일본의 단지형 공동주택 리모델링 정책특성 및 활성화 지원제도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Policy Characteristics and the Activation Support System of Remodeling Apartment complexes in Japan)

  • The present study analyzed what policies are being executed for deteriorated apartments in Japan and what characteristics each policy had in order to examine policy direction and implications for the improvement of vitalization of remodeling business of deteriorated apartments in Korea. The study results are as follows. Japan recognized social problems of deteriorated apartments and pushed forward a national level remodeling actively by preparing financial support of central government and supporting plan by city and province. First, Japan maintained initial performance of buildings through phased maintenance for deterioration of buildings and aimed to reduce environmental load and maintain asset values of buildings through enlarging durability of buildings by responding to lifestyle according to social changes. To this end, they promoted the long life of buildings through the establishment of systematic long term repair plan from the stage of moving in the buildings. Second, in order to reduce the risk of remodeling projects, they prepared an environment where business could be carried out with an easy mind in various aspects by introducing remodeling business registration system and large scale repair construction defect insurance system. Third, they reduced economic burden of main agents of remodeling business with tax preferential treatment and financial support policies. Fourth, they have established remodeling support system based on overall social issues and connected it with social effect that could be obtained through this. The remodeling policies of Japan were carried out in the direction of solving social problems and considering economic aspect rather than just improving individuals' residence environment.

학습조직 구축수준이 학습조직화 사업 만족도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of the Level of Learning Organization on Satisfaction of Learning Organization Support Project)

  • 본 연구는 학습조직화 사업에서 학습조직 구축수준이 학습조직화 사업 만족도에 미치는 영향과 강한 리더십의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과 학습조직 구축수준이 학습조직화 사업 만족도에 유의한 영향(p<.001, ${\beta}=.652$)을 미쳤으며 세부 요인별로 자아완성은 지식창출과 이전 및 재무적 성과에, 시스템사고와 팀학습은 학습인프라 구축에, 비전공유는 학습문화 및 활동 팀워크 및 네트워킹 재무적 성과에 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 상사의 강한 리더십에 따라 학습조직 구축수준의 팀학습 요인이 학습조직화 사업 만족도에 미치는 영향이 달라지는 조절효과가 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 학습조직 구축수준이 학습조직화 사업의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 밝힘으로써 학습이론과 실제 사업성과를 연결시켜 인과관계를 분석했으며 성공적인 학습조직 운영을 위한 시사점을 제공한 데 그 의의가 있다.

주요국의 마이크로팩토리 연구현황과 우리의 대응방향 (Research Trends of Microfactory in Some Countries and Measurement for Korea)

  • The status of microfactory or microfactory-related research in some advanced countries are investigated. Under the financial support of government, Japan has accomplished the Microfactory Project, the United States has pursued the Micro/Meso mMf project, and European countries have been studying micro assembly systems. In Korea, several universities and some large manufacturers have participated in the development of micro-components or micrcrdevices based on MEMS technology since the late 1990's. Microfactory is a process which achieves an integrated micro-manufacturing system in a production system, which is followed by the steps of micro-technology of machine parts based on micro-system technology. In addition, this process is a new concept of manufacturing system that renovates the existing manufacturing system It is sure that the research of micro- manufacturing technology must lead to nano-technology in the near future, with intensive financial supports of government for this technology.

Space Optimization for Warehousing Problem: A Methodology for Decision Support System

  • This article presents a way of tackling a special class of space optimization problems that arise in a number of practical applications in industry and elsewhere. It presents an elegant solution to a problem that was considered by (Das, 2005) in optimizing storage space in warehouse of a footwear manufacturing company. In (Das, 2005), the problem was formulated as a nonlinear programming problem. In this article, it is shown that the problem can be formulated as a generalized transportation problem which is a special case of generalized network flow problems. Further, an elegant scheme is devised to handle the dynamic situation of warehousing problem which can be easily translated into a decision support system for the warehouse management system. Also, the article points out certain obscurities and gaps in (Das, 2005).

