As the flourish of today's supply chain, the traditional model of replenishment will cause accumulation of excessive inventory to the retailers and customers, or cause shortages and inability to meet the demands. To solve this problem, Theory of Constraints (TOC) proposed the replenishment model of demand-pull, combined with the establishment of factory-ware-house to achieve performance improvement. In the absence of empirical research, this study applied the Bean Game developed by Dr. Goldratt to design a supply chain system for different scenarios, in order to allow players and managers better understanding and supporting the TOC replenishment method through the operations of the game.

Since Perlmutter (1978) proposed the Unaccusativity Hypothesis, the past two decades have seen a flourish of studies investigating the potential validity of unaccusativity in Korean. The central contentious issues have been whether unaccusativity can also be assumed in Korean, and, if so, what criteria could be proposed to discern the unaccusativity among various predicates. In this paper, several suggestions made theoretically and experimentally to address the semantic and/or syntactic distinction of the two types of Korean intransitive predicates are critically reviewed and evaluated from the standpoint that there is a close correlation between syntax and lexical semantics of intransitives. It is proposed, then, that the Korean unaccusativity can be reliably differentiated through the combined semantic criteria of [${\pm}$agentive] and [${\pm}$active]. In addition, case alternations in long form negation constructions are shown to be the most reliable and valid syntactic criteria for testing Korean unaccusatives.

Utilization of herbal medicine has been an intrinsic part of Philippine culture for many centuries. In spite of tremendous development in the field of modern medicine, traditional and alternative medicine will continue to flourish and take an important role in meeting the basic health needs of the people. The National Integrated Research Program on Medicinal Plant (NIRPROMP), the lead government institution for herbal medicinal research had already validated ten medicinal plants and is currently studying new batch of medicinal plants. Five of the ten clinically-tested medicinal plants have been elevated to herbal medicinal drugs that are now being commercially manufactured in the different parts of the country. Research on medicinal plants takes longer time as the nature of medical research dictates it to be. It must adhere to the internationally accepted standards of medicinal research in the Philippines was observed making alternative medicine an effective health delivery system to the people.

Since early times, paper has been the leading means of expression in human civilization. Along with the development of languages, people have used paper as their major intermediation measures to flourish the culture. At this point of time when studies in latest design are various and abundant, these fixed ideas on paper should be eliminated first for inventive thinking and freedom of expression. Because breaking the established notion helps to diversify the function of paper. We can see furniture made of paper come in useful to our ancestors in their daily life with the development of "Hanjiquot;. Each piece of paper furniture had its own function and beauty depending on processing method. Not only has been used for materials of basic modeling in the process of modern furniture designing, paper has also been used for the main material for the purpose of a new trial. If we try to find out the ways to take diverse characteristics of paper and develop them, while overcoming the defects of the material, paper has great potentiality for many kinds of use in furniture industry.

OO RT programming is a technology expected to flourish in this quarter of the 21st century. Currently, its youthfulness is indicated by the insufficient availability of the support middleware and the associated API, let alone language compilers. The middleware providing fault-tolerant execution support is in its infancy. The advances in OO RT distributed programming will also enable large-scale RT simulations. The research community dealing with this technology area is expected to grow continuously for foreseeable future and consequent accelerations of the technology advances will in turn accelerate the development of many new types of sophisticated RT DC applications as well as realization of advanced types of ubiquitous computing societies.

본 연구는 2011년 국립공원으로 편입된 다도해해상국립공원 팔영산지구의 식생구조와 식생천이계열을 파악하기 위하여 75개의 조사구(단위면적 $100m^2$)를 설치하여 조사를 실시하였다. Classification 분석 중 TWINSPAN기법을 이용하여 군락을 분리한 결과, 상수리나무군락(I), 졸참나무-개서어나무군락(II), 소나무-신갈나무군락(III), 굴참나무군락(IV), 리기다소나무-굴참나무-소나무군락(V), 편백림(VI)으로 구분되었다. 군락 I, II는 낙엽성 참나무류가 서로 경쟁하거나 개서어나무 등과 경쟁하여 향후 낙엽활엽수림으로의 천이가 예측되며, 군락 III, V는 소나무와 리기다소나무 등이 낙엽성 참나무류와 경쟁하여 향후 낙엽성 참나무류로의 천이가 예상된다. 군락 IV는 굴참나무가 우점하나 아교목층에서 난온대 수종인 후박나무가 높은 비율로 출현해 점차 후박나무의 세력 확장이 예측된다. 군락 VI은 편백 조림지로 수관층에 편백만이 우점하여 당분간 편백림이 유지될 것으로 예상된다. 이 편백림은 국립공원의 편입취지에 맞게 편백을 간벌하여 천연림으로 갱신을 유도해야 할 것이다. 난온대 기후대에 속하는 팔영산지구에서 출현한 난온대수종은 후박나무, 사스레피나무, 보리밥나무 등 총 9종이었다.

