도매시장은 20년 이상의 노후화 된 건물이 많고, 구조적 특성상 건물의 밀집도가 높아 방화구획 등 연소확대 차단시설 및 소방시설의 설치 곤란, 안전의식의 부재, 불특정다수인의 출입 등으로 인하여 대형화재가 발생할 수 있는 시설이다. 이러한 취약요소 등으로 인하여 수백억원의 재산피해가 발생한 2005년 서문시장 화재, 7명의 사상자가 발생한 2005년 서울 동문상가 도매시장 화재 등 시장에서 대형 화재가 자주 발생하고 있어 이에 대한 대책이 절실한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 도매시장의 현황 및 구성주체별 특성, 화재사례 및 방재적 특성을 통계자료 등을 통해 도출하였고, 도매시장의 방화관리 현황과 화재안전관리 실태 등을 도매시장 방화관리자 및 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 방화관리업무의 전문성 확보, 건물의 구조적 취약요소 개선 및 소방시설의 성능적 신뢰성 확보, 시장 종사자 소방교육의 내실화 등이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.

연구목적: 본 연구에서는 연중화, 대형화하는 산불사고 현황과 대응체계를 살펴보고 현장 대응체계의 문제점을 파악하여 산불사고 안전관리의 개선방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 국내외 문헌 조사와 관련 웹사이트, 통계청 및 산림청의 최근 산불사고 통계를 통해 산불 사고 원인, 피해 규모를 조사하고, 국내외 산불사고 대응체계 분석하여 산불사고 안전관리의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연구결과: 최근 발생한 산불 발생 원인분석과 국외 대응 사례를 통하여 대응체계와 전문인력 측면의 산불사고 안전관리 개선방안을 도출하였다. 결론: 산불 안전관리 개선방안을 크게 2가지로 분류하여 제시하였으며, 추가 관련 연구를 통해 구체화해 나가야 할 것이다.

Many traditional architectures of Korea were lost due to fire accident caused by various reasons. It has been reported that faulty electric facility is the major cause of fire. Protecting and preserving the traditional architectures under current management system and electric facility regulation are difficult. Therefore establishing early stage fire extinguishment process and management system is urgent as well as eliminating the cause of fire.

Development of the economy and the growing income of people interested in the leisure and health has been focused. Past the town common wells and groundwater around the water, but health is a priority these days to solve the drinking water directly from tap water, but most people work from home, through the water purifier has been resolved. Depending on seasonal changes and personal taste of coffee, if you can enjoy a snack and water purifier is a restaurant, lounge, public areas and focusing on the rapid spread of the fire, water purifier as compared to the total number of fires increased by 0.03% per year trend on, but the washrooms fire and fire-related research data and case studies with analysis of the exact cause lack of proper preventive measures are insufficient reality. In this study, focusing on electrical energy using a water cooler to understand the structure and principles of fire, the fire revealed the mechanism is vulnerable to the consideration of factors, the exact cause of the fire investigation and the Assistant, manufacturing defects, and to contribute to fire prevention review should.

When a fire breaks out, it is difficult to find out the causes of the fire, because combustible things around fire scene are usually burnt away. Among many causes of fires are electronic wires, this thesis deal with the destroyed sheath of electronic wires caused by fire. It was studied with the use of measurement devices focusing on the distinctions of wires and conductors. This study especially emphasized the process of deterioration, burning pattern, and composition of electronic wire conductor. It also has a phenomenological approach to the distinctive cause of fire by some partial force. The fire prevention methods have been suggested through the analysing results of fire patterns. This study is expected to be a useful material for analyzing various electrical fires.

This Study is to suggest a method of effect evaluation of forest fire on governor station in shrub land. Theoretically, to evaluate effects of forest fire, it is combined that Spread Rate of Forest Fire, Flame Model, and Thermal Radiation Effects Model; i.e. a travel time of forest fire is calculated by Spread Rate of Forest Fire, fire-line intensity is calculated by Flame Model, and effects of fire-line intensity is affected by Thermal Radiation Effects Model. With the aforementioned method, we could carry out the effect evaluation of forest fire on governor station in shrub land and could distinguish scenarios to need protection plan from all scenarios.

