한부모 여성의 조직 참여 특성이 임파워먼트 효과에 미치는 영향 분석 -젠더의식 변화의 매개효과를 중심으로- (The Effect of Single Mothers' Community Participation on Empowerment -Focused on the Mediation Effect of Gender Consciousness)

  • 본 연구는 한부모 여성들이 조직 참여를 통해 공동의 목표 수행과 정서적 유대 등의 상호작용이 이루어지는 것을 근거로 조직 참여 특성이 임파워먼트에 미치는 영향과 이들 변수간의 인과관계에 대한 젠더의식 변화의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적을 둔다. 이를 위해 부산·경남의 14개 기관의 한부모 여성 439명을 대상으로 질문지법을 통해 조직 참여 특성과 관련된 임파워먼트 실천수준, 젠더의식변화, 임파워먼트 효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 한부모 여성들이 참여하는 조직 유형별로 임파워먼트 실천수준과 젠더의식 변화, 그리고 임파워먼트 효과에 유의미한 차이를 보였는데, 대체로 일자리훈련형이 세 가지 모두 높게 나타났고, 사회복지기관형이 낮은 편이었다. 둘째, 조직 참여 특성 중 조직 수준에서는 제공되는 서비스 유형이, 개인 수준에서는 조직 참여 정도와 임파워먼트 실천수준이 임파워먼트의 효과에 결정 요인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 임파워먼트 실천수준과 임파워먼트 효과 간의 인과관계에서 젠더의식 변화가 완전매개효과를 보여, 임파워먼트 실천수준이 한부모 여성들의 임파워먼트의 향상을 가져오기 위해서는 젠더의식 변화가 매개될 때 더 효과적임을 발견하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 제안점과 정책적, 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

Board Gender Diversity and Corporate Sustainability Performance: Mediating Role of Enterprise Risk Management

  • The objective of this paper is to explore how board gender diversity affects corporate sustainability performance. Therefore, this paper examines the direct association between board gender diversity with corporate sustainability performance and the mediation effect of enterprise risk management (ERM) on this association. The study employed a cross-sectional survey method. Data were collected from annual reports, websites, and through the questionnaires that were distributed to Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) of all the listed companies of Dhaka Stock Exchange, Bangladesh. The partial least square technique of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) approach was employed for data analysis. The result did not find support for the direct association between board gender diversity and sustainability performance in Bangladesh context. This implies that contextual factors, such as, male-dominant board, appointment of female directors based on family ties, lack of education and expertise etc. may discount gender diversity direct influence on sustainability performance. However, the study finds strong support for the mediating role of ERM use within the corporate structure. Further analysis of indirect effect suggests that ERM use mediates the relationship of board gender diversity and sustainability performance in full. This implies that in the Bangladesh context effective use of ERM is highly recommended.

대학생의 자아분화 및 거부민감성이 대인불안에 미치는 영향 : 성별에 따른 조절된 매개효과 (The Effects of University Students' Self-Differentiation and Rejection Sensitivity on Interpersonal Anxiety : Moderated Mediating by Gender)

  • The purpose of this study was to model the relations between male and female university students' self-differentiation, rejection sensitivity, and interpersonal anxiety. Questionnaires from 502 university students in Seoul were analysed. The findings are as follows. Firstly, self-differentiation, rejection sensitivity, and interpersonal anxiety were significantly different according to gender. Secondly, the level of differentiation from family regression was higher for both male and female students. And the lower the rejection sensitivity experiencing in vertical relations became, and the lower the rejection sensitivity on horizontal relations was, the lower the interpersonal anxiety became. Thirdly, it was confirmed that for male students, differentiation from family regression affected rejection sensitivity on horizontal relations, and for females, differentiation from emotional reactivity affected ejection sensitivity on both horizontal and vertical relations. Finally, rejection sensitivity played a full mediation parameter when self-differentiation affected interpersonal anxiety, and it was demonstrated differences by gender. This study was meaningful in that it confirmed the relations between male and female university students' self-differentiation, rejection sensitivity, and interpersonal anxiety.

