This study investigated the rheological and sensory characteristics of pickle with frozen pine mushroom. P3(Developed pickle seasoning) was the best by preference among three kinds of pine mushroom pickle seasoning. For flavor and functionality, pine mushroom pickle was processed by using three kinds of method(P3-1: P3+cinnamon 10 g, P3-2: P3+licorice 10 g and P3-3: P3+licorice 5 g+cinnamon 5 g). As a result, the product from P3-3(P3+licorice 5 g+cinnamon 5 g) was the best preferred pine mushroom pickle. The pH value of P3-3 was 2.15, 42.9 degrees Brix, and its color value was L(54.65), a(-1.61), b(17.87). Its texture level was higher than that of other products, but it would be lowered on storage. Until the 28th day of storage, microorganisms in pine mushroom pickle seasoning were detected less than 30 CFU/mL.

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a neurobehavioral developmental disorder characterized by a persistent pattern of inattention and/or hyperactivity, as well as forgetfulness, poor impulse control or impulsivity, and distractibility. The recommended evaluation includes documenting the type and severity of ADHD symptoms, verifying the presence of normal vision and hearing, screening for comorbid psychological conditions, reviewing the child's developmental history and school performance, and applying objective measures of cognitive function. Prevailing opinion characterizes ADHD as a disorder of executive function attributable to abnormal dopamine transmission in the frontal lobes and frontostriatal circuitry. A clearly defined etiology remains unknown, but studies suggest a strong genetic link. The aim of treatment is to decrease symptoms, enhance functionality, and improve well-being for the child and his or her close contacts. Stimulants remain the pharmacological agents of first choice for the management of ADHD, and psychosocial, behavioral and educational strategies that enhance specific behaviors may improve educational and social functioning in children with ADHD.

In this paper, we propose a method which implements warning to drivers through real-time analysis of risky and unexpected driver and vehicle behavior using only a smartphone without using data from digital tachograph and vehicle internal sensors. We performed the evaluation of our system that demonstrates the effectiveness and usefulness of our method for risky and unexpected driver and vehicle behavior using three information such as vehicle speed, azimuth and GPS data which are acquired from a smartphone sensors. We confirmed the results and developed the smartphone application for validate and conducted simulation using actual driving data. This novel functionality of the smartphone application enhances drivers' situational awareness, increasing safety and effectiveness of driving.

This study reviewed emerging trends in 3D technology adopted in apparel design research and product development for rapid prototyping and effective evaluation of product performance. Based on a literature review, the authors discussed technical advantages, practical merits and limitations, applications, and on-going developmental efforts of the following methodologies focusing on 3D body scanning and 3D motion capture, and 3D virtual fit simulation technologies. Such data-driven technical approaches observed in recent apparel design research and industry practice are expected to increasingly be adopted in the field to improve consumers' satisfaction with functionality, aesthetics, and comfort of a wide range of apparel products that include daily wear, sport apparel and protective clothing.

The diet had an effect(P<0.05) on the nutritional contents of ostrich meat during 4 month of frozen storage. As frozen storage increased up to 4 months, pJ, water holding capacity(WHC) and myofibrillar protein solu-bility($\mu$g/$\mu$l) were reduced (P<0.05), how-ever, increased drip loss(DL, %) was found in ostrich muscle from forage fed ostriches, This study suggests that forage fed ostriches, This study suggests that frozedn storage(-2$0^{\circ}C$)up to 4 months in ostrich FCL muscle (outside strip)could be reduced protein functionality, due to increase in DL. decrease in WHC, and markedly decrease in myofibrillar protein solubility($\mu$g/$\mu$l).

Nowaday, financial institutions provide secure mobile keyboard solutions to keep their mobile banking services safe. However, these are still vulnerable to attacks, such as shoulder surfing attack. Especially, in the case of handicapped person such as visual impairment and blindness, they are more vulnerable than ordinary person because of inconvenience of secure information input. Among them, we focused on the color blind. For the color blind, 4-color based secure keyboard method causes more inconvenience to notify exact color. Thus, we propose a secure mobile keyboard solution to provide advanced functionality for the color blind users. Our method is based on 4-color theorem to support color blind users. In addition, our scheme is robust against shoulder surfing attack. According to the evaluation result, our method offers increased security against shoulder surfing attack compare with existing methods.

We have heard about several keywords of the fourth industrial revolution such as automation, artificial intelligence and connectivity. And electronic publishing systems and ebooks will enable us to experience a new industrial revolution without discrimination. On that level, it is necessary to study a method of automatic accessibility tool for electronic publishing. There are some studies on accessibility standard specifications, accessibility guidelines, and accessibility certificate criteria. but there is little research about automatic inspection tools in electronic publishing area. This paper proposed a library for accessibility inspector of EPUB and its components based on IDPF EPUB accessiblity guidelines and TTA accessibility certificate criteria for reading disabled people. After implementing the library that can be connected to SIGIL, which is the most widely used in Korea, we verified its functionality and its coverage with Korean commercial EPUB files.

Purpose: This study focused on procedure and methodology for finding the critical design factors in the early stage of product development process. Methods: Firstly, three key criteria, function, affection and usability were defined as the determining factors on customer satisfaction. Secondly, evaluation matrix in terms of each key criteria was proposed for extraction of the critical design factors. Lastly, method of integrating the importance among three key criteria was suggested using structured equation model. Results: As a results of integrating the importance, design factors such as touch sensitiveness and touch method were rated as low in terms of affection. However, these factors were obtained for high ratings with respect to functionality and usability. Thus, touch-related design factors were more facilitated for enhancing customer satisfaction. Conclusion: It is expected that the process suggested in this research could be a considerably useful to maximize customer satisfaction in the early stage of product development process.

As one of the mission payloads to be verified through the cube satellite mission of Cube Laboratory for Space Technology Experimental Project (STEP Cube Lab), we developed a hinge driving separation nut-type holding and releasing mechanism. The mechanism offers advantages, such as a large holding capacity and negligible induced shock, although its activation principle is based on a nylon cable cutting mechanism triggered by a nichrome burn wire generally used for cube satellite applications for the purpose of holding and releasing onboard appendages owing to its simplicity and low cost. The basic characteristics of the mechanism have been measured through a release function test, static load test under qualification temperature limits, and shock measurement test. In addition, the structural safety and operational functionality of the mechanism module under launch and on-orbit environments have been successfully demonstrated through a vibration test and thermal vacuum test.

This study was conducted to promote the utilization of fish paste added with green laver powder as a food product. The tested concentrations of green laver powder were 0, 3, 5, and 7%. The pH of the samples ranged from 6.71 to 6.90, and moisture content ranged from 70.03 to 70.57%. The L and a values of the samples decreased as the concentration of green laver powder increased and b value increased. Folding test in all test samples showed AA that mean good flexibility. In the texture meter test, hardness, cohesiveness, and springiness increased according to increasing concentration of green laver powder. However, gumminess and brittleness of the fish paste decreased upon addition of green laver powder. In the sensory evaluation, fish paste prepared with 5% green laver powder was preferred over other fish pastes. These results suggest that green laver powder can be applied to fish paste for the purpose of high quality and functionality.
