기업 정보화 요인 변수의 연구 빈도에 관한 연구 : SER-M Framework을 중심으로 (A Study on the Frequency of the Enterprise Informatization Variables : Focused on SER-M Framework)

  • By reclassifying and reinterpreting the factor variables that were used in precedent studies on company informatization by research theme and perspective on them success factor, the present study tried to examine how different the factor variables are in frequency of use and by period, and how importantly they were considered by research theme and perspective on its success factor, combining them with the studies done on mechanism point of view. The key findings of this study are as follows. First, it was found that the frequency of using mechanism variables, which are reclassified based on SER-M perspective, has gradually increased since 1990s. While the frequency of using resource factors sharply increased in 1990s, it decreased from 2000s. It indicates that more studies were conducted of mechanism factors other than resource factors from the early 2000s. Second, when looking at those variables reclassified by research them, it was found that such theme as decision maker, environment, and resource factors were more used than other research themes in the studies on the measuring factors of informatization. Mechanism factors turned out most used among overall research themes. In particular, they were more frequently used in studies related to the performance of informatization. This result evidences that mechanism-related variables are more importantly considered in the studies than other factors. This study produces a practical implication: what factors companies have to manage and secure intensively to attain successful informatization. In addition, this study helps companies seeking informatization understand and take advantage of SER-M factors on the basis of knowledge in the transitional process of the factor variables used in studies by period. It is expected that CIO can use the key findings of this study in monitoring the factors by the stage of informatization.

우리나라의 최대하강수량 빈도계수 산정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Estimation of Probable Maximum Precipitation Frequency Factor in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 수공구조물의 계획설계와 물관리 계획시 계획강우량의 결정기준이 되는 우리나라 전역의 최대하강수량 추정을 위한 최대하강수량 빈도계수 산정에 관한 내용이다. PMP 빈도계수 산정에 있어서는 연속기록년 20년의 자기우량기록지 보유지점을 대상으로 하였으며, 지속기간별(10분, 1,2,4,6,12,24시간) 연최대치 강우자료집단을 이용하여 연최대평균강우량에 따른 PMP 빈도계수를 결정할 수 있는 상관도를 작성하였다. 최대하강수량은 최대평균강우량과 빈도계수 및 지속기간 상관도상에서 얻어진 PMP 빈도계수와 통계치를 사용하여 통계학적 방법으로 산정하였으며, 포락선에 의해서 지점 최대하강수량과 지속기간 관계식을 유도하여 산정하였다. 산정된 지점 최대하강수량으로부터 전국에 대한 24시간 최대하강수량 분포도와 PMP·DAD 곡선을 작성하였다. ^ The purpose of this study is to estimate the PMP frequency factor for evaluation of the Probable Maximum Precipitation (PMP) in Korea. The value of PMP is the criterion of the determination of design rainfall in Planning and designing hydraulic structures, and water resources management. To obtain the object, 12 key stations were selected in which have the automatic rain0recording paper of 20 years, and the annual maximum rainfall values were calculated for each 7 durations(10 min., 1,2,4,6,12,24 hr.). The statistics(mean, standard deviation)were estimated, and diagram which shows the relationship between mean annual maximum rainfall($$) and frequency factor for each durations were drawn. PMP was estimated by statistical method using the PMP frequency factor obtained from the diagram and statistics($$, Sn). The PMP-Duration Equation was derived from the envelope curve in order to obtain the PMP for an arbitrary duration. The isohyetal map of 24 hours PMP and PMP. DAD curve for the whole of Korea were drawn in accordance with the point PMP values.

  • This paper presents the study on the development of the power factor correction convener with ZVT Boost converter, which is better than the conventional PWM Boost converter to increase the switching frequency for high density and lower stress of switch. A simple DC and small signal model for the power factor correction converter with constant switching frequency is derived. The guide line for design of controller is summarized.

  • At an operating point of the induction motor, there are many sets of stator frequency and voltage. This paper presents an algorithm to determine the stator frequency and voltage which maximizes the power factor without any informations of motor parameters. Improvement of efficiency us also expected due to high-power-factor operation.

  • A novel single-stage half-bridge high frequency resonant inverter using ZVS(Zero Voltage Switching) with high input power factor suitable for induction heating applications is presented in this paper. The proposed high frequency resonant inverter integrates half-bridge boost rectifier as power factor corrector(PFC) and half-bridge resonant inverter into a single stage. The input stage of the half-bridge boost rectifier is working in discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) with constant duty cycle and variable switching frequency. So that a high power factor is achieved naturally. Simulation results through the Pspice have demonstrated the feasibility of the proposed inverter. This proposed inverter will be able to be practically used as a power supply in various fields as induction heating applications, DC-DC converter etc.

