This study is aimed at finding policy directions for Korean fisheries and fishing villages by using Delphi method for fisheries experts. Fisheries experts have highly evaluated the achievements of fostering aquaculture industry, seafood export support measures, and natural disasters relief and recovery arrangements among the policies promoted as so far. And it was recognized that policies such as fishery resources management, creation and recovery of fishery resources, improvement hygiene and seafood safety, and provision young fishermen with training and capacity building will be important. Future megatrends, for example changes in food consumption pattern, climate change, and demographic structure changes are expected to have a significant impact on fisheries and fishing villages. The Delphi survey indicates that the most important policy objective is to secure a stable fisheries production. In other words, fisheries policy in the future should be aimed at suppling sustainable seafood for popular consumption. Finding strategies and action plans that can achieve this goal will be an important policy issue. In conclusion, it is necessary that a number of fundamental researches carry out in Korea, which can lead to finding out a multifunctionality of fisheries and fishing village. In addition, it is important to expand the scope of fisheries policy, which can consider not only the fisheries producers but also seafood consumer's and young fishermen perspectives. Furthermore, it recommends that fishery policy needs to include fishery related industry as well as application of 4th industrial revolution technology to fishery.

본 연구는 국내·외적으로 초연결사회와 스마트 기술이 우리나라에서 구현성의 정도를 현재로서는 간과할 수 없는 점 때문에 현재까지의 동향을 살펴보고 미래 정책방향을 선제적으로 모색해 보는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구의 방법은 문헌조사 및 주요선행연구 비교를 통해 본 연구와의 차별화에 중점을 두었다. 연구 결과, 초연결사회와 스마트 기술에 따른 우리나라의 4차산업혁명시대에는 데이터 보안·유지관리, 사용자 및 이용자의 프라이버시 강화, 초고령사회 진입에 대비한 관련 정책방향으로 파악되었다. 연구 한계점으로는 계량적, 정량적 방법을 통해 연구분석에 접근해야 하나 자료구득의 어려움, 동향분석을 통한 통계적 정량화의 기술적 한계가 나타났다. 향후 후속연구에서 보완할 필요가 있다.

Nowadays, most researchers and manufacturers always pay attention on wireless sensor networks (WSNs) due to its potential applications in many regions such as military, industrial and civilian areas. WSNs are the basic components of Internet of Things (IoT) and the key to machine-to-machine communications and the future Internet. Also, the security is an essential element for deploying WSNs. Recently the concept of trust-based mechanism was proposed in WSNs such as traditional cryptographic and authentication mechanisms. However, there is lack a survey on trust management for WSNs, IoT even future Internet. In this paper, we discuss the concept and potential application areas of trust management for WSNs and IoT worlds. Furthermore, we survey different trust management issues (i.e., cluster, aggregation, reputation). Finally, future research directions with respect to trust management in WSNs and future IoT world are provided. We give not only simple WSNs for IoT environments but also a simulated bootstrap platform to provide the discussion of open challenges and solutions for deploying IoT in Future Internet.

이 연구의 목적은 최근 3년(2021년, 2022년, 2023년) 교육부 교원양성 연수과에서 발표하는 교원 연수 중점 추진 방향을 분석하여 미래 사회에 교원 연수의 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 최근 3년 교원 연수 추진 배경은 변화된 것이 없었다. 최근 3년의 교원 연수 추진 배경은 교원 전문성 신장, 미래 환경 대응, 교원 연수 질 제고, 교육정책 추진력 확보이다. 추진 배경 세부 내용도 최근 3년 변함이 없다. 둘째, 최근 3년 교원 연수 비전의 경우 교원 연수체제 혁신이다. 이를 위하여 2021년에는 미래 교육환경 변화 선도를, 2022년에는 미래 공교육 선도를, 2023년에는 개별 학생 맞춤형 교육지원을 비전으로 하고 있다. 연수 목표의 경우 2021년에는 교원 생애 단계에 맞는 지속적 전문성 신장과 미래 교육환경에 부합하는 교원 핵심역량 제고를, 2022년에는 미래 교육체제에 적합한 교원 역량 강화와 교원 연수 내실화를 통한 사회적 신뢰 확보를, 2023년에는 미래 교육체제에 적합한 교원 역량 강화와 교원 연수 내실화를 통한 교실 수업의 변화에 두고 있다. 최근 3년 교원 연수 중점 추진 방향은 3가지이다. 첫째, 맞춤형 연수지원, 둘째, 미래형 연수체제 강화, 셋째, 교원 연수 내실화이다. 이 세 가지는 최근 3년 모두 유사하다. 결론적으로 최근 3년 교원 연수 중점 추진 방향에는 큰 변화가 없었다.

