학생들의 문제해결전략 유형과 비례상황 인지와의 관계 (The relationship between the students' strategy types and the recognition for proportional situations)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 학생들의 문제해결전략 유형과 비례추론의 한 요소인 비례상황의 인지와의 관계를 탐구하기 위한 것이다. 학생들의 문제해결전략 유형은 비와 비례 과제를 실시한 결과를 근거로 가법적 유형, 승법적 유형 그리고 형식적 유형으로 나누었으며 세 차례의 면담 중 첫 번째와 세 번째에 비례상황인 것과 아닌 것을 구분하는 문제를 제시하였을 때 어떻게 분류하며 시간에 따라 어떻게 발달하는지 분석하였다. 그 결과 각 유형의 학생들은 초기에 비례상황과 그렇지 않은 상황을 구분하지 못하였으나 점차 구분할 수 있게 되었다. 그러나 정비례상황과 반비례상황을 구분하지 못하는 보습을 발견할 수 있었다. 또한 문제를 해결하는 과정에서 승법적 유형의 학생들이 더 우수하였으나 비례상황과 아닌 것을 분류하는 문제에서는 비례식 알고리즘이라는 분명 한 기준을 가지고 있는 형식적 유형의 학생들이 더 우수하였다. 본 연구는 비와 비례 관계를 해결하는 것과 비례상황의 인지가 비례추론의 서로 다른 측면임을 제기하며 비례추론을 위해서는 승법적 전략과 함께 형식적 전략도 함께 이해할 필요가 있음을 보여주고 있다.

한 초등학교 2학년 아동의 곱셈과 나눗셈 해결 전략에 관한 사례 연구 (A Case Study on Solution Strategies for Multiplication and Division of a Second Grader)

  • One second grader, Junsu, was observed 4 times before and after formal multiplication lesson in Grade 2. This study describes how solution strategies in multiplication problems develop over time and investigates awareness of the relation between situation and computation in simple measurement and partitive division problems as informally experienced. It was found that Junsu used additive calculation for small-number multiplication problems but could not solve large-number multiplication problems and that he did not have concept of mathematical terms at first interview stage. After formal teaching, Junsu learned a variety of multiplication solution strategies and transferred from additive calculation to multiplicative calculation. The cognitive processing load of each strategy was gradually reduced. Junsu experienced measurement division as a dealing strategy and partitive division as a estimate-adjust strategy dealing more than one object in the first round.

  • The purpose of this research was to compare American Korean consumers perceptions or evaluations of womens formal wear and casual wear. Results revealed that two groups classified differently the products in formal wear, not casual wear. In general, compared to Korean subjects, Americans rated the Korean business formal wear as more fashionable, attractive, stylish and of having higher quality than U.S. formal wear, indicating they were more likely to purchase. On the other hand, compared to U.S. subjects, in general, Koreans rated higher the U.S. casual wear as more liking, purchasing, comfortable, and appealing than Korean casual wear. Regarding clothing image toward each picture, there was a statically difference in both groups. To increase American or Korean exports of apparels, companies must look globally to develop new markets for their products.

  • Inter-organizational Relationships (IORs) governance is one of the emerging research areas that have been studied in different contexts (e.g. economics, strategy, organization, and management). This view, particularly, attracted rising attention from academics and practitioners in the context of construction projects, due to the complex forms of IORs in terms of inter-firm exchanges (e.g. engineering, procurement, finance, construction, and operation) in these projects. The focus of IORs governance is to control Inter-organizational relationships among two or more cooperative parties to alleviate conflict and achieve mutual gains. One of the mechanisms that have been identified in the related literature is formal governance mechanism. Although many empirical studies have been conducted using formal governance terms and indicators, there isn't yet a consensual definition of this mechanism and its components that may cause misinterpretation of research results and also impede future research. This paper makes contribution to the concept of IORs governance by clarifying the meaning of formal governance mechanism and identifying different indicators of this mechanism that have been used and identified in previous studies. This provides an innovative and useful framework to understand formal governance mechanism and its application in construction projects.

