일본의 중견기업에 관한 연구 : 현황과 특징, 정책을 중심으로 (A Study on Medium-Sized Enterprises of Japan)

  • 본고에서는 일본 중견기업의 위상, 특징, 관련 정책을 검토함으로써 우리나라에서의 중견기업 정책의 방향을 모색하고자 한다. 일본의 경쟁우위업종인 기계, 전자부품업의 출하와 고용비중은 여타 업종보다 높아, 그 저변에 두터운 중견기업이 존재하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 일본의 중견기업 육성정책은 연구개발과 환경대책을 위한 기업간 제휴 유도라는 측면에서 간접적으로 지원하고 있다. 우리나라도 특정 정책사업에 있어서 기업간 협력 유도를 통하여 중견기업을 육성할 수 있을 것이다.

호랑가시나무의 천연분포(天然分布)와 군낙생태(群落生態)에 관한 연구(研究) (Studies on the Natural Distribution and Ecology of Ilex cornuta Lindley et Pax. in Korea)

  • 한국(韓國)의 서남부(西南部)에 천연분포(天然分布) 되어 있는 호랑가시나무를 조경수(造景樹)로 개발(開發)하고저 분포(分布)와 생태적(生態的) 특성(特性)을 조사(調査) 연구(研究)하여 그 결과(結果)를 다음과 같이 요약(要約)하였다. 1) 한국(韓國)에 있어서의 호랑가시나무의 천연분포(天然分布) 지역(地域)은 한반도(韓半島)의 서남부(西南部) 북위(北緯) $35^{\circ}$43', 동경(東俓) $126^{\circ}$44'과 제주도(濟州道)의 북위(北緯) $33^{\circ}$20', 동경(東俓) $126^{\circ}$15'의 위치(位置)에 있고 해안(海岸)에서 20 km 이내(以內), 해발고(海拔高) 100 m 이하(以下)의 지역(地域)이며 년평균(年平均) 기온(氣温) $12^{\circ}C$ 이상(以上), 한랭지수(寒冷指數) $-12.7^{\circ}C$ 이내(以內), 년평균(年平均) 상대습도(相對濕度) 75~80%, 적설일수(積雪日數) 20~50일(日)과 일치(一致)되는 지역(地域)에 분포(分布)하며 주(主)로 동남향(東南向)에서 좋은 군집(群集)을 이루고 있다. 2) 곰솔, 소나무 등(等)을 상층목(上層木)으로 호랑가시나무, 사스레피나무, 모새나무 등(等)을 중층목(中層木)으로 그늘사초, 새 등(等)을 지표식생(地表植生)으로 구성(構成)된 3계층(階層) 군집식생(群集植生)으로 종다양도(種多樣度)가 높은 발전기(發展期)의 식생(植生)이다. 곰솔, 소나무 등(等)의 침엽수(針葉樹)와 사스레피나무, 모새나무, 호랑가시나무 등(等)의 상록활엽수(常綠闊葉樹)가 혼생(混生)하는 온대(温帶) 남부형(南部型)이고 난대형(暖帶型)까지 천이(遷移)되고 있다. 3) 호랑가시나무의 천연군락(天然群落) 지역(地域)은 편마암(片麻岩), 유문암(流紋岩) 등(等)의 산성계(酸性系) 모암(母岩)으로 pH 4.5~5.0이며 유효인산(有效燐酸)의 함량(含量)이 적은 경식질(輕埴質) 및 중식질(重埴質) 토양(土壤)이었다. 4) 장령수(壯齡樹)의 년평균(年平均) 수고생장(樹高生長)은 $10.48{\pm}0.23cm$ 이고 근원경(根元徑) 생장(生長)은 년평균(年平均) 0.43 cm였다. 평균(平均) 착엽수(着葉數)는 $11.34{\pm}0.28$ 매(枚)였다. 수고(樹高)와 엽수(葉數)는 정(正)의 상관(相關)이며 직선적(直線的)인 관계(關係)가 있었다. 5) 유묘(幼苗)의 년평균(年平均) 묘고(苗高)는 $10.66{\pm}1.37cm$, 착엽수(着葉數)는 $12.21{\pm}0.34$ 매(枚)이고 근원경(根元徑)은 $2.24{\pm}0.067mm$였고, 고온기(高温期)에 주기적(週期的)인 생장(生長)을 한다. 묘고(苗高)와 엽수(葉數), 묘고(苗高)와 근원경(根元徑), 엽수(葉數)와 근원경간(根元徑間)에 모두 정(正)의 상관(相關)인 동시(同時)에 직선적(直線的)인 관계(關係)가 있다. 6) 개화기간(開花期間)은 4월(月) 하순(下旬)부터 5월(月) 상순(上旬)이며 4수성(數性) 화관(花冠)이고 황록색(黃綠色)으로 산방화서(繖方花序)이다. 향기(香氣)가 있고 양성화(兩性花)이지만 자웅(雌雄) 생식기관(生殖器管)의 한 성(性)만 발육(發育)시키는 자웅(雌雄) 이예성(異蕊性)이고 성비(性比)는 1:1이다. 7) 과실(果實)은 5월(月) 상순(上旬)에 장(長) 0.87 cm(0.61~1.31), 폭(幅) 0.8 cm(0.62~1.05)로 완전(完全)히 크며 10월(月) 하순(下旬)부터 11월(月) 상순(上旬)에 주홍(朱紅)으로 성숙(成熟)한다. 성숙과(成熟果)는 익년(翌年) 5월(月) 하순(下旬)까지 변색(變色)되지 않고 있다가 6월(月) 상순(上旬)부터 부분적(部分的)으로 흑갈색(黑褐色)으로 변색(變色)되면서 낙과(落果)되지만 3년차(年次)까지 부착(附着)되는 것도 있다. 8) 종자(種子)의 취득율(取得率)은 중량(重量)으로 평균(平均) 24.7 % 용적중(容積重) 114.2 gr 실중(實重) 24.56gr, 이고 1 과당(果當) 평균(平均) 3.9 립(粒)이 들어 있다. 9) 종자(種子)는 보습매장(保濕埋藏)하여 4월(月) 중순(中旬)에 파종(播種)하면 10월(月)에 뿌리가 내리고 익년(翌年) 4월(月) 중순(中旬)에 발아(發芽) 완료(完了)되지만 미발아(未發芽)한 종자(種子)는 광선하(光線下)에 있거나 건조상태(乾燥狀態)에 있게 되면 휴면(休眠)이 계속된다.

