Third, the applicants, shall take examination for the nongoverment certificate of qualification or enterprise's certificate of qualification at the date and place designated by the applicant, but there are much restrictions for the national certificate of qualification, so the date of examination shall be decided flexibly and efficiently to give chances to students by adjusting to the semesters of the students. Fourth, in this rapidly changing age of the informationalization community, the acquisition of the certificates of qualification through the university and the designated and entrusted educational institutes should be increased the proportion of activation to become officially recognized, and the extent of special treatment for obtainers of the certificate of qualification should be expanded to equip manpower competitive power in the age of informationalization.

The Three-dimensional (3-D) dynamical behaviors of a fluid-conveying pipe subjected to vortex-induced vibration are investigated with different internal flow velocity ${\nu}$. The values of the internal flow velocity are considered in both subcritical and supercritical regimes. During the study, the 3-D nonlinear equations are discretized by the Galerkin method and solved by a fourth-order Runge-Kutta method. The results indicate that for a constant internal flow velocity ${\nu}$ in the subcritical regime, the peak Cross-flow (CF) amplitude increases firstly and then decrease accompanied by amplitude jumps with the increase of the external reduced velocity. While two response bands are observed in the In-line (IL) direction. For the dynamics in the lock-in condition, 3-D periodic, quasi-periodic and chaotic vibrations are observed. A variety of CF and IL responses can be detected for different modes with the increase of ${\nu}$. For the cases studied in the supercritical regime, the dynamics shows a great diversity with that in the subcritical regime. Various dynamical responses, which include 3-D periodic, quasi-periodic as well as chaotic motions, are found while both CF and IL responses are coupled while ${\nu}$ is beyond the critical value. Besides, the responses corresponding to different couples of ${\mu}_1$ and ${\mu}_2$ are obviously distinct from each other.
The purpose of this study is to objectify the shape of curvature and average change rate of angular and arched eyebrow makeup. The data for the analysis were the final 336 pieces for the cosmetology students in the whole country. SPSS 20.0 program was used for the collected data, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and crossover analysis were performed. First, the frequency of the average change rate of eyebrow makeup (angular and arcuate) was analyzed. As a result, the eyebrows suitable for the angled type showed the highest level of 'A-2' and the arched eyebrows had the highest level of 'B-2'. Second, to analyze the important factors of eyebrow makeup, frequency of eyebrows was the most important, followed by the inclination of eyebrows and eyebrow tail. Third, factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted to examine each dimension of eyebrow makeup perception, and it was derived from three factors including acceptability, aggressiveness, and playability. Fourth, in order to analyze the difference of important factors in the form of the standard eyebrow makeup, the cross - analysis was performed with chi - square test, and it was confirmed that the angular eyebrow makeup showed the most objectivity when the average change rate was 0.29 and the curvature was 0.67. Fifth, arcuate eyebrow makeup showed the most objectivity when the average change rate was 0.57 and curvature was 0.56. The results of this analysis can be used as objective data of aesthetic criteria when designing the eyebrow shape.
With the recent application of deep learning to Natural Language Processing (NLP), the performance of NLP has improved significantly and NLP is emerging as a core competency of organizations. However, when encountering NLP use cases that are sporadically reported through various online and offline channels, it is often difficult to come up with a big picture of how to understand and interpret them or how to connect them to business. This study presents a framework for systematically analyzing NLP use cases, considering the characteristics of NLP techniques applicable to almost all industries and business functions, environmental changes in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and the effectiveness of adopting NLP reflecting all business functional areas. Through solving research questions based on the framework, the usefulness of it is validated. First, by accumulating NLP use cases and pivoting them around the business function dimension, we derive how NLP techniques are used in each business functional area. Next, by synthesizing related surveys and reports to the accumulated use cases, we draw implications for each business function and major NLP techniques. This work promotes the creation of innovative business scenarios and provides multilateral implications for the adoption of NLP by systematically viewing NLP techniques, industries, and business functional areas. The use case analysis framework proposed in this study presents a new perspective for research on new technology use cases. It also helps explore strategies that can dramatically improve organizational performance through a holistic approach that encompasses all business functional areas.
