본 연구는 소상공인 창업자의 특성이 창업된 사업체 운영의 성공요인과의 관계를 살펴보고, 창업 성공요인이 창업성과와의 관계를 분석하고자 한다. 또한 창업자의 특성이 창업성과에 미치는 구조적 영향 관계를 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통하여 창업을 준비하는 예비 창업자나 기 창업자들이 안정적이고 성공적인 사업체 창업과 운영을 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업자 특성과 창업성공요인과의 관계이다. 분석결과, 소상공인 창업자 특성 중 경험특성은 창업성공요인과 관계에 있어서 재무상태, 점포관리, 제품 및 서비스관리의 모든 요인에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 하지만, 심리적 특성에서는 제품 및 서비스관리에서만 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었고, 재무상태와 점포관리에서는 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 소상공인이 창업에 대한 성취욕구 및 창의성이 높을수록 창업 성공 가능성이 높아지는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 창업성공요인과 창업성과와의 관계이다. 분석결과, 창업성공요인인 재무상태, 점포관리, 제품 및 서비스 관리는 창업성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 소상공인 창업자가 사업체 운영에 필요한 창업성공요인의 정확한 의사결정은 소상공인의 창업성과에 영향을 미치고 있음을 의미한다. 셋째, 창업자 특성과 창업성과와의 관계이다. 분석결과, 창업자 특성인 경험특성과 심리적 특성은 모두 창업성과에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 창업자 특성인 창업에 대한 경험과 심리적 특성을 높게 인식하고 있는 소상공인이 창업성과가 높다는 것을 의미한다.

Fifthly, it must provide information through the build up the Cyber-Museum for the survival in the information-oriented, Globalization of current times. Next, it focus's on the public advantage of not mixing mean and purpose but of having a geared mind. Lastly, it educates the regional inhabitants through training professional human resources in each sphere.

The objectives of this study were to review on the characteristics of the Agricultural Research-Extension Systems in the USA, Japan, and the Netherlands, and to draw up its implications on Korean agricultural extension system. This study was conducted by literature reviews. Based on the reviews, the following implications and recommendations should be considered at national and local level for improvement of agricultural extension system in Korea; (1) a systemic approach on the linkages of agricultural research, extension, and farmer education, (2) strengthening on-farm utilization of newly developed agricultural technology so as to promote agricultural research and development, (3) strategic partnership with agricultural administration, (4) close networking with stake-holders, (5) setting up the flexible organizational structure for carry out agricultural extension programs, (6) integration of agricultural extension service domain, (7) introduce a IPM(integrated performance management) system, (8) establish a long-term super-vision and strategic management, (9) setting up the customer-centered extension system.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the occurrence characteristics of vacant spaces in the old hillside residential area, focused on 7 areas surrounding old downtown in Busan. This study suggests 3 stages of analysis as following. First, after the overall site survey on the vacant spaces in 7 old hillside residential areas in Busan, this study identifies the difference of types of vacant spaces according to each area. Second, based upon precedent researches, this study set up 3 perspectives and 9 analysis indices to investigate the areal characteristics of vacant space occurrence. Third, through the GIS analysis on the vacant spaces, this study tries to analyze the physical, commercial and social/institutional conditions of the areas in order to disclose the areal characteristics of vacant spaces occurrence.

This study was carried out to examine the tree-ring growth characteristics of Zelkova serrata Makino after replanting, for the built-up planting founds for stability of landscaped trees in the reclaimed land from the sea. the factors, many affecting the growths of Zelkova serrata Makino, were the replanting stress and drought. The growth reduction due to replanting and drought occurred in the replanting year and the following year. The mean sensitivity(year-to-year variation) and the coefficient of variation(tree-to-tree variation in a certain year) in tree rings of Zelkova serrate Makino, were higher in the poor soil sites than in the favourable soil ones. And the poor soil sites were the filled ground of improve soil and the covered ground of improve soil and the top ground of big mounding than mounding ground sites, especially soil hardness, alkali soil, high $Na^+\;and\;K^+,\;low\;Ca^{++}\;and\;Mg^{++}$ and T-C were the most crucial. We suggest technique development of the built-up planting ground for stability in the reclaimed land from the sea. The built-up planting grounds in reclaimed land from the sea, should be considered for the use of fair soil with the physical and chemical soil properties, -high level foundation of planting ground, and the prevention of disturbed soil-.

