  • This study is to organize the manual for the safety accidents in campsite. For this, analyzing the types of safety accidents and reviewing the regulations of campsite. Through theoretical considerations, the problem was diagnosed and the elements of improvement were presented. Eventually, part of the Responsive and Preventative Behavior manuals were developed to organize 'Preparation Behavior Manual'. Especially, examples of safety accident prevention behavior manual were divided into: 1st, suffocation, 2nd, traffic accident, 3rd, fire, 4th, and electrical accident. "S.A.F.E.", An example, was created with the accident specific initials that were more frequently caused. Furthermore, it was emphasized that it is necessary to process of understood by the user. Subsequent studies recommended the study of cases, improvement of safety management indicators, and the specialization of campground manager and safety guard.

Evaluating meteorological and hydrological impacts on forest fire occurrences using partial least squares-structural equation modeling: a case of Gyeonggi-do (부분최소제곱 구조방정식모형을 이용한 경기도 지역 산불 발생 요인에 대한 기상 및 수문학적 요인의 영향 분석)

  • Forest fires have frequently occurred around the world, and the damages are increasing. In Korea, most forest fires are initiated by human activities, but climate factors such as temperature, humidity, and wind speed have a great impact on combustion environment of forest fires. In this study, therefore, based on statistics of forest fires in Gyeonggi-do over the past five years, meteorological and hydrological factors (i.e., temperature, humidity, wind speed, precipitation, and drought) were selected in order to quantitatively investigate causal relationships with forest fire. We applied a partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM), which is suitable for analyzing causality and predicting latent variables. The overall results indicated that the measurement and structural models of the PLS-SEM were statistically significant for all evaluation criteria, and meteorological factors such as humidity, temperature, and wind speed affected by amount of -0.42, 0.23 and 0.15 of standardized path coefficient, respectively, on forest fires, whereas hydrological factor such as drought had an effect of 0.23 on forest fires. Therefore, as a practical method, the suggested model can be used for analyzing and evaluating influencing factors of forest fire and also for planning response and preparation of forest fire disasters.

  • 본 연구에서는 석탄광산 선탄장설비와 국소배기시스템의 일부를 모형화하여 포집특성과 유동특성실험을 수행하였으며 동일조건에서 수치해석을 수행하여 그 결과를 비교 검토하였다. case 5가 46.35%의 가장 높은 포집효율을 보였으며 실험의 3가지 변수 중 고무 커튼의 사용유무가 국소배기시스템의 포집효율에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다. 또한 case 1, 5, 6에 대해 포집된 입자크기 확인 결과, 포집성능이 우수한 case 5가 입경 $20{\mu}m$ 초과 입자들이 약 55%로 가장 많이 포집된 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 제어거리는 0.5m 이상이 적절한 것으로 판단된다.

  • Diazotization of three aminopyridine such as 3-amino-2-chloropyridine, 5-amino-2-chloropyridine, and 3-aminopyridine were investigated. Preparation of pyridinediazonium tetrafluoroborates were carried out employing two different methods. Diazotization of aminopyridines with a chlorine substituent in the pyridine ring were conducted in acidic aqueous solution with sodium nitrite in 70% and 74% yields respectively. 3-Pyridinediazonium tetrafluoroborate without any ring subsituent was unstable in an aquous solution and the diazotiation of 3-aminopyridine was proceded in an anhydrous methylene chloride-etherial $BF_3$ solution with tert-butyl nitrite in 40% yield.

  • Hyaluronic acid(HA)는 보습성, 생체적합성, 고점도성의 특징이 있는 수용성 다당류로 분자량에 따라 보습, 탄성, 점성 등이 달라진다. 또한 피부의 침투성 또한 분자량에 가장 큰 영향을 받는다. 본 연구에서는 HA를 저분자화하여 10만Da-1천Da의 저분자 히알론론산을 제조하고 이를 아세틸화하여 항주름 및 항염활성을 측정한 결과 분자량이 낮은 분자량일 수록 우수한 항주름 및 항염활성을 나타내었으며 아셀틸화한 것이 하지 않은 것에 비하여 높은 항주름 및 항염활성을 나타 내었다.

  • In this study, isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and dimethylolbutanoic acid (DMBA) were used on the basis of poly caprolactone diol (3M, 3.5M, 4M, 4.5M) for the synthesis of water-based polyurethanes for coating on skin layers of leather. Tensile strength, elongation, and adhesive strength of the prepared samples were measured. As a result of measuring the tensile strength, the tensile strength was found to be 4.09 kgf / ㎟ when 3 moles were applied, and 1.071 kgf / ㎟ when 4.5 moles were applied. Elongation was 366 % when 3 moles of PCL were applied, and 709 % at 4.5 moles. Adhesive strength was 2.887 kgf / cm when 3 moles of PCL was applied and 0.998 kgf / cm when 4.5 moles were applied.

  • 플라스틱인 ABS와 탄산칼슘 복합소재에 사용되는 carrier resin과의 상용성 기술개발을 이용하여 무기충진재인 탄산칼슘의 최적 입도와 분산제 등의 첨가제 Recipe 확보를 통한 복합소재의 제조기술 개발하고, 이들 제조된 복합소재를 ABS에 최대 40%까지의 적용하는 기술과 함께 기계적 특성 및 충격강도, 그리고 수지 내의 무기충진에 따른 분산성을 조사하였다. 무기 충진 ABS의 시제품을 제조하여 물리적, 기계적, 열적 특성시험을 거쳐 최적의 탄산칼슘 복합소재 생산기술을 개발하였다.

Preparation and Properties Measurement of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate / Water-dispersed polyurethane composites

  • In this study, 2-hedroxyethyl methacrylate (2-HEMA) was graft synthesized on water-dispersed polyurethane using polytetramethylene ether glycoll (PTMG), and then the film of resin was prepared and the physical properties of polyurethane resin were measured. The mechanical properties of the synthesized polyurethane resin were measured by using FT-IR, UTM, adhesion performance measuring instrument. As a result of tensile strength measurement, the tensile strength of HPUD4 with high 2-HEMA content was increased to $5.05kgf/mm^2$, the elongation was measured as 285% of the HPUD1 sample not containing 2-HEMA and adhesive strength of HPUD4 sample was measured at 9.1 sec to 635 psi.
