북한이탈주민의 전환적 진로선택과정에 관한 근거이론 연구 (A Study on the Grounded Theory of Transitional Career Choice Process North Korean Defects)

  • 본 연구는 상이한 체제 즉, 사회주의 노동시장에서 자본주의 노동시장으로의 이행 후 성공적인 직업생활을 영위하고 있는 북한이탈주민을 대상으로 전환적 진로선택 과정을 탐색하는 것이다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 북한이탈주민의 전환적 진로선택과정은 어떠한가, 이 과정에 어떤 학습요소가 선택에 영향을 주는가? 라는 문제를 제시하였다. 현재 자신의 직업에 대한 주관적 성공감을 가지고 있으며, 경험의 과정을 풍부하고 상세하게 잘 설명할 수 있는 남성3명, 여성8명과 심층면담을 진행하였다. 방법은 Strauss & corbin(1998)이 제시한 (개방코딩, 축코딩, 선택코딩)하위범주와 범주를 관계 짓는 근거이론 방법으로 분석하였다. 결과, '관점전환'이라는 중심현상으로부터 패러다임 모형이 도출되었다. 핵심범주는 '관점을 전환하여 새로운 진로에 도전함'이었다. 전환적 진로선택 과정은 '현실인식 단계', '적극적 변화 인지단계', '지지/대처전략 단계', '성장 단계'로 시간의 흐름과 상호작용에 따른 4단계가 도출되어 진로선택 과정에서 전환학습에 따른 긍정적 반성과 계획된 우연기술의 잠재적 요소를 발견할 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과는 북한이탈주민을 위한 진로교육 및 진로상담을 위한 기초자료로 유용하게 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

근거이론에 의한 장애분야 동료상담사들의 성장과 발전에 관한 질적연구 (A Qualitative Study on the Growth and Development of Peer Counselors in the Field of Disability based on Grounded Theory)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 장애분야 동료상담사들의 성장과 발전 과정을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 장애인 동료상담사와 장애인부모 동료상담사 19명의 현장경험을 근거이론 방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 장애분야 동료상담사들은 '갑작스러운 장애 발생으로 고군분투함', '장애를 수용하며 새 삶을 꾸려나감', '장애에 대한 생각을 고침', '우연히 동료상담사 양성교육에 참여함'의 인과적 조건에 따라 '동료상담사 역할 수행'과 '역할 수행의 원동력'의 중심현상을 경험하였고, 이 현상은 '상담교육을 통한 변화 경험'과 '동료상담의 필요성 인식'의 맥락적 조건에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 '상담이 어렵게 느껴짐', '역량부족에 따른 자의식', '미흡한 동료상담의 현주소'의 중재적 조건에 따라 '내적 역량강화'와 '외적 활동 도모'의 작용/상호작용 전략을 활용하였고, 그 결과는 '동료상담사로서의 변화와 성장', '동료상담직 외 활동 영역 확대', '동료상담의 발전 과제 제시'로 나타났다. 둘째, 이들의 성장과 발전 과정은 '장애를 넘어 상담교육 입문의 단계', '변화를 거친 성장의 단계', '역량강화를 통한 진로 모색의 단계', '역할 도전이 이룬 입신의 단계'의 4단계로 확인되었다. 셋째, 이러한 과정의 핵심 범주는 '동료상담사로서의 성장과 발전은 역량강화에 근거한다'였다. 이 연구결과는 보수교육 프로그램 개발, 시행기관의 실무 매뉴얼 마련, 인적자원 활용 방안을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

간호윤리 교육이 간호학생의 도덕적 사고와 윤리적 딜레마 상황에서의 의사결정에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Nursing Ethics Education on Moral Reasoning and Ethical Decision Making for Student Nurses)

