2차원 N-P-N 바이폴라 트랜지스터의 수치해석-BIPOLE (Numerical Analysis of a Two-Dimensional N-P-N Bipolar Transistor-BIPOLE)

  • 2차원 n-p-n 바이폴라 트랜지스터의 수치해석을 위한 프로그램(BIPOLE)을 개발하였다. 이 프로그램은 SRH와 Auger 재결합 기구들과 불순물 농도와 전계강도에 대한 운송자 이동도의 의존성과 밴드 갭 축소 효과들을 포함하고 있다. Poisson 방정식에는 Newton법을 또 정공과 전자의 연속 방정식에는 발산이론을 이용하여 여러가지 물리적인 제한없이 기본 반도체 방정식들에 대한 유한차분 공식들을 만들었다. 선형화된 방정식들의 계수 행렬은 희소 대칭 M 행렬이었는데 그 해를 구하기 위해 ICCG법과 Gummel의 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 이 프로그램 BIPOLE를 n-p-n 트랜지스터의 여러가지 정상 상태 문제에 적용시켰다. 그 응용의 보기로서 공통 에미터 전류이득의 변화, 에미터 용량에 대한 확산용량이 미치는 영향과 입출력 특성곡선들을 계산해 보았다. 전위 분포와 전자와 정공 농도분포와 같은 계산 결과를 3차원 컴퓨터 그래픽으로 도시하였다. 이 프로그램은 장차 2차원 트랜지스터의 교류 및 왜곡 현상의 수치해석의 기초로 이용될 것이며, 이 프로그램에 관심있는 모든 분들께 공급될 것이다.

Bending of steel fibers on partly supported elastic foundation

  • Fiber reinforced cementitious composites are nowadays widely applied in civil engineering. The postcracking performance of this material depends on the interaction between a steel fiber, which is obliquely across a crack, and its surrounding matrix. While the partly debonded steel fiber is subjected to pulling out from the matrix and simultaneously subjected to transverse force, it may be modelled as a Bernoulli-Euler beam partly supported on an elastic foundation with non-linearly varying modulus. The fiber bridging the crack may be cut into two parts to simplify the problem (Leung and Li 1992). To obtain the transverse displacement at the cut end of the fiber (Fig. 1), it is convenient to directly solve the corresponding differential equation. At the first glance, it is a classical beam on foundation problem. However, the differential equation is not analytically solvable due to the non-linear distribution of the foundation stiffness. Moreover, since the second order deformation effect is included, the boundary conditions become complex and hence conventional numerical tools such as the spline or difference methods may not be sufficient. In this study, moment equilibrium is the basis for formulation of the fundamental differential equation for the beam (Timoshenko 1956). For the cantilever part of the beam, direct integration is performed. For the non-linearly supported part, a transformation is carried out to reduce the higher order differential equation into one order simultaneous equations. The Runge-Kutta technique is employed for the solution within the boundary domain. Finally, multi-dimensional optimization approaches are carefully tested and applied to find the boundary values that are of interest. The numerical solution procedure is demonstrated to be stable and convergent.

소결금속층(燒結金屬層)에서의 압력강화(壓力降下)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A Study on Pressure Drop Through The Porous Metal)

