This study was conducted to analyze the actual wearing conditions and body fit preferences of the middle-aged women's ready-to-wear lower body clothing. The aim was also to analyze lower body recognition, lower body satisfaction, fit preferences and size satisfaction according to age and degree of girth size. A questionnaire was developed and administered to 300 middle-aged women aged 34 to 59. Statistical tests such as descriptive analysis, crosstabs, and X²-tests were conducted to analyze the data and ascertain the differences between the ages. Lower body satisfaction and recognition were compared by T-test. Also, Anova was used to analyze lower body recognition, satisfaction, fit preferences, and size satisfaction according to age and degrees of girth size. The results indicated that women aged 50 to 59 were more dissatisfied with the ready-to-wear sizing system and because of their body shapes had changed, their need for a larger size range system had also increased. Moreover, the element that most affected their purchase of ready-to-wear lower body clothing was the design followed by the size. The women, especially of the ages 50 to 59, showed a tendency to he dissatisfied with their lower bodies and they recognized that their lower bodies had thickened compared to women aged 34 to 39 and 40 to 49. Analysis of body satisfaction, recognition, and fit preference according to girth size showed that the group of larger girth size recognized that their lower bodies were thicker and were more dissatisfied and preferred looser fittings than the groups of smaller women.
Background: The aim of the study was to test the validity and reliability of the Perceived Future Decent Work Securement Scale for Turkish nursing students. Methods: A cross-sectional, methodological study design was used. The study was carried out at three nursing undergraduate programs in Turkey during the academic year of 2020-2021 with 336 senior nursing students. Language validity and content validity analyses were performed for the scale adaptation, followed by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) for construct validity. The reliability of the scale was determined using the test-retest and Cronbach's alpha internal consistency coefficient. Results: The scale-content validity index score was 0.988. In CFA, all goodness-of-fit indices verified the acceptable fit of the model; its root mean square error of approximation was 0.076; the normed fit index was 0.909; the standardized mean square residual was 0.097; the relative fit index was 0.881; the goodness-of-fit index was 0.915; the adjusted goodness-of-fit index was 0.872 and χ2/df = 2.932. The overall reliability was α = 0.86. The item-total correlations of the scale were above the acceptable level, and the test-retest analysis had a high correlation. The access to healthcare (14.68, SD 3.53) obtained the highest average score, and the adequate compensation (8.52, SD 3.76) was the lowest rated by the senior nursing students. Conclusion: The Perceived Future Decent Work Securement Scale is a valid and reliable scale to assess nursing students' future decent work securement.
To enhance the design and comfort of waist-protection corsets, this study analyzed the product characteristics of five types of posture-correction corsets that are available commercially. Additionally, subjective evaluation of the corsets was conducted on women aged 20 to 60 years, in terms of design, material preference, fit, comfort, degree of correction, freedom of movement, tightness, and convenience of front fastening. Following product analysis, the five corset types were divided into: two soft, one semi-hard, and two hard types in terms of the degree of elongation. As a result of pattern analysis, the soft type was designed to improve fit by reflecting the body curvature, whereas the semi-hard and hard types were relatively flat. Through the wearing sensation assessment, the hard type manufactured by company S was the best in terms of design, material, fit, comfort, correction degree, and freedom of movement. The soft type was average in design, material, and fit while relatively poor in the correction degree and tightness. The results indicated that soft materials, flexible bones with appropriate tension, patterns designed to snugly fit the body with large curvature at the top and bottom for better inflection, and adjustable support belts that can be double-fixed are crucial elements in improving the corset design to boost the comfort of wearing. These study results are helpful in the development of waist-protection corsets with excellent wearing comfort and design appreciated by customers.

