Fire protection management system has been introduced to prevent structure fire since establishment of Fire Prevention Act. Nevertheless, Damage by fires is continue. The main purpose of this study is to discuss approaches to improve fire protection management system into the fire prevention properties. Now fire protection management system has lots of the problems in managerial and systematical aspects. To improve these a unified fire protection management system must be establish by suggests revision of a unified Fire Prevention Act and foundation of Fire Prevention Institution, reform educational system for the fire safety directors would be essential to includes environment improvement, enhancement of certification requirements and education, a standardized computational management system of the fire protection properties must be build for efficient fire protection operations.

This study is carried out for the fire safety of the factory building, the fire risk reduction measure in compliance with an example approached in fire risk reduction systematically, contribute to reduce the fire risk. The analytical fire risk process of discovering, identifying, estimating and evaluating risk and control measure as risk reduction measures are core concept, applies loss prevention with loss control techniques. The painting process in the workplace where the fire hazard and death accident accompanies coexists. Loss prevention problem of creation prevention of dangerous atmosphere at workplace is health and human services problem of normal circumstances, must be inspected with problem of combustible gases at the time of fire explosion. Static electricity measure accomplished the risk control process thoroughly as the fire risk reduction process model with the ignition sources measure which is presented. Fire risk from within organizing will be able to classify with each field by detailedly but risk treatment process will be able to apply basically all the same concept. Consequently about risk management example from before, this study is proposed risk management techniques that standardized rightly in the actual condition of organization with one plan, with discovery of fire risk, the feedback process in compliance with a fire risk reduction and the review which control the result is joint responsibility of engineer, technical expert and manager as part of safety management to practice with the fact must be supervised.

When the fire door is recently installed in the field, there are frequent cases where the fire door is manufactured with fire door having low quality or different structure compared to the performance that the fire door producer has confirmed in the performance test or the construction specification. In order to improve the on-site quality management of the fire door, we comprehensively classify the quality management items of the fire door according to the management subject and the step by stage and set the field quality management procedure, the field quality management inspection item, regulations and standardized checklists were presented.

Recently buildings are constructed in larger and higher scales and becoming more complex. Every country in the world is competing to build high-rise buildings. Therefore to improve fire safety plan, examining the actual fire safety management and understanding fire risk analysis Using Fire Modeling through Computer Simulation. In this study, supervision resides fire mission against problems associated with case studies and surveys done through the side of the field work, technical personnel, fire management, including fire code aspects classified into three kinds of items dealt with the issue. Started at the scene of the problem in terms of performance, the issue of the construction process, mainly dealt with the issue at the time of completion. Fire management side, supervisor of technical personnel, human resources management issues, contract issues, fire code level, the frequent revisions of fire regulations, supervision, processing delays of the resulting report, the problem resides with the expansion of Fire Supervision target was mentioned. Finally, the target for each hierarchical supervision, and resident supervisor of the need for supervision of work performance test was carried out by the correlation.

To minimize and prevent the increasing fire and personal injury, the domestic firefighting organizations are making continuous efforts to strengthen the response system and safety standards. "Fire Reduction Program" has been prepared to reduce the outbreak of fire up to 20% in the next 10 years, and the analysis of fire sources should be done and its countermeasures also should be done accordingly. Therefore, the management status, the improvement tasks, and the limitations of the implementation plan are reviewed and studied so that the implementation and goal of the "Fire Reduction Policy" can be achieved.

The fire safety of social welfare facilities increasing at high speed with coming-up of an aging society have been on the rise as a very important social problems. This research paper has analyzed the fire safety laws and standards about the social welfare facilities as a lesson elderly nursing home's fire that occurred in recent years. This research worker have conducted the questionnaire survey including research of the true actual through the fire protection engineers, the professors, the fire facilities managers and the users. This study has proposed the installing of suitable fire protection systems through the law revision, normal maintenance of the facilities, the safety management plan through evaluation about fire protective management and related facilities by the methods of the fire safety management.

This study shows the difference between groups with multivariate analysis of fire prevention activities, special investigations of fire safety, and fire safety management according to the management method of apartment houses and the inspection of firefighting facilities. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, there was a significant difference in fire prevention activities according to the quality of inspection of firefighting facilities. This means that fire prevention is high if the fire safety manager's ability to inspect firefighting facilities is excellent and the fire safety inspection is conducted in accordance with national fire safety standards and checklists. Second, there was a significant difference in the fire safety special investigation according to the management method of the apartment buildings. The manual operated by the management entity and the management entity's management and execution help the organization members to expedite work. This expedition of work creates a high possiblity to get a good evaluation from the special investigation of fire safety. Third, analysis of fire prevention activities showed a significant interaction between the inspection of firefighting facilities and the management method of apartment buildings. The analysis shows that that there is a positive correlation between the level of fire prevention and both the fire safety manager's ability to inspect firefighting facilities and the degree to which the inspection is conducted to meet national fire safety standards.