  • 공기(空氣)가 통과(通過)하는 소결금속(燒結金屬)에서의 압력손실(壓力損失)에 대한 기초(基礎) 지식(知識)을 얻기 위하여 실험적(實驗的)으로 연구(硏究)를 수행(遂行)하여, 소결금속(燒結金屬)의 공극율(空隙率)과 소결금속(燒結金屬)을 통과(通過)하는 공기(空氣)의 유속(流速)이 압력손실(壓力損失)에 미치는 영향(影響)을 고찰(考察)하고, 또 본(本) 실험(實驗) 결과(結果)를 비소결금속(非燒結金屬)에서의 압력손실(壓力損失)에 대한 대표적(代表的)인 Ergun의 식(式)과 마찰계수(摩擦係數)의 관점(觀點)에서 비교(比較)하였다. 본(本) 연구결과(硏究結果), 소결금속(燒結金屬)에서의 압력손실(壓力損失)은 유속(流速)이 증가(增加)할 수록 증대(增大)하며, 또 동일 유속(流速)에서는 공극율(空隙率)이 감소(減少)(입자직경(粒子直徑)이 감소(減少))할 수록 증대(增大)한다. 특히 본(本) 실험(實驗) 결과(結果)를 소결금속(燒結金屬)의 두께와 직경(直徑) 및 입자직경(粒子直徑)의 무차원수(無次元數)들로 표현되는 무차원(無次元) 실험식(實驗式)으로 유도(誘導)하였으며, 이 실험식(實驗式)은 본(本) 연구결과(硏究結果)와 ${\pm}15%$ 범위에서 일치하고 있다.

인산부산석고와 카올린을 활용한 시멘트용 마이크로 결합재의 재료 특성에 관한 기초적 연구 (A Fundamental Study on the Material Characteristic of Micro-Admixture for Cement using Phosphogypsum and Kaolin)

  • 본 연구에서는 고비용의 실리카흄의 대체재로서 인산부산석고와 카올린을 활용한 시멘트매트릭스의 화학적, 기계적 성질에 대하여 분석하였다. 실험을 위하여 인산부산석고는 이수석고 형태인 건조석고, 반수석고, III형 무수석고, II형 무수석고로 실험용시료를 제조하였으며, $900^{\circ}C$에서 소성된 카올린은 서냉과 급냉의 형태로 제조된 메타카올린의 형태로 제조하였다. 또한 이재료를 활용하여 혼합시멘트를 제조하였으며, 제조된 시멘트를 사용하여 실리카 흄을 혼입한 시멘트 매트릭스와 재료적 성능을 비교 평가하였다. 실험결과 급냉 제조된 메타카올린이 다른 재료에 비하여 성능이 우수한 것으로 분석되었다.

Markov Chain을 이용한 국내 폐차발생량 예측 (A Study on the Forecasting of the Number of End of Life Vehicles in Korea using Markov Chain)

  • As the number of end-of-life vehicles (ELVs) has kept increasing, the management of ELV has also become one of the academic research focuses and European Union recently adopted the directive on ELVs. For the stakeholders has become a principle agent of dealing with all about ELVs, it is relevant investment decision to set up and to decide high-cost ELVs entity locations and to forecast future ELVs' amount in advance. In this paper, transition probability matrixes between months are made by using Markov Chain and the number of ELVs is predicted with them. This study will perform a great role as a fundamental material in Korea where just started having interests about recycling resources and studies related to the topic. Moreover, the forecasting method developed for this research can be adopted for other enhancements in different but comparable situations.

임상간호실습 현장지도자용 임상간호역량 평가도구 개발 (Development and Psychometric Testing of the Clinical Nursing Competency Scale for Clinical Preceptor Use (CNCS-CP))

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and establish the psychometric properties of a clinical nursing competency evaluation tool to be utilized by clinical preceptors. Methods: The initial items were identified through in-depth literature review and field interviews based on a hybrid model. Content validation of the items was evaluated through three rounds of content validity testing. Participants were 34 clinical preceptors and 443 nursing students participating in clinical practice. Data were analyzed using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, convergence and discriminant validity, internal consistency and inter-rater reliability. Results: The final scale consisted of 23 items and four factors, fundamental nursing skills performance, critical thinking skills based on the nursing process, basic nursing knowledge, and professional attitude; these factor explained 69.7% of the total variance. The analysis with multi-trait/multi-item matrix correlation coefficients yielded 100.0% and 95.7 % convergence and discriminant validity, respectively. Cronbach's alpha for the total items was .95. The four subscale model tested by confirmatory factor analysis was satisfactory. Inter-rater reliability ranged from .912 to .967. Conclusion: This scale was found to be a reliable and valid instrument that clinical preceptors can apply for evaluating the clinical nursing competency of nursing students in clinical settings.