본 연구는 소방산업 중 소방시설관리업 종사자에 대하여 직무만족도를 파악하고 직무만족이 이직의도에 주는 영향에 대하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 통제변수를 연령, 직급, 학력, 임금, 총 소방경력, 자격증, 담당업무로 하고, 직무만족에 대한 집단 간의 유의미한 차이는 이들 통제변수 중에서 담당업무에서만 있었고, 이직의도에 대한 집단 간의 유의미한 차이는 모든 통제변수에서 없었다. 그리고, 직무만족과 이직의도의 영향을 살펴본 결과 직무만족의 하위변수 중 임금과 조직체계에 대한 만족이 증가함에 따라 이직의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미친 반면에 일 자체와 승진은 영향을 미치지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 연구결과는 기술자 인적관리 및 대안창출의 자료로 활용하고자 한다. 향후 연구과제로 직무만족을 상승시키기 위한 합리적인 보직 순환주기 설정을 위한 연구, 저가수주 현황조사와 대책에 대한 연구, 소방시설관리업 발전방향에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

산불 감시 시설의 탐지확률을 높이고, 감시 자원의 운영 효율성을 높이기 위해서는 어디를 감시해야 하는가에 대한 사전 분석이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 산불 감시 우선지역을 기존 감시 시설의 가시권과 해당 지역의 산불발생 확률 분석 결과를 이용하여 선정하는 방안을 제시하였다. 즉 발생 확률이 높으면서, 가시성이 떨어지는 곳을 우선 감시 지역으로 정의하고, 퍼지함수를 이용한 변환과 가중치 부여에 의한 중첩분석을 통해 산불감시 우선지도를 생성하였다. 봉화지역을 대상으로 분석한 결과, 감시 우선 지역은 산지가 많은 북부 지역보다는 인구가 많은 중남부 지역에 많이 분포하였다. 개발된 산불감시 우선지역 분석 체계는 한정된 감시 자원의 적정 배치 위치를 선정하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

급격한 경제발전과 더불어 전기로 인한 화재가 발생하면 막대한 인명과 재산피해가 발생하여 국가적으로 크나큰 손실이 아닐 수 없다. 이러한 전기화재를 예방하기 위해서는 원인과 장소별 등으로 분류된 세부적인 통계를 생산하고 정확한 화재원인을 규명하여 화재예방 자료로 활용하는 것이 가장 근본적인 대책이라 할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 최근 10년간 화재발생 현황 및 2006년 전기화재 원인별, 장소별, 월별로 분석하였고 또한, 2005년 전기화재 8,554건에 대하여 전국의 소방서를 우리공사 직원이 직접 방문하여 심층적이고 전문적인 전기화재 실태조사를 실시하였다. 따라서 이번 논문이 전기화재를 예방하는 자료로 활용되고 정확한 화재통계 생산에 디딤돌이 되었으면 하는 바람으로 제시하였다.

This research analyzes clean room major fire prevention standard of clean Room (FM, IRI, and NFPA Code), the structure of Performance-Based Fire Safety Design (PBD) applied the korean fire industry situation. Performance-Based Fire Safety can operate effectively the performance of fire protection equipment & building design, so the fitness of fire safety system can be embodied by operating this. moreover, cost to be consume fire safety of real building can reduce and Performance-Based Fire Safety is considered to important technique in fire protection field. A fire in a clean room may cause a serious loss by spreading smoke particles. We will be investigated by using a computational fluid dynamics, for loss prevention by smoke spreading from one fire area to another for clean room and compared the Performance-Based Fire Safety Design with the prescriptive code design. The methodology of fire safety performance-based fire safety design and guarantee of many kinds design skill of fire system and developing design procedure will be very serious one in order to improve efficiency of domestic system. Therefore, This research will be contributing to secure safety of clean room and to set up the performance-based fire safety design in Korea by regulation for the performance-based fire safety design effectively.
