고성능 바닥충격음 차단구조 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of High Performance Floor Impact Noise Insulation System)

  • For the many years the children's running noise has caused perpetual frictions between neighbors in apartment houses. For this reason the government established a regulation to reduce the floor impact noise, as a result almost all apartment houses have been enforced to use the floor structure with 210mm thickness concrete slab and 120mm thickness of floor heating system since July 2005. If do not want to apply this kind of system, a system which obtain the certification from the institution appointed by government must be applied. In this reason a lot of construction material companies and construction companies have been trying to develop the system with 180mm thickness concrete slab for the purpose of reducing the cost. To develop the optimized floor system, actual size test building were constructed and the materials related with reducing floor impact noise were composited and tested in the test building. Through this procedure the most effective system was found.

  • Heavy-weight impact noise(HN) is the most irritating noise in Korean apartment houses. It has been proclaimed standard floor system of 210mm thick slab with isolation material in the wall type structure. But this regulation is applied only new construction field and is not considered remodeling field. In general, the LN can be reduced by using isolation material but HN is known as relating with stiffness, strength & boundary condition of slab. Therefore it is difficulty in improving the HN on remodeling field. In this study, We conducted the reinforcement of concrete slab using C.F.S.(carbon fiber sheet), steel plate and steel beam after on-dol with isolation material on the remodeling field. As the test results, It appeared using C.F.S was no improved but using steel plate & steel beam were a little improved on HN.

  • The automated chemical analysis shop floor are developed for the environmental pollution problems in our chemical analysis center. This shop floor have the several equipments include weight, pour, dry, heater, boiler, mixture, spectroscopy etc. And the material handling components are made up by the stored stack, conveyore, turntables, robot etc. Computer simulation has been an important tool for these complete design problem. We have designed the arangement of chemical equipments and material flow systems by using the simulator "AutoModII". "AutoMoII" is one of the advanced simulator, CAD-like drawing tools with a powerful, engineering oriented language to model control logic and material flow. The result is the modeling of the chemical analysis system in accurate, three dimensional detail. We could designed the set able layout and scheduling system by using the AutoMoII simulator.   • The aim of this study is to analyze the tendency of the interior materials used for the apartment units of Mixed-use Apartment. One hundred fourteen cases of 15Mixed-use Apartment which were completed or under construction in Seoul and Bundang area before and after the year 2000 were the examples of this research. For the purpose of this research, following contents were analyzed accordingly. 1. The units were devided into entrance, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom; and finishing material of the floor, wall and ceiling of each individual space were analyzed. 2. The units was categorized into three floor spaces(py) such as 30-49py, 50-70py, 80py and above. And each interior material of different floor spaces(py) were analyzed.

  • This study attempted to the effect on the physical performance of silane coupling agent on solventless epoxy-based concrete surface finishing material for parking floor. Tests were carried out in accordance with KS F 4041 and KS F 4937. The results of compressive strength, flexural compressive are 95.6N/㎟, 25.4N/㎟ and after wheel moving load testing, average abrasive depth is 0.96mm, these results satisfied the quality standard of KS F 4041, KS F 4937. As conclusion, this study confirmed that the silane coupling agent greatly effected on the physical performance of solventless epoxy resin.

  • Recently the compound material has interested in using the structural material as the bridge member assembly. It is the lighter material against existing construction material and has excellent durability and economy. The existing floor of bridge has its short period to repair and replace compared to other parts of the bridge with the pavement and the shoe. These deteriorations of usage and safety by aging and corrosion are needed frequent maintenance. The use of compound material as a structural member suggests solve these problems. So this thesis evaluates the static and the fatigue performance for whether there are fiber lamination direction and stress concentration section of FRP floor plate, the compound material.

  • Heating floor is the most profitable system of air heating at poultry houses. THe tubes with heating elements inside are laid into the layer of concrete. To prevent lossese of heat penetration deep into the ground the layer of isolation material is laid below the tubes . The depth of isolation laying in every point of the heating floor may be calculated according to the author's formula using the data of temperature on the floor surface and the tube, the distance between tow nearest tubes, and the distance between the tube and the floor surface. Technological investigations allow to estimate the optimal density for greese and ducks when they are bred on the heatuing floor.

바닥 거칠기 및 미끄럼판 재질에 따른 미끄러짐 특성 연구 (Experimental Study on Slip Characteristics of Floor Surface Roughness and Slider Materials)

  • This paper presented an experimental study of slip resistance characteristics of shoes and floor surface contact with special focus on the effect of surface roughness, outsole material and mechanical abrasion. The factors that affected the results of slip resistances were investigated for four kinds of rubbers and five kinds of floor samples using the VIT(English XL) tribometer. The slip resistance was observed to increase gradually with increasing roughness for five kinds of floor roughness. In the higher surface roughness (larger than $11.5{\mu}m$), the slip resistance increased more rapidly and exceeded safety criteria at $22.60{\mu}m$. The slip resistance was observed to decrease with increasing hardness of outsole, except for butylenes rubber, which seemed to show the material property. The slip resistance decreased with number of trials. In the first several times(5 or 6 trial), the slip resistance decreased more rapidly, whereafter it approached gradually constant value. The slip resistance of surfaces has generally been shown to increase with floor surface roughness and to decrease with hardness of outsole and number of trials under the wet condition.

Material Analysis and Conservation Treatment for Mother-of-Pearl Floor Mirror at Daejojeon Hall of Changdeokgung Palace, Korea

  • In this study, a scientific survey on the material of the mother-of-pearl floor mirror was conducted and conservation treatment processes were introduced. The survey results showed that the mother-of-pearl floor mirror in Daejojeon Hall of Changdeokgung is made of Dalbergia spp., and repair work seems to be done later with shorea spp. FT-IR analysis results showed that the varnishing is similar to the spectrum of lacquer. The metal wheels and metal line decorations set with mother-of-pearl were found to be made of brass based on XRF analysis, and the ingredient ratio showed that these were made in modern times. Foreign materials were stuck on the surface of the mother-of-pearl floor mirror before conservation treatment, which was in a structurally unstable condition owing to some missing submaterials. Conservation treatment was conducted on the damaged area to restore the mirror to its original appearance by using the same species of wood determined from the data obtained through the scientific survey.

콘크리트 슬래브와 바닥 상부구조가 일체된 바닥구조의 바닥충격음 (Floor Impact Noise Level for Concrete Slab Integrated with Floor Finishing Layers)

  • Floating floor is most commonly used at apartment houses in Korea for thermal insulation and reducing impact noise. But it in proven that the floating floor is not effective for reducing the floor impact noise in low frequency range. In most cases, impact sound pressure level under 63 Hz frequency band were actually increased by the resonance of resilient material, lightweight concrete and the finishing mortar installed on it. In this paper, an integrated floor system consist of 70 mm light weight concrete and 40 mm finishing mortar successively installed on the concrete slab was suggested to avoid the resonance. Integrated floor system increases total flexural stiffness and mass per unit area. The natural frequencies of first and second vibration mode were increased and acceleration response and floor impact sound level was decreased in all measurement range.
