뇌졸중 환자의 간호성과지표 개발 (A Development of Nursing Outcome Indicators for Stroke Patients)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to develop nursing outcome indicators based on nursing activities done for stroke patients. Method: focus group meeting and delphi technique, which consisted of clinical nurse experts, neurologist, and nursing professors. CVI(Index of Content Validity) and user validity test was performed. Result: 12 nursing diagnoses, 29 nursing interventions and nursing outcomes were identified. The former were from NIC and the latter were developed according to nursing interventions. They were verified by experts in focus group. 199 nursing activities were identified, 133 nursing outcome indicators were developed. In user validity, usefulness and usability were tested. Conclusion: This systemic approach of measuring nursing outcomes verified nurses' positive effects in changing patients health status and nursing contributions in the health care system as a profession.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between peer victimization by peers, bullying, and friendships, with a focus on friendship network, friendship quality, and friends' characteristics. The subjects were 678 fifth and sixth grade primary school children recruited from a public school in Bucheon city. The peer nomination index was used to assess peer victimization, bullying, and friendship network. In addition, children themselves reported on the quality of their friendships using the Friendship Quality Scale. The results showed that victimization by peers was influenced by friendship network size, support, and victimization of friends, whereas bullying was explained by support and the bullying behaviors of friends.

직물과 가상소재의 화상 유사성 분석 연구 - 수직기 및 텍스타일 CAD시스템 활용 - (Analysis of Image Similarity Index of Woven Fabrics and Virtual Fabrics - Application of Textile Design CAD System and Shuttle Loom -)

  • Current global textiles and fashion industries have gradually shifted focus to high value-added, high sensibility, and multi-functional products based on new human-friendliness and sustainable growth technologies. Textile design CAD systems have been developed in conjunction with computer hardware and software sector advances. This study compares the patterns or images of actual woven fabrics and virtual fabrics prepared with a textile design CAD system. In this study, several weave structures (such as fancy yarn weave and patterns) were prepared with a shuttle loom. The woven textile images were taken using a CCD camera. The same weave structure data and yarn data were fed into a textile design CAD system in order to simulate fabric images as similarly as possible. Similarity Index analysis methods allowed for an analysis of the index between the actual fabric specimen and the simulated image of the corresponding fabric. The results showed that repeated small pattern weaves provide superior similarity index values than those of a fancy yarn weave that indicate some irregularities due to fancy yarn attributes. A Complex Wavelet Structural Similarity(CW-SSIM) index resulted in a better index than other methods such as Multi-Scale(MS) SSIM, and Feature Similarity(FS) SSIM, across fabric specimen images. A correlation analysis of the similarity index based on an image analysis and a similarity evaluation by panel members was also implemented.

Kano 모델 및 PCSI 지수를 활용한 종합건강검진 의료서비스 품질에 대한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study of Comprehensive Health Screening Medical Service Quality with Kano Model and PCSI Index)

  • Purpose - This study aims to identify the priorities of medical service quality improvement by customer satisfaction characteristics and potential customer satisfaction improvement (PCSI) index based on the dualistic quality classification of Kano Model (1984) for Comprehensive Health Screeening Center in General Hospitals and Centers only for Comprehensive Health Screening and suggest a direction for future improvement. Research design, data, and methodology - Through advanced research on health screening medical service quality, this study set four service quality factors, including tangible, human, process and supportive factors, and 39 measurement items. Based on these items, the study used 117 questions, which consist of dualistic quality factors, customer satisfaction coefficients, positive and negative questions for PCSI index and questions for current satisfaction. 300 effective samples were collected for adults in their 20s who experienced health screening service in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and Incheon within the past two years. Collected data were input in the quality evaluation duality table to categorize quality factors and calculate customer satisfaction coefficients by Timko(1993). The study also analyzed PCSI index in comparison with current satisfaction and identified priorities in quality improvement. Results - It was found that the most urgent factors to improve the quality in both groups were adequate waiting hours and emergency response for complications, which are process factors classified as unitary quality. It is urgently needed to improve the quality as the PCSI index was high in supportive factors (complaint response team) as attractive quality in Comprehensive Health Screening Center in General Hospitals and in process factors (prevention of infection) as unitary quality in Centers only for Comprehensive Health Screening. As the PCSI index was low in space use as a tangible factor, it was found that the current level can be maintained instead of improvement. Conclusions - To improve the health screening medical service quality, it is required to focus on process factors (adequate waiting hours, emergency response for complications, prevention of infection) and supportive factors (complaint response team) among service qualities perceived by users. It is proposed to ensure continuous efforts to manage and reinforce priorities as a direction for future improvement in health screening service.

