본 연구는 현대의 대표적인 주거양식인 아파트 공간과 우리 전통미를 살린 한옥표준평면도의 공간 배치 등을 비교 분석한 것이다. 연구 방법은 객관적인 분석을 위하여 공간구문론(Space Syntax)을 이용하여 각공간의 특성을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 아파트 공간은 생활의 편리함과 용도의 명확한 구분 때문인지 공간이 세분화된 반면에 전통한옥 평면은 각 실이 다양한 용도로 사용함에 따라 아파트보다 각 실의 공간이 세분되지 않았다. 2)한옥평면도에서 대청이 거실로 변화하였을 뿐 두 평면도 모두 시대의 변화에도 불구하고 거실공간이 통합도가 가장 높았다. 3)한옥공간은 서로 공간이 통하는 통합성 성격이 강하지만 현대화된 한옥표준설계도는 분격성 공간의 성격이 강한 것으로 분석되었다. 4)일반적인 생각과 달리 아파트에서 안방의 통합성이 높았고 한옥평면도에서는 침실과 안방은 분격성이 높았다. 5)한옥평면도에서는 옛날과 달리 툇마루의 기능이 많이 감소한 반면에 사랑방에 부속된 누마루가 분격성 공간으로 분류되었다. 아파트에서는 피난공간이 분격성이 가장 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 즉 한옥표준설계도는 현대의 생활에 적응하면서 변화되어 있었다.

최근 재건축에 대한 규제가 강화됨에 따라 리모델링에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있는 추세이며, 기존 아파트의 경우에도 발코니 확장 등을 목적으로 내력벽을 철거하는 등 아파트 평면에 대한 변경사례가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 이와 같은 평면변경에는 구조안전에 대한 검토가 반드시 수반되어야 함에도 불구하고 이에 대한 인식은 크게 부족하며, 리모델링과 관련한 기존의 연구도 대부분 경제성 향상 측면에 초점을 맞추고 있어 구조적 안전성 측면에서의 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근 진행되고 있는 리모델링 사례 및 국내 대형 건설사들의 아파트 평면분석을 통해 아파트 평면변경에 수반되는 평면변경요소를 추출하고 이의 적용에 따른 구조요소별 응력변화 영향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 벽체축력은 독립 벽체를 제거하였을 때, 슬래브 모멘트는 ㄱ자형 벽체를 맞닿은 수직벽체와 함께 제거하였을 때 가장 불리한 결과를 초래하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 리모델링이나 발코니 확장 등 평면변경을 목적으로 벽체를 제거함으로 인해 유발되는 벽체와 슬래브의 응력변화를 예측하고 평가하는데 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this research is to suggest an improved method of how to apply and operate an average floor height system to rebuilt or redeveloped apartment buildings in general residential areas of Seoul. This research suggested two research findings by a computer simulation study for analyzing the difference between the average floor height of apartment buildings in experimental sites and the average of floors of buildings near experimental sites. The first finding is that an average floor height system should be applied to apartment buildings with a limitation of maximum height at sites larger than $12,000m^2$ in order to control the difference of the maximum height of buildings between apartment sites and their surroundings. The second finding is that the average floor height system should be operated by an appropriate average floor height ratio at sites greater than $50,000m^2$ in order to harmonize rebuilt or redeveloped apartment buildings with their surroundings.

Today, apartment is the primary housing type in Korea. In the past, there were many apartment floor plans in the same design way. There have been changes to complex and luxury plans in these days because people want to fit their own needs and wants to the plans. The primary purpose of this study is to analyze interior design trend of medium-large size apartment after year 2000. For that, this study used 7 different construction companies, 13 apartment complexes and 30 unit plan cases which were on sale from April 2007 to April 2008 in Seoul and the Metropolitan area. The results of analysis are as follows: First, most cases had 4LDK and 2bathroom with a dress-room. Second, characteristics of the interior design showed that the variety finish materials used in the units. For wall finish materials, wallpapers were used in mostly regardless in different areas. For floor finish materials, stone and tile were used in similar ratio in the entrance area whereas wood floor mostly was used in living room and kitchen areas. This study shows some significant characteristics of today's apartment even it has some limitations because of small amount of survey cases. More detailed and deeper study will be done continuously.

