Recently buildings are constructed in larger and higher scales and becoming more complex. However from small to large scale buildings and on construction sites there still are fire safety accidents that occur continuously. Therefore to improve fire safety plan, examining the actual fire safety management and understanding fire risk analysis Using Fire Modeling through Computer Simulation. On this study, the permissible evacuation times were estimated for smoke fall, temperature, CO concentration, viability, etc. Fire safety management plans for fire safety were suggested.

본 연구는 공간정보를 활용하여 소방시설의 효율적인 관리 방안을 연구하고 관련 소방산업 발전을 위한 기초자료 구축을 목적으로 한다. 소방시설 관리의 오동작과 관리부실 등의 문제점을 극복하는 방안으로 공간정보를 소방시설 분야에 도입하고자 관련 법규와 소방시설의 공간정보 구축방안을 논의하였다. 소방시설의 효율적인 관리를 위하여 공간정보 기술을 포함하는 소방시설 관련 법률의 개정과 소방시설 공간정보의 표준화와 유효성, 일관성을 유지하는 것이 필요하다.

노인복지시설은 입소자들의 신체적, 정신적 능력이 쇠퇴하여 화재 등의 재난시 많은 인명피해가 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 현재 운영되고 있는 노인복지시설의 건축물 구조적 문제, 소방시설의 설치 및 관리에 관한 문제, 소방안전관리자 업무에 관한 문제점 등 소방안전관리실태에 대해 조사, 분석하였다. 최근 대형화재사고 발생 후 관련법령의 개정에 따른 소방시설의 소급적용 등으로 다소 보완되었으나 전반적으로 소방안전관리실태는 아직도 미비한 상태이다. 따라서 관련법령의 추가적인 정비를 통해 건축물 및 소방시설의 안전성과 소방안전관리실태를 개선해나가야 한다.

건물의 소방설비시스템의 유지 관리 상태에 이상이 나타났다고 한다면, 특정 기능의 이상이 미치는 부분적 또는 전체적인 화재안전대응수준에 영향을 미친다. 따라서 효율적 소방성능을 유지하기 위해 설비기능의 가동상태를 나타 낼 수 있는 성능지수의 계산 체계가 필요하다. 이러한 성능지수의 체계는 정보수신자가 부분 이상으로 발생한 영향이 전체 기능의 상태에 얼마나 영향을 주는 것인지를 쉽게 인지할 수 있도록 하는 데에 기여할 수 있다. 따라서 건물의 화재안전수준을 나타내는 효율지표로 사용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 광대역규모의 소방 관리에서도 활용성 높은 지수로 사용될 수 있다. 본 지수 산정체계는 U-건물 소방방화시설관리 운용시스템의 성능 효율지수 산정을 위한 시스템으로 개발되었다.

As buildings become more and more complicated, the importance of developing and managing facility management information is increasing. In a building fire situation, various information is generated and needed to be quickly shared among participants. However, the current fire response system fails to monitor the relevant information in a real time basis. This study aims to develop a system prototype for fire protection management which can quickly and accurately manage and effectively deliver the pertinent information to the target participants. The research contributes to the efficiency of fire protection endeavors by interpreting both dynamic and static fire information in an appropriate manner.

When the fire door is recently installed in the field, there are frequent cases where the fire door is manufactured with fire door having low quality or different structure compared to the performance that the fire door producer has confirmed in the performance test or the construction specification. Accordingly, on-site quality management and maintenance guideline for fire doors were presented. In this paper, we tried to explain the requirements for the construction of fire doors during the on-site quality management and maintenance guideline for fire doors presented in the study.

High rising of the buildings offers a number of risk factors than ever before with regard to fire prevention. Especially in the construction site of high-rise buildings, people waste golden-time during the evacuation because temporary fire fighting facilities are not installed and transferred to a large fire because of fire suppression failure. In this study, the researcher derives the problems of fire protection in high-rise buildings construction sites and proposed the measures in such the legal aspects as fire building construction code and etc. There are the legal improvements such as orders of construction suspension in the problems of fire safety, appointing fire safety manager, temporary fire protection installation standards, enhancing penalty provisions regarding the use of fire, operating self fire brigade, confirming on-site after completing fire-protection facalities, establishment or strengthening special fire-protection investigations.

본 연구는 공공기관의 소방안전관리실태를 파악, 분석하여 위험요소에 대한 철저한 예방과 화재상황에 대한 신속한 대응 체제가 구축될 수 있는 초·중등학교 소방안전관리 개선방안을 모색, 강구하는 것이 목적이다. 현재 강원도 내 초·중등학교에 소방안전관리자로 선임된 인원을 대상으로 소방안전관리자의 전문성, 예방능력, 대비능력, 운영형태 등을 설문을 통해 조사하여 분석하였다. 실태조사 문항은 26개 항목으로 구성하였다. 그 결과, 소방안전관리에 대한 인식은 상당히 높은 반면에 사고를 대비, 대응할 수 있는 소방안전관리자의 능력은 제도적, 기술적 측면에서 개선되어야 하는 것으로 파악되었다.

This study focused on the review of the korean fire investigation system and will provide the means for having the legal investigation right. The most important thing is to give fire department a perfect legal investigation right on fire including police areas(seeking and examining the case at first stage). And it should be stated in criminal law. With the joint effort between Fire department and Police department, we can develop the reformation, enlightening programs for the arsons or fire related criminals. Through this, it systematically have to be good for fire prevention and can be helpful to enhancing professionalism of fire examination.

With the development of the Korean economy, the number of arson fire has been radically increased and become a huge problem and issue in Korea Society for last several decades. This study is to establish the fire life safety strategy regarding the arson fire through researching domestic fire statistics and performing the computer simulation based on fire scenarios with cutting edge techniques and methods for fire characteristics and fire dynamic. In addition, to design the fire life safety strategy depending on the arson fire pattern, the flow and characteristics of fire flames and smoke are analyzed by the computer modeling.