The supporting system for agricultural workforce and education strategy has been changing both domestically and worldwide range term. To change the fundamental directions, much more needs to be learned about the process of structural adjustment regarding the dynamics of the agricultural and rural sectors. A rural development doctrine must pay more attention to the ongoing problems of population imbalance and the dissolution of the countryside. The focus should be young people prefer to live in cities because there are more opportunities, services, and great personal fulfillment. This paper was described the effective fostering directions of young agricultural workforce and educational program to prepare future and young farmer for teaching careers in agriculture, food, farm management, and marketing. To achieve these goals, the specific approaches are 1) establish the strong partnership between related organizations of agricultural business, 2) strengthen the management and marketing education of products, 3) create the various in-farming or out-fanning incomes including green tourism, 4) enhance the aggressive marketing strategies by Internet, Telephone, and TV etc, 5) make the association among the same items for the effective research and risk management.

The intent of this study is to propose future planning guidelines and directions of the mixed-use buildings in the residential land development district in country-side cities, based on the concept that the neighborhood facilities are to be strategically laid out in a convenient location and planned in a proper manner for a healthy, safe, friendly and new neighborhood environment. For this purpose, seventeen mixed-use buildings which had been built in Shin-Eum housing development district in Gimcheon from 1995 until 2004 were chosen and investigated in terms of architectural characteristics in that process with surveying and analyzing those. The scope of investigation on case studies was that site size would be below 400 square meters, total area below 1500 square meters, and the number of stories below five stories high on the ground. Method of investigation on those was through field investigation, field photographs, recordings and drawings on those. Investigative contents have been divided and analyzed into the quantitative and qualitative factors in urban and architectural dimension. From results of quantitative investigations, five planning guidelines or directions could be obtained. From results of qualitative investigations, five planning guidelines or directions could be obtained. The criteria will be applied to new architectural developments of the neighborhood facilities linked with the small shops.

The purposes of this study are as follows. First, it is to review the features of discount stores that are expected to grow rapidly and continuously due to their low price, low cost, bulk purchase, and multiple shops, and to pinpoint problems arising from the establishment and position of the stores. Second, it is to analyze relevant issues in regard to the present status of fashion good distribution in discount stores by studying the situation, structure and problems of domestic fashion distribution along with the present status of the distribution in discount stores, and to suggest directions for the development of fashion distribution and discount stores. A positive study was carried out on the buyers of big domestic discount stores through one-to-one interviews focusing on the distribution of fashion products within Seoul and the Metropolitan area. The following is the directions for the development of clothing distribution and discount stores ; 1. The relative importance of fashion goods in a discount store will be increased with the tendency of fashionable and differentiated shops ; 2. The GMS or category killers will be established from around 2003 when the market is expected to become saturated with a great deal of discount stores. 4. Discount stores will change and reform without being restricted to a certain existing industry or business condition, and distribution channels will diversify over the border. The demand and supply system will be balanced based on a global marketing which will be adjusted on the international level.

The National Health Plan 2030 (HP2030) started to be prepared in 2017 and was completed and announced in December 2020. This study presents an overview of how it was established, the major changes in policies, its purpose, and future directions. This study analyzed the steps taken in the past 4 years to establish HP2030 and reviewed major issues at the international and governmental levels based on an evaluation of HP2020 and its content. HP2030 establishes 6 divisions and 28 topic areas, and it will continue to expand investments in health with a total budget of 2.5 trillion Korean won. It also established goals to enhance health equity for the first time, with the goal of calculating healthy life expectancy in a way that reflects the circumstances of Korea and reducing the gap in income and healthy life expectancy between regions. The establishment of HP2030 is significant in that it constitutes a sustainable long-term plan with sufficient preparation, contains policy measures that everyone participates in and makes together, and works towards improvements in universal health standards and health equity. With the announcement of HP2030, which includes goals and directions of the national health policy for the next 10 years, it will be necessary to further strengthen collaboration with relevant ministries, local governments, and agencies in various fields to concretize support for prevention-centered health management as a national task and to develop a health-friendly environment that considers health in all policy areas.

Current Korean healthcare facilities face on a difficult period as much as financial difficulty in Korean economy. Most of all the hospitals have difficulty in minus profit margin and hospital investments are also reducing rapidly. Probably, these seem to set in the period of re-organizing its structures and enhancing productivity from the rapidly growing period, which was to concentrate its resources and prefer large scaled structures. Analyzing the developing process and future trend in the U. S. health care facilities, already experienced in financial difficulty of current Korean health care facility in 70s thru. 80s, this paper is to present directions in future Korean health care policy and healthcare facility planning.

The purpose of this research are to enhance the understanding of apparel CAD system and to suggest future research direction in the field of apparel CAD system. To do so, (1) the background and the concept, (2) the adoption situation, (3) the benefits and problems, (4) previous research are discussed. Also factors which can influence the adoption decision of apparel CAD system are Identified and related propositions which can provide the directions to future research are developed. Using the usage level of apparel CAD system adoption as the dependent variables, the selected organizational characteristics, as independent variables, are : firm size, product characteristics, and perception of apparel CAD system benefits.
