국소마취제가 Synaptosomal Plasma Membrane Vesicles의 유동성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Local Anesthetics on the Fluidity of Synaptosomal Plasma Membrane Vesicles Isolated from Bovine Brain)

  • 국소마취제의 약리학적 작용기전을 탐구키 위하여 소의 신선한 대뇌피질로부터 synaptosomal plasma membrane vesicles(SPMV)를 분리한 후 그 소수성 중심부의 microviscosity에 미치는 국소마취제의 영향을 pyrene 형광 probe법으로 측정한 결과 lidocaine HCI과 procaine HCI이 microviscosity를 낮춘다는 것을 알았고 그 정도는 procaine HCI에 비하여 tidocaine.HCI이 더욱 컸다. 또 국소마취 제 가 dimyristoylphosphatidylcholine (DMPC) multilamellar liposomes의 상전 이온도를 낮추며 cooperative unit크기를 감소시킨다는 것도 시차 열량분석법으로 알게 되었다. 상전이온도와 cooperative unit 크기의 감소 정도는 dibucaine HCI>tetracaine HCI>lidocaine HCI > procaine HCI의 순이었다.

동지나해 저서어류의 자원조사 연구 - 2 . 저서어류자원의 음향학적 조사 ( 1989년 ) - (Investigation of Demersal Fisheries Resources of the East China Sea - 2 . Hydroacoustic - Bottom Trawl Survey , November 1989 -)

  • 동지나해의 어업자원량을 정량적으로 평가하기 위한 시도로서, 부산수산대학교와 일본 북해도대학이 공동으로 실시한 제1차 동지나해의 저서어족자원조사중에서 계량어군탐지기를 이용하여 수집한 각종의 기초자료를 분석, 검토한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 동지나해의 24회 조사 Line에서 저층 Trawl에 의해 어획된 어종수는 총 96어종이고, 1시간 예망당 평균어획량은 58.8kg/hour이었다. 2. 저층 Trawl을 행한 수탐층(약 4.5m)에 분포하는 어군의 평균체적산란강도는 25KHz와 100KHz에서 각각 -63.9dB, -67.3dB로서 저주파수의 경우가 고주파수보다 약 3.4dB 더 높았다. 3. 전수탐층(송수파기과 해저간)에 분포하는 어군의 평균체적산란강도는 25KHz와 100KHz에서 각각 -61.9dB, -67.0dB로서 역시 저주파수의 경우가 고주파수보다 약 1.5dB 더 높았다. 4. 저층 Trawl을 행한 수탐층에 분포하는 어군의 평균체적산란강도(SV, dB)와 이 때 어획된 전위제적당의 평균어획량(kg)으로부터 추정한 kg당의 평균반사강도는 25KHz와 100KHz에서 각각 -23.6dB/kg, -26.3dB/kg로서 저주파수의 경우가 고주파수보다 약 2.7dB/kg 더 컸다.

2007년 남해안 멸치의 산란밀도와 어장가입 (Spawning Density and Recruitment of Janpanese Anchovy, Engraulis japonica in the Southern Sea of Korea in 2007)

  • 우리나라 남해안에서 멸치의 주 산란기인 2007년 5월부터 8월까지 멸치 난자치어의 분포와 해양환경요인과의 관계를 분석하고, 권현망에 의한 해역별 어획량과 체장조성 자료와 종합하여 멸치의 시공간 분포 변화를 분석하였다. 1. 멸치의 난은 5월부터 8월까지 분포하였으나, 분포밀도는 7월에 가장 높고 8월에 가장 낮았다. 2. 난의 주 분포해역은 남해도와 거제도 간 해역이며, 난이 많이 채집된 곳의 수온범위는 $15{\sim}24^{\circ}C$, 그리고 염분범위는 32~34이었다. 3. 멸치의 자치어의 분포밀도는 난의 분포와 같이 남해도와 거제도 간 해역에서 높았다. 4. 고흥반도와 거제도 간 해역에서 권현망어업에 의한 2007년 멸치 어획량은 통영이 11,409톤, 마산이 4,137톤, 사천이 2,487톤, 그리고 여수가 4,411톤으로 대부분이 남해도와 거제도 사이 해역에서 어획되었다. 5. 고흥반도와 거제도 간 해역에서 권현망어업에 어획된 멸치는 3~4월에는 큰 멸치(4.6 cm 이상)가 많았고, 8월 이후에는 0.7 cm의 소형에서부터 13.0 cm의 대형 크기까지 분포하였다. 작은 멸치(4.6 cm 미만)는 연안측 가까이에서 많이 분포하였고, 큰 멸치(4.6 cm 이상)일수록 어장의 외해측에 분포하여 멸치는 내만측에서 어린 시기를 보내고 성장하면서 외해측으로 이동 확산해 나가는 것으로 볼 수 있다.

