오늘날 금융자본의 세계화가 진전됨에 따라 금융위기의 발생가능성과 세계경제의 불확실성이 한층 더 높아지고 있다. 한국에서 IMF 금융위기는 사회 전반의 구조조정을 추동시키면서 양적, 질적 경제적 변화를 일으키고 있어 본 연구는 광주지역의 경제적 공간의 변화를 살펴보았다. 광주지역경제에 영향을 크게 미치는 산업은 서비스업과 수송장비제조업 등을 들 수 있는데 이들 산업은 IMF금융위기의 경제적 침체의 영향을 민감하게 받았고, 대신 고무 .플라스틱.기계장비.전기전각 부문의 제조업은 상대적으로 영향을 적게 받았다. 공간적으로는 서비스업의 감소로 도심지역의 상업이 쇠락하고, 첨단산업육성을 통한 위기 극복의 노력으로 인해 광산업 집적공간의 형성과 벤처기업이 입지한 창업보육센터나 벤처빌딩과 같은 미시산업공간이 나타나고 있다. 그러나 첨단산업의 지방뿌리내림은 첨단산업의 수도권 집중의 구조적, 지리적 한계를 지니고 있으며, 따라서 지역혁신체제의 구축에 대한 연구가 필요하리라 생각된다.

이 논문은 중국 시범지구에서 시행된 녹색금융정책이 신재생에너지산업 발전에 미치는 메커니즘을 탐구한 연구이다. 녹색금융은 환경보호에 대한 금융지원뿐만 아니라 에너지소비 및 산업발전까지 추진하는 새로운 정책수단이라고 볼 수 있다. 통제집단합성법을 활용하여 녹색 금융정책의 잠재적 경제효과를 측정하고 연구 결과에 따른 녹색 금융정책은 신재생에너지 산업발전을 촉진 시키는 효과를 발견한다. 지역별 분석결과에 따른 상하이시와 충칭시가 더 뚜렷한 녹색금융정책 효과를 보이는 반면, 간쑤성은 효과가 미흡한 것으로 나타난다. 장기적으로 녹색금융 활성화를 위한 정부의 지원은 시장 안정화될 때까지 이루어져야 하고 금융정책을 통해 산업구조변화, 녹색기술혁신, 자원배분 및 지역규모확대 등 분야에 자금이 공급되도록 해야 할 것이다.

건설업은 경기에 민감하게 반응하며 완전 경쟁에 가까운 산업 구조를 갖기 때문에 재무 상태가 취약한 기업은 불황기에 손쉽게 도태될 수 있다. 건설 기업의 지속적 생존과 성장을 도모하기 위해서는 재무 상태와 경영 성과를 반복적으로 측정할 필요성이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 2000년부터 2019년까지 최소한 한 번 이상 외부감사를 받은 건설 기업 6,252개의 재무제표를 사용하여 합산 재무제표를 생성하였고, 이 재무제표를 기준으로 건설 기업의 평균적인 재무 상태와 경영 현황을 파악하였다. 이 과정을 통하여 건설업은 매출액 성장과 이익률 개선에 한계가 있으며 높은 레버리지비율은 재무적 안정성을 해할 수 있으므로 총자산회전율 개선과 같은 생산효율을 추구하는 경향을 발견하였다. 이 경향은 2008년 세계금융위기 이후에 더 선명하게 나타났다.

The content industry is the core of the creative economy. The content industry is a fast-growing and high value-added industry, but becomes a high risk market on the other hand. Content related enterprises are difficult business environment. Thus, the accurate evaluation of content on its value is essential. But, it is hard to assess the value of content because of its intangible characteristics. This study is enabled improving the financing conditions of enterprises through the vitalization of value assessment for contents. Improve financial accessibility is required composition, means of access financial diversification, financial ecosystem to vitalization of value assessment for contents. In addition, the system should be established to support the economic activities of the creative content sector companies. The content industry should develop a new strategy for sustained growth. But, we believe that the accordance and cooperation from related parties, including contents producers, contents developers and governmental departments, are definitely required to boost the game contents industry. We hope that the more efficient methods are vitalizing the contents industry.