This study compares the interrelation of fit factor(FF) and visual acuity test by the order of wearing preference between Particulate filtering face piece respirators(PFFR) and glasses for 54 participants. Glasses fitting factors is Optical Center Height(OH), Vertex Distance(VD) and Pantoscopic Angle(PA) or Visual acuity. We measured those factors and expressed by the ratio of standard point and change point. Quantitative fit factor was measured by Portacount Pro+ 8038 and compared the result of preference of wearing order between respirators and glasses. Also, we selected to 6 exercises among 8 exercises OSHA QNFT (Quantitative Fit testing) protocol to measure the fit factors. The pass/ fail criterion of FF was set at 100. Visual acuity test chart is developed by Chunsuk Han was used, Descriptive statistics was performed. Descriptive statistics(SAS ver 9.2), it is used geometric means, Wilcoxon analysis, peason correlation(P=0.05) Fit factor was increased when the respirator was worn before wearing the glasses(p=0.000) and decreased for visual acuity(p=0.000) The negative correlation was showed between OH and Overall fit factor(r=-0.409, p=0.002). Among 54 participants, 11 participants(20.3%) were worn respirator before wearing glasses and 1 participant(1.9%) was worn glasses before wearing respirator. The overall fit test showed the higher level was investigated for the group of participants wearing respirator before wearing glasses in 6 exercises. Also, overall fit factor were increased when participants wore glasses prior to respirator(16.6) to respirator prior to glasses(36.6). Visual acuity were increased when participants wore respirator prior to glasses(93.8) to glasses prior to respirator(106.0). Finally, comparison result of overall fit factor and visual acuity were glasses first choice from mask first choice. The results showed that higher overall fit factor was investigate when the participants wore the respirator prior to glassess at all. The results implied that it is important to maintain the overall fit factor and visual acuity according to the consideration of OH for glasses fitting when worker wore respirator and glasses at the same time.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate marginal fit of four all-ceramic crown systems 1) conventional In-Ceram, 2) copy-milled In-Ceram using Celay system, 3) IPS Empress, 4) OPC(Optimal Pressable Ceramic). All ceramic crowns were made on epoxy dies. The fabricated crowns were sandblasted, cleaned with ultrasonic cleansing, silanated, and cemented with Bistite composite resin cement. the selected marginal areas of the crowns were the labial, lingual, mesial, and distal surface. Each selected area of surface was $0.6{\times}1.6mm$ in dimension. The image of each marginal area was captured to computer files using DT-55 Frame Grabber and light microscope connected CCD camera. The marginal gaps were measured every $70{\mu}m$ using computer image analysis program. The results obtained were summarized as follows : 1. The marginal fit of four all-ceramic crowns were significantly different from each other(p<0.01), and mean marginal fit values obtained were $31.42{\pm}16.52{\mu}m$ in conventional In-Ceram, $55.45{\pm}27.90{\mu}m$ in copy-milled In-Ceram using Celay system, $44.36{\pm}24.59{\mu}m$ in IPS Empress, $47.21{\pm}20.42{\mu}m$ in OPC. 2. In the marginal fit of conventional In-Ceraw and copy-milled In-Ceram crowns using Celay system there was no significant difference between mesiodistal and buccolingual surface, but in the marginal fit of IPS Empress and OPC crowns, there was significant difference between mesiodistal and buccolingual surface(p<0.01). 3. The marginal fit of four kinds of all-ceramic crowns was clinically acceptable.
The study purpose was to test the validity and reliability of the Korean version of the Revised Stress Appraisal Measure (RSAM) to assess stress appraisal in undergraduate students. Internal consistency reliability, construct and criterion validity were calculated using IBM SPSS Statistics 21 and AMOS 21 program. Survey data were collected from a convenience sample of 296 undergraduate students enrolled in five universities in G city and C area, South Korea. The Korean version of RSAM categorized into 5 factors explaining 68.4% of the total variance. The model of five subscales was validated by confirmatory factor analysis (p<.001, Goodness of Fit Index, Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index, Normed Fit Index, Comparative Fit Index >.08, Root Mean Square Error of Approximation=.056). In criterion validity, the scores for the scale were significantly correlated with the Perceived Stress Scale-Korean. Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the 19 items was .73~.89. The Korean RSAM showed satisfactory construct and criterion validity and reliability. Thus it may be an appropriate instrument for measuring stress appraisal in Korean university students.
In this paper, we draw upon Task-Technology Fit theory to investigate the fit attributes which impacted on customer preference over three virtual shopping channels which included TV home shopping, Internet shopping, and broadband applications, i.e. IPTV. The fit attributes also reflected the product category contingency, which is classified based on the degree of quality assessing difficulty on the web, such as quasi-commodity, look and feel goods, and look and feel with variable quality goods. Using the collected survey data, we employed stepwise regression analysis to validate the fit attributes in the context of performing virtual shopping task via those three distinctive media technologies. Furthermore, through ANOVA test with Duncan statistics, we reported comparative intensity of the valid fit attributes across the product categories and distinct media technologies. The results validated four critical fit attributes and significant distinctions among product categories and three virtual shopping channels. The findings provide practical insights in distribution channel design exploiting digital convergence technologies.
This study is designed to analyze the similarity of fit and appearance between 3D virtual torso length sloper with real torso length sloper according to three 3D virtual clothing simulation programs (Optitex, CLO 3D, i-Designer), three body types (A, N, H) and fit status. We selected three representative body type models of females aged 20~30 and got their direct body measurements. Using these body measurements, we developed three 3D avatar body models and made three torso length fitted sloper with long sleeves. Thirty expert fit judges consisting of technical designers and graduate students assessed the similarity of fit and appearance between 3D virtual clothing and real clothing by observing images classified into front, back and side scene. We conducted ANOVA and post-hoc analyses to compare fit and appearance between real clothing and virtual clothing depending on three program. The results showed that CLO 3D represented fit and silhouette most similarly among the programs, especially girths, width and length. i-Designer tended to be relatively good to represent stress fold amount and silhouette. Optitex was assessed relatively better in expressing ease amounts in torso girths and armscye girths, but relatively worse for width, length, stress fold amount and silhouette.