Enhancing the Competitiveness of Organic Food Shops Using the SERVQUAL Scale

  • Purpose - This study focused on consumer perceptions of service quality in organic food shops, the innovativeness of organic products, and which SERVQUAL sub-dimensions increase purchase intentions. Another purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between consumer perceptions of organic food shops, their direct interest in organic food, and their purchase intentions. Research design, data, and methodology - We tested our hypothesized model within a structural equation modeling (SEM) framework, utilizing path-analysis implementation. The AMOS 18.0 software was used, and we found that it fit very well with the observed data. Results - The results of the full model (structural and measurement models) indicated the following fit indices: χ2=39.492, degree of freedom=25, provability level=0.033, RMR=0.047, GFI=0.948, AGFI=0.906, NNFI=0.958, CFI=0.984, and RMSEA=0.060. The effects of service quality on purchase intention, service quality on innovativeness, and innovativeness on purchase intention we resignificant. We also examined the statistical significance of the mediation effects using the Sobeltest and found further evidence to support service quality and purchase intention through innovation. Conclusions - These results suggest that, if organic food shops want to achieve a greater level of competitiveness, they must try to raise the quality of their service and actively promote the innovativeness of organic food.

연구개발팀에서 팀내 갈등과 팀 혁신성과간의 관계에서 팀 학습행동의 매개역할 (A Study on the Relationship between Intra-team Conflict and Team Innovative Performance and the Mediating Role of Team Learning Behaviors in R&D Teams)

  • In this era of cut-throat competition, innovation is a source of competitive advantage, and securing core competency through innovation plays a pivotal role in ensuring the survival and growth of an organization. In an organization, R&D team is a core division driving innovation, and creative tension and conflict among researchers fuels innovative performance. Despite heated debate over the positive and negative effects of conflict, insufficiently-identified process factors have left sophisticated mechanisms between conflicts and effects unaddressed. This study assumes that team learning behaviors can bean important process factor given that conflict propels learning, and that learning is a decisive factor in creating competitive advantage. This study conducted an empirical analysis of the relationship between relationship/task conflict and team innovative performance, and the mediating role of team learning behaviors using data collected from a questionnaire sent out to the heads of 262 R&D teams and second highest-ranking officials thereof. The analysis conducted based on structural equation model indicates that relationship conflict has negatively affected team learning behaviors, whereas task conflict has positively influenced team learning behaviors(full mediation effect), team learning behaviors has positively influenced team innovative performance. Based on these results, the study has suggested implications of intra-team conflict and team learning behaviors for team innovative performance.

6시그마 성공요인이 직무만족과 품질성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Success Factors of Six Sigma on Job Satisfaction and Quality Performance)

  • This study is an empirical study on the relationships among success factors of six sigma(support of top management, education and training, performance-based reward, customer and quality focused thought), job satisfaction, and quality performance. In particular, mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between success factors of six sigma and quality performance is empirically analysed to find causes and impacts among these variables. A survey was conducted on the employees working in 'H' company which is applying six sigma at Ulsan City. The survey questionnaires were sent to 300 people and 216 of them were returned. Data obtained was analyzed with SPSS 18.0. The study results are as follows: First, there were positive relationships between critical success factors of six sigma(except support of top management) and job satisfaction. Second, there was also a positive relationship between job satisfaction and quality performance. Third, there were also positive relationships between critical success factors of six sigma(except support of top management) and quality performance. Finally, job satisfaction were full mediating effects on the relationship between critical success factors of six sigma(education and training, performance-based reward) and quality performance. Critical success factors of six sigma(customer and quality focused thought) had a partial mediating effect on quality performance. On the other hand, support of top management had no mediating effect on quality performance.

게임 이용 동기가 게임 내 사회적 이용 행동을 매개로 현실의 대인관계 유능성에 미치는 영향 : MMORPG를 배경으로 (The Influence of Game Motivation on the Interpersonal Competence through Social Behavior in MMORPG)

  • 본 연구는 MMORPG 이용동기가 MMORPG의 사회적 이용을 매개로 현실의 대인관계 유능성에 끼치는 영향에 대해 알아보았다. 이를 위해 MMORPG 커뮤니티를 대상으로 총 496부의 설문을 회수하였다. 분석 결과, MMORPG 이용동기와 대인관계 유능성 간 관계에서 MMORPG의 사회적 이용은 완전매개하였다. 이용 동기 중 사회적 관계성 이용 동기는 MMORPG의 사회적 이용을 정적으로 완전매개하여 대인관계 유능성에 영향을 주었다. 몰입/도피 이용 동기의 경우 대인관계 유능성에 직접적으로 부정적인 영향을 주었으나, MMORPG의 사회적 이용을 부분 매개하여 부정적인 영향이 다소 감소하였음을 알 수 있었다.

