  • Breaking the fourth wall is a very popular concept right now, and depictions of breaking the barrier between virtuality and reality are often used in game advertising. In VR games, game manufacturers describe the experience after breaking the fourth wall as an experiencer who will be completely immersed in the virtual world, as if they are actually living in the virtual world. At the same time, research in the field of traditional drama also shows that breaking the fourth wall can also bring a sense of alienation to the player, allowing the experiencer to clearly realize that he and the character are in a completely different world, and to conduct aesthetic criticism of related works of art.So why there are two completely different feelings after breaking the fourth wall will be the content of this article. This article will focus on the theoretical analysis of the relationship between two different cognitions and two completely different cognitions after breaking the fourth wall. Finally, it will be analyzed from three directions: game perspective, game art style, and different world views of the game. Finally, it was concluded that when players break the fourth wall in the game, these three factors will cause the experiencer to have two completely different cognitions.

  • With the continuous development of emerging technologies represented by VR technology, many game developers are declaring that they are constantly trying to break the "fourth wall" and break the boundaries between virtual and reality to create game immersion for players. new game. But for many gamers, a strong sense of immersion is not the focus of their pursuit. The sense of control and safe exploration during the game is also the game experience that many gamers are pursuing. Moreover, there is ambiguity in the definition of the concept of breaking the fourth wall in the field of academic theory. The purpose of breaking the fourth wall was to separate the real world from the virtual world, to remind the audience that the actors and the audience are in two different worlds, and to trigger the audience's thinking about drama and deeper philosophy. But in the current game, it has become a blurring of the boundary between virtual and reality, pulling players into the virtual world, and focusing on the immersive experience. In this paper, we will first sort out the concept of "breaking the fourth wall", and then conduct a comparative analysis of horizontal scroll games and VR games, and conclude that the "fourth wall" has an impact on players Great conclusion.

  • It can be meaningful that this study attempted to analyze the use cases and forms based on the literature on the painting walls of the J oseon Dynasty, and attempted basic research to prevent disaster damage using traditional elements. This study summarizes the use of the Hwabangbyeok wall of J oseon Dynasty as follows. First, Hwabangbyeok wall was used from the early J oseon Dynasty and was adopted by palaces and other major state facilities to cope with fire and theft. Second, the Hwabangbyeok Wall was also referred to as the wall below the lower part of the wall, and was constructed with the purpose of preventing disasters from outside. Third, in an analysis of the Daeseongjeon shrine of Hyanggyo, many construction cases were identified mainly in the Gyeonggi area, which is assumed to be based on production and construction conditions along with local climatic factors. Fourth, it can be said that the Hwabangbyeok wall was basically adopted to prevent comprehensive disaster risk reduction in case of external intrusion and fire.

뇌실내 지주막 낭종 - 증례보고 - (Two Cases of Intraventricular Arachnoid Cysts - Case Report -)

  • Intraventricular arachnoid cyst has been rarely reported. Here we present two cases of symptomatic intraventricular arachnoid cysts in the fourth ventricle and right lateral ventricle. The first patient was a 38-year-old female who complained of headache and left facial hypesthesia. Computed tomography and MR scan revealed large cystic lesion in the fourth ventricle. After cyst wall removal, facial hypesthesia disappeared immediately and headache improved slowly. The second patient was a 9-year-old girl who complained of headache, vomiting and paresthesia in her right low extremity. Cystic lesion in the right lateral ventricle was detected in the CT and MR scan. The symptoms improved after cyst wall removal. Surgical findings of these two cases showed that the cyst walls were attached firmly to the choroid plexus. Symptomatic intraventricular arachnoid cyst must be treated appropriately and we recommend complete cyst wall removal.

Infective Costochondritis after Augmentation Mammoplasty: A Rare Case Report and Review of the Literature

  • Silicone breast implant insertion is a commonly performed surgical procedure for breast augmentation or reconstruction. Among various postoperative complications, infection is one of the main causes of patient readmission and may ultimately require explantation. We report a case of infective costochondritis after augmentation mammoplasty, which has rarely been reported and is therefore difficult to diagnose. A 36-year-old female visited the clinic for persistent redness, pain, and purulent discharge around the left anteromedial chest, even after breast implant explantation. Magnetic resonance imaging showed abscess formation encircling the left fourth rib and intracartilaginous and bone marrow signal alteration at the left body of the sternum and left fourth rib. En bloc resection of partial rib and adjacent sternum were done and biopsy results confirmed infective costochondritis. Ten months postoperatively, the patient underwent chest wall reconstruction with an artificial bone graft and acellular dermal matrix. As shown in this case, early and aggressive surgical debridement of the infected costal cartilage and sternum should be performed for infective costochondritis. Furthermore, delayed chest wall reconstruction could significantly contribute to the quality of life.

