전 세계적으로 해운물류 안전 보안체계가 강화됨에 따라 국가물류보안 체계 구축을 위한 해운물류 안전 보안 핵심기술 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 국제적 정서에 발맞추어, 국내에서도 감마선 핵종을 검출할 수 있는 휴대용방사능 검출 장치에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다.

본 연구에서는 광기술을 이용한 보고서 서지정보와 원문정보를 관리할 수 있는 보고서관리시스템을 개발하였다. 시스템을 현재 상업적으로 보급되고 있는 문서용 광화일링시스템과의 비교평가를 통하여 보고서관리에 적합하고, 도서관 업무에 효율화에 직접적으로 기여할 수 있는 구조로 설계되었으며, 디지탈 이미지 처리기술, MARC 표준, 영문 OCR등의 기술이 사용되었다. (키워드 : 디지탈 이미지, 광기술, 전문데이타베이스, 표준화, 기술보고서, MARC, 광학문자인식)

For the high power demand and N+1 redundancy, this paper presents the digital load share (LS) controller design and the implementation of paralleled phase-shifted full-bridge converters (PSFBC) used in distributed power systems. By adopting the digital control strategy, separately used ICs for PSFBC and LS control functions in analog systems can be merged into a cost-effective digital controller. To compensate and stabilize both PSFBC and LS loops with the direct digital design approaches, small-signal model of the system is derived in discrete-time domain. The steady-state and dynamic load sharing performances are also investigated. Experimental results from two 1.2 kW paralleled PSFBC modules are shown to verify the proposed work.

A digital preview controller using optimal LQ control theory is suggested for tandem cold mills to achieve a remarkable improvement of the thickness accuracy. Optimal preview control system is constructed for each rolling stand of tandem cold mills for which the blocked noninteracting control is carried out, and it is compared with the optimal LQ control system which has only feedback control. And in the cases that all/some of disturbance inputs are previewable, full and partial preview controllers are designed, and their performance effects are compared and discussed. The simulation results show that the performance of tandem cold mills can be improved largely through partial preview control.

In this paper, the current waveform and dynamic characteristics of the proposed system which is composed of a full bridge inverter and low pass LC filter is investigated through the results of computer simulation and experiment to find out the good performance of variable speed AC motor. By the experiment results, it is confirmed that the load current of pseudo sine waves is to be got by the proposed low pass LC filter and the speed of single phase AC motor driven by a full bridge inverter can be smoothly controlled by use of digital PID controller.

The variable frequency and variable voltage AC source made by a conventional inverter which is composed of power semi-conductors includes much noises in sine wave due to high frequency switching of DC source. In this paper the 3rd low pass LC filter for a variable speed 3 phase induction motor driven by a full bridge inverter is introduced to solve the EMI problem by serious noise current. The utility of a modified 3rd order Butterworth LC filter is confirmed through FFT analysis of sine waves and noiseless ACsource can be obtained by the proposed LC filter. The speed of a 3 phase induction motor driven by a full bridge inverter with a LC filter is satisfactorily controlled by a digital PID controller under the condition of stepwise load and setpoint changes.

National Geography Institute(NGI, National mapping agency) has been producing national basemap in automated process since middle of 1980's toward the systematic and efficient management of national land. In 1995, Korean government initiated a full-scale implementation of the National Geographic Information System(NGIS) Development Plan. Under the NGIS Development Plan, NGI began to produce digital maps in the scales of 1:1,000, 1:5,000, 1:25,000. However, digital maps of 1:250,000 or less scale, which are currently used for national land planning, were not included in NGIS Development Plan. Also, the existing laws and specifications related to digital maps of 1:250,000 or less scale are not clearly defined. Therefore this study proposed a feature classification system, which defines features that should be represented in digital map of 1:250,000 or less scale.

최근 디지털 유방촬영술 분야에서 영상의 획득장치, 표시장치, 저장장치는 각각 별도의 분야로 발전하고 있다. 영상획득장치는 유방을 통과한 X-선을 흡수 포착하여 영상으로 저장하는 장치인데, 이를 이용하여 촬영된 영상은 여러 가지의 영상처리기술을 이용하여 진단이 가능하기 때문에 조기에 병변을 발견할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 지금까지의 디지털 유방촬영술의 기술에 대하여 알아보고 구현된 디지털 유방X-선촬영기의 성능을 분석한다.

본 논문은 자기간섭 (self-interference, SI) 신호가 존재하는 환경에서 동일대역 전이중 방식 통신 시스템의 성능과 SI 제거 기법에 대해서 분석하였다. 동일대역 전이중 방식 통신 시스템이 원하는 오율 성능을 달성하기 위해서는 SI 신호를 제거해야 하며, 이는 전파 영역과 아날로그 영역, 디지털 영역에서 차례로 수행되어야 한다. 전파 영역에서 안테나의 송수신 빔을 물리적으로 분리시켜서 신호 감쇄를 달성할 수 있다. 아날로그 영역과 디지털 영역에서는 SI 신호의 채널 추정값과 송신 신호를 기반으로 SI 신호를 재생한 후에 원하는 수신 신호로부터 제거할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 전파 영역에서의 SI 신호를 충분히 감쇄시킬 수 있다고 가정하고, Least squares 방식으로 SI 신호의 채널을 추정하고 그 추정값을 기반으로 아날로그 영역과 디지털 영역에서 SI 신호를 순차적으로 제거하여 동일대역 전이중 방식 통신 시스템이 원하는 오율 성능을 달성할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

우리는 2001년부터 건설기술정보시스템(Construction Technology Digital Library system, CODIL)을 통해 각종 건설기술관련 원문을 서비스하고 있다. CODIL은 건설기술관련 자료를 데이터베이스로 구축하여 서비스하는 시스템이다. 하지만 매년 DB 확충 요구는 커지고 있으나 이에 필요한 예산은 줄고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 제한된 예산으로 국내 건설기술 원문을 효과적으로 서비스하기 위한 만족도를 조사하였다. 만족도를 계량화된 수치로 표현하기 위해 Tobit 모형을 이용하여 국내 건설기술 원문서비스에 대한 화폐 가치로 추정하였다. Tobit 모형은 비시장재의 가치를 추정하기 위해 사용되는 조건부가치 평가법의 하나로써 편의된 이상치가 지불의사액에 반영되지 않도록 좌변 또는 우변의 한계치를 절삭하여 관측하는 제한종속 변수모형이다. 우리는 312명을 표본대상으로 하여, Tobit 모형을 이용하여 6종의 건설기술관련 원문서비스에 대한 평균, 중앙, 절삭된 지불의사액을 계산하였다. 또한 원문서비스에 대한 지불의사액에 영향을 미치는 통계적으로 유의한 설명변수를 파악하였다. 1건당 원문서비스의 평균가치가 46,530원으로 추정되었다. 본 연구의 의의로는 국내에서 처음으로 건설기술 원문서비스의 가치 추정에 Tobit 모형을 이용하였다.