  • This study was designed to test effects of nursing ethics education (NEE) on moral reasoning and ethical decision making of subjects. This NEE that was teached for 10 hours course was composed of these : Nurses' ethical code, moral responsibility, Moral value and professional accountability, Respect for human life, General ethics, Theory and Norms of biomedical ethics, Ethical decision making model and Discussion about hypothetical ethical dilemmas Twenty-five senior student nurses were sampled from four year college of nursing from Nov. 3rd, 1993 to Nov. 24th, 1993. Data were collected through self-reported questionnaires included two kinds of tests. Rest's Defining Issues Test was adopted to measure the stage of moral development, which was classified with the stage 2 (instrumental relativist orientation), the stage 3 (interpersonal concordance), the stage 4 (law and order), the stage 5A (societal consensus), and the stage 5B (intuitional humanism), the stage 6 (universal ethical practice). In particular, the level of principled thinking (P) was measured by summing these scores of the stages 5A, 5B, and 6. The possible range of P is 0 to 95. As for measuring the levels of morality and nursing dilemma, Crisham's Nursing Dilemma Test was adopted. This test generated the morality score(MS) and the dilemma score (DS). The data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Kruskal-Wallis test, Mc Nemar's test and Pearson correlation coefficients. The results were as follows ; 1. For the Moral Reasoning both before and after NEE, The Mean score of the stage 5A was significantly higher than that of other stages.(P=0.0001) Before NEE, the mean score of the stage 4 was significantly different from stage 2, 3, 5A, and after NEE, different from stage 2, 5B,6. 2. The analysis of change of moral development level revealed that the score of stage 4 increased after NEE.(P=0.0004) 3. The Effect of NEE for the mean score of 5A, 6, P after education was significantly different by birth place. 4. With regard to the five dilemmas postulated such as forcing medication performing cardiac pulmonary resuscitation, reporting a medication error, informing diagnosis to terminally ill adult, and providing new-nurse orientation, the mean score of the MS and the DS was no significant difference with general characteristics of the students. Effect of NEE morality score and dilemma score after education was no significant difference. 5. As for the correlations between moral reasoning and decision making, the score of the stage 2, 5A, 6, DS was positively correlated with the scores of before and after. Positive correlation was also observed between the scores of stage 2 and stage 4, stage 3 and 6. On the other hand, the score of P was negatively correlated with the scores of stage 2 and of stage 4 and of stage 5A. The score of the stage 5A was also negatively correlated with the score of the sge 6.

Vygotsky's Sociocultural Theory and its Implications to the Role of Teachers in Students' Learning of Mathematics

  • 본 논문은 한국 수학 교육학계에서 사회적 구성주의자로서 소개되어지고 있는 Vygotsky의 이론의 재분석을 통해 우리에게는 아직 낱선 그의 이론인 사회문화주의 이론(sociocultural theory)을 소개하는 것을 그 주목적으로 하였다. 특히 아동의 수학 학습에 있어 교사의 역할의 중요성을 어떻게 Vygotsky가 사회문화주의 이론이라는 렌즈를 통해 설명하고 있는 지를 분석하였다. Vygotsky는 사회주의문화를 주장함으로써 Piaget와 같은 아동중심적 학습이론과 그 색채를 매우 다르게 취하고 있는데, 첫째, 그는 수학 학습이란 아동의 개인적인 수준에서보다는 사회적 수준에서 이루어진다고 주장하고 있다. 이는 본질적으로 Vygotsky가 왜 구성주의자로서 이해될 수 없는가를 보여주는 근본적인 이유이다. 둘째, 어떻게 사회문화작인 구조(예: 학교, 교실) 속에서 학습이 일어나는가를 설명하기 위해 근접 발달 영역 (Zone of Proximal Development: ZPD)이라는 개념을 도입하였다. 이는 아동이 누군가의 도움을 통해 도달할 수 있는 잠재적 발달 영역을 의미하며 Vygotsky 이론의 핵심이 되는 개념이다. 셋째, 사회문화주의 이론은 행동(mediated action)과 심리학적 도구(psychological tool)를 강조하며 결과적으로 학습의 아동 내부에서의 독립적이고 내재적인 생성보다는 외부적인 환경과의 제휴 된 모습과 그 결과들을 강조한다. 넷째, 따라서 아동의 수학 학습 과정에 있어 주체는 아동 홀로가 아니며, 교사와 보다 우수한 아동들의 역할이 매우 중요함을 강조하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 사회문화주의 이론에 대한 이해를 돕는 것과 아울러, 이를 통해 수학 학습에서 교사의 역할에 대한 그 이론적 기반을 제공하고 있다. 구성주의가 활성시켜 온 아동 스스로의 지식의 건설이라는 중요성에 비추어, 사회문화주의 이론의 제안을 통해 아동의 수학 학습에서의 교사의 적극적인 역할의 가능성을 제시하고 있다.