광주시(光州市) 의료시설(醫療施設)의 입지(立地)와 주민(住民)의 효율적(效率的) 이용(利用) (The Location of Medical Facilities and Its Inhabitants' Efficient Utilization in Kwangju City)

  • 복지사회를 지향하는 오늘날, 건강 중진에 직접 관계되는 의료시설의 접근성 문제는 주요 과제이다. 특히 삶의 질이라는 측면에서 질병의 치료 외에 건강진단, 예방과 회복, 요양 및 응급서비스의 비중이 커지고, 인구의 노령화 현상이 진전되면서 의료시설의 효율적인 입지가 주 관심사로 대두되고 있다. 의료시설은 주민의 생존과 직접 관계되는 기본적이고도 필수적인 중심시설로, 지역 주민은 균등한 혜택을 받을 수 있어야 한다. 이를 실현시키기 위해서는 기본적으로는 효율성과 평등성을 기반으로 1차 진료기관이 균등 분포해야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는, 광주시를 사례지역으로 선정하여 의료시설의 입지와 그에 대한 주민의 효율적 이용에 관하여 분석하였다. 분석에 있어서는 통계자료와 기존의 연구 성과 외에 설문 및 현지조사 자료를 기반으로 시설 측면과 이용자 측면을 동시에 고찰하였다. 우선 의료 환경의 변화 및 의료시설의 변화 과정을 고찰하고, 이어서 의료시설의 유형별 입지 특성과 주민의 분포 특성을 고려한 지역별 의료수준을 분석하였다. 그리고 유형별 의료시설의 이용행태와 그 요인을 구명한 후, 마지막으로 장래 이용 유형의 예측과 문제지역의 추출, 나아가서는 시설의 합리적인 입지와 경영 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구 결과는, 앞으로 신설될 의료시설의 적정 입지에 관한 기본 자료로서는 물론 지역 주민의 불평등성 해소라는 응용적 측면에서 의의를 지닌다.

텍스트 마이닝 기법을 적용한 뉴스 데이터에서의 사건 네트워크 구축 (Construction of Event Networks from Large News Data Using Text Mining Techniques)

