The objectives of this paper were to review the difference between the analog and digital age, and to suggest new communication strategies for Agricultural Extension Service Centers in the digital age. Literature review and discussion on the information age and its supporting technologies, such as the Internet and other digital tools, has enabled communication to occur during time periods and in locations based upon individual needs. With increasing number of internet subscribers using email and the world wide web, the internet is now considered a new mass media for communication, and may soon consider such electronic connectivity as essential in agricultural extension services. Communication strategies in the future should recognize and adapt to the changing needs farmers and extension educators in the information age. Utilization of internet technology and digital tools in communication may attract and retain farmers and extension educators in the future, thus. some of new strategies for communication in agricultural extension services should include the following; 1) traditional linear model should be change into interactive model in communication. 2) Agricultural extension service should include creative role with diffusion process. 3) Agricultural extension service should establish new receiver paradigm and form new partnership with farmer.

본 연구는 우리나라 석유화학산업의 미래 전략 수립을 목적으로 미래이슈 발굴을 위한 탐색적 프로세스와 분석을 진행하였다. 연구방법으로서 문헌조사와 함께 STEPPER 분석기법을 활용하여 국내 업계, 학계, 연구계 등 대표적인 전문가들을 대상으로 심층적인 설문조사를 병행함으로써 융합적 시각에서 한국 석유화학산업의 이머징 이슈를 도출했다. 또한 2040년까지 새롭게 떠오르고 있는 트렌드와 이머징 이슈들을 미래이슈분석기법과 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 추출하였다. 이를 통해 미래에도 적용 가능한 변화요인으로서 국제유가 변화, 중국경제 전망, 그리고 미래핵심소재 개발 등 3개 요인들을 확정하였다. 향후 이러한 연구 프로세스를 기반으로 석유화학산업 뿐만 아니라 철강, 자동차, 조선 등 다양한 산업의 미래 시나리오 전략을 위한 연구가 가능할 것이다.

This study is identified the characteristics of housing product through housebuilders' strategies. As a methodology for this study, literature survey and questionnaire survey were used. Questionnaires have been done on mail to 232 housebuilders and return rate was 34.1%. In summary, housing product can be characterized long gestation period, periodically building cycle, future uncertainty of market volatility, maximization of land development gain, utilization of public fund for continuous building activity, moral hazard by accidentally bankrupcy. Therefore private housebuilding could be defined speculative industry.

Korea has pursued economic development based on ICT through R&D policy incorporating CDMA. However, the future society of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is expected to include a new type of industrial development that combines ICT with the non-ICT industry, making it impossible to secure national competitiveness without the source technology of the ICT industry. Therefore, in this thesis, we examine the ICT industry and ICT R&D policy from the point of view of the current ICT as a future source technology source of Korea, and identify strategies to determine ICT as a future technology source through a SWOT analysis.

본 연구에서는 충남도서관이 광역대표도서관으로서 도민의 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 도서관 서비스를 개발하고, 도내 공공도서관을 종합적이고 체계적으로 지원할 수 있도록 하는 제2차 충청남도 도서관 발전종합계획을 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 제1차 도서관 발전종합계획의 성과분석, 충청남도 도내 도서관의 진단과 분석, 충청남도 정책환경 분석 및 도서관정책 환경전망 분석을 실시했다. 그리고 최종적으로 충청남도 제2차 도서관 발전종합계획의 사명, 비전, 목표, 추진전략 및 실행계획을 제안했다. 먼저, 사명은 '충청남도 도민을 포용하고 미래 지식·문화 가치를 선도한다'로 제안했고, 비전은 '미래의 지식·문화를 이끄는 포용의 공간'으로 제안했으며, 목표는 1) 누구나 즐길 수 있는 차별 없는 도서관 환경 구축, 2) 공동체를 포용하는 도서관 서비스, 3) 지식문화 가치를 실현하는 도서관 운영, 4) 미래를 선도하는 도서관 인프라, 5) 공동체 교류·협력 네트워크 강화의 5가지이다.

In this paper, a brief but essential development strategy for the lunar orbit determination system is discussed to prepare for the future Korea's lunar missions. Prior to the discussion of this preliminary development strategy, technical models of foreign agencies for the lunar orbit determination system, tracking networks to measure the orbit, and collaborative efforts to verify system performance are reviewed in detail with a short summary of their lunar mission history. Covered foreign agencies are European Space Agency, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency, Indian Space Research Organization and China National Space Administration. Based on the lessons from their experiences, the preliminary development strategy for Korea's future lunar orbit determination system is discussed with regard to the core technical issues of dynamic modeling, numerical integration, measurement modeling, estimation method, measurement system as well as appropriate data formatting for the interoperability among foreign agencies. Although only the preliminary development strategy has been discussed through this work, the proposed strategy will aid the Korean astronautical society while on the development phase of the future Korea's own lunar orbit determination system. Also, it is expected that further detailed system requirements or technical development strategies could be designed or established based on the current discussions.

The future of design relies much on and is only ensured by the fundamental understanding of the dynamics between the ecosystem of nature and that of humans; therefore, having an eco-mind is essential. This study establishes ecological design strategies coinciding with the furniture design process and the furniture product life cycle in production, distribution, and end-of-life. In addition, it provides an overall direction with guidelines for ecological furniture design. The presented strategies focus on the Development of a New Concept; the Optimized Use of Physical Materials-functionality and utility; the Optimized Production; the Optimized Distribution System; and the Optimized End-of-life System. Through taking these steps, we can not only preserve our natural environment and Improve our lives, but also create optimal furniture design which corresponds and integrate with the ecosystem.

As migrants develop businesses abroad, entrepreneurship needs specific strategies due to some barriers when establishing and doing businesses. This paper examines the kinds of problems that have been faced in Indonesian migrant entrepreneurships in Taiwan and how the entrepreneurs cope with the difficulties. They use structural and cultural strategies for survival, seize the opportunities for self-development, and develop future careers. Research result shows that the limitations of Indonesian entrepreneurships in Taiwan are related to institutional issues, migrant status, business regulations, resource-providing institutions, language barriers, competition among migrants and locals, and capital. Hence, migrant entrepreneurs must conduct strategic actions to continue their businesses by developing innovations to grow and survive. Some measures include changing from offline to online marketing especially when the COVID-19 pandemic hit, product diversification using migrants and local people's assistance and networks, and setting competitive prices. This paper is based on qualitative research. The data were obtained through interviews in East Java-Indonesia and in Taiwan in 2022. The data were analysed using the descriptive analysis with sociological perspectives.

Tourism has been considered as the largest industry in the world, which is contributing towards employment generation, wealth creation and pursuing social benefits. Growing concern about the impact of human activities upon the environment, increased awareness of and concern for global environment have intensified the demand for sustainable tourism and their focus on balancing of: profit-driven motives, preserving and enhancing the social as well as ecological balance. Based on secondary materials and content analysis present study evaluated existing status of sustainable tourism development and explored important change strategies for future improvement of tourism sector in Bangladesh. The study recognized different views of change management and various strategies for obtaining sustainability in tourism industry. The present study identified the institutional networks, challenges in the way of applying systems approach to change management for sustainable tourism development and suggested important options for overcoming the impediments to operate through the proposed strategic framework in Bangladesh.