PSN-PMN-PZT 세라믹스의 Zr/Ti 비에 따른 전기적 특성과 공진주파수의 온도안정성 (Electrical Properties and Temperature Stability of resonant Frequency with Zr/Ti ratio in PSN-PMN-PZT Ceramics)

  • In this study the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency(TC $F_{r}$) dielectric and piezoelectric properties of Pb[(S $b_{1}$2//N $b_{1}$2/)$_{0.065}$)-(Z $r_{x}$, $Ti_{1-x}$ )$_{0.90}$] $O_3$ceramics were investigated with Zr/Ti ratio. The compositions near the morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) appeared when Zr/Ti ratio was 49.5/50.5 The dielectric constant and electromechanical coupling factor( $k_{p}$) also showed the highest values of 1,257, 0.653 respectively when the Zr/Ti ratio was 49.5/50.5 Moreover the mechanical quality factor( $Q_{m}$) showed th lowest value of 713 when the Zr/Ti ratio. The temperature coefficient of resonant frequency(TC $F_{r}$) abruptly change at the morphotropic phase boundary(MPB) which existed between the rhombohedral phase with highly negative TC $F_{r}$ of -106ppm/$^{\circ}C$ and the tetragonal phase with highly positive TC $F_{r}$ of +64pp $m^{\circ}C$ as Zr/Ti ratio varied from 50/50 to 49.5/50.5.50.5..50.5.

An On-Chip Differential Inductor and Its Use to RF VCO for 2 GHz Applications

  • Phase noise performance and current consumption of Radio Frequency (RF) Voltage-Controlled Oscillator (VCO) are largely dependent on the Quality (Q) factor of inductor-capacitor (LC) tank. Because the Q-factor of LC tank is determined by on-chip spiral inductor, we designed, analyzed, and modeled on-chip differential inductor to enhance differential Q-factor, reduce current consumption and save silicon area. The simulated inductance is 3.3 nH and Q-factor is 15 at 2 GHz. Self-resonance frequency is as high as 13 GHz. To verify its use to RF applications, we designed 2 GHz differential LC VCO. The measurement result of phase noise is -112 dBc/Hz at an offset frequency of 100 kHz from a 2GHz carrier frequency. Tuning range is about 500 MHz (25%), and current consumption varies from 5mA to 8.4 mA using bias control technique. Implemented in $0.35-{\mu}m$ SiGe BiCMOS technology, the VCO occupies $400\;um{\times}800\;um$ of silicon area.

  • Structural components subjected to high frequency vibrations, such as those used in vibrating parts of gas turbine engines, are usually required to avoid resonance frequencies. Generally, the operating frequency is designed at more than resonance frequencies. When a vibrating structure starts or stops, the structure has to pass through a resonance frequency, which results in large stress concentration. This paper presents the transient thermoelastic stress analysis of vibrating cantilever beam using infrared thermography and finite element method (FEM). In FEM, stress concentration factor at the 2nd resonance vibration mode is calculated by the mode superposition method of ANSYS. In experiment, stress distributions are investigated with infrared thermography and dynamic stress concentration factor is estimated. Experimental result is agreed with FEM result within 10.6%. The advantage of this technique is a better immunity to contact problem and geometric limitation in stress analysis of small or micro structures.

  • Purpose: This study aims to provide a way to improve hospital satisfaction through improvement of hospital bulletins based on the analysis of the actual condition of hospital bulletins and satisfaction analysis for patients. Methods: First, a case study is conducted. After setting the analysis items based on previous studies and case study, a satisfaction survey is conducted on patients and statistical analysis is performed. Results: As a result of factor analysis, factors were classified into four categories: legibility, visibility, effectiveness, and frequency. As a result of the importance analysis through multiple regression analysis of four factors affecting hospital satisfaction, the importance of the "legibility" factor was the highest, followed by the "frequency", "effectiveness", and "visibility". As a result of the satisfaction analysis of the bulletins in the study site, the "visibility" factor was the highest, followed by "legibility", "effectiveness", and "frequency". Implications: In order to improve hospital satisfaction, the improvement of factors of high importance should be considered first. In other words, in hospital bulletins, legibility and frequency should be considered first. In addition, hospital satisfaction can be maximized by improving the level of factors and variables that are low in the satisfaction survey by factor.
