The purpose of this study was to find out apparel fit satisfaction according to item (jacket, pants, skirt) by body perception and body satisfaction. This research was done by a survey method. Statistical analysis such as frequency, a percentage, arithmetic average, standard deviation and Pearson's correlation, Crosstabs(Chi-square) were used for data analysis.

The patterns of mother-child personality match were investigated in the study. Further, the impact of goodness-of-fit between mother′s and child′s personality on maternal childrearing behaviors, child′s self-esteem, and child′s emotional intelligence was explored. The participants of this study were 1,060 fifth graders and their mothers from four different cities(Seoul. Suwon, Daejon, and Daegu). Six patterns of mother-child personality match were derived through cluster analysis and discriminant analysis. The most harmonious pattern in which maternal childrearing behavior was positive and child′s self-esteem and emotional intelligence were high appeared between mothers and children with high "stability" and "superiority" The least harmonious pattern was shown for the mothers with low "responsibility" and "reflectiveness" and high "dominance′and "sociability", and the children with low "stability" and "superiority".

본 논문에서는 국내에서 옥외에 설치한 계기용변성기의 화재원인을 분석한 것이다. 이는 KSC IEC와 같은 공인된 규정에 의해 준수되었고, 현장에서 입증이 가능하도록 전개되었다. 결과적으로, 공정의 마무리가 불량한 계기용변성기의 개스킷 부분에서 화재 원인을 찾아내었다. 화재 과정을 추정하면, 미체결 개스킷에 기인한 계기용변성기에 수분이 침투한 것이다.

The goodness-of-fit test for multivariate normal distribution is important because most multivariate statistical methods are based on the assumption of multivariate normality. We propose goodness-of-fit test statistics for multivariate normality based on the modified squared distance. The empirical percentage points of the null distribution of the proposed statistics are presented via numerical simulations. We compare performance of several test statistics through a Monte Carlo simulation.

Since glass-fiber reinforced composite decks have high-strength, light-weight and high durability, many researchs on the composite decks for bridges are currently performed and many composite decks are developed. In this paper, a composite deck with snap-fit connection for pedestrian bridge is developed and studied. A study on behavior of snap-fit connection of composite deck for pedestrian bridge during assembling or disassembling is performed by analysis and experiment.

Whether to use linear or quadratic model in the analysis of regression data is one of the important problems in classical regression model and measurement error model (MEM). In MEM, four goodness of fit test statistics are available In solving that problem. Two are from the derivation of estimators of quadratic MEM, and one is from that of the general $k^{th}$-order polynomial MEM. The fourth one is derived as a variation of goodness of fit test statistic used in linear MEM. The purpose of this paper is to find the most powerful test statistic among them through the small-scale simulation.

