예비수학교사의 AI 소양과 SW 역량 계발에 관한 사례 연구 (A Case Study on the Pre-service Math Teacher's Development of AI Literacy and SW Competency)

  • The aim of this study is to explore the pre-service math teachers' characteristics of education to develop their AI literacy and SW competency, and to derive some implications. We conducted a 14-hours AI and SW education program for pre-service teachers with theory and practice, and an analysis on class observation data, video frames of classes and interview, Python programming assignments and papers. The results of this case study for 3 pre-service teachers are as follows. First, two students understood artificial neural network and deep learning system accurately, furthermore, all students conducted a couple of explorations related with performance improvement of deep learning system with interest. Second, coding and exploration activities using Python improved students' computational thinking as well as SW competency, which help them give convergence education in the future. Third, they responded positively to the necessity of AI literacy and SW competency development, and to applying coding to math class. Lastly, it's necessary to endeavor to give a coding education to the student's eye level according to his or her prerequisite and to ease the burden of student's studying AI technology.

A Study on Artificial Intelligence Education Design for Business Major Students

  • Purpose: With the advent of the era of the 4th industrial revolution, called a new technological revolution, the necessity of fostering future talents equipped with AI utilization capabilities is emerging. However, there is a lack of research on AI education design and competency-based education curriculum as education for business major. The purpose of this study is to design AI education to cultivate competency-oriented AI literacy for business major in universities. Research design, data and methodology: For the design of AI basic education in business major, three expert Delphi surveys were conducted, and a demand analysis and specialization strategy were established, and the reliability of the derived design contents was verified by reflecting the results. Results: As a result, the main competencies for cultivating AI literacy were data literacy, AI understanding and utilization, and the main detailed areas derived from this were data structure understanding and processing, visualization, web scraping, web crawling, public data utilization, and concept of machine learning and application. Conclusions: The educational design content derived through this study is expected to help establish the direction of competency-centered AI education in the future and increase the necessity and value of AI education by utilizing it based on the major field.

  • The objectives of this research are to establish and confirm the human resources competency components for listed companies in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The sample group used in this research includes the company president, business owner, managing director, assistant managing director, general manager or human resources manager of 140 listed companies. The research instrument is a scale-estimated questionnaire. The obtained data were subjected to principal component analysis and were analyzed for the rotation of the perpendicular component using the Varimax method. Results were generated through the analysis of eight components, consisting of decision-making, creativity, strategic thinking, relationship and communication, teamwork, adaptability, self-management, and motivation. The research results demonstrate important components in human resource performance that are critical to the successful development of organizations. Organizations can apply these components to the development of human resource competencies in accordance with the operations that need to be adjusted to suit the changes that occur. These rapidly-changing conditions are important factors that can be studied and developed into variables and components that affect human resource performance in the future. As a result, organizations need to adjust to be well prepared to face problems and challenges in the harsh competitive environment in the future.

장애인의 정보화 역량이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향: 사회적 자본의 매개효과 (The Effects of Information Competency of People with Disabilities on Life Satisfaction : Mediating Effects of Social Capital)

  • 본 연구는 정보취약계층으로 분류되는 장애인의 정보화 역량과 생활만족도 간 관계에 주목하고 있다. 특히, 온·오프라인 활동을 통하여 구축되는 사회적 자본이라는 매개변수를 통하여 장애인의 정보화 역량이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 더욱 정교하게 설명하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이를 위해 '2018 디지털정보격차 실태조사' 데이터를 활용하여 매개회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 장애인의 정보화 역량은 생활만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 정보화 역량이 높을수록 사회적 자본이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 사회적 자본은 생활만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 정보화 역량과 생활만족도 간 관계를 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 장애인의 정보화 역량은 사회적 자본을 통하여 생활만족도 향상으로 연결된다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 장애인의 정보화 역량 제고를 위한 정책추진 시, 특히 온라인 사회참여와 교류 활성화 등에 초점을 맞출 필요가 있음을 제언하였다.

보건간호사의 의사소통능력이 전문직능력에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Competency Level in Communication on Professional Competence of Public Health Nurses)

  • Purpose: The study was done to describe competency level in communication and professional competence of Public Health Nurses and to test effect of competency level in communication on professional competence of Public Health Nurses (PHNs). Methods: A correlational research design was used and 153 PHNs working at nine Public Health Centers (PHCs) in four Metropolitan cities agreed to participate. Participants completed a structured questionnaire measuring the study variables with socio-demographic characteristics. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis with the PAWS Statistics 18. Results: The mean of competency level for communication and professional competence were above average for the test instruments utilized (90.3 and 68.4 respectively). The level of communication competency differed by age and location of PHCs, and professional competence differed by location of the PHCs. The level of communication competency was the most important affecting professional competence and explained 32.9% of the professional competence. Conclusion: Nurses with better communication competency had more professional competence. In the future, repeated study is needed, and communication program is needed to develop and train PHNs to improve their professional competence.

