This study examined the relationship between the cabin crew images and the airline employment decisions. The aim was to target college students to prepare for employment in airlines. The survey was conducted to achieve the research objectives using SPSS 20.0 based on 342 questionnaires. In addition, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, Correlation Analysis, and regression analysis were performed. The cabin crew image of the customer orientation and fashion affects the airline employment decisions of the students. The cabin crew image of professional expertise and appearance affect the airline employment decisions of the trust. The cabin crew image of customer orientation, fashion, and appearance affects the airline employment decisions of the students. Overall, the job must first be an understanding of the airline and it is necessary to consider a career professional approach. In addition, there is a need to recognize human services that emphasize the customer orientation factors of the crew.

Trail and campground deteriorations and their environmental changes of soil and vegetation were studied in Tonghwa -Sa district of Mt. Palgong Natural Park through 1988 into 1989. The results are summarized as follows : 1. The bare width of trail as one of the trail condition factor was significantly greater on the more heavily used trail. Deterioration types of trail which had higher frequency for a total of 45 observations were rock exposure(42%), trail deepening(40%) and root exposure(18%) in the high order. And also sound type on which the trail was not deteriorated at all amounted to 33% of all observations. 2. Ecological changes of soil and vegatation of trailsides were not found at a uniform tendency except that soil hardness was slightly decreased from trail edge to the forest, but they could be grouped by the type of user\`s behavior and site conditions. Use impacts on the natural environment of trailside in Mt. Palgong are still far from the severe harmulness. 3. Worse damages to compground condition were appeared in Bawi-gol than Susu-gol campsite. Types of mechanically damaged trees were tree with exposed root(63% ), scared tree(43% ), mutilated tree(30 % ) and felled tree in highly frequent order. And diameter increments of trees in campsites were oppressed by the campers. 4. Tree damage types and their frequencies could be basic as a means of which grasp the bounds of user's impacts. User's disturbance on campsite extended to the distance of 70∼90m from the core of campsite at Pawi-gol and 20∼30m at Susu-gol respectively. As the tolerant trees to use impact, Lespedeza maximowiczii, Rhus trichocarpa, Acer palmatum, Rubus crataegifolius and Celastrus orbiculatus were considered.

The purpose of this study is to offer information on the more effective sports wear to club members, who are participating in badminton, by closely examining influence in lifestyle of participants in badminton upon the sportswear benefit sought. The subjects of this study were selected male and female adults, who are joining now by subscribing to badminton club in Gangwondo Province, as the population. It sampled totally 206 people by convenience sampling, and carried out frequency analysis, reliability & factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis by using SPSS/PC+ 11.0 Version. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, it was indicated that there is correlation between lifestyle and sportswear benefit sought of participants in badminton. Second, it was indicated to have influence upon the ideal benefit sought, which is the sportswear benefit sought, in order of the fashion sought bandwagon and the social orientation, which are sub-factors of lifestyle. Third, it was indicated to have influence upon the fashion & brand benefit sought, which is the sportswear benefit sought, in order of the material sought, the fashion sought bandwagon, and the satisfaction with reality, which are sub-factors of lifestyle. Fourth, it was indicated to have influence upon the convenience benefit sought, which is the sportswear benefit sought, in order of the self-loyalty, the social orientation, the health sought, and the satisfaction with reality, which are sub-factors of lifestyle. Fifth, lifestyle was indicated to have influence upon the youth & individuality benefit sought in order of the fashion sought bandwagon, the material sought, and the social orientation. The sportswear product in the better quality will be able to be expected for sports activity, by which the subjects of participating in sports activity correctly grasp the sportswear benefit sought, based on these results.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of the critical thinking disposition of paramedic students to their satisfaction with hospital clinical practice and intention of recommendation. As for data analysis, the statistical packages SPSS WIN 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 were employed, and frequency analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and structural equation modeling were utilized. Besides, Cronbach alpha coefficients were calculated to check item internal consistency. The level of significance was all set at .05. A survey was conducted to collect data from May 12 to August 25, 2012, and the answer sheets from 305 respondents were gathered and analyzed. The critical thinking disposition of the paramedic students was found to have a significant impact on their satisfaction with clinical practice, and the hypothesis about that was accepted. Their critical thinking disposition was found to exert a significant influence on their intention of recommendation as well, and the hypothesis about that was accepted. Finally, their satisfaction with clinical practice was found to affect their intention of recommendation in a significant way, and the hypothesis about that was accepted. The findings of the study suggested that in order to nurture professional and competent paramedics, the content of clinical practice should systematically be managed on a regular basis, and prolonged research efforts should be directed into program development.

This study attempted to examine the relationship between pygmalion leadership and the organizational commitment among hospital employees, and the mediating effect of the leader-member exchange (LMX) on their relationship. For this purpose, we designed structured self-response survey questionnaires, and collected data from 349 employees working at 9 hospitals and ambulatory clinics in Busan area. Frequency analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis, and reliability analysis were performed using SPSS ver.18.0 program, and the path analysis was performed using AMOS ver.18.0 program. Major findings are as follows. First, some factors of pygmalion leadership were found to directly influence the quality of LMX, while some had both direct and indirect influences on organizational commitment. Second, the quality of LMX was found to partly mediate the relationship between pygmalion leadership and the organizational commitment in hospital organizations. This is the first in kind which was conducted in the hospital setting.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the self- regulation of paramedics on their job satisfaction and turnover intention. The subjects in this study were 300 paramedics who worked at general and larger hospitals. A survey was conducted for about four months from May 6 to August 30, 2012. As for data analysis, the statistical package SPSS WIN 18.0 was employed to make a frequency analysis, and the reliability of the instrument used was checked. A factor analysis was made, and a correlation analysis was carried out to look for connections between the variables, and a multiple regression analysis was utilized. Concerning the general characteristics of the respondents, many of the respondents were female, in their 20s, unmarried and received junior-college or higher education. Self-regulation had a very close correlation to job satisfaction and turnover intention, and self-regulation affected the subfactors of job satisfaction. Self-regulation exerted an influence on job satisfaction and turnover intention. The findings of the study are expected to suggest how to boost the job satisfaction of paramedics to step up the development of the organization that they belong to.

