환형 무전극 램프의 전자계 분포특성 (Electromagnetic distribution looped Electrodeless Fluorescent Lamps)

  • In recent, there have been several developments in lamp technology that promise savings in electrical power consumption and improved quality of the lighting space. Above all, the advantage of ring-shaped electrodeless fluorescent lamp is the removal of internal electrodes and heating filaments that are a light-limiting factor of conventional fluorescent lamps. The ring-shaped electrodeless lamp is intended as a high efficacy replacement for the incandescent reflector lamp in many applications. Therefore, the life time of ring-shaped electrodeless fluorescent lamps is substantially higher than that of conventional fluorescent lamps and last up to 60,000 hours. In this paper, maxwell 3D finite element analysis program (Ansoft) was used to obtain electromagnetic properties associated with the coil and nearby structures. The electromagnetic emitting properties were presented by 3D simulation software operated at 250[kHz] and some specific conditions.

  • 본 논문에서는 LED 형광등에 활용이 가능한 컨버터 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 기존 고효율에너지 기자재로 지정된 형광램프용 고조도 반사갓이 LED 형광램프의 Heat-sink 구조상 활용할 수 없는 구조이기 때문에 LED 형광램프 컨버터의 에너지 효율이 뛰어난 회로 설계 및 보호회로 설계가 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 직관형 LED램프 컨버터에 회로구동방식을 적용한 LED 형광등 연구를 수행하였다. 또한, LED를 광원으로 한 'LED 램프'와 일반 상용 전원에 접속해 직류 전원을 공급할 수 있는 컨버터에 대하여 설계 및 제작을 하였다.

The electrodeless fluorescent lamp is intended as a high efficacy replacement for the incandescent reflector lamp in many applications. Therefore, the electrodeless fluorescent lamps is substantially higher than that of conventional fluorescent lamps and last up to 60,000 hours. In this paper, electron temperature and electron density were measured in a radio-frequency inductively coupled plasma using a Langmuir probe method for emission characteristics. Measurement was conducted in an argon discharge for pressure from 10 [mTorr] and input RF power 100 [W] to 150 [W]. As for the electron density, a electron temperature was more distinguished for a emission characteristic. The results of ideal may contribute to systematic understanding of a electrodeless fluorescent lamps of emission characteristics.

Therefore, the life time of ring-shaped electrodeless fluorescent lamps is substantially higher than that of conventional fluorescent lamps and last up to 60,000 hours. In this paper, we present measurement results of electrical characteristics of a ring-shaped electrodeless fluorescent lamp as a function of frequency and number of coil turns using a highly permeable Mn-Zn ferrite. It is found that the impedance are increased while the quality factor decreases as frequency increases.

  • In Recent, it became necessary to develope the technology about electrodeless fluorescent lamp according to demand of the electodeless fluorescent lamp system that used higher efficiency and advantage of long-lifetime. Especially, in the electordeless fluorescent lamp which used H-mode, efficiency of lamp is decided from matching parameter of antena and inverter. So it is of the utmost importance to design antena and inverter Therefore, this paper used a transformer principle for efficiency rising of electrodeless fluorescent lamp and interpreted an equivalent circuit, used an impedance analyzer in order to confirm a performance enhancement of lamp along design of antenna, and confirmed parameter characteristic of R, L, C, Z, Q-factor along a change of magnetic flux density. Also, this paper confirmed a luminance characteristic of electordeless lamp along parameter change with measuring optical characteristic along a change of magnetic flux density

Improved Fluorescent Determination Method of Cellular Sphingoid Bases in High-performance Liquid Chromatography

  • Precolumn orthophthaldehyde (OPA) labeling method of sphingoid bases, sphingosine and sphinganine, was investigated to obtain high fluorescent detectability. In order to improve the fluorescent yield, we investigated the optimal solubility of sphingoid bases for five pre-incubation solvents by incorporating the heating procedure before OPA derivatization. The pre-incubation in ethanol prominently increased the fluorescent peak height of OPA derivative for each sphingoid bases in high performance liquid chromatography. About tenfold increase of detectability was archived by pre-incubating lipid extracts pellets in ethanol at $60^{\circ}C$ for 30 min. Optimal derivatization was performed in 30 min at ambient temperature and the fluorescent intensity of OPA derivative was stable for two weeks at $4^{\circ}C$. The detection limit of sphingosine was 0.1 pmol as injected amount. This method was applied to the determination of cellular sphingosine and sphinganine in various human lung cancer cells. This OPA procedure was prospective to be useful for quantitating the amount of sphingoid bases in other cancer cells.