  • 전통적으로 신문 매체는 국내외에서 발생하는 사건들을 살피는 데에 가장 적합한 매체이다. 최근에는 정보통신 기술의 발달로 온라인 뉴스 매체가 다양하게 등장하면서 주변에서 일어나는 사건들에 대한 보도가 크게 증가하였고, 이것은 독자들에게 많은 양의 정보를 보다 빠르고 편리하게 접할 기회를 제공함과 동시에 감당할 수 없는 많은 양의 정보소비라는 문제점도 제공하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 방대한 양의 뉴스기사로부터 데이터를 추출하여 주요 사건을 감지하고, 사건들 간의 관련성을 판단하여 사건 네트워크를 구축함으로써 독자들에게 현시적이고 요약적인 사건정보를 제공하는 기법을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 2016년 3월에서 2017년 3월까지의 한국 정치 및 사회 기사를 수집하였고, 전처리과정에서 NPMI와 Word2Vec 기법을 활용하여 고유명사 및 합성명사와 이형동의어 추출의 정확성을 높였다. 그리고 LDA 토픽 모델링을 실시하여 날짜별로 주제 분포를 계산하고 주제 분포의 최고점을 찾아 사건을 탐지하는 데 사용하였다. 또한 사건 네트워크를 구축하기 위해 탐지된 사건들 간의 관련성을 측정을 위하여 두 사건이 같은 뉴스 기사에 동시에 등장할수록 서로 더 연관이 있을 것이라는 가정을 바탕으로 코사인 유사도를 확장하여 관련성 점수를 계산하는데 사용하였다. 최종적으로 각 사건은 각의 정점으로, 그리고 사건 간의 관련성 점수는 정점들을 잇는 간선으로 설정하여 사건 네트워크를 구축하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 사건 네트워크는 1년간 한국에서 발생했던 정치 및 사회 분야의 주요 사건들이 시간 순으로 정렬되었고, 이와 동시에 특정 사건이 어떤 사건과 관련이 있는지 파악하는데 도움을 주었다. 또한 일련의 사건들의 시발점이 되는 사건이 무엇이었는가도 확인이 가능하였다. 본 연구는 텍스트 전처리 과정에서 다양한 텍스트 마이닝 기법과 새로이 주목받고 있는 Word2vec 기법을 적용하여 봄으로써 기존의 한글 텍스트 분석에서 어려움을 겪고 있었던 고유명사 및 합성명사 추출과 이형동의어의 정확도를 높였다는 것에서 학문적 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 그리고, LDA 토픽 모델링을 활용하기에 방대한 양의 데이터를 쉽게 분석 가능하다는 것과 기존의 사건 탐지에서는 파악하기 어려웠던 사건 간 관련성을 주제 동시출현을 통해 파악할 수 있다는 점에서 기존의 사건 탐지 방법과 차별화된다.

소셜 네트워크 분석을 통한 무형문화유산 공동체 지식연결망 연구 - 정선아리랑을 중심으로 - (A Study of Intangible Cultural Heritage Communities through a Social Network Analysis - Focused on the Item of Jeongseon Arirang -)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 무형문화유산 일반전승자의 역할을 주목하면서, 소셜 네트워크 분석을 활용해 무형문화유산 전승공동체의 연결망과 전승활동에서 발생하는 지식 흐름의 구조적 특징을 분석하는 데 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 이루기 위해 본 논문에서는 연구 대상을 국가무형문화재 종목들 중에서 일반인의 전승활동이 활발한 '아리랑'으로 선정하였다. 아리랑은 오랜 기간 제도권 밖에서 일반대중 활동을 중심으로 자생적으로 전승되었으며, 2015년에 전문전승자 지정 없이 국가무형문화재로 지정된 최초의 사례이다. 현재 아리랑은 약 60여 종, 3,600여 곡에 이르는 것으로 추정된다. 본 논문에서는 이 중에서 전문전승자와 일반전승자의 상호교류가 활발한 향토민요 '정선아리랑'을 중심으로 연구하였다. 소셜 네트워크 분석은 사람과 사람 사이의 관계를 노드(Node)와 링크(Link)로 모델링하여 수치화 통계화 시각화하여 해석하는 방법을 말한다. 이 방법은 전통적으로 사회학에서 사회조직 및 취약계층을 연구하는 데 꾸준히 활용되었다. 최근에는 문헌정보학, 문화콘텐츠학, 경영학 등과 같은 분야에서 연구경향, 시장동향, 조직관리 등을 연구하는 데 이 방법이 활용되고 있다. 이처럼 여러 학문 분야에서 소셜 네트워크 분석을 이용한 연구가 증가하는 추세지만 문화재 분야에서는 관련 연구를 찾아보기가 어렵다. 소셜 네트워크 분석은 크게 3단계, '연결망 모델링', '데이터 수집', '데이터 분석 및 시각화'로 진행된다. 본 논문에서는 첫 번째, 2017년 기준으로 정선아리랑보존회 회원 전체를 조사 대상으로 선정하여 완전한 연결망으로 모델링하였다. 두 번째, 데이터 수집은 보존회 회원 명부를 확보해 2017년 10월 17일 면대면 조사와 2017년 12월 15일 전화 설문조사를 통해 하였다. 세 번째, 데이터 분석은 Netminer 4.0 프로그램을 이용해 중심성 분석, 구조적 등위성 분석, 커뮤니티 분석 등을 주요 지표로 하였다. 본 논문은 기존에 무형문화유산 계보조사에서 소수 사람들의 구술자료에 의존해 파악하던 방식에서 벗어나 객관적이고 계량적인 방법으로 조사할 수 있는 기반을 제공하였다는 점에서 연구 의의가 있다. 그리고 무형문화유산 전승공동체 구성원들의 관계 및 지식 흐름의 구조를 지식지도(2D Spring Map) 형태로 시각화함으로써 추상적인 내용을 직관적으로 파악할 수 있게 했다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