일부 보건소 모자보건실 연계 비외과적 치주처치 중심의 치위생관리 프로그램 운영 사례연구 (Case study on Dental Hygiene Care Program with the Focus on Non-surgical Periodontal Treatments with the Maternal and Child Health Center)

  • 본 연구는 제천시보건소 모자보건실을 이용하는 임산부를 대상으로 비외과적 치주처치 중심의 치위생관리 프로그램을 시범운영하고, 시범운영의 구조평가, 과정평가, 결과평가를 통하여 보건소에서 치과위생사가 지역사회 임산부를 대상으로 구강건강증진 프로그램을 운영하는데 기초자료로 제공하기 위해 수행되었다. 총 3회의 치위생관리 프로그램에 모두 참여한 9명의 임산부를 대상으로 하였다. 치위생관리 프로그램 결과 4mm 이상 치주낭 보유율은 40.4%에서 14.0%로(p<0.05), 치은출혈 치아 보유율은 4.6%에서 2.7%로(p=0.180), 치석형성 치아 보유율은 23.7%에서 0%로(p<0.05) 감소하였다. PHP Index(Patient Hygiene Performance index)는 2기 임산부의 경우 1차 1.7점에서 3차 1.4점으로 개선되었고, 3기 임산부의 경우 1차 2.4점에서 1.3점으로 개선되었다(p<0.05). 본 연구 결과 비외과적 치주처치 중심의 치위생관리 프로그램을 보건소 구강보건실에서 적용 및 확대할 수 있는 가능성이 높다는 것에 의의가 있으며, 향후 본 프로그램의 장기적인 운영과 지속적인 모니터링이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

일본 소재산업의 대 한국시장 경쟁력 분석 -화합물 및 화학제품을 중심으로- (An Analysis on the Korea Market Competitiveness of Japan Materials Industry -Focus on the Compound and Chemical Products-)

  • 한국의 교역수지는 지속적인 흑자 기조를 유지해 오고 있으나, 한 일간 교역수지는 만성적인 적자를 기록해오고 있으며, 최근 수출입통계 자료를 조사해 본 결과 이러한 문제에 일본산 소재품목들이 큰 영향을 미치고 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 일본산 소재품목들 중 교역수지 적자에 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 화합물 및 화학제품군 12개 품목에 대한 최근 8년간의 수출입통계를 기반으로 한국시장에 대한 경쟁력 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 방법론으로는 특정 품목의 일정 국가에 대한 경쟁력 분석에 주로 사용되어지는 시장점유율, 무역특화지수, 시장별비교우위지수를 사용하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 조사대상 12개 품목 중 농약과 화학섬유를 제외한 대부분의 관련 제품들이 한국시장에서 상당 정도의 경쟁력을 확보하고 있는 것으로 나타났고 특히, 사진용 화학제품 및 감광재료와 도료 및 인쇄잉크 제품은 50%를 상회하는 시장점유율, 0.8이상의 무역특화지수, 3이상의 시장별비교우위지수를 기록하여 한국시장내 경쟁력이 매우 우월한 제품인 것으로 조사되었다. 따라서 향후 우리나라 관련 산업의 발전과 무역수지 적자 해소를 위해서는 동 제품 생산 기업의 기술개발 노력과 정부 당국의 과감한 정책적 지원책이 요구되어진다.

QUISIS: Interval Skip List를 활용한 질의 색인 기법 (QUISIS: A Query Index Method Using Interval Skip List)

  • 인터넷과 인트라넷의 확산에 따라, 스트림 데이터 처리(stream data processing)와 같은 새로운 분야가 등장하게 되었다. 스트림 데이터는 실시간적이고 연속적으로 생성된다. 스트림 데이터 환경에서는 복수 개의 질의들이 미리 등록되고 후에 도착되는 데이터는 등록된 질의들에 의하여 평가된다. 따라서 질의 성능을 향상시키기 위하여, 스트림 데이터 처리 시스템을 위한 다양한 연속성 질의 색인 방법들이 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 스트림 데이터를 위한 질의 색인에 대하여 다룬다. 일반적으로, 스트림 질의는 간격 조건식을 포함하고 있다. 따라서, 간격 조건식을 이용하여, 질의들을 색인화할 수 있다. 이 논문에서, 탐색 속도를 향상시키기 위하여, Interval Skip List를 수정한 효율적인 질의 색인 방법, QUISIS를 제안한다. QUISIS는 최근 데이터 값이 근 미래에 도착하는 값과 비슷하다는 지역성을 활용한다. 성능 평가를 통하여, 본 논문에서 제안하는 기법의 효율성을 보인다.

