  • Emergency response of fire prevention manager has an effect on decisive emergency exit behavior of customer who is not accustomed to emergency response in a large-scale shopping department on fire. Especially enclosed stairways in a large scale store are usually located in back space where is impossible for customer to access. Therefore, speedy emergency exit inducement by fire prevention manager is needed for the customer's safe egress. The object of study is to analyse the factors affecting egress behavior and emergency response of fire prevention manager in respect of fire prevention management.

  • 본 연구는 건축구조물의 내장재 및 실내장식물 등의 연소 성상 DB를 바탕으로 화재 성상을 예측할 수 있는 기존 모델인 칼슨모델(B.Karlsson) 및 퀸티어리모델(J.G.Quintiere)을 비교, 분석하여 그 절차 및 차이점 등을 분석한 후 국내 가연물 연소성상 DB를 토대로 개구조건 및 건물구조 등을 고려한 화재성상 시뮬레이터 개발을 위한 기초 조사 자료이다. 조사 결과 칼슨모델과 퀸티어리모델의 차이점은 우선 초기 착화영역과 착화의 판단 및 연소면적 등에서 차이가 있었으며 향후 이를 기초로 실험 결과와 대비를 통한 분석을 수행 할 예정이다.

  • There are lots of buildings with their deterioration in wholesale markets which have high concentration that can cause big fire due to difficulty of installing fire protection system in fire compartment, absence of safety awareness, access by many and unspecified people. There had been big fire that caused by these kind of fire weakness such as Seomun Market's in 2005 which costed tens of millions dollar, Dongmun Shopping District’s with 7 casualties. Now counter-measure against these fire is urgently needed. This study drew characteristic of current condition of wholesale markets and the one classified by main agent, fire cases and prevention of fire through statistical data. Also, current condition of fire prevention management and actual state were investigated by conducting a survey of person in charge of fire prevention and current practician. As a result, it was shown that securing professionalism of fire prevention, improvement of structural weakness of buildings, obtaining reliability on performance of fire protection system and internal fire education against practician in the market are needed.

Consideration on Fire-prevention Facilities for Wooden Cultural Heritages (목조문화재 보존을 위한 소방시설에 대한 고찰)

  • Wooden cultural heritages have many factors of fires and structural characteristics vulnerable to the fire extinguishing. Also, they are surrounded with forests and so remote from fire stations, which make it difficult to handle it quickly when fires break out. Wooden cultural heritages made of wood materials belong to the general fire in a Class A. Taking characteristics such as a smoldering and a backfire from the that fire of wooden materials into consideration, extinguishing the fire by the cooling system is the most effective. If the fire can't be put out at the early stage, it is almost impossible to protect wooden cultural heritages from the fire, because wooden structures can be destroyed in a high temperature and in a short time and it takes around average 7 minutes to reach its peak of flames in the process of a fire. According to the geographical and environmental situation of the cultural heritages, currently, the fire-prevention facilities such as the auto fire detector for the prompt detection, the water mist fire suppression system for the 1st early and urgent fire suppression and the outdoor fire hydrant and the water curtain etc. for the 2nd full-scale suppression and the prevention of the fire gaining force are being installed for the wooden cultural heritages.

  • Current fire safety in the construction sites has developed piecemeal over a considerable period of time. However, the law and regulation of fire safety is insufficient to protect fro in the construction sites. The frequency of fire in the construction sites is very rare but it brings longterm deterioration durability of building structure and large scale industrial calamity. There are many process of works and each work deals with many kind of flammable material, so it is very difficult to find a proper safety fire prevention. This study executed the questionnaire and fire experiment of the welding work to provide effective fire prevention counterplan.

  • 문화재의 경우 국가의 역사를 대변하고 있는 중요한 시설로서 매년 그 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 목조 문화재의 화재는 지속적으로 발생하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 점을 반영하여 2005년 낙산사 화재의 개요에 대해 알아보고 낙산사 화재 이후 약 6년간의 낙산사 복구 과정 중에 소방 시스템의 변화에 대해서 분석하고자 한다.

  • When a fire breaks out in a distribution center, it causes a lot of damage. And the most casualties are caused by Fire accidents. Therefore, training for fire prevention should be mandatory at the distribution center. Also, the contents of education should be different in room temperature warehouses and low temperature warehouses. Fire education in low-temperature warehouses should be more emphasized. This is because many fires occur in low-temperature warehouses. In this study, a study was conducted to determine the important order of training hours and contents for fire prevention education according to the type of distribution center. The importance of time and content for safety education in all types of warehouses did not differ significantly. It was first decided that safety prevention training should be conducted periodically in all types of warehouses

  • 최근 건축물은 초고층화의 경향을 보이고 있으며 이에 따라 하중감소 및 에너지 절약을 위한 외장재를 사용하고 있으나 화재 안전성은 고려되지 않아 화재 위험성이 증가되고 있다. 또한 높은 층수에 의한 바람의 영향이 증가하여 화재 시 큰 변수로 작용될 위험성이 있다고 판단되었다. 이에 초고층에서의 화재 안전과 관련 규정이 추진되고 있으나 여전히 미흡한 실정이며 화재 안전 대책이 강구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 초고층건축물의 화재 시 외장재와 바람이 화재 성상에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 2010년 부산에서 발생한 초고층 주상복합건축물의 화재 사고를 FDS를 통해 분석한 결과, 화재 시 풍속을 적용한 경우가 적용하지 않은 경우에 비해 빠른 수직, 수평 화염 확대를 보였으며, 높은 최대 HRR값을 보였다.

  • 최근 국내의 경우 FDS를 이용한 성능설계, 화재영향평가 및 피난안전성평가와 더불어 화재조사분야에 이르기까지 다양한 분야에서 활발하게 사용되고 있는 반면 FDS의 소스코드의 분석 및 검증등과 관련한 연구는 매우 미비하며 그결과 또한 구체적인 문제점제시보다는 FDS를 활용하여 실험결과와를 대비하는 수준에 머물러 있는 상황이다. 따라서 본연구는 FDS의 검증을 위한 외국사례를 조사분석하여 향후 국내에서 FDS의 활용시에 대한 주의점 및 향후 한국에서의 활용을 위한 개선방안을 도출한 것이다.