보건소 정보화시스템의 도입에 영향을 미친 요인 (Factors Affecting the Diffusion of Health Center Information System)

  • Objectives : This study was conducted to review the diffusion process and factors affecting the adoption of the Health Center Information System (HIS). Methods : Data were collected from POSDATA (private company), MOHW, other Ministries and local governments. To specify the date of adoption, supplementary information was collected from 40 health centers. The following three kinds of factors were analyzed. Internal factors included type, size, and innovativeness of health centers. Community factors were composed of population sire, economic status, and level of education. Organizational environmental factors consisted of information score of the municipalities, financial support of the from central government, and the neighborhoodness of innovator health centers. Results : All health centers in the metropolitan cities of Seoul, Gwangju and Jeju adopted the HIS. The laggards were those in the metropolitan cities of Busan (18.8%), Incheon (20.0%) and Daejun (20.0%), and cities with population more than 300,000 (54.8%) and counties with health center hospitals (47.1%). Financially supported rural health centers adopted the HIS more rapidly than those not supported. The factors identified as being statistically significant (p<0.05), from a univariate analysis by Kaplan-Meier method, were: (1) internal factors of the type, size and innovativeness of health centers; (2) community factors of population size and economic status; (3) organizational environmental factors of the central government financial support and the neighborhoodness of innovator health centers. A multivariate analysis, using a Cox proportional hazard method, proved the innovativeness of health centers, central government financial support and the neighborhoodness of innovator health centers, were statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusions : The innovativeness of health centers, financial support from central government and the neighborhoodness of innovator health centers, rather than community factors related to regional socioeconomic status, affected ffe adoption of the HIS in health centers. Further in-depth studies, modifying the MOHW's strategy to propagate the HIS to the laggard health confers, are recommended.

금융기관의 내부마케팅정책이 종업원의 직무만족과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (An effect of the internal marketing policies of financial institutions on the job satisfaction and customer orientation of employees)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 금융기관에서 실시하고 있는 내부마케팅정책이 종업원의 직무만족과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 연구 분석하는 데 있다. 그동안 내부마케팅에 대한 연구는 여행사, 항공사, 호텔 등 서비스산업 종업원을 대상으로 한 연구가 대부분이었다. 특히 금융환경의 급격한 변화에 따라 최근 금융기관들은 대고객 서비스의 중요성을 인식하고 종업원에 대한 전결권 확대, 교육연수, 각종 보상제도 등 종업원관리 및 육성을 위한 노력을 확대하고 있어, 이에 대한 연구는 필요하다고 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구는 금융기관의 내부마케팅정책으로 추진하고 있는 권한위임, 교육연수, 경영층지원, 보상제도를 주요 내부마케팅정책으로 보고, 이들 정책이 금융기관 종업원의 직무만족을 높이고, 나아가서는 고객지향성에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 전제로 실증분석을 하였다. 그 결과 내부마케팅정책 요인 중, 권한위임, 경영층지원, 보상제도는 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으나, 교육연수는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직무만족은 고객지향성에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 내부마케팅정책과 고객지향성에 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타나고 있므므로, 금융기관의 내부마케팅 정책은 종업원의 직무만족과 고객지향성을 향상시키는 경영전략으로 필요하다는 시사점을 주고 있다.

벤처기업신용대출 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Measures to Activate the Credit Loans for the Venture Companies)

  • This paper study the way of increasing the credit loan for the Venture Companies. They are very important in national economics. But they are short of financial and mortgage although they have many kinds of superb ideas and technologies. Korean government has tried to financially support them. But the support has had its own limit. Banks and other financial institutions have not been in a positive position to loan money out to venture companies because their businesses are highly risky. The credit evaluation system of medium and small business are need to improve in order to increase the Venture Companies. loan. So, it is necessary to find new measures to activate credit loans to them.

