Transportation in the logistics, many business organizations are engaged in monitoring and tracking the vehicles in order to improve logistics services, reduce expenses and secure security in cargo transportation. It is saving time and money by tracking and monitoring vehicles which transport cargo in supply chain of logistics. Therefore the main issue of delivery flow is to improve services, and ensure the safety in transportation system. This article suggests the tracking and monitoring model to keep safety transports on ICT network. It focuses on precise delivery control by monitoring and tracking vehicles to save time and costs. The status of product movement is analyzed for proper decision making. The vehicle embedded with RFID is automatically tracked in the movement process by tracking and monitoring model. The main role keeps safety tracking to reduce costs and to deliver products at proper time and location.
The most common way of reducing non-point source pollutants from agricultural areas is the installation of reservoirs. However, this method is only effective for surface runoff of settleable pollutants. This study was conducted to estimate the effect of interflow, baseflow, and surface runoff on pollutant runoff in a small agricultural catchment. Runoff of organic matters, SS, and T-P were directly proportional to the rainfall variation, while ammonia and nitrate were inversely proportional to the amount of rainfall. The interflow and baseflow was only 46% of the total stream flow, but the nitrate load reached 78%. The interflow as a nutrient transport pathway should be considered for managing a stream water quality. It requires careful attention and appropriate control methodology such as vegetation to consider the influence by interflow. The reservoir as a dry extended detention pond (DEDP) has function of nutrient captor.

In this paper, bidirectional LLC-LC resonant DC-DC converter with notch filters in the primary side of resonant circuits is proposed. Even if resonant capacitors are used on the primary and secondary sides, the proposed converter can operate with the high gain characteristics of the LLC resonant converter without mutual coupling of resonant capacitors, regardless of the direction of power flow. In addition, by applying notch filters, the proposed converter can operate with a wider gain control range and can cope with overload and short circuit. The analysis and operating characteristics of the proposed bidirectional LLC-LC resonant converter are investigated. A 3.3 kW prototyped bidirectional LLC-LC resonant converter connected to 750 VDC buses is designed and tested to verify the validity and applicability of this proposed converter.

The STELLA-2 is a large-scale sodium thermal-hydraulic integral effect test facility and supports the development of PGSFR. The facility adopted Pump Simulation Loop System (PSLS) concept for the mechanical sodium pump in the reference reactor to control and to measure the primary sodium flow. Since the component (mechanical pump) is replaced by the loop, it is very important to evaluate the similarity between the pump and the loop. In this paper, to simulate the characteristic of the mechanical sodium pump, the pressure loss along the various options of the loop was evaluated and the comprehensive validity of each design options was analyzed. Using the similarity criteria based on the Richardson number and Euler number conservation, the PSLS design was finalized and the result was within the acceptable error range. Finally, the result of this study was used for construction of the overall facility, STELLA-2.

Initial prevention activities and rapid propagation conditions is the most important to prevent diffusion of water pollution. If water pollutants flow into streams river or main stresm located in environmental conservation area or water intake facilities, we must predict immediately arrival time and the diffusion concentration to the proactive. National Institute of Environmental Research developed water pollution incident response prediction system linking dam and movable weir. the system is mathematical model which is updated daily. Therefore it can quickly predict the arrival time and the diffusion concentration when there are accident of oil spills and hazardous chemicals. Also we equipped with mathematical model and toxicity model of EFDC(Environmental Fluid Dynamics Code) to calculate the arrival time and the diffusion concentration. However these systems offer the services of an offline manner than real-time control services. we have ensured the reliability of data collection and have developed a real-time water quality measurement data transmission device by using the data linkage utilizing a mode bus communication and a commercial SCADA system, in particular, we implemented to be able to do real-time water quality prediction through information infrastructure of the water quality integrated management business created by utilizing the construction of the real-time prediction system that utilizes the data collected, the Open map, the visual representation using charts API and development of integrated management system development based on web maps.

The duration and frequency of flooding and not last long, by the time climate change drought. The increased accordingly by reducing stream flow and year variation. This trend is expected to continue, and change towards a comprehensive analysis of such quantity, quality and management of water resources are managed. Flood warning system is called to perform them electronically to the management of water resources such as these to be in the organic water-related basic data acquisition, storage, processing and utilization. Can be divided into hydrological observations and flood warning systems alert system broadcast system. Hydrological observation system is the measurement from the hydrological stations (water level, rainfall, water) that can be observed hydrological status of the dam basin hydrological observation data transmitted to the central office, located at the dam monitoring and control system through a variety of networks including satellite, and the collected defined as the system that sent the K-water head office in 1 minute increments hydrological observation data. Headquartered in support of this decision. Dimensions of the dam are provided in addition to inward. Channeled through various hydrologic analysis and leveraging the data transfer. This paper looks at ways to build out hydrological observation system.