Analysis was carried out on the floor impact sound level between existing plan and enlarged plan with balcony remodeled. Because there is no standardized method to measure the floor impact sound for the apartment with balcony remodeled, two sets of sound source and receiver position were applied depending on whether it is enlarged or not. As a result, it is discovered that different positioning of sound source or receiver in the apartment with balcony remodeled could lead to different result.

The purpose of this study was to present basic data for better space plan of the apartment housing. It attempted to examine the possession and space usage of furniture and housing goods in three type floor plan. It also studied in relation to socidemographic variables and physical variables. The major findings were as follows :1) Housewife age, educational level, family income, number of family members were affected variables to the possession of housing goods and furniture except furniture possession to housewife age.2) It appeared similarity in the furnishing of housing goods and furniture in case of same floor plan.3) Generally, the space of living room was used often in furnishing of furniture and housing goods. 4) Linear arrangement of sofa set and corner arrangement of Anbang furniture are a tendency to get a effective space for activities in living room.5) The size of floor plan space was the most powerful variable to explain the possession and space usage of housing goods and furniture.6) The scarce of space result in pressing the household living space hard. The storage space should be planned and chosen after consideration of human factors according to the tastes, character of the users, and the space factors according to the composition of unit plan and the size of each living space. In case of the small size plan, particularly, it needed to the Built-in furniture as a effective method.

Recently, house market is focusing to consumer because competition between contractors is getting more deeply. So they are suppling various plans and changing space to confront lifestyle of consumers. This study has researched types of master rooms and analyzed the Preferences of users, so offers a basic material of master room zoning plan.

In the past thirty years, apartment house has been greatly developed and the housing supply has improved some degree. However, the fact is that interior space planning of apartment house still has a lot of problems. The purpose of this study is to research the change of interior room. The 160 examples of unit floor plan(40-85m2 i.e. 12.1py-25.7py) were selected and classified according to master bedroom type and living room area when was constructed by the city of Seoul and KNHC from 1970 to 1990. And then, the change of each area, size and ratio were analyzed and researched. The result of this research can be summarized as follows: 1. Size of unit floor plan was on the increase from 16.02py to 17.86py. 2. 2 bedroom type, master bedroom showed a rise of size and occupancy ratio. Living room grew larger than 1982-1991 for size and occupancy ratio. 3. 3 bedroom type, master bedroom was increased in size and occupancy ratio was reduced to 19.99%. Size of living room became broader than master bedroom and occupancy ratio(1972-1981) increased over 1982-1991. Through this analysis and research, this study is to provide the basic data for actural design process and to suggest future trend of apartment house.

As a result of supply-oriented housing policy of Korea since the 1960s, the number of apartment housing units has increased up to six million as of the end of 2001 that is 55% of total housing units. Although the needs of placid living environment increases according to the enhancement of residents' living standard, most of construction firms as apartment suppliers plan and design apartment buildings to maximize the profit and give rise the residents' petitions and troubles about floor impact noise. In consequence, the floor impact noise becomes one of principal problems of living environment, and the government placed the obligation of installing the noise isolation materials between upper and lower floors in 2001 and controlling the floor impact noise lower than 60dB from the middle of 2004. In other to provide the fundamental research data to enhance the reduction performance of floor impact sound, in this paper, the factors that influence on the floor impact noise are derived from the survey of many research papers and the performance of various materials used as noise reduction objects are compared and surveyed with the factors in the experiments in field and laboratory.

The purpose of this study is to find out the changes on the metropolitan apartment unit plans based on the interior spaces for women such as master bedroom, bathroom and attached spaces to the master bedroom, living room, diningroom, kitchen, utility room, and balcony. This study used the content analysis method, space syntax. Contents were the floor plans with 3 rooms type and limited to about $105m^2$ among drawings of an apartment encyclopedia. Above all, 174 unit plans were analyzed until now. Specifically, using $S^3$-Convex program, the integration and control value periodically of the interior spaces for women(master bedroom, bathroom and attached spaces to the master bedroom, living room, diningroom, kitchen, utility room) is understood. Second, using SPSS package 16.0, relative size of the interior spaces for women on the unit floor plan is understood periodically. Finally, the changes on the apartment unit plans based on a woman' aspect after 1980's is reanalyzed.