Construction of a Novel Baculovirus Autographa californica Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus Producing the Fluorescent Polyhedra

  • A novel recombinant baculovirus Autographa californica nuclear polyhedrosis virus (ACNPV) producing the green fluorescent polyhedra was constructed and characterized. The recombinant virus was stably produced fluorescent polyhedra in the infected cells and the morphology of the polyhedra was nearly similar to that of wild-type AcNPV. For the production of the fluorescent polyhedral the green fluorescent protein (GFP) gene was introduced under the control of polyhedrin gene promoter of AcNPV by translational fusion in the front and back of intact polyhedrin gene. The recombinant baculovirus was named as CXEP, As expected, the 93 kDa fusion protein was expressed in the CXEP-infected cells. Interestingly, however, the cells infected with CXEP also showed a 33 kDa protein band as cells infected with wild-type AcNPV. The results of Southern blot analysis and plaque assay suggested that two types of baculoviruses expressing the GFP fusion protein or only native polyhedrin were formed through homologous recombination between two polyhedrin genes in the same orientation. Thus, this system can be applied for the production of recombinant polyhedra with foreign gene product of diverse interest.

지하철 인공광원과 광도에 따른 자생 송악(Hedera rhombea)과 바위취(Saxifraga stolonifera)의 생육변화 (Effects of Artificial Light Sources and Light Intensities in Subway Stations on the Growth of Hedera rhombea and Saxifraga stolonifera)

  • 본 연구는 남부상록수종 중 내음성과 내한성이 강하고 자생 송악(Hedera rhombea)에 대한 적정 실내광원과 광도를 알아보고자 가로 1m${\times}$세로 1m${\times}$높이 1m 크기의 목제프레임에서 실험을 실시하였다. 광원의 선정기준은 현재 지하철에 가장 많이 활용되는 인공광인 형광등, 삼파장형광등, 할로겐등으로 하고, 광도는 200Lux, 700Lux, 1,000Lux로 설정하여 실험을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1.송악(Hedera rhombea) 초장은 광원과 광도별 뚜렷한 통계적 유의성이 나타나지 않았으나, 할로겐등>형광등>삼파장형광등 순으로 광도별로는 1,000Lux>700Lux>200Lux 순으로 길었다. 분지수는 형광등이 삼파장형광등이나 할로겐등보다, 광도가 높을수록 많아지는 경향을 보였다. 엽수는 삼파장형광등 1,000Lux>형광등 1,000Lux>할로겐등 1,000Lux 순으로 나타났다. 엽장과 엽폭은 광원에 관계없이 광도가 낮을수록 넓어지는 경향을 나타났다. 엽록소함량은, 삼파장형광등과 할로겐등은 광도에 따른 차이를 볼 수 없었으나, 형광등에서는 200Lux>700Lux>1,000Lux 순으로 증가되었다. 송악의 전체적인 생육은 인공광원보다는 광도에 의해 확연한 차이를 보여, 지하철 실내식물로 200Lux라는 낮은 광도에서도 도입이 가능하나 원활한 생육을 위해서는 700Lux 이상으로 광도를 조절하는 것이 바람직하다. 2. 바위취(Saxifraga stolonifera)형광등이 광원인 경우, 광도와 무관하게 80% 이상이 고사하거나 생육 상태가 좋지 않았다. 광도가 200Lux에서는 광원에 무관하게 생육 상태가 매우 불량하였다. 초장, 엽수, 분지수, 엽장, 엽폭 등 생육은 할로겐 1,000Lux>삼파장형광등 1,000Lux>삼파장형광등 700Lux순으로 증가하였다. 엽록소함량은 삼파장형광등 700Lux>삼파장형광등 1,000Lux>할로겐등 1,000Lux순으로 높았다. 따라서, 본 실험에서 바위취는 할로겐등에서 가장 좋은 생육을 나타내었으며, 형광등의 광원과 700Lux 이하 광도에서는 현장적용이 불가능한 수종임이 확인되었다.