미국 동기관계연구의 최근동향 - 기본인식과 접근방법- (Current States of Sibling Researches in America)

  • The purpose of this review is to establish a groundwork for building a more comprehensive conceptual framework within which various aspects of sibling relations and factor related to sibling behaviors con be explained and integrated. Descriptions of the trends and shifts in sibling studies are made in terms of their themes, variables, basic perceptions and general approaches, and analyzes of current state of sibling researches are made with relation to the conceptual aspects of the studies, namely, their standpoints on the issues of sibling variations, the sources of variations, and basic units of analysis, their reliance or emphasis on different methods, and their interests in the mediation processes. It is recognized that research variables have been successively differentiated and used in diversified manners and family ecology and systems theory viewpoints have been incorporated into the understanding of sibling relations. A triad in its full meaning, rather than a dyad or a partial trial, is proposed as a unit of analysis in order for the researchers to be able to examine and describe the true interactional aspects of family relations involving sibling relations. The concepts of coexistence and interaction are proposed as key concepts os that the inconsistencies in findings, differing viewpoints, contradicting conceptions , and contrasting approaches can be interpreted and integrated into a unified system of theories on siblings. The coexistence of similarities and differences in reality. the inevitability of interaction between individual variables and environmental variables and between within-family environmental factors and our-of-family environmental factors, and the need for the joint use of intrafamilial and extrafamilial approach are acknowledged. Attention is also drawn to the mechanism characteristics and the directionality of the mediating processes of mediating variables between a variable and its effects.

일본만화의 이야기구조와 미디어적 속성 -<심야식당>을 중심으로- (Story Structure & Media Traits of Japanese Comic Book -focusing on Shinyashokudo-)

  • <심야식당>은 서부영화와는 다른 이야기구조를 가지고 있으며 '새로운 인물의 등장->주변의 관심->추억의 음식주문->마스터와의 대화->음식의 효과->행방 묘연->결론'의 구조를 갖는다는 것을 발견했다. <심야식당>에는 여러 가지 미디어적 속성들로 가득 차 있다. 마스터는 샤먼으로서 사람들을 이어주고 연결해주며 음식으로 위로를 건넨다. 또한, 음식의 맛을 전달하는 매체가 아니라 추억을 전달하는 매체라는 점에서 음식은 본연의 메시지를 탈메시지화하고 새로운 메시지를 탈취한다. 이런 점에서 음식을 미디어로 볼 수 있다. 또한, 식당이라는 장소 역시 다양한 미디어이벤트가 펼쳐지고, 풍문의 수사학이 유통되는 공론장의 역할을 함을 확인할 수 있었다. 음식이 우리의 감각을 계발시켜주며 감각비율을 새롭게 재조정한다는 측면에서 맛사지로서의 역할도 수행한다고 할 수 있다. 이런 점에서 <심야식당>의 미디어적 속성은 마샬 맥루한의 미디어이론에 잘 부합된다고 할 수 있다.

해외 미술품 유통분쟁 해결제도를 통해 살펴본 국내 미술품 진본성 확보방안 (A Study on the New Scheme for South Korea's Artwork Authenticity With a Review of the Overseas Art Distribution Dispute Setting System)

  • Compared to Korea's recently expanding art distribution market, the difficulty of securing the authenticity of art is hindering the healthy development and growth of the market. In this regard, the current situation of the emotional system in the UK and France's art distribution process are examined as excellent cases in foreign countries. In the UK, there is a full autonomous appraisal system by art experts without state intervention. In France, the judiciary and the administration of art have an appraisal system for art works, so the appraisal work has reliability and objectivity. Through the above system, this study suggests measures to strengthen transparency in art trade and to break unfair practices in order to secure the authenticity of the domestic art distribution market. In addition, this study proposes the establishment of a professional appraisal system and the improvement of administrative law regulations to explore the possibility of ensuring fairness through mediation through the example of an international arbitration body.
