In recent years, major security data such as research data and confidential documents have been leaked to the outside due to the carelessness of the companies and research institutes performing IT related services such as information technology projects and research and development of financial institutions, companies and public institutions is. Leakage cases are caused by leakage of personal information due to lack of security management of information system maintenance companies, such as unauthorized leakage or storage of related materials in outsourcing service process. In this paper, we analyzed the types and management status of service business through the environmental survey of corporate informatization business and analyzed the problems in development and maintenance using external service companies. Furthermore, in this paper, we provide an information system service that focuses on the business activities based on the items considered, and at the same time, it provides the informatization service for companies that can prevent infiltration of viruses and hacking from the outside. This paper presents a methodology for enhancing security for the system construction.

The major objectives of this study are to identify the key organizational factors that facilitate and/or inhibit the IS outsourcing in Korean hospitals, and to analyze the differences between adopter & non-adopters and successful ones and not-successful ones. In order to achieve the research objectives, we derived comprehensive lists of potential facilitators and inhibitors from the past research, and conducted a field survey on 135 hospitals in metropolitan area. The analysis results suggest that organizational, financial and strategic factors are the most important facilitators, while organizational, psychological, vendor-related and environmental factors are the most important inhibitors. In addition, it was found that factors differentiating adopters and non-adopters are organizational factor(facilitator) and environmental factor(inhibitor) while strategic factor is a differentiating one between successful hospitals and unsuccessful ones.

Following principal-agent relationship between government and funding agency effects on efficiency and management of project, this paper suppose that project management cost rate variable on outsourcing and administration of institution, applies multiple regression analysis and logit analysis by using factors that procurement status of institutional operating expenses and each subordinates scale (Budget, subject number) and method (Top-down/Bottom-up), not a total amount, for examining factors following project efficiency analysis and way of commission. The major variables which effect on efficiency of institution are management cost scale (0.36), institutional operating expenses ratio (-0.47), way of outsourcing, the factors that affect way of outsourcing are portion of project management cost (-38.5) and institutional operating expenses rate (-11.7). This means both legal and financial stability are necessary and it is avoidable moral hazard and adverse selection on principal-agent problem.

After the financial crisis, the spread of indirect employment, which is an outsourcing method, is gradually becoming common in our society, and the risk of harm is relatively high or the proportion of simple jobs is high. Simple workers have a higher proportion of non-manufacturing industries such as the service industry, and production workers are intensively used in the manufacturing industry. In Article 63 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, contractors must take necessary safety and health measures. In addition, due to the expansion of the scope of contracts under the Occupational Safety and Health Act, it is necessary to review the appropriateness of industrial accident prevention measures and implementation standards.

IT 아웃소싱은 비용 절감 및 핵심 역량 강화를 위한 경영혁신 방법으로써 많은 국내외 기업에서 활발히 추진되고 있다. 그러나 국내 금융업 IT 아웃소싱은 선진국에 비해 활용이 활발하지 못한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 이와 같은 국내 금융업의 IT 아웃소싱에 해외기업에 비해 활용도가 낮은 원인을 파악하기 위해, 국내 금융업의 IT 아웃소싱 수행의사에 부정적 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 위험(risk) 측면에서 살펴보고자 한다. 이러한 연구목적 달성을 위하여 본 연구에서는 여러 문헌 및 전문가 그룹 인터뷰(Focus Group Interview)를 통해 IT 아웃소싱의 수행의사에 영향을 미치는 여러 위험요인들을 도출하고 구체적인 설문을 통해 이를 확인하였다. 연구의 결과, 국내 금융업 IT 아웃소싱 수행의사에 영향을 미치는 위험요인은 고객사 측면 위험요인과 환경적 측면 위험요인임을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 국내 금융업 IT 아웃소싱 수행의사에 영향을 미치는 위험요인을 학술적, 그리고 실무적으로 살펴 봄과 동시에 국내 금융업의 IT 아웃소싱을 보다 활성화 할 수 있는 방안이 무엇인지 살펴보고자 한다.