  • 본 연구는 한국에서 상업적 중요성을 가지며 국민 선호도가 높은 살오징어의 자원상태를 파악해 보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 기존 살오징어 자원평가 연구와의 차별성으로 두 가지를 고려하였다. 첫째, 한국에서 살오징어를 어획하는 업종들의 어획 자료를 자원평가 분석에 최대한 활용하였다. 둘째, 살오징어를 공동 어획하는 인접국인 중국과 일본의 어획 자료를 모두 포함하여 자원평가를 실시하였다. 구체적인 분석에 있어서는 어획량 기반 자원평가 모델인 Monte Carlo 방법을 활용한 CMSY(catch-maximum sustainable yield) 모델과 Schaefer 함수를 기반으로 한 Bayesian state-space(BSS) 모델을 이용하여 활용 가능한 자료의 종류와 범위에 따라 '한국' 그리고 '한·중·일'로 해역 범위를 구분하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 살오징어 자원량은 감소하는 추세를 보이고 있으며, 현재 최대지속어획량을 달성할 수 있는 자원량 수준보다 낮은 것으로 추정되었다. 살오징어 자원을 지속적으로 이용하기 위해서는 개별 국가들의 적극적인 자원관리 노력이 필요하며, 특히 한·중·일 공동 자원조사 및 평가 그리고 관리 방안 마련이 필요하다.

동해구중형트롤어업의 어구어법 및 제도 개선에 관한 연구 (Fishing gear and method and improvement of regulation of the middle sized trawl fishery in the East Sea of Korea)

  • This study attempted to help determine Korean fishery policies by proposing improvement plans after examining the current regulations, fishing vessels, fishing gear and fishing methods of the middle sized trawl fishery in the East Sea for targeting only squid. In general, the size, engine horse power, and net length of the middle sized trawlers are between 50 and 60 GT, 1,200 and 1,600 PS, and approximately 165 m with four seamed trawl nets, respectively. While a jigging vessel attracted squids using lights, the trawler approached a jigging vessel. The trawler let the jigging vessel know its decision for fishing, and then jigging vessel rolled up jigs. The net of the trawler was casted at 45 degrees between the bow and the stern of the jigging vessel. Once the trawler towed close to the stern of the jigging vessel upon its passing of the jigging vessel, the bow of the trawler turned 45 degrees left again. Then, squid aggregations were entered into the net. When the cod end was passed a light vessel, the trawler hoisted the net up to the otter board. Then the trawler turned 180 degrees. It repeated three to five times of fishing operations as the previous method. We recommend that the regulations allow nineteen side trawlers to catch like stern trawler, as well as the cooperative trawler and jigging vessel operations.

Blended Learning 환경에서 문제해결력 강화를 위한 스토리텔링 교수학습 모형 개발 (Development of an Storytelling Instructional Model for promoting problem-solving ability in a Blended Learning Environment)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop storytelling Instructional model for promote problem-solving in a Blended learning Environment. To achieve the purpose, the study was performed by dividing into two stages. First, the draft of storytelling Instructional model was proposed by performing a literature survey and a case study. Second, the draft model was applied to the actual work. And the draft was modified and developed to the final model on the basis of the draft model's strength and implemented to 28 students who were the sophomore of child care education department and enrolled the profession class of at S University for 6 weeks. From the implementation result of the model, it was obtained that there was the positive reaction on applying storytelling technique to the beginning stage of learning. Instructional model storytelling consists phases Preparing to perform Storytelling, Building the team and role sharing team, Problem providing, Planning for problem solving, Brend Story structuralization, Cooperative Learning and Problem solving, announcement of the results and evaluating and reflection of general. And then learning supporting components for a facilitator and a learner were prepared for each process. Established in a Blended learning Environment was created based on all-line, how to teach and learning supporting organization. Final Model was suggested as a blueprint for stages actual learning which was consisted of a introductory storytelling part, an main storytelling part and a post storytelling part.