Free cash flow is known as a typical type of agency conflict between managers and shareholders in a firm. The insurance industry, which is not growing, is particularly susceptible to such excessive cash flow. We herein investigate the effects of stock ownership plans on reducing agency conflicts. We adopt undistributed cash flow to proxy free cash flow, and size, default risk, group membership, leverage, investment opportunity, and stock options are selected as explanatory variables. We find that stock option plans are effective(at a 10% level) in reducing free cash flow.

This study is an empirical analysis of causal relationship that is the effect of strategic importance and orientation of electronic commerce system on performance. Among four industries(financial, retailing wholesaling, service, and manufacturing), financial industry has high level of strategic importance and orientation, that of manufacturing industry is low level. strategic importance has highest effects on strategic orientation. strategic importance and orientation has a positive effects on internal, financial performance significantly. effects of strategic orientation on performance is much than that of strategic importance.

In the face of the unprecedented crisis of coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the aviation and tourism industry fell without help. The bigger problem is that a crisis like COVID-19 can always come back. A new variant of the virus that is more powerful than COVID-19 may emerge, and another crisis such as a massive war may come. In addition, there may be an unexpected large-scale crisis that could shake the survival of the aviation and tourism industry in place. At that time, the aviation and tourism industry should not be pushed into a survival crisis defenselessly. Taking the experience of the crisis caused by COVID-19 as a crucial lesson, sufficient protection measures should be prepared in advance, and within the protection measures, the overall capabilities of the aviation and tourism industry should be preserved, and preparation should be made for the aftermath of the crisis. There is a need to establish a support system in which financial resources that can be used in crisis situation can be secured in advance, and various support measures can be implemented as effectively as possible by using the secured financial resources. Regarding the preparation for financial resources, various fundraising, insurance, and compensation for losses by the state or local government may be considered as a priority, and in addition, there is a need to continuously consider ways to prepare additional financial resources. On the other hand, in terms of system construction, establishment of the system inside the aviation and tourism industry may need to be considered first, but the improvement of related laws and systems needs to be more actively discussed and related legislation needs to be actively promoted.

The development potential of the aquaculture industry is very high, but there is no financial support for investment except for the government, policy funds, fishery funds, etc. Therefore, we would like to propose a contract transaction in the aquaculture industry. This refers to a forward contract between a producer (fish farmer) and a buyer (mainly a processor or marketer) that stipulates the production and supply of fish products at a predetermined price, but it also refers to an "equity participation type" contract in which both producers and buyers can participate. In other words, it is a model in which part of the fish farm is produced in a way that meets the conditions of the buyer, and part is produced by the producer. This study aims to establish the basic contract trading process. It provides an academic approach to prevent adverse selection and moral hazard due to information asymmetry. It also provides an idea to converge the aquaculture industry with the financial industry using Pecking Order theory. By doing so, we have made it possible for venture capitalists to invest with confidence and provided a process for investors to resolve their concerns, paving the way for the aquaculture industry and the financial industry to develop together.

In this paper we present the development of internet banking and its impact on financial market. The internet banking has been introduced since 1990s, from which customers could obtain most financial services over internet, and will replace with the traditional banks. According to a survey, most of bankers agree that internet will play an important role in banking industry. The internet banking has an enormous impact on the transfer system and banking industry. The transfer system is divided into two-large-value transfer system and small-value transfer system, depending on the size of its transfer amount. The internet banking will enhance the transfer system, especially small-value transfer system. It will reduce the time lag between transaction of service and its payment. However, a congestion or a blockage in a part of network might stop the financial service all over the network, which is called "computer risk". As internet banking develops, banks have incentives to reduce their branches and have to compete with information-business companies which can offer financial EDI.

Due to economic turbulence and fierce competition in the IT service industry, companies have been seeking breakthrough of offerings by investing in research and development (R&D). This paper aims to examine the impact of R&D expenditure size on financial performance focusing on Korean IT service companies. The expected growth rate of revenue and net profit in the upcoming two years were analyzed based on three groups according to different R&D expenditure rates using collected data from 100 of IT service companies. Unlike our presumptions, our finding presents a non-significant relationship between the R&D expenditure size and companies' financial performance. An interesting result among others is that all companies invested in R&D strongly believe there will be an increase of their financial performance in the future.
