  • The solar energy floodgate which discusses will minimize a quotient bringing up for discussion friction resistance and it will do to write a disturbance power, with the base which will reach it will be able to use the solar power unit in order. It is a plan which to magnification supply the practicality and will give proof will the effort with the irrigation facility of the farming village. Magnification supply of the solar energy floodgate which it sees hazard the stack supervisor and the possibility the use against the farmer and the easy frost does the monitoring against and the work which it complements is necessary.

  • In this paper, a method is proposed to accurately and efficiently estimate the equivalent added mass of hydro-dynamic pressure on dam floodgates subjected to earthquake loading. The present method is based on a relatively-simple procedure using on-site vibration measurement and finite element frequency analysis, which is sufficiently practical to be used in the earthquake resistance performance evaluation of dam floodgates.

  • The Nakdong Estuary is complex water system, where sea water and fresh water meet each other. It has undergone the significant change of its environmental conditions since the construction of the Nakdong River Barrier in 1987. Prior to its construction, mixing and circulation processes in the Nakdong Estuary was dominated by tidal current. However, after the dam construction, those processes were greatly altered by the artificial control of the fresh river water discharge. In this paper, the influence of opening and closing the floodgate of Nakdong River on the outflow behavior of estuarine water from the Nakdong Estuary is analyzed in detail.

Change in Agricultural Irrigation Water Quality in Mankyeong River (만경강 수계 농업용수의 시기별 수질변화)

  • The water quality at Mankyeong River was surveyed 13 sites of main stream for 6 months from April to September in 1995 and 1997. The monthly average value of $NH_4-N$, $SO_4^{2-}$ and $Cl^-$ showed the highest peak in April while that of $NO_3-N$ showed the highest peak in August. The monthly average value of COD showed the highest peak in September at high temperature season. Concentrations of $NH_4-N$ and $SO_4^{2-}$ in Mankyeong River stream exceeded the standard water quality criteria in many sites. The water quality of Mankyeong River stream was not suitable for the irrigation source excepted the sites such as Hari, Gosan stream and Soyang stream. The floodgate of Mokcheon, Yocheon, Jeonju and Samcheon stream were rapidly polluted by the sewage of city, otherwise the Iksan stream was rapidly polluted by the sewage of swine. The sum of ionic concentrations in Mankyeong River stream was the highest at floodgate of Yocheon by influence of the sewage from city and industry. The order of the major anions and cations concentration in Mankyeong River stream were $SO_4^{2-}$ > $Cl^-$ > $NO_3-N$ > $SO_4^{3-}$ and $Na^+$ > $Ca^{2+}$ > $NH_4^+$ > $Mg^{2+}$ > $K^+$, respectively.

  • Recently, as the catastrophic disasters due to earthquake happen frequently all over the world, it draws lots of attention to seismic capacity evaluation and/or structural integrity assessment of deteriorated civil infra-structures. However, there have been few studies on the existing dam flood gates, expecially in Korea. In this study, a proper vibration testing method applicable to a dam flood gate has been suggested, since the dynamic characteristics of a darn flood gate can be fundamental data for seismic capacity evaluation or structural integrity assessment. The frequency domain decomposition technique has been incorporated for modal parameter identification. Two kinds of vibration tests using an impact hammer and ambient vibration sources were carried out on two types of dam floodgates with different shapes. Through the field tests, the effectiveness of the ambient vibration tests were verified.

Also amendment AMC condition it will be cool and it uses and the AGNPS model conference the result which it occurs, analysis and regression analysis of actual flow for as 0.992 very the possibility of getting the result which is good there was a decisive coefficient which is cool. But the gun is (T-P) with the total nitrogen (T-N) decisive coefficient each as 0.794 and 0.849 the presumption which is reliability generally will pay and with the fact that it will be the possibility of getting it is judged.

A Study on the Relation between Riverbed Structure and Pollutant Concentration in Downstream of Nakdong River (낙동강 하류의 하상구조와 오염물질과의 상관관계 연구)

  • This study was performed to investigate the relationship between concentrations of heavy metals in sediment and the depths of 27 sampling sites along the West Nakdong river in downstream of Nakdong River. The deepest site was Kangdong bridge nearby 20ft. From here, the depth was shallowed to Chidong gradually. In each site the smaller mesh was, the liger concentration of heavy metal becomed. Concentration of Zn, Cd, Cr and Cu at inflow point of Shinoe stream was 576.016 ppm, 262.307 ppm, 68.674 ppm and 61.634 ppm, respectively, the concentration was the higest at this point. From here, it was lowered gradually. The concentration of heavy metal at inflow point of Joman river was 155.328 ppm, 56.485 ppm, 25.200 ppm and 31.172 ppm, respectively, those concentrations were liger than other points with the exception of Shinoe stream. Therefore, woman river and Shinoe stream were the major source of pollution in West Nakdong river. Among two sources Shinoe stream was more important source of pollution. West Nakdong river has become lake by Noksan floodgate because it's pollution has had influence on Bonglim.

  • 수문의 개폐는 모터에 의한 회전이 권양기에서 감속 되고 증폭된 회전력이 랙에 의하여 직선 운동으로 바뀌어 회전 방향에 따라 상하로 움직여 열리고 닫히게 된다. 권양기는 상부 모터, 감속기, 메인 감속 장치, 동력 차단장치, 좌측 동력변환장치, 우측 동력 변환장치로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 핀잭식 권양기의 최적 설계를 위하여 보조기어와 메인기어 트레인의 구조 해석, 진동해석 및 설계와 하중에 버틸 수 있는 상부구조물 몸체의 최적 설계를 통하여 설계변수를 확립한다.

  • To protect water pollution and scarcity in lake and river, water quality monitoring applications have become important tools to understand the change of aquatic ecosystem. KLEON (Korean Lake Ecological Observatory Network) is designed to manage and share the ecological observations. The various kinds of water quality and phytoplankton observations are collected from the selected observatories such as seven lakes/rivers/wetlands. To deeply understand the collected observations with weather, KLEON also manages the observatory information such as lake, dam, floodgate, and weather. The accumulated observation and analyzed results are used to improve the water quality index of the observatories and encourage the ecologists' cooperation.