경찰 디지털증거분석관 역량모델 개발 (Development of Competency Model for Police' Digital Forensic Examiner)

  • 범죄수사에서 디지털증거가 중요해지면서 법정에서 다툼이 많아지고 있다. 매체가 다양화되고 분석범위가 확장되면서 디지털포렌식에 대한 전문성 수준도 높아지고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 디지털증거분석관의 역량을 정의하거나 전문성을 판단하는 역량모델 개발은 이루어지지 않고 있다. 디지털증거분석관에게 필요한 역량을 도출한 일부 연구가 있었으나 여전히 미흡한 수준이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전문가 FGI, 델파이 조사 등의 방법론을 활용해 총 9개의 역량군 25개의 역량평가 요소를 정의하였다. 구체적으로 디지털포렌식 이론, 디지털증거 수집 및 관리, 디스크포렌식, 모바일포렌식, 영상포렌식, 침해사고포렌식, DB포렌식, 임베디드(IoT)포렌식, 클라우드포렌식으로 규정하였다. 디지털증거분석관 역량모델은 향후 선발, 교육훈련, 성과평가 등 다양한 분야에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

  • National Competency Standard(NCS) is a national organization that organizes the knowledge, skills, and quality required to perform duties at industrial sites by industry sector and level. As NCS was developed and adopted as part of the government's implementation of capability-oriented society, the construction industry is also fully applying NCS to the curriculum and training. This study investigated and analyzed the problems of NCS development in construction work field through prior research analysis and experts interview and derived problems such as discrepancies in classification system, lack of connectivity with curriculum, and lack of effectiveness in revising NCS in construction work field. Further research is thought to be necessary for the establishment of the development system reflecting the construction characteristics in the future and for the presentation of practical improvement directions.

The effect of fire-safety education on the knowledge and safety competency of college students

  • The purpose of this study was to test the effects of video-based fire safety education among college students on the students' fire safety knowledge and disaster safety awareness and competency. Improvements were found in fire safety knowledge (t = -3.24, p = 0.001), social disaster awareness (t = -2.25, p = 0.025), basic disaster awareness (t = -2.44, p = 0.015), and disaster safety capacity (t = -2.04, p = 0.043). The contents of safety-education materials should be continuously developed. Those materials should be provided to many people, and future research should test the longer-term effects of those educational interventions.

전문가 FGI를 통한 건설기술자 경력관리 방안 연구: 건설기술자 역량지수를 중심으로 (A Study on the Career Management for Construction Engineers through the Professional FGI Results: Focused on the Index of Construction Engineer's Competency)

  • 본 연구는 건설기술자 경력관리체계의 현황을 분석하고, 이에 대한 개선안 도출을 목표로 한다. 특히, 건설기술자 경력관리의 근간을 이루는 건설기술자 역량지수(Index of Construction Engineer's Competency: ICEC)에 기초한 등급제도와 실제 업무현장에서의 능력 개발의 이슈를 중심으로 현 운영제도를 탐색하고 개선방안을 도출하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이를 위해 현대 경력개발의 주요 흐름과 이론적 개념들을 탐색하였다. 또한 향후 건설기술자 경력관리 방안의 발전방향을 모색하기 위해 전문가들을 대상으로 한 초점집단면접(Focus Group Interview: FGI)을 실시하였다. FGI에는 경력관리업무를 수행하는 공공기관 담당자 6명과 기업체 담당자 6명 등 총 12명이 참여하였다. 연구결과 향후 건설기술자의 경력관리와 관련하여 첫째, 신규인력의 적극적인 유인책 마련, 둘째, 현재 활용되고 있는 직무/전문분야의 제도적 보완, 셋째, ICEC의 최종 등급산정에서 현장경력의 중시, 넷째, 건설기술자 경력 평가 시 다양한 경력구성 요소의 고려, 그리고 다섯째, 특급인력의 실질적 업무 전문성 제고 등의 발전방안이 도출되었다. 이러한 연구결과에 근거한 이론적, 실천적 시사점 및 향후 연구에 대한 제언이 논의되었다.

카드소팅을 활용한 디지털 신기술 과정 핵심역량 군집화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Clustering of Core Competencies to Deploy in and Develop Courseworks for New Digital Technology)

  • 카드소팅(Card sorting)은 항목 간의 관계에 대한 사용자의 인식을 이해하는 데 유용한 데이터 수집 방법으로서, 일반적으로 카드소팅은 사용자 조사 및 평가에 매우 유용한 직관적이고 비용 효율적인 기술이다. 본 연구에서는 각 분야 직업별 핵심역량들은 코스 개발을 위하여 다음 단계인 카드소팅 단계에서 활용되는 역량카드로 사용하고, 결과를 군집화 하기 위해 K-평균 알고리즘을 적용하여 군집화 결과를 도출하였다. 카드소팅 결과 각 분야 직업별 핵심역량들에 대한 역량 군집화는 Participant-Centric Analysis (PCA)를 바탕으로 검증하였고, 이를 바탕으로 역량에 따른 직업별 코스 및 역량 분류 결과와 클러스터링에 의한 카드 유사성 정도는 각 직업별 핵심 역량 카드수에 대해 소팅 참여자 수 대비 군집화에 적합하게 동의한 참여자의 수와 카드 유사성 정도를 도출하였다.