Cloud service (Amazon Web Services, etc.) to take advantage of the growing global competitiveness of small and medium companies with online services (eg Zynga, paprika wrap) are strenthening the growing global competitiveness by taking advantage of cloud utilization, and financial market analysis services by cloud use have appeared, but the domestic company's cloud still staying in the low-level. SMEs in Korea IT infrastructure needs as well as commercial services such as simulation, test environment configuration, to perform tasks that require a step-by-step in the product development process, which requires different IT Infrastructure Outsourcing workforce commitment, according to the rapid changes in the size of the organization's efficient IT infrastructure such as cloud services because of the lack of capacity to respond to a sudden demand for IT measures required.

In terms of loan transactions, mortgage volume secured by housing in Korea is the most important market share. Hitherto housing finance policies are treated as a kind of property pricing policy. So it is time to import financial systems on behalf of the mortgage loan consumers like a mortgage broker. A mortgage broker is an intermediary that brings a borrower and a creditor together to obtain a mortgage loan. The broker takes the application, performs a financial and credit evaluation, produces documents, and closes the loan. Especially mortgage brokers present themselves as specifically acting in the interest of the consumer by shopping on behalf of the consumer for the best product that meets the consumer's needs and financial circumstances. The paper investigates the economic role of mortgage broker, foreign systems focused on USA, UK, Japan, and characteristics of Korean housing finance markets. Finally the paper provides policy recommendations about Korean mortgage broker system composed of licensing type, uniform professional practice standard, educational requirements.

The purpose of this study is to forecast the ship-management market size and to propose a management improvement scheme to support Korean ship management companies in the stagnating world shipping market. Recently, global shipping companies have begun outsourcing all ship management activities. However, the Korean ship-management market represents just 3.75% of ocean shipping companies' sales, making it necessary to enlarge this market. This study performs a business analysis of ship management companies in Korea. The findings show that these companies' profitability and financial structures are not very good, mainly because of insufficient management ability and small firm sizes. Therefore, we propose that the Korean government supports crew training programs and shipping financial systems.

A single window platform must be successfully established by implementing CDM/UCR in WCO and UNeDocs in UN/CEFACT, which is part of the framework of standards for secure and facilitate global trade. Core success factors in single window platform for international trade depend on political innovative capacity, advanced leadership of high ranking officials and departments in charge, effective collaborations between the ministries and offices concerned which are supported by supreme executives, self-controlled coordinations between users, convenience and access availability to users, promotion and marketing, identification on predictive impediments, financial raising and revenue model payable, communication's strategy, valid legal basis etc. To settle a stable ubiquitous e-trade platform, firstly, procedures and practices of customs clearance which different from one another mutually must be standardized globally. Secondly, the international standard electronic data exchanges must be introduced to facilitate and simplify customs clearing procedures by holding administrative informations in common between public institutions. thirdly, cooperative work model must be accepted with enhancing outsourcing business between reference groups (export-import firms and IT service providers).

Recently, the research on database outsourcing has been actively done with the popularity of cloud computing. However, because users' data may contain sensitive personal information, such as health, financial and location information, the data encryption methods have attracted much interest. Existing data encryption schemes process a query without decrypting the encrypted databases in order to support user privacy protection. On the other hand, to efficiently handle the large amount of data in cloud computing, it is necessary to study the distributed index structure. However, existing index structure and query processing algorithms have a limitation that they only consider single-column query processing. In this paper, we propose a grid-based multi column indexing scheme and an encrypted query processing algorithm. In order to support multi-column query processing, the multi-dimensional index keys are generated by using a space decomposition method, i.e. grid index. To support encrypted query processing over encrypted data, we adopt the Hilbert curve when generating a index key. Finally, we prove that the proposed scheme is more efficient than existing scheme for processing the exact and range query.
