고객만족교육에서 서비스몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 금융기관 종사자를 중심으로 (A Study on the Factor Affecting the Service Commitment in Customer Satisfaction Education: Focused on Financial Institute Employee)

  • Purpose: Financial institute employees have various education programs for enhancing customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to explore critical factors that affect the service commitment in the financial institution and to propose the implication for employee's service involvement. Methods: This study is intended to identify how service quality of education, servicescape, and learning motivation affect the service commitment. The research model proposed in this study is tested via a survey of 322 employees for financial institution employees. Results: This study shows that tangibles, reliability, assurance and ambient condition, physical structure, symbolic artifacts and internal motivation, extrinsic motivation significantly influence education satisfaction. Tangibles, reliability and ambient condition, physical structure, symbolic artifacts and internal motivation significantly influence affective service orientation and that tangibles, reliability, assurance and extrinsic motivation significantly influence altruistic service orientation. It also verifies that education satisfaction affective service orientation, and altruistic service orientation positively affect service commitment. Conclusion: This study suggests critical factors to promote service commitment in the financial institute. It has focused on not only the service quality of education program, but also servicescape and learning motivation as the meaningful factors for increasing the employee's service involvement.

뇌졸중 환자의 재활동기 관련 요인 연구 (Related Factors of the Motivation for Rehabilitation in Stroke Patients)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relations between financial stress, depression, and conjugal affection and the motivation for rehabilitation. One hundred eighty-six stroke patients were included in the study and a survey with 65 questions was used. The survey includes questions to evaluate personal factors, characteristics related with physical therapy, characteristics related with disease, depression, conjugal affection, and motivation for rehabilitation. Education, employment, left hemiplegia and right hemiplegia, depression, financial stress, conjugal affection were statistically significant factors (p<.05). These variables have significant effects on motivation for rehabilitation. This study indicates that financial stress and depression need to be decreased to improve motivation for rehabilitation of stroke patients. It also indicates that the factors facilitating conjugal affection, education, and occupation need to be considered for rehabilitation programs.

노인의 여가활동참여 결정요인에 관한 연구 (The Factors Influenced Leisure Activities Participation in the Elderly)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting leisure activities participation in the elderly. The factors considered were leisure opportunities, leisure motivation, leisure satisfaction and some background variables. Subjects were 291 elderly persons who completed the questionnaire assessing the variables in the study. The results of this study were as follows: 1) Leisure activities participation of the elderly was affected by leisure opportunities, leisure motivation, leisure satisfaction, gender, and education. 2) Leisure satisfaction influenced by leisure opportunities, motivation, health, and financial condition. 3) Leisure opportunities and motivation had effects on leisure activities participation indirectly via leisure satisfaction. 4) Also, status of health and financial condition of the elderly had an indirect effect on leisure activities participation via leisure motivation.

창업동기요인이 예비창업자와 기창업자의 창업성과에 미치는 영향 : 기업가정신의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The effect of entrepreneurial motivation on the entrepreneurial performance focusing on potential entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs: Mediating role of entrepreneurship)

  • 전 세계적으로 실업과 고용창출이 중요한 이슈로 부각됨에 따라, 고용률을 높이고 경제를 활성화하기 위하여 우리나라를 비롯한 많은 선진국에서는 다양한 창업활성화 정책을 수립 시행하고 있다. 창업활성화에 있어 중요한 요인은 기업가정신이므로, 예비창업자와 기창업자를 대상으로 창업동기, 기업가정신, 창업의지 및 기업성과에 관계를 규명한다면, 기업가정신을 증진시킬 수 있는 대상별 맞춤형 창업정책프로그램을 마련하는데 중요한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 창업정책수혜를 받고 있는 예비창업자와 기창업자를 대상으로 창업동기요인을 규명하고, 창업동기요인이 기업가정신과 창업의지(예비창업자) 및 기업성과(기창업자)에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 기술통계와 신뢰도분석을 실시하였으며, 타당도 검증을 위해 요인분석을 실시하였고, 상호상관성을 보기위해 상호관계를 분석하였으며, 최종 회귀분석을 통한 검증으로 요인들 간의 영향력을 분석하였다. 예비창업자의 경우, 총 202명을 대상으로 분석하였으며, 그 결과 자기효능감, 인적네트워크, 경제적요인, 정부정책은 기업가정신에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 자기효능감, 창업교육, 경제적요인, 정부정책은 창업의지에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기창업자는 총 212명을 대상으로 분석하였으며, 자기효능감, 인적네트워크, 경제적요인이 기업가정신에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 자기효능감은 재무적성과와 비재무적성과에, 창업교육은 재무적성과와 기술적성과에 인적네트워크는 비재무적성과에, 경제적요인은 재무적성과와 비재무적성과에, 정부정책은 재무적성과와 기술적성과에 각각 정의영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Quality of Entrepreneurship and Micro-, Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises' (MSMEs) Financial Performance in Indonesia

