사회복지담당공무원의 직무스트레스, 직무만족, 이직의도의 수준 및 관계에 대한 실증적 연구: 직렬간 비교를 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on the Level and Relationship among Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention in Social Welfare Officials : Focused on the Comparison between Series of Classes)

  • 본 연구는 충남 북 지역의 주민센터에서 사회복지 업무를 담당하고 있는 공무원 291명을 대상으로 하여 그들의 직무스트레스, 직무만족 및 이직의도 수준을 살펴보고, 이 변수들간의 관계를 살펴보았다. 자료분석을 위하여 PASW Statistics 18.0을 이용하였다. 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무스트레스와 이직의도는 사회복지직이 행정직보다 더 높았으며, 직무만족은 행정직이 사회복지직보다 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무만족 및 이직의도에 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해서 살펴본 결과, 사회복지직은 직무스트레스의 직무요인이었고, 행정직은 직무스트레스의 조직요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 기초하여 각 직렬에 따라 직무만족을 향상하고 이직의도를 감소하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 본 연구는 사회복지 업무를 담당하는 공무원에 대하여 사회복지직과 행정직으로 나누어 그들의 직무와 관련한 요인의 수준 및 관계에 대해 처음으로 분석했다는 점에서 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

여성 관리자의 교육훈련과 삶의 만족의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과 분석 (An Analysis of a Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction on the Relationship between Education and Training of Female Managers and Life Satisfaction)

  • 연구의 목적은 여성관리자를 대상으로 교육훈련, 직무만족 및 삶의 만족간의 관계를 분석하고, 교육훈련과 삶의 만족의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 분석하는 것이다. 여성 관리자 패널조사(Korean Women Manager Panel Survey) 6차 자료를 활용하여 총 1,381명의 자료에 대하여 기술통계분석, 상관분석, 신뢰도 분석, 선형회귀분석, Baron & Kenny의 3단계 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육훈련은 직무만족에 유의한 정의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육훈련은 삶의 만족에 유의한 정의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무만족은 삶의 만족에 유의한 정의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 직무만족은 교육훈련과 삶의 만족의 관계에서 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 학문적, 정책적 시사점을 살펴보면, 여성근로자의 교육훈련, 직무만족, 삶의 관계에 대한 연구가 보다 활발히 수행될 필요가 있다. 여성근로자의 선순환적 교육, 일, 삶의 관계가 형성될 수 있도록 기업, 사회 및 국가의 제도와 정책을 개선해야할 것이다.

  • 본 연구는 아버지의 직업 역할 만족도, 부모 역할 만족도, 양육행동 간의 관계를 비롯하여, 아버지의 부모역할 만족도가 직업 역할 만족도와 양육행동 간의 관계에서 매개적 역할을 하는지에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 서울 및 경기도에 소재한 어린이집 중 임의로 선정한 6곳의 어린이 집에 다니는 만 3-5세의 자녀를 둔 376명의 아버지를 대상으로 실시하였다. 아버지의 양육행동, 직업 역할 만족도, 부모 역할 만족도 척도를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS19.0 프로그램을 이용하여 직업 역할 만족도가 양육행동에 미치는 영향, 아버지 부모 역할 만족도가 양육행동에 미치는 영향, 아버지 직업 역할 만족도가 부모 역할 만족도와 부모 역할 만족도가 양육행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 위계적 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 직업역할 만족도가 부모 역할 만족도에 영향을 주어 양육행동에도 영향을 미치고 있음이 확인되었다.

보육교사의 프로틴 경력태도와 무경계 경력태도가 직무만족과 경력몰입에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Protean Career Attitude and Boundaryless Career Attitude on Job Satisfaction and Career Commitment in Daycare Teachers)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of protean career attitudes and boundaryless career attitudes on job satisfaction and career commitment in daycare teachers. The subjects in this study were 269 inservice daycare teachers who worked in childcare centers in the metropolitan cities of Busan and Daegu. Methods: As for data collection, a survey was conducted for approximately four weeks from January 3 through 31, 2020, and correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were calculated to analyze the collected data in order to address the research questions of the study. Results: The findings of the study were as follows: First, the protean career attitudes and boundaryless career attitudes of the daycare teachers had a positive correlation with their job satisfaction and career commitment. Second, whether the protean career attitudes and boundaryless career attitudes of the daycare teachers affected job satisfaction and career commitment was analyzed. The self-directedness and value orientation of the protean career attitudes of the daycare teachers and their boundaryless career attitudes exercised an influence on job satisfaction and career commitment. Conclusion/Implications: The findings of the study suggest that the protean career attitudes and boundaryless career attitudes of daycare teachers are crucial factors that have an impact on job satisfaction and career commitment.

건강가정지원센터 종사자가 경험하는 작업사건이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향: 정서반응과 직무만족의 매개효과 (The effects which work events were experienced by employees on the service quality in local healthy family support center: mediating effect of affective reaction and job satisfaction)

  • The purposes of this study were to examine effects which work events and affective reaction were experienced by employees on job satisfaction and service quality in local healthy family support center for family health enhancement. For the purpose, survey were conducted with employees working in 56 local healthy family support centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi region, and final data were resulted from analysis of 319 examines of those employees. The results of this study were as follows. First, work events had a significant effect on the affective reaction. Second, affective reaction had a significant effect on the job satisfaction. Third, job satisfaction had a significant effect on the service quality. Fourth, affective reaction worked as mediators between the work events and job satisfaction, affective reaction and job satisfaction worked as double mediators between work events and service quality. Based on those findings, we can propose practical and political implications towards improving service quality considering the work experience of personnel in the healthy family support center.