Microwave metrology for the thickness of metallic or superconductive films provides a new way to measure the film thickness in a non-invasive way by using microwave resonators, with the measurement accuracy affected by standard uncertainties in the resonator quality factor, temperature-dependent resonant frequency and the dimensions of the resonators. Here we study effects of the standard uncertainty in the thickness, $t_{cal}$, of a calibration $YBa_2Cu_3O_{7-{\delta}}$ (YBCO) film on the measured thicknesses, $t_{RF}$, by using a ~ 40 GHz microwave resonator. For the study, we used five YBCO films having the thicknesses of 70 - 360 nm, for which relative standard uncertainties in $t_{RF}$ due to that in $t_{cal}$ are obtained. The standard uncertainty in $t_{cal}$ was determined with the surface roughness of the film taken into account. It appeared that relative standard uncertainty in $t_{cal}$ significantly affects the $t_{RF}$ values, with the values of 1% (5%) in the former resulting in those of 1-2% (5-9%) for the latter at 10 K. Our results show that, for realizing relative standard uncertainties less than 5% in $t_{RF}$ for all the YBCO films, the surface roughness of the calibration films should be small enough to realize a relative standard uncertainty of less than 2.7% in $t_{cal}$.
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between gymnasium selection and training adherence of security martial arts trainees. To this aim, this study selected 8 gymnasiums in Gyounggi and Incheon province and sampled 220 people above the fourth grade in elementary school. Out of these, 14 cases were dropped due to insufficient answers or incomplete answers, and 206 qualified cases were finally adopted for this study. Data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis and frequency analysis, MANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 18.0. The results of this study were as follows. First, there were significant differences in gymnasium selection factors(instructor background, training program, public relations) depending upon the trainee's sex. Second, there were significant differences in gymnasium selection factors(training program, main others, public relations) depending upon the trainee's school grade. Third, there were no significant differences in training adherence factors depending upon the trainee's sex and school grade. Fourth, there were positive correlations between instructor background, training program and public relations-factors among gymnasium selection and management program, external and social relations-factors among training adherence. Fifth, the partial sub-factors of gymnasium selection have influenced training adherence. Consequently, security martial arts managers and instructors need to establish marketing strategies suitable for sex and school grade to recruit new security martial arts trainees. It may be considered that security martial arts instructors should construct the differentiated management system for trainees and the specialized training program for lasting training of new or existing security martial arts trainees.
While demands on private securities have been increase, expectations on the service quality as compensation for the investment expensive is also rising. However, private security services are in situations of not satisfying various customer's needs owing to insufficient special manpower, capital, and skills in spite of expected high-quality services toward customers. Therefore, this study aims to find out the causality between private security enterprises and relationship characteristics, purchasing behaviors of customers, and then searching for a marketing strategy that can provide best services to the enterprises that are confronting to limitless competitive systems by grasping customer's needs and necessities. For achieving this goal, the study objected to shop employees using private security enterprises after diving Cheonan City of South Chungcheong Province into South, East and East, West, and then collected 236 persons by using the convenience sampling. Regarding to research tools, this study used questionnaire having been recomposed based on previous researches home and abroad, and frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were carried out data was treated by treatments by using SPSS version 18.0 statistic package for treating the data. Through above research methods and procedures, results could be gotten same as followings. First, correlations between private security enterprise's relationship characteristics and purchasing behaviors showed positive (+) relations, and the latter was increased as much as relationship characteristics were high. Second, as the result of analyzing correlations between private security enterprise's relationship characteristics and purchasing behaviors, reputation, physical features, and communication affected influences to word of mouth activities. Third, reputation and communication affected to repeated purchasing behaviors as the result of analyzing private security's relationship characteristics and repeat purchasing behaviors.
The purpose of this study was aimed to identify the relationship between service quality and behavior by spectators participating security exhibition. The subject for this study was spectators who participating World Security Expo 2014 held three days from March 12 to 14 in 2014. 350 samples were selected by convenience sampling for subject of this study. 320 out of 350 surveys, excluded 30 unfaithful and defected surveys, were used for data analysis. Research tool was questionnaire which was based on and recomposed by previous researches home and abroad. The collected data were treated for analysis of frequency, reliability, factor analysis, correlation, and multitiple regression analysis by using SPSS statistic package version of 18.0 Through the above research method and procedure, the results were as followings. First, the relationship between service quality and behavior after participating exhibition appeared positively. It was found that there was high relationship between service quality and behavior. Second, analyzing relationship of factors between service quality and behaviors resulted to effect perceived environment, human services, and product on word of mouth. Third, analyzing relationship of factors between service quality and behaviors resulted to effect perceived environment, product, and price on re-participation.