  • The purpose of this study was to (md out the characteristics of the residential house in Ulleung Island in terms of building materials, structure and construction method, structural design by actual field surveys. This study found several facts; First, the house was classified into the log house and mud-wall house according to building material for wall structure. The log house prevailed in the early days of the settlement in the island because of affulent timber materials available around. However, the mud wall house became a popular type in later days because of the depletion of timber materials. Second, the Udeki wall was an unique installation reflecting the severe climate conditions of Ulleung Island. However, many aspects of the Udeki wall was changed according to the change of living style and the introduction of modem heating systems in terms of its function, size, building material, layout position etc. Third, the roofing material also has been changed from materials available locally to slate materials transported from the mainland. Fourth, the bamboo slender-ribbed door as a single-swing door type was popular and later time the single-sliding door or three ribbed door was widely used in rooms installed later instead. Fifth, the roof was placed over the room, kitchen, and Chukdam (outer wall) and this was a resonable way to cope with heavy snowfalls in the winter season in Ulleung Island.

  • The main purpose of this research is to show the consideration of the geographical effects related with its features and configuration on the height of the wall in Hwasong. The method of this research is based on old documentary records and actual measuring. The result of this research is to take advantage of nature geographical features and configuration. First the castle of wall construction is based on outside defensive protection, mainly it was made of stones or bricks. And took advantage of its natural environment. According to circumstance, there were two kinds of general method to build the wall., Second It was considered, They had so many difficulty to move stones to build wall, especially to rugged hilly steep mountain. Third There were three kinds of stones to build wall, Bottom stones were piled with Big stones, because of its stability. On top of the wall was built with small stones it shows good harmony with small, middle, big size stones. It is considered not only stability but also beauty of appearance. Fourth Placing ChiSung was able to adjust height of wall low at the same time it was also taken advantage of a active defensive power. The suggestion of this research is to take advantage f nature geographical features and at the same time it was a perfect way to save the cost of construction. The further research of this should be continued to deepen because, it is the early stage, so it is maningful of eoffering a guidance for the furder research. in this research has a number of important question remain unsolved.

  • Aeolian tone generation from a two dimensional circular cylinder is numerically investigated via direct numerical simulation and hydrodynamic-acoustic splitting method. All governing equation are spatially discretized with the sixth-order compact scheme and fourth-order Runge-Kutta method to avoid excessive numerical dissipations and dispersions of acoustic quantities. Comparisons of two results show that the previous splitting method can not accurately predict the aeroacoustic noise of wall bounded shear flow. In this study, a perturbation viscous term and a new energy equation have been developed. This modified splitting method accurately predicts aeroacoustic noise from wall-bounded shear flow. The present results agree very well with the direct numerical simulation solution.

  • The pyrolysis characteristics of pulverized coal particle was numerically analyzed with the drop tube furnace. Based on the simulated gas flow field in the drop tube furnace, the particle velocity, temperature and volatile evolution were calculated with the fourth order Runge-Kutta method. The effects of changes in reactor wall temperature and particle diameter on the pyrolysis behavior of coal particle were investigated. The particle heating rate was very sensitive to the reactor wall temperature and particle size, that is, the higher wall temperature and the smaller particle size resulted in the higher heating rate and the consequent quicker volatile evolution.

  • Since 2017, the application of VR technology in the game field has become more and more extensive, and more and more scholars have conducted research on VR games, especially VR horror games. This article will conduct research on VR horror games and scrolling scroll games through comparative analysis, and believes that VR horror games are much stronger than side scrolling scrolling games in terms of immersion. However, due to its unique flat third-person perspective, completely different operation methods and the existence of 'the fourth wall in side-scrolling horror games, Players can clearly realize that they are in an absolutely safe environment, and that they are just manipulators of game characters, not experiencers of terrorist events, so players will not receive excessive fright. Therefore, this article believes that the number of players who like side-scrolling horror games with certain horror elements is greater than the number of players who like pure VR horror games.Many traditional games in this paper have their own advantages in many aspects. For example, many traditional games such as horizontal games also have good development prospects in the future. We should promote the research on games in the academic community from multiple angles, not limited to popular VR games.