어촌 소득 증대 방안에 관한 연구 : 어업외 소득을 중심으로 (A Study on Policies to Increase the Income of Fishing Villages Focused on Non-fishing Income)

  • The reduction of fishing grounds due to the establishment of EEZ system among China, Japan and Korea together with the depletion of fish resources by pollution of waters and successive reclamation projects along the east and the south coastal lines has made many problems in coastal communities including the decrease of population, the deepening aging phenomenon in the fishery society and the fall of relative income level compared with those of rural and urban residents. Especially, the income level of a fishing household is 90%. of a rural resident and 70% of a urban resident. The income of a fishing household consists of 55% of fishing income, 20% of a agricultural source, 20% of income from non-fishing areas, and 10% of transferred income. Compared with that of a Japanese fishing household which has more diverse income sources such as 62% of income coming from non-fishing areas through being hired in manufacturing firms, etc., that of Korean ones is highly dependent upon fishery and agriculture, so that the diversification of income sources is urgently needed, especially in non-fishing areas. This paper shows that as a model to upgrade fisherman's income level, firstly, it is necessary to enhance the value-added of fishing products through processing and new innovation of distribution process and, secondly, to promote tourism in fishing villages. To ascertain this model, a questionnaire survey to fishermen was carried out and showed that they expressed a strong support for the increase of income by the value-added process through processing and innovative distribution system and the active introduction of tourism in fishing villages. A case study on Gosan cooperative in Jeju was also introduced to identify the rationale of the suggested model and this study proved the validity of the model again. Conclusively speaking, to level up the fisherman's income requires the value- added activities through the introduction of product processing and new distribution system together with the introduction of marine tourism in fishing villages.

남극연구에 대한 국가 간 협력연구 동향 분석 (Research Trend Analysis on International Research Collaboration in Regard to Antarctic Studies)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze research activities related to Antarctic science through a bibliographic study and to understand and evaluate the implications. This study is based on 78,445 articles which were retrieved from the Science Citation Index(SCI) database during the period 1998-2015. Through a quantitative analysis and a Social Network Analysis, we made several findings and drew out the implications. First, many countries, in general, have increased multi-national research cooperation in order to enhance research productivity. However, Korea's cooperative research activity is below the average level. Second, considering the 4 centrality indexes, which are derived from the SNA, Korea had a lower score in terms of centrality indexes. Based on these findings, Korea should formulate a more dynamic or proactive strategy in order to enhance its participation in international research cooperation efforts. Korea, the 10th country to build two or more research bases in Antarctica, should make greater efforts to bring the appropriate level of the phase.