에듀테크 기반 학교도서관활용교육 설계 모형 개발 (Development of a Design Model for School Library-based Instruction under EduTech)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 에듀테크 기반 학교도서관활용교육 설계 모형을 제안하는 것이다. 에듀테크 기반 교육은 학습 경계를 확장하고, 학습자 중심의 디퍼러닝을 위한 새로운 수업 환경과 학습 경험을 필요로 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 체제이론에 기반을 둔 ADDIE 모형을 수정하여 '분석 단계, 사전 학습 및 개발 단계, 수업 운영 단계, 협동수업 평가 단계'로 구성된 4단계 교수 설계 모형(안)을 제시하였다. 이 모형은 플립러닝과 백워드 교수 설계 요소 및 탐구기반학습 요소를 반영하여 학생 맞춤형 자료 개발과 탐구활동이 이루어지도록 하였다. 또한, 학습의 범위를 사전 학습, 대면 학습, 추가 학습으로 확대하여, 협동수업의 다양성을 도모하였다. 그리고 에듀테크 환경에서 학교도서관활용교육 활성화 방안을 사서교사의 전문성, 학교도서관 공간, 예산, 표준 교육과정 개발 및 독서교육종합지원시스템 측면에서 제안하였다.

농업발전(農業發展) 이론연구(理論硏究) (I) - Fei-Ranis의 경제사적(經濟史的) 접근방법(接近方法)을 중심(中心)으로 - (An Inquiry into Agricultural Development Theory (1) - Fei-Ranis's Historical Approach and its Relevance to Less Developed World -)

  • This study attempted to introduce Fei-Ranis's agricultural development theory and discuss its problem for the rural development of less developed world. Fei-Ranis systematized the development process of Western European economy on the ground of dualism. They divided the process into 4 stages by the concept of 'mode of operation'. Paticularly, they consider agrarian mercantilism as take-off stage and its development were achieved by the increase of trade margin and labor productivity. Especially, they thought that only agricultural revolution through the diffusion of internal exchange economy and construction of tree-star system can accomplish favorable transition to industrial capitalism. In order to promote this agricultural development, less developed world must abolish short-run agricultural policy and propel 'learning by the contact' strategy through 'tree-star system' and 'parellel development.' In reality, it was problematic that the contemporary less developed world is trying, in the course of a few decades, to imitate Western European experience with development over the last four centuries. But Fei-Ranis ignored qualitative aspects of agricultural development by tree-star system and also it is criticized that they considered agricultural development process of less developed world follows only that of Western European classical process.

간호사의 정치적 역량 개념 개발 (Concept Development of Political Competence for Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to define and clarify the concept of political competence for nurses. Methods: A hybrid model method was used to investigate the dimensions, attributes, and definitions of the concept. In the theoretical stage of the study, literature on nursing, politics, and other discipline were reviewed. In the fieldwork stage, individual in-depth interviews and focus groups interviews were conducted with politically seasoned experts or activists who had an understanding of the concept of political competence for extensive descriptions in nursing and field of health care. Results: The concept of political competence was represented in four dimensions as political knowledge, political efficacy, political interaction, and political activity. In the political knowledge dimension, there were three attributes, namely, political knowledge, political information and systematic analysis ability. The political efficacy dimension had three attributes of internal political efficacy, external political efficacy, and self-pride of nursing profession. The political interaction dimension had three attributes of organizations and community service, networking, and persuasive power. The political activity dimension had six attributes of political leadership, political expression, assertive behavior, political advocacy, political participation, and policy intervention. Conclusion: This concept development might provide a basic understanding of developing a measurement tool and for constructing a theory promoting nurses' political competence.