Recently, the number of cases of purchasing food online has been increased, especially in the open market. Therefore, we examined the characteristics of status quo bias and switching costs in the open market. Also, in this study, the causal relationship between the characteristics of status quo bias and switching costs, switching costs and switching intention in the open market was investigated. The analysis result consists of four parts as follows. First, in the open market, rational decision making, which belongs to the characteristics of status quo bias, was found to have a positive (+) effect on time switching cost among switching costs, but did not have a positive (+) effect on economic and psychological switching cost. Second, cognitive misperceptions was consistent with the assumption that it have a positive (+) effect on all of the economic, time, and psychological switching cost, which are switching costs in the open market. Third, psychological commitment was found to have a positive (+) effect on economic and time switching cost among switching costs, but did not have a positive (+) effect on psychological switching cost. Fourth, psychological switching cost, which belongs to switching costs in the open market, was found to have a negative (-) effect like the hypothesis set in switching intention. However, it was found that economic and time switching cost did not have a negative (-) effect on switching intention. This study subdivided the switching costs into three dimensions and compared the degree of influence on the switching intention, and the degree of influence was different for each dimension. Therefore, it was found that when switching from the existing open market to the new open market, it is not possible to simply judge that the switching costs directly has a negative (-) effect on the switching intention or does not.
Underground lifelines such as water supply/sewer pipe, power cable and gas pipe are indispensable facilities to the life of urban society. These lifelines have been constructed long time ago and buried positioning information is not precisely recorded. Moreover, they have been concentrated on the narrow area and are complicatedly entangled in 3-dimension. In the fourth industrial revolution, a 3-dimensional visualization for underground lifelines is strongly required, and a database (D/B) with precise positioning information should be preceded. In this study, image processing technology for precise positioning of underground buried lifelines is introduced, which is able to build the database more accurately, efficiently and practically.

The aim of the study is to develop the 3D visualization of Building Information Model and integrated 4D model for optimization of resources in the construction project. This study discuss the process of methodology and creation of 4D model of the project and simulate it to monitor the workflow at the site. Different stages of the construction process and activities are generated by using Revit and MS Project. MS project has been used for creation of the schedules and these are linked with the Revit for 3D modeling. The time used as the fourth dimension and 4D model created by using Navisworks Time liner software. Narges shopping center is presented as a case study to realize the actual uses and benefits of Building Information Model (BIM). Narges shopping mall is located in Tehran, Iran. As a part of Hekmat master plan, Narges shopping center is an 11 stores building with a total area of 30000 Sq.m. This shopping and entertainment center is comprised of 150 retails and two multi-use public halls with a capacity of 400 persons each and underground parking with total 400 parking space. The main purpose of architecture was to create an urban public center along with its revolving, spiral like form and an ever changing continuous façade by means of different colors, materials, which is in harmony with the other building of the master plan. The approximate cost of the project is $17 million and duration of the project schedule is 30 months. The developed Building Information Model enabled us to identify the potential collisions or clashes between various structural and architectural systems. 4D model has been used for limiting the interaction between subcontractors installing the different systems so rework could be avoided and productivity maximized. It is also observed that the utility of BIM for construction stimulation and clash detection is the best suitable method. Clash detection before the implementation of work is highly recommended to avoid rework.

