  • The time sharing type high frequency inverter using serial-parallel resonant to give VVVF function in the inverter used as power source of induction heating at high frequency is presented in this paper. This proposed inverter can reduce distribution of the switching current because of using the current of serial resonant circuit to the input current of the parallel one. The analysis of the proposed circuit is generally described by using the normalized parameters. Also, according to the calculated characteristics value, a method of the circuit design and operating characteristics of the inverter is proposed. In addition, this paper proves the validity of theoretical analysis through Simulation. This proposed inverter show that it can be practically used in future as power source system for induction heating application, DC-DC converter etc.

  • 본 연구는 불규칙한 단면을 가지면서 완곡을 이루는 일반하천에서 공장이나 가정으로부터 방류되는 오염물질의 횡확산현상을 예측하기 위한 수치모형을 제안하였다. 이 수치모형은 자연좌표계와 누적유량개념을 도입하였으며 여기에 필요한 여러가지 요소들을 직접측정하지 않고 컴퓨터 프로그래밍을 통하여 간단히 결과를 얻을수 있는 효율적인 방법을 개발하여 실험결과와 비교검토하므로서 본수치모형의 현지적용성을 검토하였다.

  • We have proposed a 3 phase, 100 MVA, 154 kV class HTS transformer substituting for a 60 MVA conventional transformer. The power transformer of 154 kV class has a tertiary winding besides primary and secondary windings. So the HTS transformer should have the 3rd superconducting winding. In this paper, we designed conceptually the structure of the superconducting windings of a single phase 33 MVA transformer. The electrical characteristics of the HTS transformer such as % impedance and AC loss vary with the arrangement of the windings and gaps between windings. We analyzed the effects of the winding parameters, evaluated the cost of each design, and proposed a suitable HTS transformer model for future power distribution system.

  • In this paper we explain why future probe storage systems will use patterned media. As a model system, magnetic patterned media will be discussed, even though their data density is limited to about $7Tbit/in^2$. The first results on magnetic probe storage on patterned media are presented, and the problem of switching field distribution is discussed in detail. Finally we will present the first steps into two-dimensional coding for patterned media.

  • Smart Manufacturing Factory is a paradigm of the future lead to the fourth industrial revolution that led Germany and the United States. Now the automation of the production facility and won a certain degree, and through the process of integrating the entire process, including planning, design, distribution of information and communication technology products in emerging as a core competitiveness of the national economy. In particular, the company accelerated the smart factory building in order to improve the manufacturing industry, cost savings and productivity simply to incorporate internet of things(IoT),Robot, artificial intelligence, big data technology as a factory automation level of sophistication of the system and out to progress to the level that replaces human labor have. In this we should look at the trend of promoting domestic and foreign factories want to present these smart strategies for Korea.

  • Most utiltity systems are subject to frequent changes, often due to increased loads and demand to up-grade quality of service provided. Urban renewal, expressway construction and suburban growth have also caused significant changes in urban utility distribution systems. Recently, it is required that a guideline for planning of a complete system, the reasonable design and construction methods for the efficient installation common utility tunnels must be estabilished. It prompts drastic measures to guard cities and their inhabitants against the horror of massive fires in the future. Preparedness holds the key to safety.

  • 우리나라 배전계통의 운용은 15개 지사와 수많은 지점에 의하여 관리되고 있으며 각 지역은 산악과 평지가 어우러져 복잡하고 다양한 지리적인 형상을 가지고 있다. 우리나라 고압 배전선로 구성의 특징은 도심지나 주요 시설을 제외하고는 거의 대부분이 방사상으로 되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 배전선로의 현황 및 지리적 특징에 따른 선로 구성 방안과 해외사례를 검토한다.

도시화에 따른 도시유역 배수계통의 유출영향분석에 관한 연구 (Analysis of Runoff Effect of Drainage System at Urban Watershed due to Urbanization)

  • The ILLUDAS and SWMM models were applied to the developing area of Dongsucheon for comparisons of the total runoff, peak discharge and travel time. For this purpose, the present and future urbanization rates were assumed 70% and 90%, respectively. The runoff analysis of two models has been performed based on 10, 20, 30 and 50 return periods and Huff's 4 quantiles for time distribution pattern of design rainfalls. As results, the total runoff based on Huff's pattern had an decreasing order of 1, 4, 3 and 2 quantiles for both models. The SWMM model showed that there were 4.3% increasing of the total runoff, 4.9% increasing of peak discharge, and 6.6% decreasing of travel time. Similarly, for ILLUDAS model, there were 7.3% and 9.2% increasing of total runoff and peak discharge, respectively and 9.1% decreasing of travel time.

Unlabeled Wi-Fi RSSI Indoor Positioning by Using IMU

  • Wi-Fi Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) is considered one of the most important sensor data types for indoor localization. However, collecting a RSSI fingerprint, which consists of pairs of a RSSI measurement set and a corresponding location, is costly and time-consuming. In this paper, we propose a Wi-Fi RSSI learning technique without true location data to overcome the limitations of static database construction. Instead of the true reference positions, inertial measurement unit (IMU) data are used to generate pseudo locations, which enable a trainer to move during data collection. This improves the efficiency of data collection dramatically. From an experiment it is seen that the proposed algorithm successfully learns the unsupervised Wi-Fi RSSI positioning model, resulting in 2 m accuracy when the cumulative distribution function (CDF) is 0.8.

  • 최근 정부의 미래에너지변환 정책에 따라 천연가스를 활용한 분산발전 시장은 점차 확대될 것으로 예상된다. 분산발전은 전력 수요지 주위의 소규모 발전원을 활용하는 발전방식으로 송배전 인프라 구축 비용과 운용비용, 전력손실을 줄일수 있는 장점이 있다. 천연가스를 이용한 분산발전의 대표적인 예로 Trigeneration System이 있다. 본 연구에서는 Trigeneration System에서 발생되는 냉열 및 엔진 배열을 이용하여 공조대상 실내의 습공기를 제습/냉방/난방 하는 제습공조시스템의 성능 분석에 대한 기초 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 제습공조시스템 입출구 온도차가 커질수록 시스템 효율은 높아지고 일반공조시스템 대비 에너지 소비량이 감소하는 것을 알 수 있었다.