Traditionally, electric power systems have been known as the centralized structures, which is organized into placing customers at the end of the supply chain. However, recent decades have witnessed the emergence of distributed energy resources(:DERs) such as rooftop solar, farming PV system, small wind turbines, battery energy storage systems and smart home appliances. With the emergence of distributed energy resources, the role of distributed system operators(:DSOs) will expand. The increasing penetration of DERs could lead to a less predictable and reverse flow of power in the system, which can affect the traditional planning and operation of distribution and transmission networks. This raises the need for a change in the role of the DSOs that have conventionally planned, maintained and managed networks and supply outages. The objective of this research is to designed the future distribution operation system with multi-DERs and the proposed distribution system model is implemented by hardware-in-the-loop simulation(HILS). The test results show the normal operation domain and reduction of distribution line loss.
This study investigated spatiotemporal trends of sediment-related disasters in North Korea from 1960 to 2019 and post-disaster recovery cases based on a literature review and satellite images. Results showed that occurrence status of sediment-related disasters was initially externally reported in 1995 (during the Kim Jongil era); their main triggering factor was heavy summer rainfall. Furthermore, forest degradation rate was positively correlated with population density (R2 = 0.4347, p = 0.02) and occurrence number of sediment-related disasters was relatively high on the west coast region, where both variables showed high values. This indicates that human activity was a major cause of forest degradation and thus, significantly affected sediment-related disasters in mountain regions. Finally, sediment- related disasters due to shallow landslides, debris flow, and slow-moving landslides were observed in undisturbed forest regions and human-impacted forest regions, including terraced fields, opencast mines, forest roads, and post-wildfire areas, via satellite image analysis. These disaster-hit areas remained mostly abandoned without any recovery works, whereas hillside erosion control work (e.g., treeplanting with terracing) or torrent erosion control work (e.g., check dam, debris flow guide bank) were implemented in certain areas. These findings can provide reference information to expand inter-Korean exchange and cooperation in forest rehabilitation and erosion control works of North Korea.
As a method to reduce the total phosphorus in sewage treatment plant, we applied the integral type slow mixing/sedimentation fiber filtration system to compare the control methods for the sewage effluent and the reject water. It was analyzed that about 92.4 kg T-P/day should be removed in order to satisfy the final concentration of phosphorus of 0.2 mg T-P/L, which is reinforced effluent standard. Therefore the total phosphorus removal efficiency should be 96% for sewage effluent and 69.2% for reject water (dehydrated filtrate) respectively. The system operation cost to achieve the target of total phosphorus removal efficiency was assessed. It has been found that the treatment cost of the reject water containing high concentration of phosphorus with a low flow rate is reduced to about 1/2.4 of the coagulant cost and about 1/120 of the electricity cost, compared to that of the sewage effluent treatment. Also the economics of the integral type slow mixing/sedimentation fiber filtration system and the general coagulation and sedimentation system were compared. It was evaluated that the development system was more economical because the installation area of the integral type slow mixing/sedimentation fiber filtration system was about 1/7 smaller than that of the general coagulation and sedimentation system, and the annual operation cost including the required amount of coagulant and electricity cost of the development system was lowered about 1/1.7 than that of the general system.
We designed and developed a multi-purpose CCD camera system for three kinds of CCDs; KAF-0401E($768{\times}512$), KAF-1602E($1536{\times}1024$), KAF-3200E($2184{\times}1472$) made by KODAK Co.. The system supports fast USB port as well as parallel port for data I/O and control signal. The packing is based on two stage circuit boards for size reduction and contains built-in filter wheel. Basic hardware components include clock pattern circuit, A/D conversion circuit, CCD data flow control circuit, and CCD temperature control unit. The CCD temperature can be controlled with accuracy of approximately $0.4^{\circ}C$ in the max. range of temperature, ${\Delta}33^{\circ}C$. This CCD camera system has with readout noise $6\;e^-$, and system gain $5\;e^-/ADU$. A total of 10 CCD camera systems were produced and our tests show that all of them show passable performance.