장무이묘 출토 명문전(銘文塼)의 고고학적 검토 -국립중앙박물관 소장품을 중심으로 (An Archaeological Review of the Inscribed Bricks Excavated from the Tomb of Jang Mui: A Focus on the Collection of the National Museum of Korea)

  • 황해도 봉산군에 위치한 장무이묘에서는 피장자의 이름과 직책, 축조 연대를 추정할 수 있는 명문전이 출토되어 조사 초부터 많은 관심을 불러일으켰다. 전돌에 찍힌 '대방태수장무이(帶方太守張撫夷)'와 '무(戊)', '신(申)'과 같은 명문은 한강 지역에서 황해도 봉산군 일대로 대방군 치지가 옮겨 왔다는 이동설의 근거가 되었으며, 장무이묘는 지탑리 토성과 함께 조사 초기부터 대방군의 유적으로 소개되었다. 장무이묘 출토 명문전은 여러 지면을 통해 사진 및 탁본 자료가 공개되어 명문의 해석을 중심으로 축조 연대, 피장자의 성격에 대한 연구가 주로 이루어져 왔으나, 도쿄대학교 공학부 건축학과 소장품을 제외하고 실물 자료가 거의 공개되지 않아 명문전의 종류나 명문 내용에 대한 일관된 연구 성과를 기대하기 어려웠다. 이외에 장무이묘의 구조와 축조 재료 등을 재검토한 선행 연구 이후 장무이묘의 축조 시기를 대방군 멸망 이후인 348년이라고 보는 견해가 주를 이루게 되었지만, 출토 유물의 전부를 차지하는 전돌에 대한 충분한 검토는 아직까지 부족하다. 장무이묘를 포함한 대부분의 전실묘 출토 전돌은 명문전과 문양전만 수습되었으며, 이 중에서도 측면에 찍힌 명문과 문양만 자료화되어 전돌 자체에 대한 연구는 극히 미진한 상태이다. 이에 이 글에서는 장무이묘 출토 전돌 중에서 가장 많은 수를 차지하는 국립중앙박물관 소장품 11종 61점을 중심으로 명문 내용을 재정리하고 형태를 중심으로 분류를 진행하였다. 그리고 성형과 건조, 소성에 이르는 제작기법을 검토하여 건축 부재로서의 장무이묘 전돌을 살펴보았다. 이 결과를 2~4세기에 걸친 낙랑군·대방군, 그리고 낙랑군·대방군 축출 이후 전실묘 전돌과 비교하는 구체적인 접근을 시도하였다. 장무이묘 전돌에 대한 관찰 결과, 기본적인 제작기술은 낙랑 전돌 제작기술을 계승하고 있으나 크기나 석회 사용, 명문전의 수량 등에서는 4세기 중반 경 축조된 전실묘 혹은 전석혼축묘에서 나타나는 새로운 요소가 확인되어 장무이묘 축조시기를 348년으로 본 기존의 견해가 타당함을 확인할 수 있었다. 장무이묘는 전실묘라는 기존의 묘제를 고수하고 있지만 천장은 석재를 사용하여 마무리하였고, 낙랑·대방군의 제작 기법을 이은 전돌을 사용하였지만 그 위를 석회로 덮어버리는 등 기존 낙랑·대방군의 전실묘 전통과 새로운 요소가 혼재되어 있다. 이러한 모습은 대방군 축출과 고구려의 진출이라는 당시 정치적 상황과도 맞물려 다양한 해석을 낳고 있다. 무덤의 구조나 재료, 무덤의 축조 위치와 같은 고고학적 자료로 보면 고구려와의 관련성이 높다. 그러나 명문전의 형태나 명문의 내용 등은 오히려 3~4세기대 강소성과 절강성 지역의 전실묘와 유사한 점이 많다. 향후 석회의 사용이 고구려의 영향인지 아니면 대방군 지역의 전통이 이어진 것인지에 대한 검토, 그리고 동시기 석개천장묘와의 비교 검토 등과 같은 추가 연구가 이어진다면 보다 선명하게 '장무이(張撫夷)'를 그려볼 수 있을 것이다.

폐국균종의 임상적 고찰 (Clinical Characteristics of Pulmonary Aspergilloma)