  • Permutation and combination are the part of mathematics which can be introduced the pliability and diversity of thought. In prior studies of permutation and combination, there treated difficulties of learning, strategy of problem solving, and errors that students might come up with. This paper provides the method so that meaningful teaching and learning might occur through the systematic approach of permutation and combination. But there were little prior studies treated counting numbers that basic of mathematics' action. Therefore this paper tries to help the understanding of permutation and combination with the process of changing from informal knowledge to formal knowledge.

  • A simple strategy for the formal synthesis of the sex pheromone of gypsy moth (+)-disparlure from L-(+)-tartaric acid is described herein. The key steps include the mono-esterification and regioselective ring-opening of an epoxide using a Grignard reagent. The strategy of conferring asymmetry using 2-butanone enables mono-esterification in high yield and reduces the number of steps. Subsequently, (+)-disparlure is synthesized via the regioselective ring opening of the epoxide.

초등학교 6학년 학생의 백분율 이해에 관한 연구 (Understanding of Percentages of Sixth Grade Students in Elementary School)

  • 본 연구에서는 초등학교 학생들의 백분율 이해에 대한 실태를 조사하고 이를 기초로 백분율 지도를 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 부분 전체 과제, 변화 과제, 비교 과제로 구분한 16개의 문항으로 구성된 검사도구를 개발하고, 백분율을 학습한 초등학교 6학년 학생 182명을 대상으로 검사를 실시하여 각 문항의 정답률 및 학생들이 사용한 전략, 오류 유형을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 백분율 과제에 대한 정답률이 전반적으로 낮았고, 과제 유형별로는 부분 전체 과제의 정답률이 비교 과제와 변화 과제보다는 높았으며, 백분율 계산 전략은 형식적 동치 소수 전략뿐만 아니라 비형식적 전략도 많이 사용하였고, 다양한 오류 유형이 나타났다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 백분율 지도를 위한 시사점으로 백분율의 의미 강조, 다양한 비교 과제와 변화 과제의 포함, 비형식적 전략의 강조와 모델의 사용, 다양한 백분율 상황에서 결과량, 백분율, 기준량 사이의 관계 파악을 제안하였다.

  • This study, by applying the experiential and psychological thought category of "impression" as the space design strategy for drawing out "sensitivity," aims to break down the psychological mechanism forming the image held by the subject, and based on such segmentation, seek and strategize an effective design methodology. The subject's memory, pure sensation, and movement sensation are set as the preceding determinants comprising the psychological mechanism of space impression. The control determinants for achieving activation of psychological effect are reinterpreted as the relations of memory-cognition, sensation-perception, and movement-sensation and categorized into a cognitive strategy based on association, metaphor and remembrance; a direct sensation strategy based on formation, superposition and transposition of sensation; and a sensation strategy of process-formation based on expectation organization and reversal, contraction and relaxation. Each strategy is achieved through the formal, material and structural control of architecture. As a restructuring of the design methodology that has been experientially applied, the strategy categorization is important in that, by presenting the usefulness and effect by strategy according to space experience, it makes concrete the basic data that are useful for designing experience of sensitivity.

In its wake, Korean consumers demanded cost-saving solutions which will increase both the use-life and the fuel efficiency their vehicles. Bullsoneshot's effects include increases in gas mileage as well as cleaner cylinders, intakes and exhaust valves, the product was welcomed by an explosive demand from people driving older cars in an adverse economy. The history of Bullsone can be categorized as two major stages. The First stage is lunching era of "Bullone Shot" following competitor brand. The second stage is extension stage of brand and line based on Bullsone's positive brand equity. Mr. Hyun Woo Shin, formal CEO of OXY inc. and also formal vice president of OCI (Oriental Chemical Industries) take charge of New CEO of Bullsone. He energetically push the Bullsone's family brands and got a desirable results. He also setup ambitious goal : reach 100bn KRW in gross sales within 3 years. "Ripping itself free from 30~40 bn KRW sales range in which the company has stagnated in the last 10 years, Bullsone intends to be aggressive enough in marketing to reach 150 bn KRW in sales in 2013, and reach 700 bn KRW by 2018." This is the goal iterated by Bullsone's top executive team.