This study has its purposes on analyzing specific features of the elements according to scales of 32 main buddhist sancta among wooden temples with gable roof that are nationally designated as cultural assets, and analyzing influences and proportional relations between main and submaterials, so that it could be basic and objective data for restore and repair cultural assets in the future. Results of the study are following. First of all, the average plane proportion of doritong (facade) and yangtong (side) in 3-room building is about 1.31:1, while it is 1.70:1 in 5-room building. Secondly, as a result of analyzing the locational proportion and thickness of pillars at each location, floor room turned out to have wider space between pillars than that of edge room or side room in both cases of 3 and 5-room buildings. In the mean time, for the average thickness of the pillars in 3-room building, it was 491mm for corner pillars, 433mm for general pillars in cases of 3-room building, while it was 595 and 511mm respectively in cases of 5-room building. The reason why corner pillars are 60~80mm thicker than general ones in average, is determined to considered structural stability and optical illusion. For the third, as a result of analyzing the influences on pillar thickness, eaves projection and eaves height according to the scale(dimension) of buildings, 3-room buildings have outstanding correlation as its scale(dimension) goes bigger, while 5-room ones are not very much influenced by its scale(dimension). For the fourth, as a result of the relation between pillars and eaves, both of 3 and 5-room buildings have longer-projected and higher eaves as their pillars go taller; especially height of eaves turns out to have very close relation between length of pillars. In addition to that, both of 3 and 5-room buildings have much projected eaves as the eaves go higher.

Purpose: Periodontal regenerative therapies for defects created by severe periodontitis are mainly focused on bone regeneration. Although cementum regeneration needs to be better understood, it is believed to play an important role in periodontal regeneration. The first step toward a full understanding of cementum regeneration is to compare repaired cementum to pristine cementum. This study, which used histological techniques, was designed to focus on cementum regeneration and to compare pristine cementum to repaired cementum after surgical procedures with 8 and 24 week healing periods in a canine model. Methods: Buccal and lingual mucoperiosteal flaps of 10 beagle dogs were surgically reflected to create critical-sized defects. Intrabony one-wall defects, of which dimension is 4 mm width and 5 mm depth, were made at the distal aspect of mandibular second premolars and the mesial aspect of mandibular fourth premolars in the right and left jaw quadrants. Animals were sacrificed after 8 and 24 weeks post-surgery for histological specimen preparation and histometric analysis. Results: The repaired cementum was composed mostly of acellular cementum and cellular mixed fiber cementum and was thicker in the apical area than in the coronal area. The acellular cementum of the supracrestal area appeared to be amorphous. The newly formed cellular cementum was partially detached from the underlying circumpulpal dentin, which implied a weak attachment between new cementum and dentin, and this split was observed to a lesser extent in the 24 week group than in the 8 week group. The vertical height of the repaired cementum was greater in the 24 week group than in the 8 week group. Conclusions: Within the limitations of this study, we can conclude that repaired cementum after root planing was mainly acellular cementum and cementum tissue that matured to a shape similar to pristine cementum as the healing progressed from 8 to 24 weeks.
The purpose of this study was to identify whether environmental evidence and experiences respectively could affect brand attitude in Korean restaurant. Also, this study investigated a moderating effect of brand reputation in the causal relationship between environmental evidence and brand attitude and, between experiences and brand attitude. Questionnaires were given to a sample of customers who visited branches of H or B Korean restaurant brand which ranked within 20th in sales volume among Korean restaurant brands. A total of 353 questionnaires were analyzed with hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS/PC+. There were four major empirical research findings. Firstly, among components of environmental evidence, space, aesthetics, cleanliness and pleasance affected brand attitude. Secondly, all components of experiences, act, relate, think and feel affected brand attitude. Thirdly, brand reputation had a moderating role in the causal relationship between aesthetics dimension and brand attitude, but space, cleanliness, convenience and pleasance dimensions did not have a moderating role of brand reputation to the relationship of brand attitude. Fourth, brand reputation had a moderating role in the causal relationship between act and brand attitude, but relate, think and feel didn't have a moderating role of brand reputation to the relationship of brand attitude. Based on these findings, marketers of Korean restaurants were recommended to strengthen environmental evidence and experiences. Also, they are advised to strengthen brand reputation with use of marketing.
