The purpose of the study was to examine the relationships among gender, shopping motivations, flow experience, and purchases using structural equation modeling. Shopping motives were included in the study: self-refreshment, idea seeking, social interaction, product acquisition, and value seeking. Data from 452 male and female respondents were employed to test the model. Empirical findings supported that the proposed model was a good fit to data. Gender played an influential role in shopping motives. All motives except for product acquisition motive significantly influenced flow experience. Flow experiences enhance the purchasing. This study contributed the literature by providing a conceptual foundation of how gender and shopping motivation influence flow experience.
The purpose of this study is to find out the theoretical background of spatial fantage effects in Piranesi etching "Le Carceri" called 'Architectural Capriccio'. In a life time Piranesi created a prodigious oeuvre of dramatic and fantastic images about magnificent buildings and mysterious ruins and prison. The increasing "tourism" after the middle of the 18th century contributed a lot to Piranesi's success. He was famous for his poetic views of Rome and also his fantastic imaginary interiors. The terms "Capriccio" and "Veduta" are strongly connected with Piranesi's work. The term Veduta describes a form of landscape depiction in print with close to reality imitation of the scenery, whereas the "Capriccio" contains the elements of invention in artificial architectural landscape. Trained in Venice as an engineer and architect, his studies had included perspective and stage design. These skills, allied to his deep knowledge of archaeology, provided the substance for his Veduta, etchings of ancient Rome. But his most remarkable etchings are those of imaginary interiors, the Carceri d'Invenzione(Imaginary Prisons), a series of capric plates issued in 1750. It appears to Piranesi etching 'Le Carceri' that 18th century experimental scenography's effect very strongly. Also, it can understand about "Scena per Angolo" which was revealed by Ferdinando Galli Bibiena that Piranesi spatial view and viewpoint deconstruction operate motive and cause. Piranesi's spatial fortification was influence by Filippo Juvarra's spatial concept. As a result of this research will be foundation of understanding deeply that Piranesi etching has been affect to present architecture and art.

The walking exercise can alleviate stress and also it can improve health fortheir lifetime. Recent development in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) has laid the foundation for Internet of Things (IoT) to become the future technology. IoT has many applications in industry automation, security, smart homes and cities, education, health etc. In personal health-care domain, IoT is mainly used for monitoring fitness condition by observing current activity of individual. In this paper, we have proposed a novel IoT based personal wellness care system. Proposed system not only keep track of current fitness level but also provide future activity prediction based on history data along with standard recommendations. Predicted activity helps in motivating the individual to achieve the desired fitness level. Initially, we consider only walking activity for testing purpose and later, other types of activities/exercise will be captured for improved health care support.
This study is to identify whether a difference exists between factors that influence the time when independently owned nail shops and franchises commence business. Futhermore, we set out to investigate the criteria for nail shop owners use when selecting franchise nail shops with a relatively high level of customer satisfaction and performance, to discuss the necessity of a franchise agreement. An actual analysis has revealed that there is a difference in factors that influence management at the time of and after the inception of independently owned shops and franchise nail shops. Business performance of franchise shops, as a result of evaluating customer satisfaction or monthly sales, turns out to be higher than independently owned shops. The criteria for selecting franchise stores includes intensity of competitiveness in the same business district, accessibility, ability to keep up with current trends, directors' skills, color scheme, excellence of company logo, interesting interior, reasonable prices compared to the level of cosmetic procedure and efforts to motivate employees. Overall, the deciding factor enabling shops to operate continuously is constant supervision from the headquarters of the franchise company.
This qualitative study is designed for the reconstruction of the experience of single mothers in poverty based on the bottom-up approach. Welfare dependency is identified as vital help to protect their own and children's lives, through their stories telling that welfare services provided by government and community take care of them "in place of their husbands", and "raise them up by hand." What is self-sufficiency to them is more of a process-orientation through welfare dependency than a state out of it, and a way to look through building their self-esteem and working to discover their self-worth except their economic power. Restoring their potential to self-sufficiency through dealing with their psycho-social stresses and expanding services for them related to child-care(education) and occupation ability development for long-term self-sufficiency, rather than hasty focusing on welfare exit, should be built on the foundation of helping them self-sufficient. In order for the self-sufficiency program to overcome the participant's images of "subordination and stigma" and to convey the original meaning of "welfare to work", the performance and evaluation system of self-sufficiency programs that reflects the insider's perspectives on their participation motive and process, and the self-sufficiency program customized for their needs and interests should be encouraged to develop.
Since 2011, when Oegyujanggak Uigwe(Records of the State Rites of the Joseon Dynasty) were returned from France, which were looted in 1866 by the French Navy, national attention to our cultural properties abroad was explosively increased and public pressure has been mounting that those cultural properties should be returned in Korea. According to the statistics of "Overseas Korean Cultural Heritage Foundation" Korean cultural Properties, which exist in foreign countries, amounts 160,342 in total 20 countries. Among them about half of them are estimated to be illegally exported cultural property, these are to be restituted. However, in reality it is not so easy to restitute illegally exported cultural properties. For this, it needs to be established a long-term and systematic plan for return of cultural properties from other countries. This paper starts from such a critical mind and tries to find legal policy measures for the return of illegally exported cultural properties. To this end, the author first describes motive and aim of this research in chapter I. and overviews basic understanding and current situation of export of cultural property as well as means and methods of return of cultural property in chapter II. and then deals with international and national norms that are involved in the dispute concerned return of cultural properties in chapter III. Based on this research, in chapter IV., which can be considered as a key part of this paper, the author proposed nine legal policy measures for restitution of cultural properties from foreign countries. That is, actual condition survey of cultural properties in foreign countries, unified management and implement of export ID on cultural properties, fund-raising for the diversification of means of return of cultural properties. local utilization of cultural properties, joining in the multilateral conventions and expansion of the bilateral agreements, restitution and cooperation through international organizations, restitution through lawsuit and arbitration, training experts on restitution of cultural property and networking with foreign experts. Finally, the author summarized his opinion in chapter V. which comprehended researching the above.
