본 연구의 목적은 공공병원을 대상으로 감염병 예방관리의 관점에서 법 제도, 감시체제, 대응관리체계가 조직시민행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치며 조직신뢰의 조절효과를 검증하고자 한다. 연구의 절차로 이론적 논의와 실무적 관점에서 감염병의 예방적 대응과 시민들의 협력적 행동의 인과적 관계에서 조직신뢰의 조절효과를 확인하는데 의미가 있다고 본다. 분석결과 감염병 예방관리에서 감시체계와 비상대응체계보다 강한 관계를 나타내고 있으며, 그 중요성이 높다고 보고 있다. 그 이유는 해외여행과 교류가 과거보다 훨씬 증가하였고, 이에 대한 감염경로 비중이 다소 많은 비중을 보이기 때문으로 본다. 따라서, 향후 공공병원을 운영하면서 조직신뢰의 중요성이 주목받고 확고한 이론적인 기반을 토대로 현장에서 실효적인 조직관리가 이루어지기를 기대한다.

기업이 사업 전략을 수립하고 이를 지원할 조직 인프라를 구축하는 전략적 연계는 기업의 경영 활동에 중요한 과제이며 경영학계의 주요 연구 대상이다. 조직을 운영하는데 있어 효율적인 전략과 정보시스템은 조직의 성공여부를 좌우하기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구는 조직과 정보기술간의 전략적 연계에 관한 연구의 연장선상에 있는 전략적 연동모형을 분석틀로 도입하였다. 전략적 연동 모형은 사업전략, 조직 인프라, 정보기술전략, 정보기술 인프라라는 네 개의 요소를 갖는다. 이러한 전략적 연동 모형이 실제 기업 현장에서는 어떠한 형태로 나타나고 있는지 고찰해 보기로 한다. 사례기업은 IT로 경영 혁신을 추진하는 충남 공주에 위치한 농업벤처기업이다. 주력 제품은 한살림과 초록마을 등에 납품하는 두유와 채소액이다. 이 회사의 제반 경영활동을 전략적 연동모형을 통해 분석하여 기업전략과 정보기술 전략간에 존재하고 있는 적합도(fit)를 탐구해 본다.

This study focuses on the fact that the Korean traditional design application appears as one of the trends for a planning technique to express an apartment as a healthy, clean and environment-friendly dwelling recently. Focusing on this, this study tries to apply the characteristic of Han-Ok to an apartment unit plan more compositively beyond the fragmentary design application of existing preceding researches. To do this, the space organization, residential space and housing design elements of Han-Ok are deducted through preceding researches and case studies and proposes a plan by applying this to the apartment plan with a floor plan of about $132m^2$(40 pyeong). The apartment unit plan containing the characteristic of Han-Ok proposed in this study is planned based on the floor plan of about $132m^2$(40 pyeong) which is distributed the most in the city of Seoul. It has an advantage in terms that it can be individually applied not only when a construction firm progresses business anew carrying the banner for a Korean-style apartment but also an existing residents can apply through remodelling. Meanwhile, it has a limit that the diversified space sense and the advantage of an airy Han-Ok cannot be applied to many parts of the design due to the characteristic of an apartment of diverse height change. If a measure to secure constructability and economic feasibility while reflecting diverse differences of floor-level of an apartment can be prepared in follow-up researches, much more various advantages of Han-Ok can be put into the apartment design.

This article consists of 3 parts. Part I is multi stakeholder approach on Internet governance system. Part II is analysis of the Korean Internet governance system. In this part, I explain relevant laws in Korea, including Korean Internet Address Resources Act. Part III is my suggestion on Korean Internet governance system using a multi stakeholder approach. First of all, the keyword of the Internet governance system is decision making process: that is, consensus based versus top-down approach. Then who are major players in Internet governance in national level? Government, or Private sectors such as business and civil society. Korean legal system for Internet governance shows a top-down decision making process. Major players are the government (that is, Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning) and KISA affiliated with the government. Other players include Internet Address Policy Committee, Korea Internet Governance Alliance, and NGOs. The key statute for Internet governance in Korea is Internet Address Resources Act of 2004. Articles 3 and 5 require the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning to take a proactive role in Internet governance. The government shall consult with the Internet Address Policy Deliberation Committee for Internet governance. Yet this Committee is established under the control of the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning. All members of this Committee are also commissioned or nominated by the Chairman of the Ministry. Meanwhile, there are also non-official organizations, including Sub-committee on Address & Infrastructure of Korea Internet Governance Alliance. I suggest to reform decision making process of Korean Internet governance system based on BOTTOM-UP process for CONSENSUS BASED DECISION. My suggested system includes the following: (1) The government hands over a major role in Internet governance to INDEPENDENT Internet policy organization. And the government participates in such organization as ONE of the players. (2) Nomination of this committee member must be bottom-up process for a genuine multi-stakeholder model including civil society, commercial organization, end-users and experts. (3) The government should establish plan for supporting the private sector's international activity on the long-term basis.