본 연구는 보육교사의 직무소진, 임파워먼트, 행복플로리시 간의 상관관계와 직무소진과 임파워먼트가 행복플로리시에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 알아보고자 하였다. 서울, 경기, 전남 지역의 보육교사 296명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 상관 분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 직무소진은 임파워먼트 및 행복플로리시와 유의미한 부적상관을 보였고 임파워먼트는 행복플로리시와 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 보육교사의 행복플로리시에 미치는 상대적인 영향력은 임파워먼트가 직무소진보다 높았고, 하위요인별로 미치는 영향력은 임파워먼트의 지위, 전문성, 자율성, 자아효능감 요인과 직무소진의 직무환경 불만족 요인 순이었다. 이 같은 결과는 보육의 질 제고를 위한 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에서 시사하는 바가 있으며, 보육교사의 행복플로리시 증진을 위해 직무소진을 낮추고 임파워먼트를 높일 수 있는 효율적인 방안, 즉 직무 환경의 개선, 보육교사의 지위와 자율성 보장, 전문성 함양을 위한 지원 강화 등이 모색되어야 할 것이다.

기존의 휴대폰을 대신하여 무선인터넷 디바이스로서 새롭게 주목 받고있는 PDA는 응용 분야가 확대됨에 따라서 수많은 프로그램 개발이 이루어지고 이와 동시에 개발된 애플리케이션은 적합한 형태로 설치되어야 한다. 또한 PDA는 배터리 전원이 방전될 경우에 RAM(Random Access Memory)에 저장되어 있던 모든 데이터가 삭제되는 단점이 있어서 램에 설치하였던 프로그램은 사용을 위해서 복원해야 하는 번거로움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 휴대 정보터미널인 PDA에 애플리케이션 설치가 필요한 경우, 사용자가 직접 애플리케이션을 설치해야 하는 기존의 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여 자동으로 응용 프로그램이 설치되는 시스템(PAIS : PDA Automatic Installation System)을 제안하였다. 이 시스템을 PDA와 같은 휴대 단말기에 적용할 경우 사용자에게는 설치에 소요되는 시간과 노력을 감소시켜 편의를 제공하고 기업에게는 프로그램 설치관련 홍보물 제작에 소요되던 비용을 절감하여 무선 인터넷의 확산을 기대할 수 있다.

In salt-preserved foods of every kinds, it was examined the growth condition of halophilic bacteria that induced a change of colour, taste, nutritive substance, a production condition of enzyme and a character of crude enzyme. Used bacteria is H. halobium a kind of extremely halophilic bacteria, and the required of optimum culture needed a quite long time of crude enzyme production is 168 hours. Optimum pH is about 7-7.5, so the traditional food of such neutrality pH as soybean paste and soy sauce particularly come into trouble because the growth can flourish in neutrality or alkaliescence, and the crude enzyme also appeared that best activation between pH 6 and pH 8. The optimum temperature is about 37$^{\circ}C$, the optimum temperature of enzyme is about 40 $^{\circ}C$ and the temperature stability is settled for 15 minutes and it is completely inactivated at 10 minutes. In the influence of each metal ion, Fe++ and Mn++ a stimulated the growth of H.halobium and the activation of enzyme, Cu++ and Zn++ were identified that made the growth and the activation of enzyme inhibit.

In the Study of Poem in Health-Preservation, the results were as follows : Though poetry as therapy is a relatively new development in the expressive arts, it is as old as the first chants sung around the tribal fires of primitive peoples. For many centuries the link between poetry and medicine remained obscure. The chant/song/poem is what heals the heart and soul and is used for health-Preservation and the well-being. Poetry Therapy began to flourish in the hands of professional in various disciplines, including rehabilitation, education, library science, recreation, and the creative arts. Mental health professional were exploring the therapeutic value of literary materials, especially of poetry. Their contribution to the emerging discipline was two-fold : 1) emphasis on the evocative value of literature, particularly poetry; and 2) recognition of the beneficial potential of having clients write either their response to poems written by others or original material, drawing on the clients' own experiences and emotions. Especially in Oriental Medicine, the therapy is based on controlling of Mind(心). And it is in harmony with Qi-circulation(氣-循環), so smoothing the circulation of meridians, strengthened Essential-material(精), Qi(氣), Sprit(神).
