경관계획에서 제시된 경관 미래상의 현황 분석 (An Analysis on the Vision of Visual Landscape Planning in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 경관계획 내용 중 경관 미래상의 작성 현황을 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 이에 대한 향후 개선방안을 제안함으로써 향후 지자체 경관향상을 위한 실용적인 경관계획을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 경관 미래상을 작성하고 있는 실무자 대상 인터뷰를 통하여 미래상 작성 방법을 조사하였고, 수도권 32개 지자체에 수립된 경관계획을 조사하여 경관 미래상의 작성 형식과 내용을 분석하였다. 그리고 경관 미래상과 유사한 목적과 형태로 작성되고 있는 도시계획 상의 도시 미래상과 지자체 비전을 담고 있는 도시 슬로건을 함께 조사하여 경관 미래상과 작성 경향 및 내용을 비교 분석함으로써 경관 미래상의 작성 방향 및 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 경관 미래상은 주로 경관계획 수립을 위해 기본구상 작성에 앞서 조사한 경관자원현황과 관련 상위 계획의 미래상 및 목표를 참조하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 경관계획의 세부 내용 간 일치성과 관련 계획 간의 정합성을 높이는 방법이 될 수 있으므로 이러한 방법을 경관계획 수립 지침에 구체적으로 언급되는 것이 바람직하다. 또한 현재 경관 미래상은 도시 슬로건과 유사하게 구호 형태로 작성되고 있으나, 경관 미래상은 홍보의 수단이나 응용되어 활용되지 않으므로 일괄적으로 작성되고 있는 구호형 경관 미래상에 대한 검토가 필요하다. 그리고 경관 미래상과 도시 미래상, 도시 슬로건의 내용적 연관성을 분석한 결과 경관 미래상은 도시 슬로건에 비해 도시 미래상과 내용적 일치성이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 상위계획과의 정합성을 고려하여 작성하고 있다는 측면에서 긍정적 분석 결과라 판단된다. 다만 향후 이러한 정합성이 유지 및 증진될 수 있도록 경관계획수립지침에서 경관 미래상 작성과 관련한 구체적인 방법을 제시할 필요가 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of the specialized dementia hospital which can confront in the old age society of Korea changing quickly. We need to make the architectural planning guide including the form determining factors which is useful for the domestic dementia hospital. The factors can be extracted from a database by analysing and investigating the documents of the developed nations equips the excellent dementia hospital. The result of this study is like this : at first, it is very important that the patient has to have the feeling of comfort and familiarity through the external space leads a direct participation. Second, the interior space must have the composition for the patients primarily. So, this research can be used the basic document of the dementia hospital planning.

  • The purpose of this study are observing changing direction of lobby space that happen by change of medical environment investigating lobby space of General Hospital by our country's medical policy change time and supply pabulum that need in forward Hospital Architecture planning. Results of this study are as follows ; Since Whole National Insurance enforcement from 1993 to 1995, form of general hospital lobby is form that outpatient entrance and inpatient entrance are detached. And lobby function divided to waiting space for medication, requisition space and also that is appearing being detached with rest space for user. ntil 1999 since 1996 that is since Medical Treatment Information System construction, the biggest characteristic of General Hospital lobby form is making Hospital Street itself do improving efficiency of flow planning being included in lobby.

  • This study was carried out to develope a basic form of planning hull type fishing boat. G/T 10ton class is selected as object hull form, and hull form is designed in Chosun University. A series of test results of LCG variations for 5 different LCG points are presented in this paper. The test was performed in Davidson Laboratory, and the scope of tests include resistance, trim and sinkage.

Hull Form Design for Baltic Ice Class Aframax Tanker

  • A hull form of Baltic ice class IA Aframax tanker has been developed taking into consideration of powering performance in brash ice channels based on IA class rules. Speed performance of the ship hull form in normal seagoing has been validated through model tests in a towing tank. The hull form design developed in this work has demonstrated good speed performance in normal seagoing although the ship design is entitled to ice class IA.

컨테이너 터미널의 자원 할당계획에 관한 연구 (Study on the Resource Allocation Planning of Container Terminal)

  • We focus on resource allocation planning in container terminal operation planning problems and present network design model and genetic algorithm. We present a network design model in which arc capacities must be properly dimensioned to sustain the container traffic. This model supports various planning aspects of container terminal and brings in a very general form. The integer programming model of network design can be extended to accommodate vertical or horizontal yard configuration by adding constraints such as restricting the sum of yard cranes allocated to a block of yards. We devise a genetic algorithm for the network design model in which genes have the form of general integers instead of binary integers. In computational experiments, it is found that the genetic algorithm can produce very good solution compared to the optimal solution obtained by CPLEX in terms of computation time and solution quality. This algorithm can be used to generate many alternatives of a resource allocation plan for the container terminal and to evaluate the alternatives using various tools such as simulation.

  • In this paper we propose a distribution planning method aiming the use in the real-life situations. The assumed form of the distribution network is arborescence. At every node in the distribution network, orders are placed periodically. At each renewal of planning horizon, demand informations of periods in the horizon are updated. The objective of the problem is to minimize the total cost, which is the sum of holding and backorder costs of all sites during planning horizon. For such a situation, this study addressed an effective distribution plan when demands for demand-sites are provided for a given planning horizon.

슬로시티 상주의 운영방안과 주민참여 (Participatory Planning for Operating Slowcity Sangju)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest better ways for operating Slowcity Sangju based on the literature reviews about Participatory planning and empirical investigation. As a form of participatory planning, survey was conducted and examined the perception of residents toward importance of different sub-plans in operating Slowcity. The results show that the residents in Sangju have high level of preference on the economy related plans such as adding values to local products by applying the name of Slowcity to their resources. In addition, the more expectation and understanding to slowcity they have, the more interested in the participatory process and slowcity planning the residents become. Consequently, this research suggests that it is required for successful participatory planning of Slowcity to building an association for operating Slowcity with local peoples.

평면변형 H-형재의 열간단조, 공정설계 및 금형설계 (Computer-Aided Process Planning and Die Design for Hot Forging of H-Shaped Plane Strain Components)

  • This research describes some developments of computer-aided process planning and die design for hot forging products of H-shaped plane strain produced by the press. The system is composed of three main modules(process planning module, die design module and simulation module) which are used independently or in all. Systm capabilities include as follows: 1. In die design module, using the results of process planning module, the shape and size of bolcker and finish die in each operation are determined and the ouput id generated in graphic form for manufacturing drawing. 3. In simulation module, the flow pattern of workpiece and the load/stroke curve are approximately predicted. Design rules for process planning and die design are extracted from plasticity theories, handbooks, relevant references and empirical know-how of field experts in hot forging companies. The developed system provides poweful capabilities for process planning and die design of hot forging products.