잭업 드릴링 리그는 해양 원유 및 가스개발 분야에 폭넓게 사용되어지고 있다. 초기 모델은 수심 60미터 이하의 천수영역에서 운용되었고, 최근에는 대수심 150미터와 가혹한 환경조건에 대응하도록 개발이 되어 왔다. 본 기고에서는 북해 유전에 사용되는 잭업리그의 전선해석을 수치해석방법을 통하여 검토하였다. 첫번째로, 북해의 환경조건을 분석하고, 해저지질조사 보고서를 통하여 지질특성을 확인하였다. 조사자료를 근거로 기본도를 작성할 수 있는 설계사양을 수립하였다. 북해에 설치된 잭업리그의 동적특성을 규명하기 위해서, 전선해석 시 레그와 선체를 고려한 전도모멘트를 계산하고, 잭업리그 leg & 선체구조의 건전성 확인을 위하여, 국제코드를 활용한 구조강도 평가 수행으로 안전성을 검토하였다. 잭업하는 도중 발생할 수 있는 불확실성 요소들은 해저면의 특성에 크게 관련되어 있으며, 일반적으로 pre-loading하는 과정 중에 자주 발생한다. 이 기고에서는 잭업리그의 운용하는 사이클 내에서 발생 가능한 구조적 안전성을 검증하기 위하여 상세구조 및 설치엔지니어링 문제에 대해서 분석하였다. 이러한 목적에 부합하기 위하여 아래의 사항들을 검토하였다. - 해저지질 조건을 고려한 구조붕괴거동 - Pre-loading 절차서 및 매개변수에 의한 붕괴모드 - 계측자료의 검증 및 구조엔지니어링 결과.

Following the previous ones, this study is intended to explore methods of qualitative assessment on the view from apartment units. It first complemented and analyzed the attributes of landscape elements and then set up questionnaire items based on these attributes to identify the tendencies in apartment inhabitants' recognition of landscape elements, and then conducted a preference assessment on the test cases sampled on the basis of picture and other data collected in the previous studies to identify the characteristics of the preference for the view from apartment units according to landscape elements. Consequently, the following results have been derived. First, the landscape elements seen from apartment units may be classified into a total of sixteen categories, and the overall ratio of natural elements to artificial ones is shown to be approximately one to three. Second, it is also shown that apartment dwellers tend to prefer natural landscape elements over artificial ones, and the preferences for the distance to and location of landscape elements exhibit certain variance depending on the type of the elements. Third, the analysis of the preference for landscape elements has revealed that the types of landscape elements, the make-up and diversity of landscape elements, and the perceived distance to landscape elements as well as the resultant feeling of openness all affect the preference tendencies.

In the thermal power plant, it is difficult to maintain strict control of the steam temperature in order to avoid thermal stress, because of variation of the heating value according to the fuel source, the time delay of changes in main steam temperature versus changes in fuel flow rate, difficulty of control on the main steam temperature control and the reheater steam temperature control system owing to the dynamic response characteristics of changes in steam temperature and the reheater steam temperature, fluctuation of inner fluid water and steam flow rates widely during load-following operation. Aerodynamic analysis study was performed on 14 normal subjects (2 males, 12 females) with nonsense syllables composed of Korean bilabial stops (/p, p', $p^{h}$) and their preceding and/or following vowels, /i, a, u/. That is, [pi, p'i, $p^{h}i$, pa, p'a, $p^{h}a$, pu, p'u, $p^{h}u$, ipi, apa, upu, $ip^{h}i$, $ap^{h}a$, $up^{h}u$, ip'i, ap'a, up'u]. All measures were taken and analysed using Aerophone II voice function analyzer and included peak air pressure, mean air pressure, maximum flow rate, volume, mean SPL and phonatory SPL. A t-test and one-way ANOVA were employed for analysis. A post-hoc analysis was performed with Scheffe and Bonferroni. The results were as follows: First, MSPL. and MAP of /p, p', $p^{h}$/ were significantly different in different positions (initial and medial position). In addition, different vowel environment also produced significantly different aerodynamic characteristics those consonants. Especially the lax consonant /p/ was significantly different /i, a, u/ vowel environments. The tense consonant /p'/ was significantly different only /i/ vowel environment.

The purpose of this study is to understand what the Glam Style is, focus on the movie "Velvet Goldmine". The Glam Style is refered early 1970s Glam rockers' costume, typified by silver lurex, corksoled platform, men in make-up, personified, for example, by David Bowie, Marc Bolan, New York Dolls, Roxy Music and Iggy Pop. To approach the Glam Style comprehensively, I have divided the formative background of Glam Style into the improvement technology, the advent of the young generation and the diffusion of mass media, the rock music fever and influence on Pop art. Following is the result of analyzing of the character in the movie. First, Brian Slade has the flamboyant transsexual image by skin-tight space suit, glitter pants, lurex, satin and sequined stretch fabrics, vivid color, gauze make-up, feather boa. Second, Curt Wild expresses the outrageous sexual image by black leather jacket, emphasized black eyes make-up. Third, Mandy Slade appears the exaggerated and frivolous image by gold leopard patterned one piece, fur coat, ornamented with beads, tropical make-up, spangles and the costume jewelry. Forth, Auther Stuart has the complex image by black leather jacket, velvet jacket, skin-tight bold shirt, glitter pants, glitter make-up, silk scarf, cherry-red sunglasses. The characteristics meaning of Glam Style implied in this formative characteristic could be presented as the experimental expression of androgynous, the hordes of outrageous alien and kitsch parody.