  • 연구배경 : 폐국균종은 대부분 기존에 존재하는 공동성 폐병소에 이차적인 감염을 일으켜 주위조직의 침윤없이 집락을 형성하고 국소성장으로 균구을 보이는 질환으로 공동성 폐결핵환자의 약 15%에서 합병되는 것으로 알려져 있다. 지금까지의 국내보고는 주로 증례나 소수예에 대한 보고가 대부분이었기에 저자들은 대구 4개 대학병원에서 폐국균종으로 진단된 91예를 대상으로 임상적 특성을 알아보고자 하였다. 방 법 : 1986년 6월부터 1996년 5월까지 10년간 대구지역의 4개 대학병원에서 단순흉부촬영, 전산화단층촬영, 국균에 대한 혈청침강반응검사 및 생검을 통해 폐국균종으로 진단받은 91예를 대상으로 임상적 특성에 대한 후향적조사를 실시하였다. 총 91예중 10예(11.0%)는 임상적으로, 81예(89.0%)는 조직학적인 방법에 의하여 진단하였다. 결 과 : 1) 대상환자의 평균연령은 $45{\pm}12.04$세였고 연령 분포는 22세에서 65세까지였으며 남녀비는 남자 57예, 여자 34예로 1.7 : 1 이었다. 2) 증상은 객혈이 81예(89.0%)로 가장 흔했으며 기침, 호흡곤란, 무기력 체중감소, 발열, 흉통의 순이었다. 3) 기저질환은 폐결핵이 68예(74.7%), 기관지확장증 6예(6.6%), 공동성 종양 2예(2.2%), 폐 격리증 1예(1.1%)의 순이었으며, 14예(15.4%)는 원인 미상이었다. 4) 호발부위는 우상엽이 39예(42.9%), 좌상엽이 31예(34.1%)로 주로 상엽에 위치하였고 그밖에 좌하엽 13예(14.3%), 우하엽 7예(7.7%), 우중엽 1예(1.1%)의 빈도를 보였다. 5) 전체예중 단순흉부사진상에서는 57예(62.6%)에서, 전산화단층촬영을 같이 시행한 59 예중에서는 단순흉부사진에서 36예(61.0%)만이 발견되었으나, 전산화단층사진에서는 52예(88.1%)에서 전형적인 균구가 관찰되었다. 6) 대상환자 91예중 76예는 외과적 절제를 시행하였고, 공동내 항진균제 주입을 받은 4예를 포함한 15예에서는 내과적 치료를 받았다. 7) 수술적 절제방법은 폐엽절제 55예(72.4%), 폐구역절제 16예(21.1%), 전폐절제 4예(5.3%), 설절제 1예(1.3%)의 순이었으며, 수술에 따른 사망은 3예(3.9%)로 패혈증 2예와 객혈 1예였고, 술후합병증은 호흡부전, 출혈, 기관지흉막루, 농흉, 성대마비 각각 1예로 모두 6예(7.9%)였다. 8) 경과관찰이 가능했던 81예는 절제술후의 71예와 내과적 치료군의 10예였으며 각각 2예(2.7% vs 18.1%)씩의 재발성객혈을 보였다. 결 론 : 만성폐질환, 특히 폐결핵의 경과관찰중 단순흉부사진상에서 특징적인 균구의 소견이 관찰되지 않더라도 의심되는 환자에서는 추가적인 전산화단층촬영사진과, 또한 감별 및 임상적 진단을 위하여 혈청침강반응검사의 적극적인 활용이 필요하리라 생각된다. 그리고 외과적 절제술은 생명을 위협하는 대량객혈이나 반복성의 객혈에서 선택적으로 시행되어야 하며 공동내 항진균제 주입 등의 내과적 치료는 대조군과의 비교연구에 의한 재평가가 필요할 것으로 생각한다.

