The implementation of a insect-based flying microrobot has been previously proposed as using magnetic force. The flying principle of a butterfly is different from that of a airplane, which obtain lifting force above the wings by a air stream with low pressure. Butterflies obtain lifting force below the wings by flapping. They can fly when drag during the down stroke is greater that during the up stroke. The structure of flying microrobot must satisfy these condition. And that must be manufacture lightly and keep balance for rising to the air sufficiently. Moreover the efficiency of an electromagnet is high and the flux density is sustained uniformly and widely Nevertheless these condition is satisfied, the implementation of a flying microrobot is very difficult as the flying microrobot has to fly without guides or sensor. We propose differently a new model il] comparison with that other paper has suggested. This imitates the form of the Korean shield-shaped kite.

The flying height of contact slider is determined by vertical and pitching motions. This paper performed the computer simulation for flying height change of contact slider. It is changed by many parameters, contact stiffness. contact damping, all bearing stiffness ratio and so on. So computer simulation analysis is performed for knowing for what change of these parameters influences in flying height of contact slider. The practical recording zone surface is gotten by using SPM. In recording zone, flying height is simulated for each parameter. the settling time which the flying height of contact slider is lower than 10nm is analyzed over practical disk surface for changing each parameter. Through these results, the contact slider can be analyzed for more accuracy dynamic characteristics.
This paper suggests a method to predict the flying state of the head slider in a hard disk drive (HDD) by using an optimization technique. The modified Reynolds equation for the hydrodynamic lubrication theory under the slip flow condition is used to describe the air-bearing system and a Finite Volume Method (FVM) is applied to solve the equation. Especially, Augmented Lagrange Multiplier (ALM) method is employed to find the minimum flying height, the pitch angle and the roll angle of the slider, which is shown to be faster and more general than the conventional update schemes. By using the proposed method, the variations of the flying state are analyzed as a function of the slider position in the direction of the disk radius for various disk velocities and skew angles.

This paper presents a method to predict the flying height of the head slider in a hard disk drive. Quantitative predicts of the flying height according to the variations of the external load and the disk velocity have been done by numerical computation. In addition, the magnitude of the external load to keep flying height constant were also suggested. The Modified Reynolds' equation driven from hydrodynamic lubrication theory under slip flow condition was used to describe air-bearing system under the slider. To solve the equation, a Finite Volume Method (FVM) has been applied. To determine the final minimum flying height and pitch angle of the head slider, the Secant iteration method is used which update initial guess of the minimum flying height and pitch angle of the slider. In this study, the model head slider has been selected from a real hard disk drive which is equipped in many commercial personal computers. As a result, as the disk velocity increases at constant external load, the minimum flying height and the pitch angle increase due to the in crease of the air-bearing force at the bottom of slider.

Drift gillnet fishery for neon flying squid in the North pacific was one of the major pelagic fisheries of Korea until 1992, its annual catch was 79, 000M/T as average during 1988-1992, but moratoriumed since 1993 according to the decision of UN. Therefore, for the developing of the new fishing gear for the squid, the seven types of rip hook by automatic squid jigging machine were experimented by the korean research vessel Pusan 851 (G/T 1.126, 2.600 PS) in the North Pacific (38 $^{\circ}$30'-43 $^{\circ}$N, 152 $^{\circ}$E-178 $^{\circ}$W) from July 6. 1993 to August 31. 1993. The investigation on catch rate, dropout rate, and catch condition of the rip hooks related to the fishing lamp power for aggregating the squid were carried out during the period. The results obtained are as follows: The composition of catch by automatic squid jigging machine was 83.9% for neon flying squid. 15.5% for boreopacific gonate squid. 0.6% for boreal clubhook squid, and 0.01% for luminous flying squid. The catch rate of neon flying squid was 94.6% in 13.6-18.3$^{\circ}C$ of surface water temperature and 5.4% in others. The higher catch rate of neon flying squid was made in the range 13.6-18.3$^{\circ}C$ of temperature at the surface and about 1$0^{\circ}C$ of temperature at the 100m layer. The CPUE of neon flying squid in the 13.6-18.3$^{\circ}C$ of surface water temperature was ranged 0.8-11.8kg (8.7kg as average). The mantle length and body weight of neon flying squid caught in the experiment were ranged 18.3-51.3 cm, 140-3, 980g and mean mantle length and mean body weight were 29.4cm, 972g respectively. The catch rate of neon flying squid was the highest at dawn with a value of 25.0% of the total catch. The body weight of neon flying squid caught by the D type hooks was 1.7 times more than that of the A type hooks. The dropout rate of neon flying squid caught by the seven types hooks was 7.9-57.5% (19.0% as average), and dropout rate of the D type hooks was 7.9% with 2.7 times decrease than that of the A type hooks. The catch efficiency of small sized neon flying squid in case of using on-off switch method on fishing lamp in 15 minutes intervals was 2.6 times higher than that of the on-switch method with same fishing lamp power.
The flight simulator should be made like a actual flight. For the scene of sight, instrument should show the condition of flight and the pilot should catch the altitude, speed, pose and rate of lift of the airplane. The paper describes 3D flight visual training program of driving airplane in practice. It is for beginners using joystick in PC, implements airplane physical equations. And it uses rendering technology to implement vision parts of flying object.

These days many scientists make studies of feedback control system for stability on non-linear state and for the maneuver of flying objects. These feedback control systems have to satisfy trajectory condition and angular conditions, that is to say, controllability and stability simultaneously to achieve mission. In this paper, a design methods using model based control system which consists of spiral predictive model, Q-function included into generalized-work function is shown. It is made a clear that the proposed algorithm using SPM maneuvers for controllability and stability at the same time is successful in attaining our purpose. The feature of the proposed algorithm is illustrated by simulation results. As a conclusion, the proposed algorithm is useful for the control of moving objects.

This paper presents a decentralized controller design for formation flying of multiple satellites based on the overlapping decomposition technique. Each satellite is assumed to avail only the information of its own and in front of itself, which restricts the structure of a controller gain matrix to an overlapped form. The concerned large-scale system is expanded using the overlapping decomposition technique. Design condition is represented in terms of linear matrix inequalities with small-scale systems in a decentralized form, based on the expanded system. The resulting controller is contracted to the original overlapped form so as to close the original system. A numerical simulation shows the effectiveness of the proposed technique.

Virtual reality is currently mainly used in games, but is starting to be applied as a variety of media fields, such as broadcasting and film. Virtual reality provides more fun than reality, and can provide new experiences in areas that cannot be experienced in reality due to the constraints of time, space, and environment. In particular, as the social non-contact arena has increased due to COVID-19, it is being applied to education, health, and medical industries. The contents are further expanding into design and military fields. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to observe the change in distribution of load and pressure felt by the body in the flying state while wearing a short pants harness, which are mainly used in the game and entertainment industry. In the experiment, the average pressure in the flying state was measured by attaching a pressure sensor to the back and front of a human mannequin. As a result, it was confirmed that the load concentrated on the waist in the flying state was 44 N, with a pressure of 1353 kPa. The pressure distribution was concentrated in front of the center of gravity, and was measured was at 98% by the pressure sensors, with an average pressure value of approximately 15 kPa, and a pressure value of approximately 12 kPa at the back, which was measured at 67% by the pressure sensor. The results of the load and pressure distribution measurement are presented as fundamental data to improve the wearability and comfort of harnesses in the future, and are compared to actual measured pressure values by analyzing the clothing pressure in flight through virtual wear of harnesses through the CLO 3D program.