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the quality of entrepreneurship - motivation, entrepreneurial orientation, and risk behavior - in relation to the odds of micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises' (MSMEs) financial performance in Indonesia. Additionally, this paper investigates how these qualities apply for the current challenges perceived by MSMEs' entrepreneurs in Indonesia due to Covid-19 crisis; specifically, this paper examines the odds of MSMEs' financial performance during the pandemic in respect to when these qualities are implemented by the entrepreneurs. The empirical data was obtained from an online survey by means of a structured questionnaire. MSMEs surveyed were randomly selected on a national scale. To test the hypotheses, a quantitative approach is employed, using multinomial regression. The main result shows that, under normal economic environment, the more intrinsically-motivated and continuity-driven entrepreneur is, the more likely the MSME will achieve financial growth compared to remaining stagnant. To our surprise, innovativeness leads to less likelihood of MSME's financial growth, suggesting the significance of innovation does not apply to MSMEs in Indonesia. Lastly, MSMEs' risk behavior to operate in a stable business environment is found more likely to result in a better performance and is true for operational and financial risks, but not marketing risks.

Effectiveness of Learning Performances According to Financial Motivation of University Students

  • Purpose - The aim of this study is to explore the effectiveness in educational differences between students of the government's financial-funded groups and the non-financial-funded groups at a university in Korea. Research design, data, and methodology - The study was conducted using a survey tool of National Assessment for Student Engagement in Learning. In total, 334 participants were surveyed, of which 290 students were participants in economic support program and 44 were nonattendance program students. The general characteristics of all of the participants were investigated by frequency analysis. The analysis of participants' collective characteristics used independent t and f-test, and one-way ANOVA with IBM SPSS Statistics package program 22.0. Results - The number of participating students is higher than that of non-participating students in relation to in-activities of university immersion, but the number of participating students is lower than that of non-participating students in relation to in-quality of student support. However, there was no statistical significance. The confidence coefficient of the university-immersion and student support questionnaire is 0.860 and 0.913, respectively. Conclusions - There is no significant difference in the activities of university immersion and student support between students who participate in the economic support program and those who do not.

Impact of Work Motivation on Satisfaction and Turnover of Public Universities Lecturers

  • The paper aims to examine the relationship between various types of motivation and satisfaction as well as turnover intentions of public university lecturers. Intrinsic motivation is found to affect both satisfaction and turnover, while for extrinsic motivation, only one type has a significant effect on satisfaction. The web-based questionnaire with convenience sampling was chosen to approach target respondents. Data was collected by sending a link of the questionnaire to the lecturers' email. There were 700 questionnaires collected. Of which 681 valid responses, after screening out unusual questionnaires. In order to fulfill these aims, the authors employed structural equation modeling with maximum likelihood method supported by AMOS software with 681 valid samples. The evidence confirms the high correlation between intrinsic motivation and satisfaction for university lecturers which has been shown in previous studies. With regard to extrinsic motivation, extrinsic regulation (material) is found to have a positive influence on satisfaction, meaning financial rewards and job security will lead to his contentment while introjected regulation is a source of dissatisfaction. The results also demonstrate that intrinsic motivation is negatively correlated with turnover intentions. A person who is interested in the job itself is less likely to leave his or her job due to a keen passion for it.

남녀 청소년의 가족배경변인, 자아존중감 및 가족건강성이 성취동기에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Family Environment Variables, Self-Esteem and family strengths on Achievement Motivation Perceived by the Adolescents)