  • 해외(海外) 선진국(先進國)에서의 임목육종(林木育種)의 실정(實情)과 기(其) 동향(動向)을 견개(見開)하고 금후(今後) 우리나라 임목육종(林木育種)의 취진(就進)에 있어서 반드시 고려(考慮) 또는 실시(實施)되어야할 사항(事項)들에 의하여 고찰(考察)한 결과(結果) 다음과 같은 결론(結論)을 얻었다. 1. 유전자(遺傳子) 보존(保存)을 위한 천연림(天然林)의 보존(保存) 선진제국(先進諸國)에서 천연림(天然林)의 이용개발(利用開發)이 성행(盛行)됨과 아울러 유전자(遺傳子)의 보존(保存)을 목적(目的)으로 하는 일부(一部) 천연림(天然林)의 지역별(地域別) 보존책(保存策)을 채택(採擇)하고 있는 실정(實情)에 비추어서 우리나라와 같이 천연림(天然林)이 거의 탕진(蕩盡)되고 있는 실정하(實情下)에서는 강송(剛松), 잣나무, 섬잣나무, 사시나무, 피나무 등(等) 자생수종(自生樹種)의 천연림(天然林)의 일부(一部)를 유전자보존림(遺傳子保存林)으로 확보(確保)하는 조처(措處)가 긴급(緊急)히 이루어져야할 일이다. 또한 우리나라 고유수종(固有樹種)에 대(對)한 천연림(天然林)의 구성(構成)과 기(其) 발달과정(發達過程)에 대(對)한 연구(硏究)도 근래(近來) 새 수단(手段)으로 등장(登場)한 isozyme의 연구(硏究)에 의(依)하여 수행(遂行)되어야 할 문제(問題)이다. 2. 수형목(秀型木) 수(數)의 증가(增加) 현하(現下) 우리나라의 수형목(秀型木) 수(數)는 기(其) 선발강도(選拔强度)가 지나치게 강(强)하였던 탓으로 그 수(數)가 소(小)하여 이에 의(依)한 채종원(採種園)은 일차조림용(一次造林用)으로는 가(可)하나 이대채종원(二代採種園)을 위(爲)한 모수(母樹)의 선택대상(選擇對象)으로는 중복선발(重複選拔)이 될 우려(憂慮)가 큰 고(故)로 선발강도(選拔强度)를 연화(軟化)하여서 기(其) 본수(本數)를 대폭(大幅) 증가(增加)시킬 필요(必要)가 있다. 3. 차대검정(次代檢定) 특수조합능력(特殊組合能力)을 강조(强調)해야 할 특별(特別)한 경우를 제외(除外)하고는 수형목(秀型木)의 풍매종자(風媒種子)에 의(依)한 차대검정(次代檢定)을 위주(爲主)로 함이 적당(適當)하다고 사료(思料)되나, 차대검정(次代檢定)의 연한(年限) 단축(短縮)을 위(爲)하여서 임목(林木)의 중요형질(重要形質)에 대(對)한 조기검정(早期檢定)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)가 중요(重要)한 과제(課題)로서 다루어져야만 할것이다. 이와 관련(關聯)하여 zymography의 활용성(活用性) 연구(硏究)도 중요(重要)한 일이다. 4. 유전자형(遺傳子型)과 환경(環境)과의 교호작용(交互作用)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) 종래(從來) 사실상(事實上) 입지조건(立地條件)이 양호(良好)한 임분(林分)에서 선발(選拔)된 수형목(秀型木)이 요박(療薄)한 임지(林地)에서도 그 우수성(優秀性)을 나타내는지의 여부(如否)를 구명(究明)하므로서 특수입지(特殊立地)를 위(爲)한 별도채종원조성(別途採種園造成)의 필요성(必要性) 유무(有無)를 하루속(速)히 구명(究明)해야하며 우리나라의 육종구(育種區)에 대(對)한 재확인(再確認)과 그 적용(適用)이 요청(要請)되는 일이다. 5. 윤엽수(潤葉樹)의 채종원(採種園) 천연림(天然林)의 구성분자(構成分子)로서 생장력(生長力)의 비교(比較)가 곤란(困難)한 윤엽수(潤葉樹)에 대(對)하여서는 외국(外國)에서 실시(實施)하는 바를 참고(參考)하여 선발목간(選拔木間)의 교잡차대(交雜次代)로서 차대검정림(次代檢定林)을 설치(設置)한후 이를 도태(陶汰) seedling seed orchard로 유도(誘導)하는 방법(方法)을 취(取)함이 가(可)하다고 사료(思料)된다. 6. 내병충성(耐病蟲性) 육종(育種) 소나무좀벌레, 솔잎흑파리 등(等) 충해(蟲害)와 낙엽송(落葉松)의 낙엽병(落葉病)과 포푸라 현병(鉉病) 등(等)은 유전자(遺傳子)에 의(依)하여 지배(支配)되는 것이 구명(究明)되고 있어 이에 대(對)한 내병충성(耐病蟲性) 육종(育種)을 계획실시(計劃實施)함을 요(要)한다. 7. 재질(材質) 특(特)히 목재비중(木材比重)에 대(對)한 육종(育種) 특(特)히 pulp 용재(用材)를 목적(目的)으로 하는 수종(樹種)에 대(對)하여서는 선진각국(先進各國)에 비추어서 목재비중(木材比重)에 대(對)한 육종(育種)의 실시(實施)가 요청(要請)된다. 8. 삼나무(Cryptomeria japonica) 및 편백(Chamaecyparis obtusa)의 도입(導入) 삼나무와 편백은 현재(現在) 남부(南部) 난대지대(暖帶地帶)에 국한(局限)하여 조림(造林)하고 있으나 일본(日本)에 있어서의 양수종(兩樹種)의 조림한계(造林限界)가 예상이상(豫想以上)으로 한냉(寒冷)한 지대(地帶)까지 실시(實施)되고 있는 실정(實定)에 비추어서 상기(上記) 양수종(兩樹種)에 대(對)한 도입시험(導入試驗)을 종래(從來)보는 한냉(寒冷)한 지대(地帶)까지 확대실시(擴大實施)할 필요(必要)가 있다고 인정(認定)되었다.

