  • This paper has been proposed an engine oil changing system automatically using artificial intelligence. As you know, It is very difficult to forecast the time that exchange engine oil exactly. Because, It does not necessary to change the engine oil when color of engine is black or distance is more than 3000 km. In order to forecast to optimal engine oil replacement time, We must to consider color of engine oil, greasy, mad condition, quick starting condition and quick braking condition. Therefore, in this paper, to overcome those problems, we, developed an expert system that it can forecast to exchange time of engine oil automatically using fuzzy rules and neural networks.

  • In this study, a forecasting engine from the user perspective is studied and developed. Characteristics of forecasting engine can be divided into a few categories, an algorithms for predicting variety of situations and the depth of algorithms based on the number and the types of data. Then applying a variety of algorithms that most closely match the predicted values for the actual value that deduce criteria for selecting an appropriate forecasting algorithm is to organize. Through the forecast quality assessment, the suggested distribution algorithm compared to the existing demand forecast algorithms is good indicators for its accuracy.

  • The characteristics and present state of UAV engine which is operating currently were studied and advantages/disadvantages of UAV engines were also analyzed. Forecast of next generation UAV engine development trend was presented and the performance demand of gas turbine engine for UAV were suggested.

  • If we can forecast the replacement time of engine oil, we extend the life-time of our engine and increase the continued ratio. But, the replacement times of engine oil is influenced by the following elements: the distance that cars or vehicles travel, vehicles that run a short range, types of engine oil etc. that run a long distance. In this paper, We forecast engine oil replacement times by using fuzzy neural network algorithm. This algerian uses the data of distance covered, color of engine oil etc. Through a sequence of simulation, the exchange system of intelligence style engine oil decides on the replacement times of engine oil quite accurately. Therefore, We expect vehicles to become more convenient if the above algorithm is a lied to the present types of cars.

  • Small islands are quite adequate places where microgrid system with renewable sources can replace diesel engines as operation costs of diesel engine in most small islands are very high. To get the large amount of renewable energy, the microgrid system has very large capacity of renewable sources. The system with large capacity of renewable sources can meet the case when supplied energy is greater than the load and the fluctuation of source output is very large. The battery energy storage system can be a solution to stabilize the system with large capacity of renewable sources. In this case, BESS can be utilized as a master source for the synchronous operation of all sources including diesel engine, wind turbine and PV. The diesel generators can be used as a backup in case the BESS SOC goes below a certain level. In this paper, we suggest a novel unit commitment of diesel generators and operation schedule of pump for water supply service with the information of wind forecast, PV forecast, and load forecast. The proposed methods has been implemented and tested at the test bed in Gasa-Island.

  • The reliable operation of onsite emergency diesel generator(EDG) should be ensured by a conditioning monitoring system designed to maintain, monitor and forecast the reliability level of diesel generator. The purpose of this paper is to develop condition diagnosis algorithm(logic) and analysis program of engine for the accurate diagnosis in actual condition of emergency diesel generator engine. As a result of this study, we confirmed that developed engine condition diagnosis algorithm and analysis program could be efficiently applied for actual EDG engine in nuclear power plant.

  • This paper presents the test results of small dipstick-gage-type engine-oil-deterioration-detection sensor. The measured sensor signal characteristics for the capacitance and temperature are analyzed. The engine oil deterioration condition correlates with the electrical property of the dielectric constant that comprised with physical properties such as TAN (Total Acid Number), TBN (Total Base Number) and viscosity. Several problems encontered during the test of the sensor system are improved. The results of vehicle tests show that the capacitance signal is stable after the engine stops. Therefore, the sensor should start measuring the parameters for monitoring the engine oil condition after the engine stops. The engine is considered to be in a stopped state if the difference between the maximum and minimum values of the oil capacitance measured every 1 min is below 0.02 pF. The key test results in this paper will help in the development of an engine oil change warning algorithm.

GIS-based Meteorological Data Processing Technology for Forest Fire Danger Rating Forecast System of China

  • The data of average temperature, average relative humidity, precipitation and average wind speed were collected from 674 meteorological stations in China. A specific procedure that processes original data into a new data format needed in forest fire danger rating forecast system of China was introduced systematically, and the feasibility of this method was validated in this paper. In addition, a set of meteorological data processing software was constructed by the secondary development of GIS in order to realize automation of processing data for the system. Results showed that the approach preformed well in handling temperature, average relative humidity and average wind speed, and the processing effect of precipitation was acceptable. Moreover, the automated procedure could be achieved by GIS and the working efficiency was about 3 times as much as that of manual handling. The informationization level of processing meteorological data was greatly enhanced.

A Study on an Automatical BKLS Measurement By Programming Technology

  • This study focuses on presenting the IT program module provided by BKLS measure in order to solve the problem of capital cost due to information asymmetry of external investors and corporate executives. Barron at al(1998) set up a BKLS measure to guide the market by intermediate analysts. The BKLS measure was measured by using the changes in the analyst forecast dispersion and analyst mean forecast error squared. This study suggests a model of the algorithm that the BKLS measure can be provided to all investors immediately by IT program in order to deliver the meaningful value in the domestic capital market as measured. This is a method of generating and analyzing real-time or non-real-time prediction models by transferring the predicted estimates delivered to the Big Data Log Analysis System through the statistical DB to the statistical forecasting engine. Because BKLS measure is not carried out in a concrete method, it is practically very difficult to estimate the BKLS measure. It is expected that the BKLS measure of Barron at al(1998) introduced in this study and the model of IT module provided in real time will be the starting point for the follow-up study for the introduction and realization of IT technology in the future.

  • The emergency AC power supply system of the nuclear power plant is designed to supply the power to the nuclear power plant at the emergency operating condition. The safety function of the diesel generator at the nuclear power plant is to supply AC electric power to the safety system whenever the preferred AC power supply is unavailable. The reliable operation of onsite standby diesel generator should be ensured by a condition monitoring system designed to maintain, monitor and forecast the reliability level of diesel generator. The purpose of this paper is to improve the existing ultrasonic sensor used for condition diagnosis of engine fuel pump and cylinder head for the accurate diagnosis in actual engine condition of emergency diesel generator(EDG). As a result of this study, we could design and develop much more reliable ultrasonic sensor than existing ones.