본 연구는 개개인에게 최적 맞음새를 제공하는 남자 맞춤 재킷 소비자들을 대상으로 신체 부위별 치수 및 재킷 치수를 측정하여 여유량을 산출하였고, 또한 여유량 특성을 파악하기 위해 각 여유량을 신체 특성, 연령, 신체 인식정도 및 선호하는 재킷 실루엣별로 비교 분석하였으며 동시에 소비자들이 재킷 전체 맞음새를 고려할 때 중요하게 여기는 부위를 연령 및 체격별로 분석하였다. 신체 치수에 따라 가장 민감하게 여유량이 변화한 부위는 가슴둘레였으며 허리둘레와 엉덩이둘레의 여유량은 신체 치수보다는 재킷 실루엣을 위해 조정되는 부위였다. 신체 치수 다음으로 맞음새와 여유량에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 연령이었다. 또한 재킷의 전체 맞음새를 위해 소비자들이 가장 중요하게 여기는 부위는 어깨의 맞음새였으며 특히, 피트되는(fit)스타일을 선호하는 소비자들은 전체적으로 각 부위별, 특히 허리 맞음새에 특별한 관심을 보였다. 자신의 신체에 대한 인식 중 엉덩이에 대한 인식에 따라 가슴둘레, 허리둘레, 엉덩이둘레에서의 선호 맞음새가 달랐다. 또한 뚱뚱하다고 생각하는 소비자들이 오히려 여유가 적은 허리둘레 맞음새를 선호하였으며 이는 허리둘레 여유량을 조정함으로써 전통적인 재킷 실루엣을 유지하기 위한 것으로 해석 할 수 있다. 이상과 같이 각 체격별로, 연령별로 그리고 선호 스타일별로 중요하게 여기는 맞음새 부위와 실제 재킷 부위별 여유량이 달랐으므로 기성 재킷 생산 업체에서는 타겟 체형 및 타겟 연령에 따라 재킷 부위별 여유량과 맞음새 중요 순위 및 그 정도를 달리하여야 소비자 만족도를 높일 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구에서는 개인-직무 적합도가 직무성과의 미치는 영향관계와, 그 관계에서 일의 의미의 조절효과, 직무열의의 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 기업 조직에 근무하는 304명으로부터 설문 데이터를 수집하였고, 상관관계 분석 및 회귀분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 사실적 개인-직무 적합도와 인지된 개인-직무 적합도 간에는 유의미한 상관관계가 존재하며, 인지된 개인-직무 적합도는 직무성과를 유의하게 예측한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 개인-직무 적합도와 직무성과의 영향도 관계에서 직무열의의 매개효과가 존재하며, 개인-직무 적합도와 직무 열의의 영향도 관계에서 일의 의미의 조절효과가 존재하였다. 본 연구는 사실적 개인-직무 적합도와 인지적 개인 -직무 적합도의 상관관계를 실증하였으며, 개인-직무 적합도는 직무열의와 같은 정서적 변인을 매개로 하여 직무성과에 영향을 미친다는 것을 밝혔다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 조직 관리자의 입장에서는 채용된 직원의 특성에 적합한 직무환경을 제공하고, 직원들이 개인-직무 적합도에 대해 어떻게 인지하는지를 관리하는 방안이 필요하며, 특히 직원들이 일을 통해 자신의 성장이 촉진되고, 공공선에 기여한다는 인식을 가질 수 있도록 지원할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

There have been many problems due to deformation in industry field. Especially, it is severe in parts with small size and thin thickness and in products that must have excellent airtightness and anti-noise. The countermeasures for this deformation in field have mainly been dependent on the rule of trial and error by operator's experience because of productivities. Systematic study about this product with deformation is also insufficient that deformation is complex problem with shape, size, material of product, joining method and conditions, etc.. It is efficient to apply CAE technique without influence on productivity to this problem. There is, however much difference between the result analyzed by CAE and appearances in working field because of the insufficiency of communication between simulator and worker and of sensing data for boundary condition in analysis. In this study, to solve this deformation problem, we intend to make a simulation model that is adapted from working conditions by tuning and feedback between sensing data and simulation results. This paper include temperature monitoring and make a heat transfer model using sensing data in product as previous step for deformation analysis. The heat transfer analysis of shrinkage fit process is considerably difficult due to contact heat transfer between case and core. To solve this contact problem, gap element is used in present study.

Objectives: One aim of the study is to compare filtering facepiece masks for healthcare workers between Korea and other countries. The other is to emphasize the importance of fit testing for these masks using an analysis of previous research. Materials: An extensive literature review was performed by searching a number of websites and existing studies. Results: KF94 and KF99 masks certified by the Korean CDC are suitable for healthcare workers as filtering facepiece masks. The standards for these respirators are similar to FFP2 and FFP3 of EN 143 and 149. The performance, such as filtering efficiency, is almost the same between KP94 and N95. It was found that fit testing of respirators for healthcare workers was important to reduce infection risk. Conclusions: KF94 should be emphasized as filtering facepiece masks for healthcare workers rather than N95. Even though Korea has no fit testing regulations, implementing fit testing in healthcare settings is strongly recommended to decrease infection risk.