논벼 장.단간품종의 증발산제계수와 건물량과의 관계에 대한 연구(I) (Studies on Relations between Various Coeffcients of Evapo-Transpiration and Quantities of Dry Matters for Tall-and Short Statured Varieties of Paddy Rice)

  • The purpose of this thesis is to disclose some characteristics of water consumption in relation to the quantities of dry matters through the growing period for two statured varieties of paddy rice which are a tall statured variety and a short one, including the water consumption during seedling period, and to find out the various coefficients of evapotranspiration that are applicable for the water use of an expected yield of the two varieties. PAL-TAL, a tall statured variety, and TONG-lL, a short statured variety were chosen for this investigation. Experiments were performed in two consecutive periods, a seedling period and a paddy field period, In the investigation of seedling period, rectangular galvanized iron evapotranspirometers (91cm${\times}$85cm${\times}$65cm) were set up in a way of two levels (PAL-TAL and TONG-lL varieties) with two replications. A standard fertilization method was applied to all plots. In the experiment of paddy field period, evapotanspiration and evaporation were measured separately. For PAL-TAL variety, the evapotranspiration measurements of 43 plots of rectangular galvanized iron evapotranspirometer (91cm${\times}$85cm${\times}$65cm) and the evaporation measurements of 25 plots of rectangular galvanized iron evaporimeter (91cm${\times}$85cm${\times}$15cm) have been taken for seven years (1966 through 1972), and for TONG-IL variety, the evapotranspiration measurements of 19 plots and the evaporation measurements of 12 plots have been collected for two years (1971 through 1972) with five different fertilization levels. The results obtained from this investigation are summarized as follows: 1. Seedling period 1) The pan evaporation and evapotranspiration during seedling period were proved to have a highly significant correlation to solar radiation, sun shine hours and relative humidity. But they had no significant correlation to average temperature, wind velocity and atmospheric pressure, and were appeared to be negatively correlative to average temperature and wind velocity, and positively correlative to the atmospheric pressure, in a certain period. There was the highest significant correlation between the evapotranspiration and the pan evaporation, beyond all other meteorological factors considered. 2) The evapotranpiration and its coefficient for PAL-TAL variety were 194.5mm and 0.94∼1.21(1.05 in average) respectively, while those for TONG-lL variety were 182.8mm and 0.90∼1.10(0.99 in average) respectively. This indicates that the evapotranspiration for TONG-IL variety was 6.2% less than that for PAL-TAL variety during a seedling period. 3) The evapotranspiration ratio (the ratio of the evapotranspiration to the weight of dry matters) during the seedling period was 599 in average for PAL-TAL variety and 643 for TONG-IL variety. Therefore the ratio for TONG-IL was larger by 44 than that for PAL-TAL variety. 4) The K-values of Blaney and Criddle formula for PAL-TAL variety were 0.78∼1.06 (0.92 in average) and for TONG-lL variety 0.75∼0.97 (0.86 in average). 5) The evapotranspiration coefficient and the K-value of B1aney and Criddle formular for both PAL-TAL and TONG-lL varieties showed a tendency to be increasing, but the evapotranspiration ratio decreasing, with the increase in the weight of dry matters. 2. Paddy field period 1) Correlation between the pan evaporation and the meteorological factors and that between the evapotranspiration and the meteorological factors during paddy field period were almost same as that in case of the seedling period (Ref. to table IV-4 and table IV-5). 2) The plant height, in the same level of the weight of dry matters, for PAL-TAL variety was much larger than that for TONG-IL variety, and also the number of tillers per hill for PAL-TAL variety showed a trend to be larger than that for TONG-IL variety from about 40 days after transplanting. 3) Although there was a tendency that peak of leaf-area-index for TONG-IL variety was a little retarded than that for PAL-TAL variety, it appeared about 60∼80 days after transplanting. The peaks of the evapotranspiration coefficient and the weight of dry matters at each growth stage were overlapped at about the same time and especially in the later stage of growth, the leaf-area-index, the evapotranspiration coefficient and the weight of dry matters for TONG-IL variety showed a tendency to be larger then those for PAL-TAL variety. 4) The evaporation coefficient at each growth stage for TONG-IL and PAL-TALvarieties was decreased and increased with the increase and decrease in the leaf-area-index, and the evaporation coefficient of TONG-IL variety had a little larger value than that of PAL-TAL variety. 5) Meteorological factors (especially pan evaporation) had a considerable influence to the evapotranspiration, the evaporation and the transpiration. Under the same meteorological conditions, the evapotranspiration (ET) showed a increasing logarithmic function of the weight of dry matters (x), while the evaporation (EV) a decreasing logarithmic function of the weight of dry matters; 800kg/10a x 2000kg/10a, ET=al+bl logl0x (bl>0) EV=a2+b2 log10x (a2>0 b2<0) At the base of the weight of total dry matters, the evapotranspiration and the evaporation for TONG-IL variety were larger as much as 0.3∼2.5% and 7.5∼8.3% respectively than those of PAL-TAL variety, while the transpiration for PAL-TAL variety was larger as much as 1.9∼2.4% than that for TONG-IL variety on the contrary. At the base of the weight of rough rices the evapotranspiration and the transpiration for TONG-IL variety were less as much as 3.5% and 8.l∼16.9% respectively than those for PAL-TAL variety and the evaporation for TONG-IL was much larger by 11.6∼14.8% than that for PAL-TAL variety. 