학교급식지원센터 사례 연구 (A Case Study of School Meal Service Support Centers)

  • The system of School Meal Service Support Centers was established to support the supply of high-quality food ingredients for school meal services when the School Meal Service Act was amended in 2006. A case study was conducted to examine the operating effects, success factors, and major obstacles of a School Meal Service Support Center which was highly evaluated for its operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualitative data were collected from eight stakeholders (two individuals each from the center, farms, schools, and distributors) through in-depth interviews in July 2013 and analyzed by using the thematic analysis method. The successful operation of the center helped to stabilize income and price among the stakeholders, increase ingredient quality, increase school meal reliability, reduce costs, and promote the consumption of agricultural products. Success factors were identified as the center director's commitment and insights, and the competitive operating system including fair operations, rational pricing, liberal consumer choice, total quality management, and partnerships with distributors. Major obstacles included a lack of diversity in supplied ingredients and a lack of administrative and financial support form the local government. The results can be used as baseline information to vitalize the system of School Meal Service Support Centers and increase the quality of school meal services.

청년창업기업(20~30대)의 생존특성에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on Survival Characteristics of Young Start-up Entrepreneurs(20~30s))

  • 본 연구의 목적은 청년창업보증을 지원 받은 청년창업기업의 비재무정보를 활용하여 비모수적 방법인 카플란마이어 분석(Kaplanr-Meier Analysis)으로 생존율 및 생존특성에 대해 분석하였다. 창업자의 연령을 20대와 30대로 구분하여 생존특성별 평균생존시간을 추정하고 생존시간에 영향을 미치는 주요 변수를 분석하였다. 연구대상은 2014년 신용보증기관에서 청년창업보증을 지원 받은 기업 3825개가 표본으로 선정되었으며, 이중 정상기업는 3242개, 부실기업는 583개이다. 연구대상기간은 2011년 1월 1일부터 2017년 12월 31일까지로 정하여 생존분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 창업자의 연령별 구분 결과 20대는 3개의 변수가 30대는 5개의 변수가 유의한 변수로 도출되어 20대와 30대의 창업자 연령에 따른 차이가 발생하고 있다. 창업지원기관과 금융기관은 창업자 연령을 구분한 신용평가시스템의 개발이 필요하며, 20대 창업자의 특성을 반영할 수 있는 정보를 찾아내고, 20대 창업자를 위한 전용 금융상품의 개발이 필요하다. 또한 생존시간이 긴 창업기업에 대해서는 유망중소기업으로 성장할 수 있도록 단계별 지원방안이 필요하며, 생존시간이 짧은 기업에 대해서는 금융지원과 경영컨설팅 등 비금융지원의 활성화가 필요하다. 본 연구는 청년창업기업의 비재무정보를 이용하여 생존분석을 수행하였다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 이와 같은 생존분석결과는 창업지원기관과 창업자에게 창업기업의 생존특성 정보를 제공하여 창업기업의 생존율을 높이는데 기여할 것이다.

  • Consumer Education Policy for -Focusing on developing Social support System- The purpose of this research is to understand the change of future consuming environment and the characteristics of future potential consumer: the net generations. With those research results, we deduced our goal, content and method of consumer education for these net generations. Finally, I suggested a scheme of the social construction by demand of our future society. Literature review and depth interview are used for this research. The main factors of the change of our future consuming environment are Digitalization, globalization, improvement of consumer sovereignty, Sustainable consumption culture, the increasing pursuit of safe life. It is necessary to educate our future consumer, net generations, the information searching skills in order to be able to obtain right information. We also need to educate them how to practice the safe life and Sustainable consumption and how to get consumers sovereignty. The method of the education requires interchangeable communication. We need social networking system for the support of consumer education, in order to build this social system. We need an administrative support from the government and financial support from corporations. We have suggested that it is very desirable to share all the information developed among Academic field, Consumer related organizations and schools by this network be build.