6시그마 성공요인이 직무만족과 품질성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Success Factors of Six Sigma on Job Satisfaction and Quality Performance)

  • This study is an empirical study on the relationships among success factors of six sigma(support of top management, education and training, performance-based reward, customer and quality focused thought), job satisfaction, and quality performance. In particular, mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between success factors of six sigma and quality performance is empirically analysed to find causes and impacts among these variables. A survey was conducted on the employees working in 'H' company which is applying six sigma at Ulsan City. The survey questionnaires were sent to 300 people and 216 of them were returned. Data obtained was analyzed with SPSS 18.0. The study results are as follows: First, there were positive relationships between critical success factors of six sigma(except support of top management) and job satisfaction. Second, there was also a positive relationship between job satisfaction and quality performance. Third, there were also positive relationships between critical success factors of six sigma(except support of top management) and quality performance. Finally, job satisfaction were full mediating effects on the relationship between critical success factors of six sigma(education and training, performance-based reward) and quality performance. Critical success factors of six sigma(customer and quality focused thought) had a partial mediating effect on quality performance. On the other hand, support of top management had no mediating effect on quality performance.

가정 내 변혁적 리더십 수준과 직업만족도 - 서울시 직장기혼남녀를 대상으로 - (The Level of Transformational Leadership in Family and the Job Satisfaction: - Focusing on the Workers in Seoul -)

  • The main purpose of the current research was to induce the importance of manners through the relationship between the level of transformational leadership in the family and the degree of job satisfaction in workers. It also examined positive variants that can enhance the degree of job satisfaction. The data from 250 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. The main results of the present study are as follows: First, the level of transformational leadership in the family tended to be relatively low, although it was good at the intellectual stimulus leadership among the sub-dimension of the "Family Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire." Moreover, communication, status, and education level turned out to be most influential background variables. Secondly, the score for job satisfaction that is recognized by the workers appeared to be less than average. It seemed that relative comparison in the level of life, communication and education level were the most influential variables. Indeed, the result of stepwise regression analysis showed that transformational leadership made a comparatively high contribution to job satisfaction. Therefore, it is important to keep in mind that a worker's leadership development is a main source of maintaining job satisfaction.

  • Competitions among domestic foodservice businesses get more intense as the presence of new competitors has rapidly increased. For the past decade, our domestic foodservice industry has shown outstanding growth and overcome poor industrial environments. The poor work conditions employees suffer from will cause negative effects on organization values and effectiveness. Although facing severe problems, most of foodservice businesses do not take aggressive counteraction to eliminate these issues. With this in mind, the study has been implemented to empirically investigate the effects of the foodservice business on organization values and organization effectiveness and then to utilize the findings of the study to develop various marketing strategies for the foodservice industry. The findings of the study were as follows: first, with respect to the effects among organization values, job satisfaction, and organization loyalty, the organization value was found to have positive effects both on job satisfaction, and organization loyalty. The findings demonstrated that the levels of job satisfaction and organization loyalty of employees may be increased by promoting organization values, as positive relationships were found between organization values, job satisfaction, and organization loyalty of employees. second, organization values were found to have a positive effect on organization loyalty. Therefore, job satisfaction should be considered as a key factor for achieving overall organizational loyalty of employees in the foodservice industry.

A Study on Franchisee's Sustainable Performance: The Role of Work Engagement and Financial Performance

  • Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effects of job satisfaction regarding the franchisee's continuous operation intention. In addition, it intends to investigate the mediating effect of work engagement in the relationship between job satisfaction and sustainable performance of the franchisee. Research design, data and methodology: 361 survey data were collected and analyzed using SPSS 24 and AMOS 24. To assess the model for goodness of fit, indexes such as TLI, CFI, RMSEA were used. Moreover, SEM method and bootstrapping were used for hypotheses testing. Results: The results of this study are as follows. First, the relationship between job satisfaction and the employee's continuous operation intention was significant. Second, it confirms that indeed job satisfaction positively affects work engagement. Third, it was found that work engagement had positive (+) effects on the franchisees' financial performance along with its continuous operation intention. Fourth, work engagement was found to mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and continuous operation intention of the franchisee. Conclusion: We found that job satisfaction of the franchisee is related with continuous operation intention through work engagement and financial performance. Hence, by demonstrating the empirical evidence which has been insufficient so far, this study contributes to the theory accumulation regarding the franchisee's continuous operation intention.

내재적 동기부여가 직무만족과 직무몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 분배공정성과 절차공정성의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Intrinsic motivation on Job Satisfaction and Job Involvement : focus on the Moderate Effects of Procedural justice, Distributive justice)

  • 본 연구에서는 조직 구성원의 내재적 동기부여가 직무만족과 직무몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하고, 또한 내재적 동기부여와 직무태도 변수인 직무만족, 직무몰입의 관계에서 조직공정성의 조절효과를 실증 검증하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내재적 동기부여는 직무만족과 직무몰입에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 둘째, 조직공정성의 조절효과는 내재적 동기부여와 직무만족간의 관계에서는 분배공정성의 조절효과가 나타났으며 내재적 동기부여와 직무몰입간의 관계에서는 절차공정성의 조절효과가 나타났다.