후계어민 육성을 위한 어촌지역 중등교육과 사회 교육의 연계방안 (A Research on a Joined Project of Social Education and Village Secondary School Education for Raising The Number of Successors to Fishery)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relation between social education and secondary education of seaside and sea village schools for supporting the successors to fishery. Objects of the study were five groups; 321 fishermen, 107 staff members of a Fishery Guidance Center, 1, 001 students, 306 teachers of sea villages, 193 staff members of a Fishery Cooperative Association. The total number of people being object of this study was 1, 876 persons. The questionaire used for this study was made after preliminary counseling with fishermen in sea villages and teachers in seaside schools. The results of this study are as follow ; 1) About the value of Fishery and successors to Fishery There have been more positive responses than negative ones to the question on the value of fishery. The main reason for positive responses lies in the potentiality for development of fishery but the negative responses are because of the heavy work. 56.8% of the respondents expected an increasing number of successor to fishery, but 43.2% of the respondents had a negative foresight on that problem. The negative respondents stated that the fisherman that moved from the sea villages to the urban areas are responsible for the none increasing numbers of successors to fishery. Most of the respondents answered that government support is needed in order to increase the number of successors to fishery. 2) Social education for Fishermen Only 40% of fishermen know the Fishing Village Guidance Center as the main institute for social education. 94.17% of the respondents prefer plural institutes to single ones. 5.9% of the respondents answered with opposit opinions. 40.4% of the respondents answered that technical teachings has not often been practised. The reason why technical teaching does not often come into effect are as follows; lack of technical expertise, insufficient concern of staff members of the Guidance Center or the Cooperation Association. Also fishermen answered that the Fisherman Guidance Center does not often practise technical education. The Fishery Cooperation Association with its social education for fisherman takes the role of education for the economical way and carries out financial assistance. The relationship between the Fishery Cooperative Association and fishermen is presented satisfactory. However, the frequency of education is not satisfactory. Indifferences between staff members of the Fishery Cooperative Association does not carry out fishery education very often. Also loaned money matters were not satisfactory. 3) Secondary education for Fishery This study showed that it is desirable that the practical course of middle schools in islets and seaside villages take education on fishery ; however, a few schools only take the practical course fishery. Most of the fishery high schools want computer education as a new recommendable course. The students of fishery high schools want computer education as a new recommendable course. The students of fishery high schools have problems with scientific terms in the text books for the practical of fishery high schools have problems with scientific terms in the text books for the practical courses. Over 80% of the respondents agreed that the principals of schools in islets and sea side villages should be men having majored in fishery. 4) The connection between social education and secondary education for fishery a. It is desirable that the principal and vice principal of secondary schools in islets and sea side villages are men majored in fishery. b. It is recommendable that fishery courses are taken as practical courses in fishery village schools for it is helpful to relate between the vocation and the district's special character, as well as to built up relation between the middle school education and the fishery high school education. c. The teachers of fishery high schools and the officials of government offices which are related to fishery should work together to realize a program on teaching various kinds of techniques and give other useful informations to fishermen. d. During the vacations the fishery high school could be used for the social education of fishermen. Seminars on fishery technique and cultural aspects could be held. Especially a spiritual education which is needed for the improvement of the society of fishermen could be achieved by a cultural education. e. On the state level a financial support to raise the number of successors to fishery, a national policy for the betterment of the life of fishermen, as well as active publicity activities are necessary. f. A financial support of the government for raising the number of the successors to fishery is needed. For this purpose a fishery education performed on a state level would be desirable.

어획어종의 다변량분석에 의한 1인승 연안어선의 분류 (Classification of One-Crewmen Coastal Fishing Boats by the Fish Species caught with A Multivariate Analysis)

  • 천엽현암화전(千葉縣岩和田)어업협동조합에 소속하는 1인승어선이 어획한 7어종항목에 대해서 어획금액이 높은 어종항목으로 어선을 분류하여, 다시 이들을 판별함수로 분류한 결과, 6그룹으로 분류할 수 있었다. 이들 그룹은, 방어류를 주어종으로 하는 G1그룹, 넙치류를 주어종으로 하는 G2그룹, 가다랭이 참치류를 주어종으로 하는 G3그룹, 오징어류를 주어종으로 하는 G4그룹, 저서어류를 주어종으로 하는 G5그룹, 기타어류를 주어종으로 하는 G6그룹이다. 1인승어선 총척수의 대부분의 평균어획금액은 10년동안 400만엔에 미치지 못하는 G1, G2 및 G6그룹에 속하고, 전업어업에 종사하지 않는 어선들이었다. 그리고, 7어종의 어획금액에 관해서 주성분분석을 행하여, 제1주성분에서 제4주성분의 주성분득점으로 각 그룹을 고찰한 결과, 끌낚시어업에 의한 방어류와 넙치류를 주어종으로 하는 G1 G2그룹, 가다랭이 참치류와 오징어류를 주어종으로 하는 G3 G4그룹과 저서어류를 포함하는 G5그룹, G1 G2그룹과 유사하지만 자망에 의한 어획이 주된 G6그룹의 3그룹으로 다시 크게 분류할 수 있었다. 그러나, G1 G2그룹과 G3 G4 G5그룹의 일부분이 중복된 것에 대해서의 해석은 앞으로의 연구과제라 할 수 있다.