공공기록물법 제정 20년이 넘었으나, 기록 외의 업무 등으로 기록관리 전문인력이 기록물 관리에 몰입하기 어려운 현실이다. 기록관리 비(非) 전문인력이 주류인 조직, 특히 개별 행위보다 부서장 중심 행위에 대한 몰입을 강조하는 육군에선, 기록물관리에 대한 몰입 및 전문성 발휘가 더 어려울 수 있다. 이에 따라, 본 연구는 육군 기록관리 전문인력의 전문직몰입과 조직몰입 간의 관계를 파악하고, 전문직성이 전문직과 조직에 대한 이중몰입에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 육군의 공식 승인을 받아 야전에서 기록물관리 임무 수행 중인 135명 중 104명(77.0%)으로부터 응답을 회수하여, 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석 등을 실시하였으며, 평행모델을 접근법으로 채택하였다. 분석결과, 1) 전문직몰입과 조직몰입은 상호 보완적 관계로 이중몰입이 가능하며, 2) 자율성의 전문직성 강화가 오히려 조직몰입 향상에 기여한다. 3) 전문직성 중 소명의식이 높을수록 전문직몰입은 높아지지만 조직몰입은 낮아졌으며, 가치관에 의한 갈등은 전문직몰입과 조직몰입 모두를 떨어뜨리는 이중몰입의 공통결정요인으로 도출되었다. 본 연구를 통해 비(非) 전문인력이 주류인 조직에서의 기록관리 전문인력이 갖는 전문직성의 의미를 고찰하고, 몰입 향상 방안을 도출할 수 있을 것이다.

기업의 "회사소개" 페이지는 기업이 중요시하게 여기는 가치가 무엇인지를 소개하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이에 관한 글이 회사의 현재 및 미래의 재무성과의 연관성을 조사한다. 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용하여 2016년의 S&P500 기업의 기관 정보를 분석하여 회사소개 페이지에서 의도적으로 반복되는 단어를 파악하고, 이를 통해 요인분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과 홈페이지의 키워드는 6가지 요인으로 분류될 수 있음을 알 수 있었고, 그후 최소 자승 회귀분석을 수행하여 키워드의 요인과 기업의 현재 재무 성과 사이의 연관성을 결정하였다. 분석 결과 요인 2("구매 경험"과 관련된 키워드)가 현재 재무 성과의 대체 변수인 ROE와 긍정적인 상관관계가 있음을 보여주며, 요인 1("고객에게 알림"과 관련된 키워드)은 ROE와 부정적인 관계를 가짐을 알 수 있었다. 다만, 요인 1은 기업의 미래 재무 성과를 측정하는 대안 변수인 Tobin's Q와 긍정적인 관계가 있었다. 이 결과는 기업의 웹사이트에 소개된 글과 기업의 재무 성과 사이에 관계가 있음을 나타낸다. 따라서 웹 사이트에 대한 기관의 소개글은 현재 회사 성과 및 미래 회사 가치에 대하여 유용한 지표가 될 수 있다.

As business environment becomes dynamic, complicated, and networked, viability is important not only for the firm itself but also for its partners. It is needed a broader view to understand and to improve competitiveness of an organization, which is defined as the business ecosystem view. In this research Korean financial market is to be defined as a business ecosystem. The Korean financial market consists of Bank of Korea as the keystone, a number of major financial institutions as flagship entities, and other members in the ecosystem. Since dynamic interactions among members of the ecosystem are done through IT, the financial ecosystem's competitiveness is based on IT competence. In this paper, it is suggested a new view of business ecosystem on the Korean financial market structure and the role of IT to enhance the healthiness of financial ecosystem.

Organizations are increasingly adopting Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) to effectively manage knowledge within the organization and realize firm and operational level benefits. However, many KMS implementations fail to yield desired outcomes due to the lack of understanding of the antecedent of successful knowledge management. Prior studies have established that organizational cultural values are one of the key enablers of knowledge management. We develop a computational model of organizational knowledge processes and employ simulations to examine the impact of KMS in different organizational cultural settings. We find that cultural values that govern the employees' predisposition towards seeking knowledge from others have a greater influence on KMS effectiveness than those that govern the employees' attitudes towards sharing their knowledge with others. We also find that organizations with cultures that foster high levels knowledge sharing behaviors can expect performance gains if KMS implementations incorporate knowledge seeking activities into the employees' work processes.

This study develops a contingency fit between client IT capability and vendor competence in IS outsourcing relationship by integrating both the contingency theory in organization and the relationship theory in IS outsourcing. By adopting a fit as a moderation, the relationship intensity of IS outsourcing is hypothesized to be influenced by the fit between client IT capability and vendor competence, thereby leading to the success of outsourcing. The testing data was obtained from 20 IS outsourcing projects from both clients and vendors in Korea. The research model proposed in this study was then tested using the structural equation model (SEM). As expected, the result shows that when there is a fit between client IT capability and vendor competence, higher level of relationship intensity and outsourcing success exhibits. The findings have significant impactions for further research and practice.

Recently, we experienced a case of rare neurilemmoma originated from intercostal nerve [9th] in the right chest wall in a 25 year old male officer. The tumor was incidentally found in the routine chest X ray, where the round well circumscribed mass tumor the ninth rib with notching and sclerotic margin, suggesting slowly growing benign benign of chest wall was revealed and the tumor mass was easily extirpated in the exploratory thoracotomy, with uneventful recovery. Grossly, the tumor was firm, partly soft and well circumscribed, measuring 4.5X3.0X 3.0 cm with yellowish smooth outer surface, attached with intercostal nerve trunk. Cut surface exhibits partly grayish white and largely hemorrhagic areas. Microscopically, the characteristic palisading arrangement of schwann cells and Verocay bodies are seen but dominant features are cystic degeneration and hemorrhage with organization and fibrosis. The sheath of intercostal nerve and capsule of neurilemmoma were con joined. There is no evidence of malignancy. The tumor was confirmed as neurilemmoma of intercostal nerve, Antony type B.
