공군 병영도서관은 공군이라는 특수 계층을 대상으로 도서관의 기능을 수행하고 있지만, 그 발전은 시작단계여서 그 시설 및 서비스 등은 기대에 미치지 못하고 있다. 현재까지 공군 병영도서관 전체를 대상으로 한 운영 현황분석은 시도된 바 없다. 이점에 착안하여 본 연구는 공군 병영도서관 전체의 운영 현황 및 활성화 방안에 관한 인식 평가를 단급, 전대급, 대대급으로 구분하여 실증 분석하였다. 총 45개 문항으로 구성한 설문지를 2014년 8월 현재 등록된 총 101개 공군 병영도서관에 배포하였다. 그 중 81개관으로부터 회신을 받았지만, 4개관의 응답은 부실하여 이를 제외한 총 77개관의 응답을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 본 논문은 공군 병영도서관의 운영 현황과 활성화 방안에 관한 인식을 총체적으로 파악하였고, 공군 병영도서관의 운영상의 문제점을 지적하였다. 나아가 본 논문은 공군 병영도서관 발전을 위한 운영 활성화 방안을 구체적으로 제시하였다.

In the modern communicative age, the standards of the school libraries are the qualitative guarantee on the services of school libraries or school library media programs, as the guidline, the active guide, the policy documentation and criteria for the professional excellence. The standards of SLMP were revised the sixth time by the school library profession(ALA) with the members or agency of NEA in the U.S. There are the first standard was a quantitative; 'the Certain Report'(by A.L.A., 1920) appearing that the school library is the heart of the school, 2nd 1925; turning up the teaching material source and personel, 'School Libraries for today and tomorrow' (by AASL, 1945) incluseing the instructional materials and the 7th educational ideas in the quantitative feature, 'Standards for School Library Programs' (by AASL, 1960) expressing the instructional material center, communicative environment, learning and teaching laboratory, 'Standards for school media programs' (by DAVI & AASL, 1969) implicating the instructional resource, learning and teaching laboratory, the condition precedent of qualitative education for excellence, 'Standards for media programs; District/school (by AASL & AECT, 1975) containing the improving user's educational experience and personal freedom on the use of SLMP's services. Through changing the standards of SLMP in the US, We have known that the main educational idea in the standards are; (1) SLMP is the instructional force and resource for qualitative, excellence education by learning and teaching laboratory, instructional resource, communicative environment (2) SLMP is the actualizing force and resource for user's self-realization by intellectual and personal excellence, individualizing, humanizing and personalizing education.

본 연구는 최근 우리나라에서 '진중도서관 설치 운동'으로 이슈화되고 있는 병영도서관의 의의와 발전과정을 미국의 병영도서관을 중심으로 고찰하였다. 이를 위해 먼저, 미국의 병영도서관의 역사와 한국 전쟁동안에 있었던 미군의 병영도서관 활동을 살펴보고 분석하였다. 다음, 미국의 병영도서관 조직, 설치현황과 도서관서비스 프로그램 내용을 조사하였다.

이 연구의 목적은 포스 피드백이 비디오 게이머들의 게임결과에 미치는 영향을 두 가지 게임 콘트롤러에 따라 비교하는 한편, 게이머들의 포스 피드백에 관한 인식과 실제 그들의 게임결과가 일치하는지를 밝혀내고자 하는 것이다. 42명의 게이머들이 자동차 경주 비디오 게임에 참여하였고 그들의 게임결과를 변수들에 따라 분석하였다. 분석결과, 1) 포스 피드백이 비디오 게임에 미치는 영향은 콘트롤러의 종류에 따라 다르고, 2) 게이머들의 포스 피드백에 대한 인식과 실제 그들의 게임결과는 항상 일치하지는 않으며, 3) 흥미 요소가 게이머들의 게임결과에 큰 영향을 미침을 확인할 수 있었다.

In this paper, we have developed a new Force-Display system using wire-tension method. The proposed system is based on the HIR Lab Haptic Rendering library, which calculates the real position and renders the reflecting force data to device rapidly. The system is composed of device based tendon-driven method, controller and Haptic rendering library. The developed system will be used on constructing the dynamical virtual environment. To show the efficiency of our system, we designed simulation program which can display the moving force (attaching, grabbing, rotating) on two virtual point. As the result of the experiment, our proposed system shows much higher resolution and stability than any others.

The purpose of this study is to review the historical development of British Museum Library and its cataloging rules which really marked the beginning of the modern era of cataloguing. The results of the study can be summarized as follows (1) Sir Anthony Panizzi was the most creative force in the history of the British Museum Library. He devoted himself to the formation of the British Museum Library cataloging policy and the compilation of printed catalogues. Moreover, he laid down the sound acquisitions policy and the vigorous a n.0, pplication of the copyright deposit privilege. He designed a great circular reading room and raised standards of library service and administration. (2) British Museum Library Cataloging Rules : 1. are notable for their pioneering efforts-this was the first major catalogue code-and for their influence on all subsequent codes. 2. introduced the concept of corporate authorship but has never dealt with problem very satisfactory. 3. went to great lengths to avoid title entry. 4. used a number of form heading, example for, ACADEMIES, PERIODICAL PUBLICATION, EPHEMERIDES, CATALOGUES etc.

RCCL(Robot Control C Library) is general purpose robot control language. It is programmed with C language and composed of C library. So it is well portable and supports sensor integration control and high level force control algorithms. We implemented RCCL on PUMA. We developed servo controller of DDC(Direct Digital Control). We used intel 8097BH one chip micro controller as CPU. One digital servo board controls three motors. Host computer is IBM PC 386DX-33 with RCCL.

어느 국가를 불문하고 모든 공공도서관은 시설, 장서, 예산을 필요로 하지만 그 성공의 여부는 지역사회에 최고 수준의 서비스를 제공하는 직원에 의해 결정된다. 그러므로 공공도서관은 적정수의 상근직원을 확보해야 한다. 이러한 노동력을 보증하기 위하여 본 연구는 국내 공공도서관의 직원배치에 관한 법적 및 권장기준의 법리적 정당성, 논리적 타당성, 현실적 적합성과 유용성을 분석하고, 직원배치를 위한 결정변수로서의 건물면적과 장서, 법적 봉사대상인구의 구간, 기본인력 배치수준, 봉사대상인구를 감안한 증원인력을 중심으로 직원기준의 개선안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 2007년 고안된 병영도서관 평가지표의 개발과정을 고찰하고, 이를 2008년 84개 병영도서관에 적용한 결과 분석을 통해 보다 합리적으로 활용 가능한 평가지표로 수정하는 방안을 모색하였다. 이에 따라 병영도서관 서면평가결과와 10개 기관의 실사결과를 종합하여 나타난 문제점 분석을 통해 계획, 재정, 서비스, 장서관리 등 8개 영역 28개 지표와 지표별 평가 척도 일부를 수정 보완하였다. 또한, 정확하고 객관적인 평가를 위해 군별 특성이 다른 해군과 공군의 병영도서관을 육군 병영도서관과 분리하여 그룹핑할 것과, 보다 완전한 평가를 위하여 병영도서관 실태 조사 표준안을 만들어 군별로 전수조사가 이루어져야 한다는 것을 제안하였다.