  • 연구는 남녀 청소년의 가족배경 변인, 자아존중감, 가족건강성이 성취동기에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 청소년들의 성취동기 향상을 위한 환경 개선에 도움을 주고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 남녀 청소년의 자아존중감, 가족건강성(가족존중 및 애정, 역할공유 및 문제해결력, 의사소통 및 유대감, 재정적 안정), 성취동기 모두 중간값보다 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 가족배경 변인, 자아존중감, 가족건강성, 성취동기 간의 관련성을 살펴본 결과, 남학생은 생활수준, 자아존중감, 가족건강성 전체가 성취동기와 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관을 보였고, 여학생은 생활수준, 부학력, 모학력, 자아존중감, 가족건강성 전체가 성취동기와 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다. 셋째, 남학생의 성취동기는 자아존중감이 높을수록, 가족이 서로 역할을 공유하고 문제를 해결할 수 있는 힘을 지니며, 의사소통이 잘 이루어지고 가족 간 유대가 좋으며 재정적으로 안정될수록 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 이들 변인은 남자 청소년의 성취동기를 42% 설명해주고 있다. 여학생의 성취동기는 자아존중감이 높을수록, 재정적으로 안정되고, 가족 간 의사소통이 잘 이루어지고 가족 간 유대가 좋을수록 높았고, 이들 변인은 여자 청소년의 성취동기를 39% 설명해주고 있다. 따라서, 청소년의 성취동기를 높이기 위해서는 청소년 스스로 자신을 소중하게 여기고 자신을 존중하며, 자랑스럽게 여길 수 있도록 교육적인 관심과 기회 제공이 다각적으로 이루어져야 하며, 가정과 학교, 사회에서 가족 간의 의사소통 및 유대감 강화를 위한 다양한 프로그램이 개발되어 시행되어야 할 것이다.

인구통계 및 동기요인과 관련된 인터넷뱅킹 태도 (Internet Banking Attitudes in Association with Demographics and Motivations)

  • 이 논문은 인터넷뱅킹 가입자들을 대상으로 인구통계변수와 이용 동기에 따른 인터넷뱅킹 이용 태도에 대하여 탐구하였다. 인터넷 뱅킹 고객의 태도분석을 위해 설문을 통한 자료수집 후 분산분석과 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 그 결과 연령과 경험에 따라 경제적 동기에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 남성 이용자는 여성에 비해 재미와 정보수집 동기가 높았다. 사용경험이 길고 방문횟수가 높은 이용자는 인터넷 뱅킹과 은행에 대한 태도에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 태도에 영향을 미치는 모든 동기요인은 금융상품과 인터넷 뱅킹에 영향을 주고 있다. 이 연구는 인구통계변수에 따른 인터넷뱅킹 태도와 동기에 대한 특성을 제시하였으며, 이 결과는 인터넷 뱅킹 이용자를 어떻게 동기부여 할 것인가와, 자사 은행과 뱅킹 사이트에 대해 긍정적인 태도를 갖도록 할 것인가에 이용될 수 있을 것이다.

감정부조화와 내재적 동기간의 관계: 고객 콜센터 기혼 여성들의 일-가정 갈등을 중심으로 (The Relationship between Emotional Dissonance and Intrinsic Motivation: Focusing on Work-Family Conflict)

  • Purpose - The quality of customer service has been importantly considered as a way of retaining current customers. Recent development of service industry which based on Information & Communication Technology allows firms to utilize different employees for their businesses. Although it is regarded as important to consider emotional labor of employees working for customers in ICT service industry, little was known the role of emotional dissonance. Thus, current paper focused on emotional labor and tried to identify the factors which influence on employees' intrinsic motivation for married women working in call centers. This study highlighted the influence of the emotional dissonance on the employees' intrinsic motivation, and the moderating influences of work-family conflict on the relationship between emotional dissonance and intrinsic motivation. Research design, data, and methodology - The research samples were gathered from seven call centers of Korean financial institutions located in South Korea. The model of emotional dissonance was developed, which emphasizes the influence of emotional dissonance as a predictor on intrinsic motivation, and then the other model was also introduced to explain how employees' intrinsic motivation were aggravated by work-family conflict. To examine these research models, samples were collected from 468 married women working in call centers of Korean financial institutions located in Seoul. A total of 468 samples were used in the analysis after deleting data of missing value. SPSS 22.0 were utilized for data analysis. Results - The results of current study showed that emotional dissonance is negatively related to intrinsic motivation, and there are significant differences in work-family conflict. Those results generally support the proposed hypotheses. Conclusions - These results suggest that the relationship of intrinsic motivation of married women working in call center for customers' service were influenced by emotional dissonance, which outcomes were interacted not by face-to-face contact with their customers, but by emotional contacts. Managerially, these findings suggest the one who emphasize the quality of customer's service of call center need to introduce the programs for minimizing both of emotional dissonance and work-family conflict. These findings also suggest that the service quality via intrinsic motivation of married women working in call center is hard to be accomplished without considering the factors of emotional dissonance and work-family conflict.