여성의 월경(月經) 맥파(脈波) 특성 연구 - 혈액순환지수, 맥(脈)에너지, 혈관탄성계수를 중심으로 - (Study on the Variation of Menstruating Women's Pulse Wave - In the Focus of Blood Circulation Index, Pulse Energy, Radial Augmentation Index -)

  • A descriptive, comparative study was performed using female college students as experimental subjects. The primary objective was to compare the changes in pulse waves that take place during normalcy and during menstruation. The second objective was to compare the pulse waves of experimental subjects with severe menstrual pain and experimental subjects with minor or no menstrual pain during menstruation and during normalcy. The subjects of this experiment were female college students attending D University, located in Pusan, and the data were collected from September 2011 to February 2012. Their blood circulation index and pulse-wave factors were measured. During normalcy, these data were gauged a week to ten days after menstruation, and during menstruation, they were gauged two to three days after the start of menstruation, when the menstrual pain was at its peak. The results was as follows. In the characteristics of the blood circulation index, the index increased during menstruation, resulting in an increase in only the blood volume of the left ventricle. And the pulse energy of the left Chon, Kwan, Cheok and right Cheok were significantly higher during menstruation. Additionally, the average pulse energy in the left hand was distinctively lower in the menstrual group than in the normalcy group. There is a difference in blood pulse factors between normalcy and during menstruation, as well as a difference in blood pulse factors in experiment group without menstrual pain and experiment group with menstrual pain. These differences were particularly observed in the blood circulation index, pulse energy.

중학생들의 구강건강행위 및 치과 의료서비스 이용행태가 치아우식증에 미치는 요인 - 대구시 중학교 학생을 중심으로 - (Dental Caries of Factors the Oral Health Behaviors and Dental Health Services Utilization in the Middle-School Student's - focusing on middle school student's in Daegu -)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study were to measure the effect of factors analyse the associated by the oral health behaviors and dental health services utilization factors of dental caries in the middle-school student's and then to provide basic material of preventive oral health and oral health education program. Methods: This subject of study consists of 342 middle schools each 1,2,3 grade Daegu city. The data were collected from July 2 to 30, 2009. by way of the self-reported questionnaire. The data materials are analyzed by demographic characteristics, oral health behaviors and dental health services utilization of frequency analysis, demographic characteristics of dental caries and oral health behaviors and dental health services utilization of one-way ANOVA analysis. Results: Brushing twice a day, which was the higher 69.3%, Students were trained received oral health education. Girls than boys dental caries teeth(DT) index (p<0.05), dental filling teeth(FT) index(p<0.00), dental experience caries teeth(DMFT) index(p<0.00) was higher than all three variables was a statistically significant. Oral health behavior of brushing twice a day 'once' dental caries teeth(DT) index was the highest, there was statistically significant difference (p<0.01), oral health education students experience a higher dental caries teeth(DT) index(p=0.36). dental health services utilization of preventive dental visits last one year when they did not have dental caries teeth(DT) index was higher (p=0.076) Conclusions: Oral health promotion is considered to adolescent as part of the oral health clinics school for elementary school students in the focus to middle school students and enhance.

KANO모델을 활용한 커피전문점의 품질분류와 고객만족개선지수 (Coffee Shops' Quality Classification and Customer Satisfaction Improvement Index by KANO Model)

  • 본 연구는 Kano모델을 활용하여 커피전문점의 다양한 품질요인들의 속성을 소비자의 관점에서 분류하였다. 또한, 각 품질요인들이 고객만족 또는 고객불만족에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 분석하기 위해 만족계수와 불만족계수를 산출하였다. 아울러, Kano모델의 한계점을 보완하고 품질요소들에 대한 커피전문점의 품질개선 여지를 파악하기 위해 잠재적 고객만족개선지수(PCSI Index)를 제시하였다. 분석결과, 매력적 품질요소에는 저렴한 가격, 실내인테리어의 고급스러움, 테이블과 의자의 편안함, 무선인터넷 사용의 편리성이 포함되는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 일원적 품질요소로는 매장의 청결 및 위생, 가격 대비 품질인 것으로 나타났다. 잠재적 고객만족개선지수(PCSI Index)를 산출하기 위해 카페베네와 스타벅스의 만족도를 분석한 결과, 저렴한 가격, 가격 대비 품질 등에서 고객만족 개선 여지가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 커피전문점 경영에 있어서 고객만족과 향후 경쟁력 확보를 위해 우선적으로 관심을 두고 개선해야 할 품질요소가 무엇인지에 대한 시사점을 제공해 준다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다.