용탕주조법을 이용한 금속복합재료 제조공정의 열전달 해석 (Numerical Modeling of Heat Transfer for Squeeze Casting of MMCs)

  • A finite element model for the process of squeeze casting for metal matrix composites (MMCs) in cylindrical mold is developed. The fluid flow and the heat transfer are the fundamental phenomena in the squeeze casing process. To describe heat transfer with solidification of molten aluminum, the energy equation in terms of temperature and enthalpy are applied to two dimensional axisymmetric model which is similar to the experimental system. And one dimensional flow model is employed to simulate the transient metal flow. The direct iteration technique was used to solve the resulting nonlinear algebraic equations. A computer program is developed to calculate the enthalpy, temperature and fluid velocity. Cooling curves and temperature distribution during infiltration and solidification are calculated for pure aluminum. The temperature is measured and recorded experimentally. At two points of the perform inside and one point of the mold outside, thermocouple wire are installed. The time-temperature data are compared with the calculated cooling curves. The experimental results show that the finite element model can estimate the solidification time and predict the cooling process.

빅데이터를 통한 소비자의 의복관리방식 트렌드 분석 (Trend Analysis on Clothing Care System of Consumer from Big Data)

  • This study investigates consumer opinions of clothing care and provides fundamental data to decision-making for oncoming development of clothing care system. Textom, a web-matrix program, was used to analyze big data collected from Naver and Daum with a keyword of "clothing care" from March 2019 to February 2020. A total of 22, 187 texts were shown from the big data collection. Collected big data were analyzed using text-mining, network, and CONCOR analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, many keywords related to clothing care were shown from the result of frequency analysis such as style, Dryer, LG Electronics, Product, Customer, Clothing, and Styler. Consumers were well recognizing and having an interest in recent information related to the clothing care system. Second, various keywords such as product, function, brand, and performance, were linked to each other which were fundamentally related to the clothing care. The interest in products of the clothing care system were linked to product brands that were also naturally linked to consumer interest. Third, the keywords in the network showed similar attributes from the result of CONCOR analysis that were classified into 4 groups such as the characteristics of purchase, product, performance, and interest. Lastly, positive emotions including goodwill, interest, and joy on the clothing care system were strongly expressed from the result of the sentimental analysis.

변위형 유한요소 해에서 국부응력장 향상에 대한 연구 (A study on the improvement of the local stress field in a displacement-formulated finite element solution)

  • An efficient and useful method to improve the local stress field in a displacement-formulated finite element solution has been proposed using the theory of conjugate approximations for a stress field and the Loubignac's iterative method for a displacement field. Validity of the proposed method has been tested through three test examples, to improve the stress field and displacement field in the whole domain and the local regions. As a result of analysis on the test examples, it is found that the stress field in the local regions are approximated to those in the whole domain within a few iterations which have satisfied the original finite element equilibrium equation. In addition, it is found that the local stress field are by far better approximated to the exact stress field than the displacement-based stress field with the reduction of the finite-element mesh-size.

단일 카메라를 이용한 3차원 공간 정보 생성 (3D Reconstruction Using a Single Camera)

  • 경제성을 얻기 위해 단일 카메라를 이용하여 3차원 복원을 수행한 뒤 그 정보를 토대로 운전자에게 전방에 존재하는 장애물의 통과 여부를 알려줄 수 있는 운전 보조 장치에 관한 연구를 진행한다. 그 결과 depth 정보는 떨어지나 직진상의 장애물을 통과 할 수 있는 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 3차원 복원을 위해서는 내부파라미터를 측정하고, 특징점을 찾아 매칭하여 기본행렬을 계산하고 이를 토대로 삼각측량을 수행하여 얻는다. 실험을 통해 결과를 확인해 보면 depth 정보는 불완전하나, 장애물 통과 여부를 판단 할 수 있는 X, Y 축의 정보는 신뢰성을 가진다.
