure achieved significant performance improvement.

In this work, we proesent a bidirectional approximate reasoning method and fuzzy inference network for interval valued decision making systems. For this, we propose a new type of similarity measure between two fuzzy vectors based on the Ordered Weighted Averaging (OWA) operator. Since the proposed similarity measure has a structure to give the extreme values by choosing a suitable weighting vector of the OWA operator, it can render an interval valued similarity value. From this property, we derive a bidirectional approximate reasoning method based on the similarity measure and show its fuzzy inference network implementation for the decision making systems requiring the interval valued decisions.

본 논문에서는 실제 값과 같은 데이터의 불확실성과 유사성을 측정 할 수 있는 퍼지 엔트로피와 유사성 측정이 소개되고 있다. 퍼지 엔트로피와 유사성 측정의 디자인이 설명하고 입증했다. 획득 수단은 연산 프로세스에 적용되고 논의되었다. 이러한 의사 결정과 퍼지 게임 이론과 같은 데이터 정량화 결과의 연장도 논의되었다.

본 논문에서는 시소러스에 근거한 새로운 퍼지 정보검색 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법에서 시소러스는 내부 용어들 간의 관련도를 정성적인 언어 갑으로 갖는 퍼지 언어 매트릭스로 표현되며 용어들간의 관계는 동의, 계층, 그릭 연관이 세 가지 관계가 제공된다 싯러스 내부 용어들 간이 무시된 관련도가 퍼기 이론에 근거한 퍼지이론에 근거한 퍼지 언어 매트릭스의 전이 폐쇄 알고리즘에 의해 추론된다 또한 제안돈 방법은 사용자의 질의, 그리고 문서와 같은 정보 항목의 표현에도 인간이 주관적이고 부정확한 측도를 그대로 반영하는 정성적인 언어 값을 허용한다. 따라서 논문 [1-3]에서 제안된 방법보다 좀 더 유용하다. 또한 질의 평가시 퍼지 언어 매트릭스와 AON(Associated Ordinary Number)값을 이용하기 때문에 논문 [1-3]에서 사용되는 방법보다 시간적으로 효츌적이다. 결과적으로 사용자가 좀 더 유용하고 지능적인 방법으로 질의를 처리할 수있도록 한다

본 논문에서는 뉴로-퍼지 방법을 이용한 한방 맥진 및 양도락 진단 알고리즘을 제안하고 DSP보드를 중심으로 한 실시간 진단 시스템을 구현한다. 맥진은 환자의 손목에 있는 촌관척부에 부착한 맥진 Probe를 통해 맥진카드의 3 채널로 신호가 입력되도록 하여, 1차적으로 좌부맥, 좌침맥, 우부맥, 우침맥으로 나누어 촌관척 3부분을 동시에 실험하고, 2차적으로는 촌관척 중 1부분씩 개별적으로도 실험을 행할 수 있도록 한다. 실제 실험을 통하여 어느 맥진 Probe로도 맥진 신호가 세밀하게 검출됨을 확인한다. 양도락 진단에서는 전기자극기에서 발생된 펄스를 인체의 일정부위에 주입하면 12경맥의 대표측정점에 부착된 전극을 통해 응답신호를 검출해 내도록 한다. 실험은 ① 1채널씩 검출, ② 2채널(좌, 우)씩 검출, ③ 6채널(좌수, 우수, 좌족, 우족)씩 4단계로 검출, ④ 24채널 동시 검출 후, 1차적으로 퍼지진단을 행하고, 2차적으로 퍼지진단값을 신경회로망의 입력으로 이용하여 신경회로망 훈련을 행하였다. 그리고 임의의 환자에게서 측정한 검출값을 곧바로 기 훈련 된 양도락 신호의 패턴인식을 행하여 양도락 신호의 뉴로-퍼지 진단이 잘 수행됨을 확인하였다.

The values of a linguistic variable are words, phrases, or sentences in a given language. For example, structural damage can be considered as linguistic variable with values such a 'severely damaged', 'moderately damaged', which are meaningful classifications but not clearly defined, This paper is to evaluate reasonably the correction factor of bridge capacity with the aid of fuzzy sets theory. By using the above mentioned fuzzy measure, the concept of fuzzy integral and linear membership function can be defined. It is concluded that the fuzzy sets theory cam be applied to determine reasonably the correction factor of bridge capacity.

In this paper, we prove that multi-variate fuzzy polynomials are universal approximators for multi-variate fuzzy functions which are the extension principle of continuous real-valued function under $T_W-based$ fuzzy arithmetic operations for a distance measure that Buckley et al.(1999) used. We also consider a class of fuzzy polynomial regression model. A mixed non-linear programming approach is used to derive the satisfying solution.