6) The evapotranspiration coefficient, the evaporation coefficient and the transpiration coefficient and the transpiration coefficient were affected by the weight of dry matters much more than by the meteorological conditions. The evapotranspiratioa coefficient (ETC) and the evaporation coefficient (EVC) can be related to the weight of dry matters (x) by the following equations: 800kg/10a x 2000kg/10a, ETC=a3+b3 logl0x (b3>0) EVC=a4+b4 log10x (a4>0, b4>0) At the base of the weights of dry matters, 800kg/10a∼2000kg/10a, the evapotranspiration coefficients for TONG-IL variety were 0.968∼1.474 and those for PAL-TAL variety, 0.939∼1.470, the evaporation coefficients for TONG-IL variety were 0.504∼0.331 and those for PAL-TAL variety, 0.469∼0.308, and the transpiration coefficients for TONG-IL variety were 0.464∼1.143 and those for PAL-TAL variety, 0.470∼1.162. 7) The evapotranspiration ratio, the evaporation ratio (the ratio of the evaporation to the weight of dry matters) and the transpiration ratio were highly affected by the meteorological conditions. And under the same meteorological condition, both the evapotranspiration ratio (ETR) and the evaporation ratio (EVR) showed to be a decreasing logarithmic function of the weight of dry matters (x) as follows: 800kg/10a x 2000kg/10a, ETR=a5+b5 logl0x (a5>0, b5<0) EVR=a6+b6 log10x (a6>0 b6<0) In comparison between TONG-IL and PAL-TAL varieties, at the base of the pan evaporation of 343mm and the weight of dry matters of 800∼2000kg/10a, the evapotranspiration ratios for TONG-IL variety were 413∼247, while those for PAL-TAL variety, 404∼250, the evaporation ratios for TONG-IL variety were 197∼38 while those for PAL-TAL variety, 182∼34, and the transpiration ratios for TONG-IL variety were 216∼209 while those for PAL-TAL variety, 222∼216 (Ref. to table IV-23, table IV-25 and table IV-26) 8) The accumulative values of evapotranspiration intensity and transpiration intensity for both PAL-TAL and TONG-IL varieties were almost constant in every climatic year without the affection of the weight of dry matters. Furthermore the evapotranspiration intensity appeared to have more stable at each growth stage. The peaks of the evapotranspiration intensity and transpiration intensity, for both TONG-IL and PAL-TAL varieties, appeared about 60∼70 days after transplanting, and the peak value of the former was 128.8${\pm}$0.7, for TONG-IL variety while that for PAL-TAL variety, 122.8${\pm}$0.3, and the peak value of the latter was 152.2${\pm}$1.0 for TONG-IL variety while that for PAL-TAL variety, 152.7${\pm}$1.9 (Ref.to table IV-27 and table IV-28) 9) The K-value in Blaney & Criddle formula was changed considerably by the meteorological condition (pan evaporation) and related to be a increasing logarithmic function of the weight of dry matters (x) for both PAL-TAL and TONG-L varieties as follows; 800kg/10a x 2000kg/10a, K=a7+b7 logl0x (b7>0) The K-value for TONG-IL variety was a little larger than that for PAL-TAL variety. 10) The peak values of the evapotranspiration coefficient and k-value at each growth stage for both TONG-IL and PAL-TAL varieties showed up about 60∼70 days after transplanting. The peak values of the former at the base of the weights of total dry matters, 800∼2000kg/10a, were 1.14∼1.82 for TONG-IL variety and 1.12∼1.80, for PAL-TAL variety, and at the base of the weights of rough rices, 400∼1000 kg/10a, were 1.11∼1.79 for TONG-IL variety and 1.17∼1.85 for PAL-TAL variety. The peak values of the latter, at the base of the weights of total dry matters, 800∼2000kg/10a, were 0.83∼1.39 for TONG-IL variety and 0.86∼1.36 for PAL-TAL variety and at the base of the weights of rough rices, 400∼1000kg/10a, 0.85∼1.38 for TONG-IL variety and 0.87∼1.40 for PAL-TAL variety (Ref. to table IV-18 and table IV-32) 11) The reasonable and practicable methods that are applicable for calculating the evapotranspiration of paddy rice in our country are to be followed the following priority a) Using the evapotranspiration coefficients based on an expected yield (Ref. to table IV-13 and table IV-18 or Fig. IV-13). b) Making use of the combination method of seasonal evapotranspiration coefficient and evapotranspiration intensity (Ref. to table IV-13 and table IV-27) c) Adopting the combination method of evapotranspiration ratio and evapotranspiration intensity, under the conditions of paddy field having a higher level of expected yield (Ref. to table IV-23 and table IV-27). d) Applying the k-values calculated by Blaney-Criddle formula. only within the limits of the drought year having the pan evaporation of about 450mm during paddy field period as the design year (Ref. to table IV-32 or Fig. IV-22).

High Resolution HC$_3$N Observations toward the Central Region of Sagittarius B2

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500,550,570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500,550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100,300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms.