Experimental and numerical study on mechanical behaviour of grouted splices with light-weight sleeves

  • Grouted sleeve splice (GSS) is an effective type of connection applied in the precast concrete structures as it has the advantages of rapidly assembly and reliable strength. To decrease the weight and cost of vertical rebar connection in precast shear walls, a light-weight sleeve is designed according to the thick-cylinder theory. Mechanical behaviour of the light-weighted GSS is investigated through experimental analysis. Two failure modes, such as rebar fracture failure and rebar pull-out failure, are found. The load-displacement curves exhibit four different stages: elastic stage, yield stage, strengthening stage, and necking stage. The bond strength between the rebar and the grout increases gradually from outer position to inner position of the sleeve, and it reaches the maximum value at the centre of the anchorage length. A finite element model predicting the mechanical properties of the light-weighted GSS is developed based on the Concrete Damage Plasticity (CDP) model and the Brittle Cracking (BC) model. The effect of the rebar anchorage length is significant, while the increase of the thickness of sleeve and the grout strength are not very effective. A model for estimating ultimate load, including factors of inner diameter of sleeves, anchorage length, and rebar diameter, is proposed. The proposed model shows good agreement with various test data.

점포 선택 이론을 이용한 우리나라 일반 소비자의 수산물 구매 시 대형소매점 선택 요인에 대한 분석 (Analysis on the Choice of the Store to Buy Seafood by the General Consumers in Korea Using the Consumers' Store Choice Behavior Theory)

  • The purpose of this study is to derive the factors for the general consumers to choose the store to buy seafood. Survey on 414 general consumers by questionnaires was conducted to find out the factors for them to choose the stores in the traditional market and large supermarket, and through the analysis on the results the factors for general consumers to choose large supermarkets were derived when they buy seafood and at the same time the degree of its importance was analyzed. The results of the survey showed that the general consumers chose large supermarkets to buy seafood despite the fact that they recognized the seafood prices are lower in the traditional markets than in the large supermarkets. Particularly, the results of analyzing the sixteen criteria for choosing the store in which to buy seafood were grouped into four: the 'assortment of goods and high quality', 'service', 'price and promotion' and 'convenient accessibility.' The results of examining the order of priority based on the four factors showed that the 'assortment of diverse seafood and high quality' was found to be given the first priority, followed by 'convenient accessibility' and 'prices and promotion factors', with 'service' being statistically insignificant. Based on these results, Monroe (1975)'s consumers' store choice process is summarized as follows. Before buying seafood, the consumers who use large supermarkets have the desire for buying seafood and then judge the properties of the store which they will use. In this process, consumers were satisfying their needs in large supermarkets in the criteria of 'assortment of diverse seafood and high quality', convenient accessibility', and 'prices and promotion factors' which were found to be statistically significant in this research. Accordingly, the general consumers choose to buy seafood in large supermarkets rather than in the traditional markets. The general consumers were more satisfied with using large supermarkets than using traditional markets, so after they have initially bought seafood in the large supermarkets, they habitually buy seafood in the large supermarkets without going through Monroe (1975)'s 'eight stage process for the store choice.' When such habitual store choice behavior continues for a long time, it results in becoming structural.

The Use of Phonetics in the Analysis of the Acquisition of Second Language Syntax

  • Among the scholars of second language (L2) acquisition who have used prosodic considerations in syntactic analyses, pausing and intonation contours have been used to define utterances in the speech of second language learners (e.g., Sato, 1990). In recent research on conversational analysis, it has been found that lexically marked causal clause combining in the discourse of native speakers can be distinguished as "intonational subordination" and "intonational coordination(Couper-Kuhlen, Elizabeth, forthcoming.)". This study uses Pienemann's Processability Theory (1995) for an analysis of the speech of native speakers of Japanese (L1) learning English. In order to accurately assess the psycholinguistic stages of syntactic development, it is shown that pitch, loudness, and timing must all be considered together with the syntactic analysis of interlanguage speech production. Twelve Japanese subjects participated in eight fifteen minute interviews, ninety-six dyads. The speech analyzed in this report is limited to the twelve subjects interacting with two different non-native speaker interviews for a total of twenty-four dyads. Within each of the interviews, four different tasks are analyzed to determine the stage of acquisition of English for each subject. Initially the speech is segmented according to intonation contour arid pauses. It is then classified accoding to specific syntactic units and further analysed for pitch, loudness and timing. Results indicate that the speech must be first claasified prosodic ally and lexically, prior to beginning syntactic analysis. This analysis stinguishes three interlanguage lexical categories: discourse markers, coordinator $s_ordinators, and transfer from Japanese. After these lexical categories have been determined, the psycholinguistic stages of syntactic development can be more accurately assessed.d.
